6th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled the gov’t cannot dole out COVID relief based on race/sex

This case is about whether the government can allocate limited coronovirus relief funds based on the race and sex of the applicants. We hold that it cannot.

CW– I was messing around with the old files, saw your draft, thought it was going up on Memorial Day so I added the image. Now that I see it, it’s kinda grim, so I’ll change it out to something less depressing.

Verdict is in on the murder of 20-year-old University of Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts. Cristhian Bahena Rivera has been convicted of 1st degree murder, got life in prison without parole. I was wondering about his priors and there’s not much in the MSN stories other than he’s here illegally, is a mexican national, and one story described him as merely “a farm worker.” This blurb is from Yahoo News and highlights a key fact:

Why it matters: The trial will be one of the most closely watched in recent Iowa history.

Republicans, including former President Donald Trump, used the case during the 2018 midterm elections as a way to paint a picture of an unsafe country if undocumented immigrants enter the U.S.

You guys really need to modernise your slaughterhouses and bring in the robots and ups kill your slaughter men. NZ and Oz were forced and dragged into automating and modernising their chains 30 years ago. The bloody EU demanded unbelievable slaughterhouse standards and tech requirements as a mechanism to prevent down-under competing on the EU market. It eventually backfired as it just made the Kiwi and Oz slaughterhouses not only high tech and pristine but eventually lowered costs and allowed greater efficiency and competitiveness.

The days of university students working holidays in slaughterhouses making megabucks is long gone.

My guess is just a huge volume of admitted swarming and aerial , space and underwater contacts but with little or no analysis and just the usual … ‘we don’t know anything’ …. rhetoric. Certainly no mention of other previously leaked information on wreckage recovery and reverse engineering attempts.

In 2019, the Albemarle County, Virginia School Board unanimously voted to adopt a radical “anti-racism” policy aimed at “building the racial consciousness” by requiring children to deconstruct their racial and sexual identities and “understand that anti-racism is an action” for which they have a “personal responsibility.” Breitbart News has obtained access to the County’s pilot curricula, which the County has attempted to keep secret from parents.

The thing is – neither can any other country. This is a global issue and whatever the U.S. has to say about it, other western countries should follow suit and divulge their records too. I get the impression that the U.S. doesn’t have any channel to discuss it w/France, UK, etc.

Has a Brit Astrophysisy talking about this very subject yesterday. He was convinced by the hard sensor evidence, backed up by trained observers. He left himself some wriggle room but he agreed that the militaries of Earth just don’t know what the hell they are looking at nor how these things do what they do and how their ‘physics’ manages to do what it does.

Interestingly his ending throw away line was I think this phenomena probably originates on Earth but perhaps not now !

His unstated inference was not now but maybe in our future that is having effects in their past.

A break in the time dimension might seem to be most logical. A way to get around physics as it is understood now may have been found in ‘our’ future. Hell, maybe they’re just a bunch of archaeologists on a gov’t grant.

This is a damning report on the FBI lying again about everything – the Gretchen Whitmer kidnap plot, the Jan 6 ‘pipe bomb’ non-story, the Oath Keepers – all of it.

I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to learn that the entire Jan 6 thing was a set up by the FBI using a bunch of suckers.

If the name Steven D’Antuono sounds familiar, it’s because it is. Readers might recall a must-read Revolver Exclusive from months ago detailing how D’Antuono appears to have helped frame the MAGA movement from his own local Detroit FBI Field Office, overseeing his Federal agents’ Infiltration-Incitement-Indictment sting operation of loners and losers during the so-called “Gretchen Witmer Kidnapping” plot. Then, with only a year of leadership in Detroit, D’Antuono was strangely and immediately promoted to the FBI Washington Field Office right before the election.

In the Whitmer Plot, once you get past the screaming headlines implying MAGA crazies plotted to storm the Michigan Capitol building and kidnap the Governor, you find that more than 25% of the plot’s participants were all FBI operatives (at least two undercover informants, and at least two undercover agents) who assumed key leadership roles in inciting a bunch of mentally unstable people in a Facebook chat group to do something stupid.

