Interesting read

We taught them just enough capitalism for them to destroy themselves. These banking numbers are way out of bounds.

I didn’t know the Coast Guard could arrest people. Based on an anonymous flyer.

The Coast Guard made the arrest based off of a flyer sent to them from an anonymous source, then claimed the man was wanted for assaulting a federal officer at the January 6th, 2021, rally in Washington D.C. It turned out, there was no warrant.

So, apparently, there really was a 10-year-old who went to another state for an abortion.

Unfortunately, that seems to be the only part of the story that was true. There was never any need, according to the Ohio AG, because it would have been covered under their law.

Missouri AG Eric Schmitt blasts FBI for seeking concealed carry permit information

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt this week blasted the Federal Bureau of Investigation for planning to conduct audits of local Missouri police agencies’ concealed carry permits next month.

Schmitt, a Republican who is running for U.S. Senate in the upcoming August primary, wrote a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray on Wednesday criticizing the agency for overstepping its authority and violating Missouri law. He called on the agency to cease the planned audits.

“This is not going to happen,” Schmitt wrote in the letter. “I will fight you tooth and nail with all of the resources that the people of Missouri have given me as their Attorney General.”

In a news release about the letter, Schmitt’s office painted the planned audits as “Illegal Attempts to Harvest Concealed Carry Permit Information from Missouri Sheriffs.” The release said the office became aware that the FBI was planning to travel to Missouri to audit sheriff departments across the state.

Road Rage in Malaysia. The crime? Removing a license plate from another car.

A man and woman from Singapore who were involved in a road rage incident at Tuas Second Link last weekend have been arrested by Malaysian police.

Iskandar Puteri district police chief Rahmat Ariffin, in a statement on Friday (July 15), said the two of them were arrested on Thursday night at the Sultan Abu Bakar Immigration, Customs, Quarantine and Security Complex, which is on the Malaysian side of the Second Link.

In response to queries, the authorities said the man is Singaporean but declined to say if the woman was Malaysian or a Singapore permanent resident.

Malaysian police had previously said the pair was wanted for committing mischief.
After their arrest on Friday, the two suspects admitted that they were involved in the incident, said the statement.

…In video footage that was widely distributed on social media, the woman was seen ripping the car licence plate off a black Toyota Alphard and throwing it at the Alphard’s windscreen

The current big issue in crypto. Is a coin a security or a commodity?

Lawsuit says Solana will fail “Howey Test”
The lawsuit believes that SOL is a security under the Howey test.

The Howey test is used to determine whether a transaction is an “investment contract,” and it is commonly used by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to evaluate such transactions.

According to Investopedia, an investment contract exists in an enterprise when there is an expectation of profits from the effort of others.

Crypto is attached to the dollar in a lot of ways. Bitcoin will survive better, the rest of the coins will plummet.

What it looks crypto is doing is following the US stock market. Because all those big investors in crypto now are also big in the US stock market.

no one knows though. I guess bitcoin survives unless governments come to hate it and regulate it out of existence. Putin just signed a bill to ban payments in crypto.

Some of those coins will survive. Like cardano maybe. Cardano is working on being an improved information system in third world countries. It probably doesn’t care what the dollar does.

I was reading that all the aircraft industries need a lot of titanium. Who supplies most of the worlds titanium? Russia. Who has shut down their own titanium production? Joe Biden.

Titanium is 20 percent of the weight of a plane. And used to absorb stress.

I’m wondering if the restart is to address that? Where they remove some core code from the product and all the logs related to the code. And have to remove all bots that used that code. Basically isolating a vulnerability in their lawsuit and then scrubbing all info off their systems. You take the system down so that there are no running open files that can’t be deleted. Then you run the delete programs and restart.

Musk needs a total halt on platform changes. No log deletions. He should have staff inserted to insure that. But I doubt he does.

Would-Be British PM Rishi Sunak’s Family Runs A China-Linked, World Economic Forum Partner Company Pushing Digital ID and Social Credit Scores.

