About that McCullogh/Rogan interview I’m going to write up – Keven Downy listened to it also and provided crib notes. Here is what I found so stunning – so far –

    1. FACT-O-RAMA! The 2nd largest hydroxychloroquine factory in the world burned down on Dec. 20, 2020.

    2. Rogan: So you believe this is a premeditated thing that they were doing? So they realized that in order to get people enthusiastic about taking this vaccine, the best way to do that was to not have a protocol for treatment.

McC: (partial) I can tell you that if you want to find the evidence that Moderna was working on the vaccine before the virus ever emanated out of the lab, if you wanted to find the collusions and the operations between the Gates Foundation and Gavby and Sepi and Pfizer and Moderna and the vaccine manufacturers and the Wuhan lab and the National Institutes of Health and Ralph Barrack and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and how all this was organized, if you want to see the Johns Hopkins planning seminar called the SPARS Pandemic in 2017, where they had a symposium, people showed up. They wrote up their symposium findings. They published this. It says it’s going to be a coronavirus. It’s going to be related to MERS and SARS. It’s going to come over here to the United States. It’s going to shut down cities and frighten people. There’s going to be confusion regarding the drug hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. And we’re going to utilize all that in order to railroad the population into mass vaccination. It’s laid out in the Johns Hopkins sparse pandemic training seminar. The only thing they got wrong was the year; they said it was going to be 2025. Instead, it landed a few years early.

    https://pjmedia.com/uncategorized/kevindowneyjr/2022/01/04/crib-notes-from-the-joe-rogan-dr-mcculloch-interview-everyone-is-talking-about-n1546524

    IT. WAS. PLANNED.

One caveat: In this interview, McC says you can only get COVID once. He later asked Robert Malone to correct that during Malone’s own interview with Rogan.

CW: Ordered the ramen stuff, looks like great fun! My favorite grocery store here has a very nice ‘Asian’ section which is considerably better than the gourmet Wegman’s back in Virginia.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg paving way for bigger bloodbath: critics

In a stunning reversal of traditional law enforcement procedures, Bragg sent a memo stressing “diversion and alternatives to incarceration,” in pursuing prosecutions … by not sending criminals to jail. The no-jail time exceptions are murder, a crime that involves someone’s death, or a felony. And several serious crimes, like armed robbery, are being reduced to misdemeanors, which could mean dangerous thugs will end up back on the streets without seeing the inside of a jail cell.

And even if you murder someone, Bragg says his office will limit sentences to 20 years. He is refusing to seek the state-mandated “life without parole” for murderers, which would include terrorists, cop killers and even serial killers.

“He’s paving the way for an even bigger bloodbath than what we have seen in New York City already,” says Jennifer Harrison, head of the crime victims advocacy group, Victims Rights NY.

“It’s going to be deadly,” she predicts. “Not prosecuting crime and standing with socialists, advocating to release more violent criminals with blanket release mandates, when murder rates are up, what, 45% over the past two years … is not the message that we want to be sending.”

Bragg says he is seeking “goals of safety and fairness,” by focusing on “accountability, not sentence length” and claims that his reforms “will make us safer.”

He also wants a defendant’s race to be considered.

Bragg’s office will largely no longer prosecute some trespass offenses, the charge of resisting arrest, fare beating and sex work. Besides armed robbery, he is also reducing charges for stealing from stores or from home storage areas, and drug dealing.

Several thousand tons of graphite which burns when very hot cooled by blowing air through hundreds of holes in it. Hot air then gets blown out of a chimney into the atmosphere.

70,000 fuel canisters filled with uranium.

Aside from the $4.5 million to be distributed among the survivors, $2 million goes to the program’s administration and outreach efforts. The additional $1 million is earmarked for thousands of plaques to remember the wrongful sterilization victims.

Under state eugenics laws from 1909 through 1979, more than 20,000 Californians in state-run hospitals, homes, and institutions were sterilized, making up one-third of such sterilizations done in the United States, according to the state legislature.

