Amazing news is coming out at an amazing pace, and I’m amazed at how fast it changes, not just daily but hourly, and these days I’m not easily amazed.

The Cleverlys are a lot of fun. They’ve been around for a while mixing comedy with some killer bluegrass licks. That’s Irl Hees on bass. He’s no longer with the band.

Wednesday, Nov. 6 2019: During an argument, authorities allege Hees struck his girlfriend, identified as Heather DuBroc. The court information says DuBroc was holding their eight-month-old baby at the time and also accuses Hees of pushing his girlfriend’s head, causing it to strike the child.

The aggravated assault charge accuses Hees of grabbing DuBroc around the throat, causing her airway to be blocked and impeding her respiration and blood circulation. During an interview with police, Hees said the argument was over his communication with an ex-wife. He said at some point during the argument, DuBroc walked into the kitchen, picked a pistol up off the kitchen table, and pointed the weapon at him, according to the court documents. Hees told authorities he grabbed the gun and hit DuBroc on the side of the head. He then said he took the gun away from her.

Hees, in the court information, said he grabbed DuBroc by the neck at some point while he was trying to take away the gun. He also told authorities he may have hit her on the nose as well, and he also stated he had slapped DuBroc in the past. [Source]

She pulled the gun on him, so he beat the crap out of her, and he’s the one in jail. Amazing.

    @ eaglesoars:

The Pennsylvania legislature followed up fast

More than two dozen state legislators have submitted a resolution seeking to decertify Pennsylvania’s election results, saying there is proof of “substantial irregularities and improprieties associated with mail-in balloting.”

The resolution introduced late Friday by 26 House Republicans must be acted upon by end of business Monday, when the current legislative session ends. It had not been scheduled for a vote as of early Saturday.

Johns Hopkins Study Saying COVID-19 Has ‘Relatively No Effect on Deaths’ in U.S. Deleted After Publication

Conventional wisdom is that COVID-19 has caused thousands of deaths in the United States and nearly 1.5 million worldwide. This perception has been directly challenged by a study published by Johns Hopkins University on November 22.

Genevieve Briand, assistant program director of the Applied Economics master’s degree program at Johns Hopkins University, critically analyzed the impact that COVID-19 had on U.S. deaths. According to Briand, the impact of COVID-19 on deaths in the United States can be fully understood by comparing it to the number of total deaths in the country.

According to the study, “in contrast to most people’s assumptions, the number of deaths by COVID-19 is not alarming. In fact, it has relatively no effect on deaths in the United States.”

    Wait, what? Really?

That’s what it says. And, it should come as no surprise that the study was deleted within days.

Luckily, a back-up copy remains on The Wayback Machine, and we can still read the study.

BREAKING NEWS: Supreme Court precedent (McPherson v. Blacker) allows the Pennsylvania legislature to pass a joint resolution (one that the governor cannot veto) to select electors that will vote for President Trump instead of Biden.

Supreme Court made clear more than a century ago there is “no doubt of the right of the [state] legislature to resume the power [of choosing electors] at any time, for it can neither be taken away nor abdicated.” McPherson v. Blacker, 146 U.S. 1, 35 (1892)

Anybody see the Notre Dame/North Carolina game yesterday.?Really a good game in the first half. Notre Dame imposed it’s will in the 2nd half, better athletes.
ND does not have player names on their jerseys. But North Carolins had social justice slogans on theirs like ” Black Lives Matter”, “Say Her Name” ,’,”ICan’t breathe” and “equality”, etc.
At half time there was a recorded message from every ACC coach, lecturing the viewers on social justice.
Is it too much to ask to watch a football game without guilt trips?

Here’s the skinny on the Penna Supreme Court

    https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1328908377959714817.html

I found this in a blog post by Democracy Alliance, the powerful left-wing group founded by George Soros.

“In 2015, (we) made a critical investment that helped establish a progressive majority on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.”
4/ That’s quite a claim. Did they really help create a “progressive majority” on the court?

According to campaign disclosures, the top fundraiser in the race was Pennsylvanians for Judicial Reform, which funnelled funds from the PA Alliance (they even shared a mailing address).
5/ And yes, it turns out the PA Alliance was indeed funded by Democracy Alliance.