Just this week, it leaked out from court filings that the FBI has now indicted one of their own Federal informants – a third one, apparently – who the FBI originally paid to infiltrate the group in the first place.
    .
    .
Anyway, what were the results of the forensics? Full fingerprint matching to the entire US database of criminals can be done from start to finish in just 10 minutes. FBI, when you ran the forensics on the pipe bomb and the component parts, did it match with any of the 70 million individuals in the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS) criminal master file, or the additional 30 million individuals in the IAFIS civil master file?

And what is the likelihood that the act of building and planting a full-on homemade pipe bomb to blow up the entire GOP and DNC is the suspect’s very first crime, in a country where more people have criminal records than college diplomas?

FBI, do you think that before you told 330 million Americans to scan our spouses, siblings, sons, daughter, friends and co-workers for whether their “gait, body language and mannerisms” match The Most Wanted Terrorist In The Country, you could have also told us whether to limit our search for people who either do or do not have already have a criminal record?

Bannon has a good world view and great guests but he needs to seriously improve the quality of his podcasts. Needs a switchboard console that hooks in iphone and androids into an audio system.

Something like this. https://www.callinstudio.com There are a lot of products out there but there is probably one or two that are killer apps for podcasts. Most will have connectivity issues.

I think ones that use real phone numbers to make the connections are probably the best. Initiate the call from the studio and then switch it into the podcast. Bannon must have something like that already but every show has bad audio quality in it.

As for the logo you’re looking for to represent the right – I’d not even say the right as most of those aren’t willing to fight – I’d say ‘patriots’ – I’d use a flying, screaming eagle holding a clenched, bloody fist in its talons that had been ripped off at the elbow.

There’s this snarky comment at the bottom:
Well, this appears to be one way the military is attempting to “go green.”

A lot of what I’ve read recently indicates that the military is worried about vulnerable pinch points in the supply chain. It’s possible for a foreign adversary (China) to disrupt logistics enough to cripple an entire country, and our military is moving to reduce that risk, at least for them. Not sure how many electrickles they’ll be able to produce, but they’re not doing it to “go green.”

Yup they did exactly the same thing in NZ about 7 years ago. All of the NZPO buildings were outfitted with extra counters and iwiBank was born. The main reason was that all … well all except one … bank in NZ was bought out by Australian banks. Previously most NZ Banks has Australian roots but operated as separate entities. No longer so as the Aussie banks all got together to price gouge their customers as well as making record profits and closing rural branches through NZ. Even the former NZ Government Bank of NZ fell to the Aussie buyout. So now there are the Aussie big 5 banks plus a few international banks and just two kiwi owned banks. KiwiBank and Taranaki Savings bank,

Actually KiwiBank does a good job and clawed back a reasonable share of banking from the big 5 Aussie banks. Banking in NZ is nothing like that of the US and I have had a lot of experience with US banking. Kiwis and Aussies are about a century ahead of US banking practice… seriously !

The effects of the JBS meat packer hack are spreading

A cyberattack on JBS SA, the world’s largest meat producer, has forced the shutdown of some of the largest slaughterhouses globally, and there are signs that the closures are spreading.

JBS’s beef plant in Canada, one of the nation’s largest, was shut down on Monday following the May 30 attack. The company’s slaughter operations in Australia had been halted, a trade group said. A number of plants in the U.S. and shifts have been canceled, according to labor union representatives.

e prospect of more extensive shutdowns around the world is already upending agricultural markets and raising concerns about food security as hackers increasingly target critical infrastructure. Livestock futures slumped. In the U.S. alone, JBS accounts for almost a quarter of all beef capacity.

The world’s largest meat producer shut its North American and Australian computer networks after an organized assault on Sunday on some of its servers, the company said by email. Without commenting on operations at its plants, JBS said the incident may delay certain transactions with customers and suppliers.

Got an email from Uber explaining what they are doing for LGBTQIA+ rights and links to loads of stuff.

My thoughts are basically how would I know someone was LGBTQIA+ unless they told me?

Why do I need to know what they do with their penis, vagina, hamster, baby oil or many of the devices you can buy on Amazon?

I may subconsciously discriminate against LGBTQIA+ people. But how would I know they are as they are?

The rise and rise of the ROBOTS.

Currently there is a massive and I really mean massive shortage in heavy trucking drivers. The drivers bounce from job to job as trucking companies attempt to outbid each other to attract staff drivers.