The laws, enacted in 1909 and repealed in 1979, gave medical officials authorization to sterilize people who were identified as suffering from inheritable mental illnesses, abnormal mentality, “feeblemindedness,” “perversion,” and “the disease of syphilitic natures.”

Taxpayers are now responsible for California’s past eugenics program.

My father’s first wife was epileptic. Something he did not know when they married. He found out when she had a seizure shortly after. He was ok with it . Then, when he went overseas for the war, she ran around on him and he found out.

Turns out that in Pennsylvania it was illegal for epileptics to marry. So instead of divorcing her – it carried some stigma – he had the marriage annulled.

She never remarried – or married, I guess – and remained good friends with my grandmother.

Star Wars is a more likely offender with its merchant types.

The MMORPG World of Warcraft was based on races that were alliance or horde. Horde was deemed evil and included orcs, trolls, dark elves, and goblins as racial types. A lot of racial joking going on. But the players could discern. Every so often in global chat a player would feel the need to be an actual NAZI. And without fail would get pummeled en masse. In this MMORPG I first encountered wokeness. I’d get called out as a fascist if I chatted a conservative meme. Add this one

Seattle police exchanged detailed fake radio transmissions about a nonexistent group of menacing right-wing extremists at a crucial moment during 2020 racial justice protests, an investigation by the city’s police watchdog group shows.

The radio chatter about members of the Proud Boys marching around downtown Seattle, some possibly carrying guns, and then heading to confront protesters on Capitol Hill was an improper “ruse,” or dishonest ploy, that exacerbated a volatile situation, The Seattle Times reported. That’s according to findings released Wednesday by the city’s Office of Police Accountability (OPA).

And interestingly the reason the nearly catastrophic disaster did not really make international news at the time, and is largely forgotten by history is entirely due to the Russians.

Six days previously the Soviet Union launched Sputnik 1 and the whole world was shitting a set of coloured lights because of the very real threat that the USSR was capable of launching a nuclear strike anywhere in the world.

Note: “shitting a set of coloured lights” is a quaint British euphemism for panicking.

lot of crying today. Investors longed on coins and the market bottomed. Leverage at 10x and 50x was called in and its noted that about 250,000 people were liquidated to the tune of 900 million dollars.

I’ve never understood leverage well. I was going to leverage $30,000 in corn and soybeans futures in my twenties but the broker talked me out of it. lol.

TFK warned us about Ted Cruz shortly before he disappeared, his wife had worked for his campaign. IIRC his wife came home crying one day and quit campaigning for him. I don’t recall exactly what else he said, I don’t think he ever related what the incident was but that she no longer trusted him. It was one of those posts that stuck in my mind because Cruz was still kind of new on the scene and I live in Texas. I’ve kept a close watch on him and have decided that he is another slick tongued snake in the grass. We’ve been stuck with the deep state RINO John Cornyn for too many years too, we try to primary him out, but they act all Conservative in the election cycle and get re-elected.

    Banking regulations.
    Fed inflation decisions.
    Unrest in Kazakstan

Those were the three main reason I see in social media.

But there is a high level of greed, ponzi schemes, and corruption in crypto. It’s not regulated at all so the criminals there have a free reign with low chance of getting caught. And zero penalties if they do.

It’s a group of geeks excited about transforming monetary systems into a world economy. With a group of financial sharks looking to chew them up as they transfer money around. A Texas team comes up with a COVID vaccine that could be a global game changer

A vaccine authorized in December for use in India may help solve one of the most vexing problems in global public health: How to supply lower-income countries with a COVID-19 vaccine that is safe, effective and affordable.

The vaccine is called CORBEVAX. It uses old but proven vaccine technology and can be manufactured far more easily than most, if not all, of the COVID-19 vaccines in use today.

“CORBEVAX is a game changer,” says Dr. Keith Martin, executive director of the Consortium of Universities for Global Health in Washington, D.C. “It’s going to enable countries around the world, particularly low-income countries, to be able to produce these vaccines and distribute them in a way that’s going to affordable, effective and safe.”