The then-head of PA Alliance was Mary Shull, who was also state director of America Votes, another member of Democracy Alliance.
6/ Let’s recap: Three of the Democrat justices on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that ruled against Trump were elected in 2015 on the back of record campaign spending that led directly back to Democracy Alliance, a group founded by George Soros.

    It doesn’t end there.

And they coincidentally destroyed the signed envelopes, so there’s no way to verify them.

Thus, you can’t prove which ballots are fake. The obvious answer is to throw them all out, but of course, that would disenfranchise the rest of the people who submitted mail-in ballots, so that won’t happen.

Remember the “Secretary of State Project”?

Soros and liberal groups seeking top election posts in battleground states

A small tax-exempt political group with ties to wealthy liberals like billionaire financier George Soros has quietly helped elect 11 reform-minded progressive Democrats as secretaries of state to oversee the election process in battleground states and keep Republican “political operatives from deciding who can vote and how those votes are counted.”

Known as the Secretary of State Project (SOSP), the organization was formed by liberal activists in 2006 to put Democrats in charge of state election offices, where key decisions often are made in close races on which ballots are counted and which are not.

The group’s website said it wants to stop Republicans from “manipulating” election results.

“Any serious commitment to wresting control of the country from the Republican Party must include removing their political operatives from deciding who can vote and whose votes will count,” the group said on its website, accusing some Republican secretaries of state of making “partisan decisions.”

Marxists always play the long game…

Bed time. New author some may find interesting. The Dave Robicheaux series by James Lee Burke. “New author” is new to me, Burke has been writing for awhile.

Crime novels, set in New Orleans/Lafayette, my 2nd home.

And with that she slammed on the brakes, dropped the transmission into reverse, and floorboarded the car backward in a screech of rubber and a cloud of black smoke. My head hit the windshield, then I saw my old Chevrolet coming up fast. “Watch it!” I shouted. But it was too late. Her bumper caught my front fender and raked both doors. Then she careened to a stop, flipped off the stereo, leaned across me, and yelled at the deputies, “This man says he’s a police officer. Is that true?” “Call the Cataouatche sheriff’s office, lady,” the older deputy said. He was squatting on one knee, and his face was strained with discomfort. “Who is this man in my car?” “He’s a piece of shit that’s going to get ground into the concrete,” the younger deputy said. The woman yanked the car into low, pushed the accelerator to the floor, and roared past my car again. I felt her back bumper carom off my front fender. She drove like a wild person, papers blowing in the backseat, the lake and flooded woods streaking past us. “I’m sorry about your car. I have insurance. I think I still do, anyway,” she said.

“That’s all right. I’ve always wanted to see the country from inside a hurricane. Are you still afraid, or do you always drive like this?” “Like what?” Her hair was blowing in the wind and her round blue eyes were intent over the wheel. “Do you still think I’m an escaped criminal?” I said.

“I don’t know what you are, but I recognized one of those deputies. He’s a sadist who rubbed his penis all over one of my clients.”

    “Your clients?”

So, if there was no fraud, there would be no reason to rush to reset or destroy evidence. They would welcome holding those records to prove the integrity of the vote. This leads one to the conclusion that those machines hold/held evidence of vote fraud and the counties are rushing to cover up the evidence.

    A case of REMF *

    *Rear Echelon Mother Fuckers

Chief of Defence General Campbell and Chief of Army Lt. Gen Burr should remember the Yamashita incident at the end of WWII.

Look it up! If the buck stops at the top and the guy in command gets hanged for anything that has happened during his tenure even if he didn’t even know about it. Yamashita was hanged in 1947 post WWII. So if that is just then Campbell and Burr should also suffer the same sentence of troopers under their command. If not then Yamashita was hanged illegally and the whole WWII SCOTUS were guilty of murder. There are ni changing the rules half way through the game here folks.

Note too that Campbell was awarded the Unit Citation for bravery when the only danger he’s ever been in in getting a paper cut in his Canberra office.

The toxic swamp that is Russell Offices (The Australian Pentagon) in Canberra has been over run by REMF for the past 30 years each attempting to outdo each other in Political Correctness.