Enjoy it while you can guys because your days are numbered. The robots are in the ‘wings’ rubbing their articulated probes in glee. Same goes for airplane drivers. The days of solo system managers, just along for the ride, and watching the twinkling the flashing lights, is not too far away either.

What happens to airmanship is moot as is the adventures of the road

Given that auto land has been real for 25+ years and preprogrammed flight via three axis Autopilots and GPS Nav as well. The role of the pilot has been shrinking annually as tech automates more and more of aircraft operations. Only aviation law is dragging its feet but even that is changing. Pilots are morphing into systems analysts who monitor and cross check automated systems who can in fact monitor themselves more efficiently that any pilot. Still the passengers down the back seem to still demand that guy up front with the gold rings and swashbuckling saunter… even if in reality even that is less and less realistic and is just an historic artefact.

In just 70 years we went from steely eyed Captains and their erstwhile First Officers piloting their flying boats over the vast waters of the oceans digging weather and finding tropical lagoons to land their silver service guests. Being the ultimate arbiter of the fates of everyone aboard, to a button pushing monitor of automated systems, rarely getting any practice at all dealing with actual emergencies because the systems are almost foolproof… almost.

I saw the very last few of the steely eyed aviators of yore as well as the button pushing nerds of today.

How time flies when you’re having fun….. or scaring yourself shitless on occasion.

Pilotless aircraft is a lot safer idea than driverless trucks, though. The real problem with self-driving cars is the fact that the vast majority of the vehicles they’d share the road with are NOT self-driving, and they probably wouldn’t cope well with the stupid things human drivers do.

The only way that will ever really work is if ALL vehicles are self-driving (and are either centrally-controlled, or at least communicate with each other).

This Victorian Police have a 170 year history of Masonic authoritarianism, and Police corruption. These thus in uniform are a shame to Police everywhere. I know because I belong to a Police family. My dad was a 26 year Police veteran in the Australian State of New South Wales Police, my cousin was a Commonwealth Federal Policeman, and my son is a 7 year verbena Police officer in the New Zealand Police Force. The Victoria Police are mere Fascist thugs and their State government and the leadership of their institutions are riddled with Masonic corruption and Neo-Marxists.

I realize that it’s not something you could solve overnight, but it would be a lot easier than dealing with 300 million human-controlled cars and trucks that can go in random directions. No matter how clueless the pilot of a light plane is, the possible flight paths are relatively limited and predictable. It can’t come to a sudden stop, or make a U-turn like a car can.

Unlike the US the Masonic Temple is not particularly well disposed in Australia as well as many parts of Europe where the gestation of modern Masonic establishment happened in 1717. Especially where mostly Protestant Masons establishments rubbed up against catholic laymen. This friction almost sparked a revolution at the Eureka Stockade except there was no Washington and most of the Irish got drunk and forgot to man the walls. Still after the uprising the ringleaders of the Irish gold miners were arrested and jailed in the infamous Pentridge Jail. 10,000 miners descended on central Melbourne which was defended by Victoria Police ( infamously commanded by Mason officers) . The State on that day and the associated Masonic betters gave way to the miners, who threatened to burn the State capital. The Miners leaders were released from Pentridge jail. In the Australia State of Victoria especially but also in the Police generally in Australia the Masonic Lodge and it’s secret membership become a power within a power structure. The same thing goes for the military where the Masonic Lodge has infiltrated the Officer Corps. The Establishment administration in Australia has been captured for 1150 years by a Masonic presence and because it is both a secret society running in parallel with civil society and the Masonic Lodge is extremely anti-Catholic tends to put people off!

Three Popes over the past 150 years warned and tried to circumvent the penetration of the Church by Masons to no effect. The Vatican II Council brought Masonic power to the fore when many Cardinals senior churchmen and even a couple of popes were strongly suspected of covert Masonic membership, including the current incumbent. This even though the Membership of the Masonic Temple is considered grounds for automatic excommunication from the RCC.