In villages that wore cloth masks, infections were reduced by only 5%.

    This is very cool

Scientists are now able to collect and analyze DNA pulled from thin air, and the groundbreaking new techniques used to do it could transform the way endangered animals and natural ecosystems are studied and protected.

Two groups of researchers working independently, one based in Denmark and the other in the UK and Canada, tested whether airborne DNA could be used to detect different animal species by collecting samples at Copenhagen Zoo in Denmark and Hamerton Zoo Park in the UK.
All living organisms, including humans, leach genetic material known as eDNA into the environment when they excrete waste, bleed, and shed skin or fur. In recent years, conservation scientists have sequenced waterborne eDNA to track certain species, such as the UK’s great crested newt population, in aquatic environments.

    @ Aussie Infidel:
I’d pick TN over FL. Florida is hot and muggy. Unless I was on the panhandle area beaches. Gulf side far from Miami.

TN produces more natural pain killers for injured fire fighters. And the weather is in between.

But actually in all seriousness property taxes, sales taxes, and income taxes would be a prime consideration. The house I used to own has property taxes of about $15,000 a year. No way I can afford that without a deep investment portfolio.

He can’t take the State taxes in NY State anymore.

    Your thoughts?

    TN vs FL

Well, I looked at both as I have family in Florida and my parents lived there for years after they retired.

First, Hubby could never have tolerated the weather. Because my mother was from New Orleans, I spent a lot of time in the steam bath of the deep south and can tolerate it.

Florida gets hurricanes and has wild life I’m not fond of. Alligators are fun in pics, not so much in real life (and yes, they ring your doorbell). Also, those flying roach things. They have head lights and landing gear. Oh, and armadillos. Very cute, and can be quite friendly. They are also the only known animal other than humans to contract Hanson’s disease (leprosy).

However, the tax profile is quite good. 6% sales tax last time I looked, no income tax, no inheritance tax or estate tax.

Culturally – well – depends on what you like. They finally shut down the spring break nonsense, but it is still a tourist-y destination with all that comes with it. As it stands now, so many people are moving there, the housing prices are thru the roof.

BUT – fabulous beaches, the weather can be breathtaking. If I absolutely were forced to move there – it would be the Gulf side, not the Atlantic – or the pan handle.

TN – 6% on interest and dividends was in effect until 2021. 7% sales tax BUT localities will add to that. Where we live that’s an additional 2%. I think it’s one of the highest COMBINED sales tax rates in the U.S. But because we have, at our stage in life, just about everything we need anyway, we’re cool. If we had to raise a family….However, property taxes are low (but Nashville may be an exception – more later) and there is no state income tax. I really didn’t look into taxes on vehicles as both our cars our paid off and fairly new. We aren’t looking to buy new vehicles w/in the next 10 years. Property taxes are pretty low. Here’s the state info page. To be clear, in Virginia we paid almost $8000 on at 3400 sq ft home w/ a postage stamp size yard. Here we pay $1800 on a 2400 sq ft home w/ almost half an acre.

    https://www.tn.gov/revenue/taxes/local-taxes/property-tax.html

The weather is very close to that of Virginia. Quite moderate. There are wild cards, as we’ve seen in the most recent snow storm, but they are rare.

Tell your friend to look closely at the local gov’t. In Tennessee, Nashville is BOOMING. It’s the Los Angeles/music hub of the south and culturally is all neon. However, their idiot mayor had to raise property taxes by over 30% because he built things like auditoriums, etc. A lot of California people (eg Ben Shapiro) are moving there.

That’s on the other side of the state. Here in Knoxville (eastern), it’s a lot slower and sane. First, Smokey Mountains. Breath taking. Have been thru some of it and having grown up in Appalachia – WOW. Our housing prices are increasing rapidly as we, too, are getting an influx of blue state refugees. Our house value has increased 20% in 2 months and, according to my real estate friends, most of it is due to declining inventory vs. demand. The handy men I talk to say half their clientele now are blue state refugees who are coming in droves. The local builders are going nuts. They can’t build fast enough, there are supply chain issues and the people already in place are kvetching about anticipated traffic nightmares.