SUNAK’S WIFE IS A FOREIGN CITIZEN WITH A SHAREHOLDING IN THE WEF-LINKED COMPANY.

Sunak, who topped the second round of voting by Conservative Members of Parliament (MP) in the Tory leadership race on July 15th following Boris Johnson’s resignation, is widely considered the “neoliberal” or “globalist” candidate.

The father of Sunak’s wife Akshata Murthy is the founder of Infosys, an Indian information technology company that provides services to a host of Fortune 500 companies and banks. One of the company’s leading services is Finacle, a digital banking platform. Murthy remains a foreign citizen with “non dom” i.e. non UK tax-paying status despite her husband’s work as Britain’s most senior finance chief, and expectation of becoming Prime Minister.

Infosys is listed as an official partner of the World Economic Forum (WEF), which has been accused of seeking to develop the technological infrastructure to implement a global “social credit score” system.

I worked in local government. A lot of bloat there. The feds are even worse. Integration with federal offices would triple operating budgets and expand time to projects. A $10,000 project would become a $100,000 project or worse if a federal office was involved. Decision time frames probably became 6 months instead of a month. Most of that stuff can be automated and AI’d now.

I bet we could lay off 9 of 10 federal workers (excepting public safety) and pay them for 10 years. And we wouldn’t notice any change in service levels. Amd we would save trillions. I used to think the figure was 1 in 4, now cynically I think it is actually 9 in 10.

Of course they’re all lying. Everybody saw this coming, but they lied about it to get their grift going.

California went big on rooftop solar. Now that’s a problem for landfills

Many are already winding up in landfills, where in some cases, they could potentially contaminate groundwater with toxic heavy metals such as lead, selenium and cadmium.

Sam Vanderhoof, a solar industry expert and chief executive of Recycle PV Solar, says that only 1 in 10 panels are actually recycled, according to estimates drawn from International Renewable Energy Agency data on decommissioned panels and from industry leaders.

The looming challenge over how to handle truckloads of waste, some of it contaminated, illustrates how cutting-edge environmental policy can create unforeseen problems down the road.

“The industry is supposed to be green,” Vanderhoof said. “But in reality, it’s all about the money.”

I wonder what his first clue was

In a pitiful plea deal offer, the Department of Justice offered to give him a maximum of 30 days in prison for a single count of contempt and drop the other count–if he not only pleads guilty but also cooperates with the January 6th Committee’s subpoena “to the satisfaction of the Justice Department.”

Recent Surge in Car-Fire Recalls Frustrates Drivers

More auto companies ask drivers to park recalled cars outside and away from structures due to fire-risk concerns

Sean Nemeth, the owner of a plug-in hybrid Chrysler Pacifica, was perplexed when earlier this year he received a rather surprising recall notice, advising him to park his vehicle outside and away from structures.

The notice informed him that his particular model is at risk of catching fire—even while stationary and turned off—and the cause is still unknown.

    Yeah, it’s a mystery

…An earlier version of this article mischaracterized the environmental risk posed by heavy metals in consumer photovoltaic arrays. This story has been edited to clarify that panels containing toxic materials are routed for disposal to landfills with extra safeguards against leakage, and to note that panels that contain cadmium and selenium are primarily used in utility-grade applications….

still toxic, no matter where you bury them,..

Have you ever notices that in the black population there are some that are smart, successful, and sharp thinking and then there are an over abundance of black with paranoia, conspiracy minds, victim psychologies. And the dems are promoting the latter to positions as moral thought leaders. Ergo Pelosi taking a knee. I call it the Black Plague. LeBron James and Kamala Harris fall into the latter category. The category of blacks that prefer to think of themselves as slaves. Condi Rice is in the former.

Can ANYONE shed some light on the cash of a Ukrainian freighter? The story seems to have sunk out of sight, and that alone makes me itch.