Read the report. Currently the fascist Left having been busy attempting to unsuccessfully destroy the Catholic Church in Australia by bring false charges against Cardinal George Pell. Subsequently totally disproves by the Australian High Court in a 7 to zip decision. Now the same Fascist Left troglodytes are attempting to destroy the core fighting units within the Australian Army.

    They will fail again!

The closest that General Campbell the Chief of Defence has ever got to an actual shooting war was as a 2 RAR Battalion Lt. Col posted to East Timor In October 2001. 2 RAR had returned to East Timor, to staff out a UN Peace Keeping Force known as AUSBATT V of UNTAET, taking over from 4 RAR and serving a relatively uneventful tour, The closest Campbell ever got to danger was negotiating the street in front of his HQ in Dili and avoiding getting run down by bicycle traffic! Seriously.

That’s it. For the rest of his career he administered Army units in barracks filled staff Officer positions and crawled up the slippery pole in the fetid swamp that is Russel Offices (The Australian Pentagon0 in Canberra.

    V. A. Shiva Ayyadurai (born Vellayappa Ayyadurai Shiva,[2] December 2, 1963)[3] is an Indian-American scientist, engineer, politician, entrepreneur, and promoter of conspiracy theories and unfounded medical claims. He is notable for his widely disputed claim to be the “inventor of email”,[4] based on the electronic mail software called “EMAIL” he wrote as a New Jersey high school student in the late 1970s.[5][6] Initial reports that repeated Ayyadurai’s assertion—from organizations such as The Washington Post and the Smithsonian Institution—were followed by public retractions.[5][7] These corrections were triggered by objections from historians and ARPANET pioneers who pointed out that email was already actively used in the early 1970s.[3]

Quite a bit in what you said there. a) You are absolutely right about those who are terrified of this. If they are watching the news, all they are getting is “OMG! WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE!” 24/7. “YOU MUST WEAR A MASK!” “STAY HOME!”, etc. It’s insidious. Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty fame has a very good summary of why he thinks people are so scared. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_udN03WC70k&t=29s … and no, I don’t respect their fears, I try to dispel them when I have a chance and if they turn abusive, I have no use for them. b) Easy pandemic — you have that right; I just looked at the CDC web site, number of cases (i.e, positive tests, not hospitalizations or sicknesses) across the country is 48.9 per 100,000 population in the last 7 days, that is 4.89 per 10,000, or 0.489 per 100 people, i.e, less than one in 200 chance in a 7 day period of getting this disease. I’ve run the statistics, with those numbers, you have a less than 7% chance of contracting this disease in 12 months. That’s not a pandemic or epidemic, it’s a disease. … and with a 98% survival rate, this is not the second coming of the Black Plague. This is absolute nonsense.

Exactly what Phil Robertson said. I totally agree with that idea.

Yep. They have the ability to maintain order or to rule in a progressive manner that shows a disdain for the rule of law.

Today is the first day since the election that I did not have one moment of despair. I’m reconnecting somehow.

    ok, nite.

If you are a Q fan I apologize. I was reading some Q threads on GAB. They don’t rise above a noise level. Rather that is all they are doing.

A lot of commenters shocked by a video or a gif. The video or gif is fake or unverifiable. No one trying to validate anything. They create an environment where they can get trolled by the left with ease.

If he doesn’t accept protection he’s a dead man. If he accepts protection he’s a dead man, also.

“I was having to allow people to vote who literally had just moved here. A large percentage had addresses from two apartment complexes,” Anna Orth told GOP Arizona State legislators on Monday.

Orth remarked that “many” of these individuals were “residents for not more than a month.”

In another instance, Orth was refused entry to a room where problematic ballots were taken to be duplicated and couldn’t observe the process, she claimed. Overall, she estimated that approximately “2,000 ballots” were duplicated in that way.
    […]
These people, she said, had “out-of-state drivers licenses” but attempted to show proof they could vote by presenting an “electric bill” or another kind of bill that suggested they lived in the precinct.

McInerney says this is treason for those involved at the decision making level.

Says Krebs is guilty of treason.

Both Flynn and McInerney astounded that America media is censoring a US President.

McInerney makes a comparison to the Nuremberg trials.

This all seems to clarify the DoD staff changes. And the special forces consolidation.

I wonder what Mattis and Kelley think?