I will say this. Florida is not culturally ‘southern’, it’s as diverse as NY.

Tenn., at least Knoxville – IS most certainly southern. I can’t explain the difference, probably because of my hybrid parentage, but I know it when I’m in it. And I’m in it.

Whatever your friend does, getting out of NY is a no-brainer

Democrats’ loose talk of ‘disqualification’ still dangerous

This year, the Biden administration joined many in the United States in criticizing the mass disqualification of 583 candidates in Iran by the Guardian Council. The Iranian elections (like elections in other countries like China and Venezuela) are democratic only in the most artificial sense: You can freely vote from a pre-selected list of candidates.

Electoral disqualification systems are generally anathema to democratic values, but some in the United States are now toying with the idea for the 2022 or 2024 elections. While more modest than the Iranian model, the Democratic calls for disqualification are just as dangerous. What is most maddening is that this anti-democratic effort is cloaked in democratic doublespeak.

This week, Democratic lawyer Marc Elias predicted that 2022 would bring a renewed interest in qualifying Republican members from office based on an obscure Civil War-era provision. Elias — the former Hilary Clinton campaign general counsel — is a well-known figure in Washington. Elias has founded a self-described “pro-democracy” group that challenges Republican voting laws and pledges that will “shape our elections and democratic institutions for years to come.”

Elias and others are suggesting that — rather than defeat Republicans at the polls — Democrats in Congress could disqualify the Republicans for supporting or encouraging the Jan. 6 “insurrection.” Last year, Democratic members called for the disqualification of dozens of Republicans. One, Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.) demanded the disqualification of the 120 House Republicans — including House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy(R-Calif.) — for simply signing a “Friend of the Court brief” (or amicus brief) in support of an election challenge from Texas.

These members and activists have latched upon the long-dormant provision in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment — the “disqualification clause” — which was written after the 39th Congress convened in December 1865 and many members were shocked to see Alexander Stephens, the Confederate vice president, waiting to take a seat with an array of other former Confederate senators and military officers.

Justin Reade of the North Carolina Supreme Court later explained, “[t]he idea [was] that one who had taken an oath to support the Constitution and violated it, ought to be excluded from taking it again.” So, members drafted a provision that declared that “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”

Cy-Fair ISD teacher put 13-year-old son in her trunk while driving to testing site for fear of COVID-19 exposure, documents reveal

A mother has been charged after her 13-year-old son was found in the trunk of her car at a Cy-Fair ISD drive-thru COVID testing site, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office confirmed.

Sarah Beam has been charged with endangering a child. Cy-Fair ISD Police Department said a warrant has been issued for her arrest.

According to court documents, on Jan. 3, Beam pulled into the drive-thru testing site located at 11355 Falcon Road in northwest Harris County, when a witness reported hearing something in the trunk. The witness said when Beam unlatched the trunk, the boy was found lying down inside.

Court documents said the witnesses told Beam she would not receive a COVID test until the child was removed from the trunk and placed in the back seat of the vehicle. The witness then called police.

Beam allegedly told authorities her son had tested positive for COVID-19 and she was taking him to the site for additional testing. In order to protect herself from being exposed, Beam decided to put the boy in the trunk of the car.

Authorities were able to view surveillance cameras showing the moment the child exited the trunk of the car and got in the back seat.

According to Cy-Fair ISD, Beam most recently worked as a teacher at Cypress Falls High School and has been employed by the district since 2011. She is now on administrative leave.

White Coats for Black Lives’ Calling the Shots at America’s Medical Schools

White Coats for Black Lives (WC4BL), a radical socialist organization of doctors and medical students, is succeeding in its mission to racialize the practice of medicine, believing that the “dominant medical practice in the United States has been built on the dehumanization and exploitation of Black people.”