    Possibilities include :
Origin of the flight was Jordan

Jordan is a hub for logistics for the US and especially for covert ops

The US were in the middle of supplying ‘smart’ 155mm gun ammo

The US were also in the middle of arranging the supply of MRLS type smart rocket ammo

The US were in the process of supplying range enhancing base bleed 155 ammo that will outrange Russian artillery and provide counter-battery fire

I’ll give you good odds that this Ukrainian freighter was loaded to the gunnels with some or all of this and the Russians were determined to destroy it before it could be deployed.

I’ve asked an aircraft strategic planning analysist for info on likely routes out of Jordan that would bring it into range of Russian AA rockets based in Syria.

ANYONE know where this wreckage is located?

How much credence is given to the story about mechanical failure. I guess getting a wing blown off could be classed as a mechanical problem.

This is a serious developing story and could indicate an escalation of operations beyond the confines of the Ukraine

The crash I read about was from Serbia to Jordan, crashing in Greece. Yeah, tons of munitions on board. All 8 crew dead

PALAIOCHORI, Greece (AP) — An Antonov cargo plane operated by a Ukrainian airline crashed Saturday near the city of Kavala in northern Greece, authorities said. Local residents reported seeing a fireball and hearing explosions for two hours after the crash.

Greek Civil Aviation authorities said the flight was heading from Serbia to Jordan. The An-12, a Soviet-built turboprop aircraft, was operated by cargo carrier Meridian.

Greek media reported there were eight people on the plane and that it was carrying 12 tons of “dangerous materials,” mostly explosives. But local officials said they had no specific information on the cargo and provided varying numbers of people on board.

As a precaution because of a strong smell emanating from the crash site, a coordinating committee made up of municipal, police and fire service officials told inhabitants of the two localities closest to the crash site to keep their windows shut all night, to not leave their homes and to wear masks. Authorities say they do not know if there were dangerous chemicals on the plane, including those contained in batteries.

If the compressor is running in the outside unit you will hear a humming noise over the sound of the fan and warm air is blowing from the vents, you may be low on Freon or whatever the call it now. If that is the case, check the copper lines coming off the outside unit for ice on one of the lines. If a line is iced up, turn the unit off for an hour or so until the ice melts, then turn it back on, it may help you limp along until you can get the coolant gas topped off.

REAKING: The Post Millennial announces exclusive podcast series ‘The Trial of Steve Bannon’ with Viva Frei

The Post Millennial announces the development of a new collaboration with attorney and YouTuber Viva Frei, who will be covering the trial of Steven K. Bannon exclusively for The Post Millennial. This Post Millennial exclusive series will feature Frei breaking down each facet of the trial from jury selection through judgment. Frei has previewed the coming trial on his channel.

“If you had any lingering doubts from the acquittal of Michael Sussman, despite all incontrovertible evidence, the kabuki theatre trial of Steve Bannon will leave little doubt: we live in a world of parallel legal systems, where justice —and injustice— is doled out on the basis of political ideology,” Frei said in anticipation of the trial, which begins in Washington, DC on Monday.

Bannon faces charges of contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a subpoena that was issued by the January 6 Committee in September 2021, which was looking to uncover communications between Bannon and former President Donald Trump in the lead up to and surrounding the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021. It is the committee’s contention that Trump incited a riot and they are looking at communications of nearly everyone who was close to the President at the time. Close associates of Trump have had their homes searched and their devices seized over the past few months.

Bannon’s refusal to comply with the subpoena was due to the former president having invoked executive privilege, saying that their communications were protected. The committee refused to grant that, and found him in contempt of Congress in October 2021. In November, Bannon surrendered to the FBI.

Last weekend, Trump issued a letter to Bannon stating that he was free to testify before the committee, and Bannon’s attorneys, in turn, submitted the information of Bannon’s willingness to appear to the committee. However, the committee declined to withdraw charges, stating that the contempt charges had already been assessed and that though Bannon may now be willing to testify, that doesn’t change his past refusal.

Bannon’s attorney’s submitted a request for a delay of trial, stating that in the limited time given “It would be impossible to guarantee Mr. Bannon a fair trial in the middle of much-publicized Select Committee hearings which purport to broadcast investigative ‘findings’ on topics that are referenced in the indictment.”

