President Joe Biden signed an executive order on Sunday altering the way the federal government handles elections, including by increasing voting and voter registration access for criminals in prison and on probation.
“The order will direct the Attorney General to establish procedures to provide educational materials related to voter registration and voting, and to the extent practicable, to facilitate voter registration, for all eligible individuals in the custody of the Federal Bureau of Prisons,” a fact sheet distributed by the White House states.
The order also directs the attorney general to help former prisoners obtain appropriate identification to satisfy state voting requirements. Biden is also asking the U.S. Marshals Service to include language in its contracts to facilitate voting by mail and provide eligible criminals information on voting and voter registration.

I once used the male plug end of the cords to my toaster, coffee pot and the electrical outlet in my kitchen to explain to my pre-teen kids how the reproductive system works.
First I told them that breakfast was ‘on its way’ then, while they watched me from the kitchen table, I began to make the morning meal. I grabbed the cords of these appliances and feigned frustration as I tried to, unsuccessfully, push them into each other. When they saw what I was having trouble with they began to laugh asking me ‘What are you doing dad? Thats not how they work !!”. I responded:’EXACTLY. And never let anyone try to tell you different”. This of course sparked conversation which was continued after school that afternoon. Life was SO much simpler then !
Fortunately this was decades ago because no doubt that in todays whacked world I would be arrested and my kids taken from their home because I had psychologically abused and emotionally scared them.

Sites used to cache sites to compress images. When I’m not logged in I usually see an old post on my phone and pc. I re login energy visit and it clears the path to the blog. I think you might have suggested the theme before? What theme is it? Probably a help desk article on it.
There used to be 3 or 4 header commands that could be installed in header.php to force no caching on the client side.