Well in practice not so much

If folks knew that on top of LAX (Los Angeles Airport) there is a VFR (Visual Flight Rules) corridor from 1500′ to 3000′ where light aircraft or anything really don’t even have to have a radio fitted to be allowed to enter and leave the zone.So there is a band of air 1500 feet deep running right overtop of LAX with commercial jets dipping underneath this band on approach and then popping out the other side after take off…. and there is ZERO radio contact…. The band starts at the 405 freeway and ends at the beach off the end of the LAX 4 parallel runways. Remarkably it actually seems to work !

    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/jun/03/bill-gates-warren-buffett-new-nuclear-reactor-wyoming-natrium

Power companies run by billionaire friends Bill Gates and Warren Buffett have chosen Wyoming to launch the first Natrium nuclear reactor project on the site of a retiring coal plant.

TerraPower, founded by Gates about 15 years ago, and power company PacifiCorp, owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway, said on Wednesday that the exact site of the Natrium reactor demonstration plant was expected to be announced by the end of the year.

Small advanced reactors, which run on different fuels to traditional reactors, are regarded by some as a critical carbon-free technology than can supplement intermittent power sources like wind and solar as states strive to cut emissions that cause climate change.

“We think Natrium will be a game-changer for the energy industry,” Gates told a media conference to launch the project in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

“This is our fastest and clearest course to becoming carbon negative,” Wyoming’s governor, Mark Gordon, said. “Nuclear power is clearly a part of my all-of-the-above strategy for energy” in Wyoming, the country’s top coal-producing state.

The project features a 345 megawatt sodium-cooled fast reactor with molten salt-based energy storage that could boost the system’s power output to 500MW during peak power demand. TerraPower said last year that the plants would cost about $1bn.

Late last year the US energy department awarded TerraPower $80m in initial funding to demonstrate Natrium technology, and the department has committed additional funding in coming years subject to congressional appropriations.

Chris Levesque, TerraPower’s president and chief executive, said the demonstration plant would take about seven years to build.

“We need this kind of clean energy on the grid in the 2030s,” he told reporters.

Nuclear power experts have warned that advanced reactors could have higher risks than conventional ones. Fuel for many advanced reactors would have to be enriched at a much higher rate than conventional fuel, meaning the fuel supply chain could be an attractive target for militants looking to create a crude nuclear weapon, a recent report said.

Levesque said that the plants would reduce proliferation risks because they reduce overall nuclear waste.

    https://freebeacon.com/biden-administration/senate-dems-confirm-anti-israel-activist-to-top-spot-at-us-postal-service/

Just before the Memorial Day weekend, Senate Democrats quietly confirmed a longtime anti-Israel activist to serve on the United States Postal Service’s Board of Governors, raising further questions about the Biden administration’s embrace of those who serve on the front lines in the fight to delegitimize the Jewish state.

Democrats confirmed by voice vote Friday evening Anton Hajjar, a longtime member of and legal adviser to the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC), a notoriously anti-Israel organization that promotes anti-Semitic canards. The group routinely and inaccurately refers to Israel as an “apartheid state,” a term meant to stoke anger at Israel, and has accused U.S. lawmakers of promoting Israel’s interests over America’s. Senate Democrats expedited Hajjar’s confirmation by waiving a parliamentary rule that allows the minority to delay a vote.

Hajjar is just the latest Biden nominee closely tied to anti-Israel causes such as the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement. Dilawar Syed, Biden’s pick for deputy administrator of the Small Business Administration, has served on the board of the Muslim-American advocacy group Emgage Action, which supports BDS, since 2017. Biden also tapped BDS activist Maher Bitar to serve in a top intelligence posting on the White House National Security Council.

While Hajjar will have little power to promote anti-Israel causes from his perch on the Postal Service’s Board of Governors, critics see the Biden administration rewarding fringe activists with plum gigs. Hajjar is a prolific Democratic Party donor and recently gave funds to Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D., Mich.), the anti-Israel lawmaker who has promoted anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and pushed to cut U.S. aid to the Jewish state as it was fighting Hamas terrorists this last month. The Postal Service board directs the agency’s expenditures and sets policies of most postal matters.

With the increased aid we are providing to the cave people and this move I’m convinced we are basically trying to get into a cold war with Israel. This administration is the enemy of all that is good.

I’ve known a few Masons. Nice guys. They seem dedicated to public service and attend different churches. I think the Great Architect thing is from Pythagoras as in “God Geometrizes”.