Judge Carl Nichols denied that request, and further rejected Bannon’s request to subpoena records and testimony from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and members of the January 6 Committee, chaired by Bennie Thompson. Nichols said that Bannon also would be prevented from introducing evidence that other of Trump’s aides were not charged with contempt.

Nichols also limited additional defenses, saying that Bannon would not be permitted to challenge the make-up of the committee itself, nor state that the DOJ was countermanding its own policies by launching the charges against him. Bannon is also not permitted to state that he acted on the advice of his attorneys in refusing to comply with the subpoena to appear.

“What’s the point of going to trial here if there are no defenses?” asked David Schoen, Bannon’s attorney, after the hearing denying Bannon’s ability to defend himself on any other grounds than that he had perhaps misunderstood the date by which he was required to comply.
Viva Frei, or David Freiheit, is a Canadian lawyer who earned his degree from the University of Laval and began practicing in 2007. In 2018, he left the practice and began devoting himself to creating commentary videos on his YouTube channel. He has taken on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, slamming his outright bans on firearms, defended the Canadian truckers’ Freedom Convoy, and taking intense issue with Canada’s draconian, far reaching vaccine mandates.

    Air conditioning….

Thingy outside running. Fan inside running. All seems ok but no cooling.

Well in times of high humidity the cooling coils get coated with ice and basically they are no longer able to cool the air passing not through them that past them.

In that case you need to turn off the AC part by turning the thermostat up but keep the fan on to let the block of ice thaw.

    Commercial refrigeration units do this.

Your domestic fridge does an automatic defrost cycle.

Ukrainian An-12 of the Meridian airline crashed on the evening of July 16 after a fire that broke out in the engine. According to the official, there were approximately 12 tons of “probably dangerous” cargo on board.

But no signs of remnants of chemical weapons or nuclear materials could be found. The An-12 was not carrying weapons of mass destruction, but not training mines, as official authorities said, but a completely different cargo.

According to information published in the well-informed Telegram channel NEZYGAR, the plane was transporting weapons that Ukraine resold from its stocks received from Western countries (stingers, javelins, AKs with ammunition, etc.) to the military wing of the Middle East Hezbollah through the Serbian organized crime group, by a long route through Syria and Jordan (to elude the attention of the Russian Aerospace Forces). The value of the contract is 9 million US dollars, of which 3 million have already been transferred as an advance to accounts in the UAE.

As NEZYGAR writes, the CIA shared information about the flight with weapons for Hezbollah with the Mossad. And then it was already a matter of technology for one of the most formidable special services of our time …

The air-conditioning repair people will be out on Thursday. At this point, needing people out three times in the last two years to fix this stupid thing, we’re really hoping that they just replace the whole system. It’s the original AC from when the house was built in 2001.

Right now in my office downstairs it’s 80° and 60% humidity and the thermostat up here shows 88°. And that’s with one of those little rolling AC units in our bedroom and in the living room.

Ukrainians won’t accept Canada’s decision to return Nord Stream turbine to Russia – Zelensky

MOSCOW. July 18 (Interfax) – Ukrainians will never accept Canada’s decision to return a turbine for the Nord Stream gas pipeline to Russia, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

“I talked today with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. We discussed our cooperation, and I thanked him, thanked Canada for support. But I also pointed out that the Ukrainians would never accept Canada’s decision regarding a turbine for Nord Stream, which it decided to transfer to Germany essentially in violation of the sanction regime,” Ukrainian media quoted Zelensky as saying in a video address on Sunday evening.

Gazprom has officially addressed Siemens to provide documents to allow the return to Russia of a gas turbine engine for the Portovaya compressor station, which serves as the starting compressor station in the Nord Stream pipeline system.

It is very interesting how Volodymyr Zelensky is doing whatever he can, not merely to destroy all of Europe, but to push the world into World War III because of his and Ukraine’s inherent hatred of Russians. He has told Justin Trudeau that Ukrainians would never accept Canada’s decision to return a gas turbine intended for a Russian pipeline because it would encourage more sanctions violations. Meanwhile, Gazprom has come out and stated that it could no longer guarantee its “good functioning” pipeline to Germany due to crucial turbines that are being held up in Canada because of sanctions.