With at least 75 chapters at medical schools across the country, WC4BL seeks to radically redefine the practice of medicine in the United States, as it advocated “prioritizing” black patients over other patients and “unlearning toxic medical knowledge and relearning medical care that centers the needs of Black people and communities,” according to its 16-page missive. [Emphasis added].

Furthermore, the organization believes “whiteness is an invented political tool created through violence in the service of establishing domination,” “whiteness has been historically used as a violent means for stealing lives,” and “racism, capitalism, and white supremacy are interdependent systems which lead to the particular dehumanization, exploitation, and murder of Black people.”

The End of Privacy: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App to Report $600 in Total Transactions, Require Your Tax Info

Starting this month, third-party payment vendors will report $600 in total annual transitions to the IRS. That’s not every transaction of $600 or more. That’s if you do more than $600 worth of business with any of them over the course of an entire year.

Vendors will also need to see your tax information, comrades.

PayPal, Venmo, and others are acting in compliance with the American Rescue Plan Act, passed by Democrats on a strict party-line vote in both houses, and signed into law last year by Presidentish Joe Biden.

Another Democrat pushing the idea that Republicans can be barred from office over the January 6 riot:

Commentary: Stefanik and others who violate their oath must face consequences

Sixteen years ago, when I first joined the CIA, I took an oath. It’s the same oath each member of Congress and those who serve in our military take: to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

On Jan. 6, 2021, however, the nation watched as lawmakers like Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-Schuylerville, violated that oath. That day, after rioters stormed the Capitol, Stefanik voted to block the certification of the 2020 election. She defied the Constitution and the will of the American people to keep Donald Trump in power despite his losing a free and fair election, justifying her actions by repeating the same falsehoods pushed by the former president’s inner circle to undermine faith in our democracy — the same falsehoods that spurred Americans to violence just hours prior.

We cannot move on from the horror of last year’s insurrection without consequences for those who conspired against our government. We need to defend our democracy and protect against such events ever happening again. Passing the legislation we need for accountability must be Congress’s first priority.

The Constitution already contains a provision that can hold our elected officials to their sworn oath. Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment bars from office anyone who engages in insurrection against our democracy after taking an oath to support the Constitution.

Now, all we need is an enabling statute — a bill like HR1405, which creates a civil procedure for enforcing this provision. Critically, this bill will bring clarity to the many questions Americans have regarding Jan. 6: Did the Capitol attack constitute an insurrection? Whose responsibility is it to enforce our elected officials’ democratic oath? What is the standard of evidence and what checks and balances do we create to ensure the Fourteenth Amendment is applied in truth and fairness?

By creating the legislation that answers questions like these, we can affirm that eligibility for federal office depends on allegiance to the United States. Not to a political party or president, but to the Constitution that establishes our government of, by, and for the people.

Those who abandon that allegiance should be removed and disqualified from office. Otherwise we risk incentivizing insurrection from these officials when the will of the people doesn’t cut their way.

Matt Castelli of Wilton is a Democratic candidate for the 21st Congressional District and a former CIA officer and director for counterterrorism at the National Security Council who served in both the Obama and Trump White Houses.

Of course, it’s just a coincidence that he’s running for Stefanik’s seat, which would be much easier if she’s not allowed to run for reelection.

Ah, I knew there was a reason Singer’s name is familiar.

he’s well known as an advocate for animal rights and as a public philosopher is classified as a utililitarian.

    He’s also big on eugenics.

Singer advocates the killing of certain newborn infants at the discretion of their parents. The criteria he proposes for deciding which infants may be killed center on a wide range of hereditary physical conditions which Singer considers “disabilities”. He has been forthright and consistent in his advocacy of this position for many years. The second sentence of his 1985 book Should the Baby Live? (co-authored with his close colleague Helga Kuhse) reads: “We think that some infants with severe disabilities should be killed.”

    Did you guys see this?