Still its a secret organization that requires you to ask to join. They won’t ask you. In the old days they were sort of the social media for the enlightenment. But also had a tendency to fail prey to evolve into “Karens”, Some Papal bulls issued against them. I believe a splinter group of them was responsible for creating the Ku Klux Klan?

I wasn’t aware of that Australians history that Aussie Infidel posted but it makes sense. The British, French, and American military had a number of famous Masons.

I was on a European tour once with a Mason as part of the group. He was very big on having a UN presence for humanitarian work. I liked his enthusiasm but upon reading the UN work i was concerned that it was too much control and force. But Zuckerberg is 1000 times that now.

    CNN is lying again

AZ Sec. of State Katie Hobbs on Trump falsely claiming that the state’s election audit will lead to him being reinstated as president: “We saw what happened on Jan. 6 and his cult of followers believe he’s the rightful president and he’s going to instigate another riot like that”.

I have been hearing this crap about Trump being ‘reinstated’ and Trump SAYING that he will be reinstated and nobody can point to a source where he actually said anything of the kind.

What this tells me is that ‘they’ are really nervous about the audits.

Nobody can point to a source where Trump actually said at least 90% of the things he’s alleged to have said over the past 5 or 6 years. Half the country still believes he said them, though.

Unlike the US the Masonic Temple is not particularly well disposed in Australia as well as many parts of Europe where the gestation of modern Masonic establishment happened in 1717. Especially where mostly Protestant Masons establishments rubbed up against catholic laymen

I have zero idea what their purpose is here. There’s a supremely ugly Geo. Washington Memorial Masonic Temple here in Alexandria that most people use for geographic orientation, and I know there is a women’s group (called Eastern Star, I think) but I don’t even see them doing charity stuff.

DC is completely based on Masonic principles as are most of the key buildings. That said in the second half of the 1700s the Masonic Temple effectively declared war on the Catholic Church and there ias been covert warfare between the two ver since. In the mid 1800s all religious priests etc has to swear that they were not Masonic plants. By the 1930s Masons established between 1000 and 1500 planted religious within seminaries. The eventually graduated and were promoted until the 1960s when during the Vatican CouncilII ‘came out’ and dominated the Church. Pope John XXIII and PaulVI were seriously suspected of being covert Masons as is Francis the current Pope.

Most Masons are harmless secularists or confused types who believe in something called the Great Architect. Only when Masons get to the final three ‘degrees Above the 30th Degree that the unmasking happens and Satan is exposed as their leader. Shriners fall into this category as do very many of the globe’s elites. The war continues however what’s left of the Catholic Church believes that they can’t lose so they hold together as the Remanent and hope like hell ! (pardon the pun !)

I’m not a Catholic but believe in a divine line of thought in the Catholic church. I don’t think a Catholic can serve two masters. They would fall if they did. IF one commits to the church as the body of Christ then one needs to commit. Masonic thought would probably dilute ones observance.

A lot of that old esoteric thought is now just common psychology. Symbolic systems. One can do a google search and see all the Masonic secrets and be fairly disappointed in their breadth and depth. As a worldwide symbol the Cross bears more power than a secret grouping. The secret groupings are maintaining old power struggles.

IMO the Church should go back to Latin masses. Jsut me though. lol. I don’t really observe religions. I am a failed Methodist.

Hobbs is lackluster as a human being. Hard to understand how she gained reings of power as a fool.

Mike Lindell is the one who says Trump will be back in office by August. Mike has lawsuits pending regarding the election. Bannon humors him on this I think.

But if it becomes that the CCP is exerting dominant control on the Biden admin who knows what the military may do?

These hacks on the beef and energy indrustry I think are driven by the CCP. They are harvesting their solarwind hacks and using the darkweb to send the vulnerabilities to foreign actors.

Tim Pool points out that Davos groupies say we will own nothing by 2030 and be happy with it. He talked to farmers in his area and they say the Feds have restricted their beef production. That plus all the increased articles on eating cicadas for protein is part of the Biden admin effort to wean Americans from beef and energy.

America has become a target of opportunity for all foreign actors that oppose opportunity.

Bannon national populism is the solution.