N.Y. governor backs nation’s first statewide gas ban

The blueprint calls for the state to pass legislation requiring all new buildings to use zero-emissions sources of heat by 2027. In practice, that would mostly require them to use electricity rather than fossil fuels, and it would follow in the footsteps of New York City, which became the largest U.S. city in December to ban the use of fossil fuels for building heat (Energywire, Dec. 15, 2021).

The 2027 target “sends an unmistakable signal to the New York market, the nation, and the world that the future of buildings must be decarbonized,” the blueprint said.

Hochul also laid out a new target of electrifying 2 million homes by 2030, which would entail a tenfold increase in the current rate of adoption of electric heat. At least 800,000 of the homes under the plan would house low- and moderate-income New Yorkers.

infinitely more inefficient to burn gas, boil water (thermal loss), turn turbines (mechanical loss), transmit electricity (resistance line-loss) to the home, then convert the electric to heat energy using what amounts to a short circuit that not only generates heat, but also generates other unusable wavelengths (spectral loss) than to just burn gas in the home and heat up the air.

    but science!!!!

Yes your Honor I did steal a bollard. Well I just stored it in my garage for a little while while Christmas and various parties were held because there was … No Parking… available at the Beach and the Village Green was just sitting there unoccupied. There is a local Stasi ‘Karen’ in the Beach community. I’ll replace the wayward bollard at Zero-Dark Thirty tonight and blame the disappearance on the Thames City District Council.

    They are.

Nobody has anything to do with them. They are pretentious plonkers. They attempted to stop cars parking on the village green but I pre-empted their little plan by removing a movable bollard the night before. We then went to the local Council and asked for the Parks and Reserves boss …. who we chatted to. He looked an air photo of the Ngarimu Bay community and agreed that there was no available parking on ANY streets and that the only viable parking was the ‘green’. He gave permission to use that space in writing.

That put paid to the Stasi Karen and her metrosexual husband’s plans to keep the rif-raf away from their exclusive ‘back yard’. These morons back onto the Green’ and believe that they have exclusive use, because …. well just because.

    🙂

The wayward bollard will miraculously re-appear tomorrow morning…. like magic!

The punishment was subtle but still effective. Even to the point where they attempted to boast and say that the Green have hosted an European professional Opera singer, when he visited NZ.The Karen being a would be elitist, got all ‘twittery and said that she could organize a recital on the Green, as she felt that it was better and more upper class, rather than that terrible party music.

Mrs AI responded that she knew the opera singer well and in fact he and his family had rented our beach house when he was in NZ. That set off the ‘Karen’ well and truly, and she got all sugary and said that next time he visited Mrs AI and the Karen could jointly arrange a recital. Mrs. AI cut her to pieces at that point, and suggested that next time the opera singer was in NZ he’d promised to sing in St Georges church to help fund the replacement wiring.

Like all Karens they need to be the centre of attention but in end up outsiders within communities. That social exclusion is the greatest punishment that one can inflict on ‘Karens’.

The standare politician in OZ looks after #1 at all times and it shows. Lies drip from their lips whenever they speak. You can always tell when they’re lying …. Their lips move!

    🙂

There a few outstanding exceptions. One was a dyed in the wool Labor Party socialist. A real arsehole but smart as a whip. I couldn’t stand him. Then he had a ‘road to Damascus moment’ did a total 180 resigned as Labor leader and started a seriously Conservative (Traditionalist) Party, won a seat in the NSW State Senate and has been the major thorn in the side of Labor both Federally and in the NSW State. He writes and broadcasts in conservative publications and on Sky TV as a conservative commentator.

The thing is that he knows where all of the Labor Party buried lay! The socialist left both fear and hate him!

Buried deep within the massive infrastructure legislation recently signed by President Joe Biden is a little-noticed “safety” measure that will take effect in five years. Marketed to Congress as a benign tool to help prevent drunk driving, the measure will mandate that automobile manufacturers build into every car what amounts to a “vehicle kill switch.”