Gazprom has declared extraordinary circumstances to void itself from all contractual obligations to Germany, whereby the gas flow to Europe will stop flowing indefinitely. Reuters reported a letter dated July 14, 2022. Zelensky thinks cutting gas supplies to Germany will force NATO to invade Russia. Kyiv will be the first to go before Zelensky can make it to his private jet to run off to enjoy the hundreds of millions he is stashing offshore.

Perhaps Germany should now invade Ukraine. It seems to be the only way to save Europe.

Our computer has been targeting here late July and August and high volatility and August as a Panic Cycle in some markets. But just about everything is going nuts into 2023. A quarterly closing above $6.25 in natural gas, which it has NOT been able to achieve this far, will confirm this is going to get much worse. Therefore, a September closing ABOVE $6.25 will be a serious warning for 2023. We had a rare Double Directional Change this quarter, so it looks like we have the most brain-dead crop of world leaders ever in human history and Zelensky, who I warned was the man who would create World War III.

Even NYC lost over 5,000 small businesses thanks to COVID. There isn’t a single decision these people are capable of making. It has reached the point that people who I know personally, who would be qualified to lead, are simply not interested due to the WOKE culture. We are simply headed into a politically created nightmare.

We see sharply higher volatility in August and the SIGNIFICANT risk of war coming in the first quarter of 2023. This is NOT something that is my personal opinion. The only thing that can actually target periods well in advance is an unbiased computer. It was Socrates that targeted 2008 as a Panic Cycle published back in 1999, which can be verified on the Wayback Machine. That was not only the Great Crash that set in motion negative interest rates theories, but it was the historical high in the euro.

Notably, though Birx’s memoir has earned relatively few reviews on Amazon, it’s earned rave reviews from Chinese state media, a feat not shared even by far-more-popular pro-lockdown books such as those by Michael Lewis and Lawrence Wright.

Colossal Failure: EV Charging Stations Face Mechanical Problems – Over Half Inoperable in 1 Area

If there is one consistent fact about electric vehicles, it’s that they are unreliable. Now their charging stations have come into question as well.

In Aspen and Glenwood Springs, Colorado, many companies have implemented charging stations in their parking lots. All of them are not fully functional, however.

Chris Lane, a Basalt resident who owns two electric cars, highlighted a couple of issues with the local charging stations: Cables are ripped out, attachments are damaged and screens are cracked.

If there is a mechanical problem with any one of these stations, it automatically shuts down, Aspen Daily News reported.

“I charge in Glenwood, I see problems. I charge in Aspen, I see problems,” Lane said. He mentioned one exception: Tesla’s stations.

The book claimed that Milley was concerned that then-President Trump could “go rogue,” so he held the secret meeting and ordered officials to take “an oath” swearing that they would not take orders from anyone except him.

“No matter what you are told, you do the procedure. You do the process. And I’m part of that procedure,” Milley ordered, according to the book. The general then moved around the room and received verbal confirmation from each person.

And there’s the problem. Milley is absolutely NOT part of that procedure. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs–or any of the service chiefs–is not part of the operational chain of command. He has no more authority than the First Lady.

Of course, most people don’t understand that. The chain of command runs from the President through the Secretary of Defense to the appropriate 4 star Combatant Commander. Period.

The Joint Chiefs are in administrative positions. That’s why their title isn’t “Commander.”

Mining creates coins and validates crypto transactions.

You register a crypto wallet with a name like anwo9unweiousana eaoiuuaaii. That becomes your pointer into the blockchains. If you mine a coin than your name pointer is paired with the coin name pointer in the blockchain. You own crypto then. The blockchain is a distributed database that acts like an excel spreadsheet or an accountants ledger book of transactions. Miners create the coins and also use mining to validate that all entries into the global spreadsheet are valid.

There are several types of mining. The POW (Proof of work) mining is done by distributed computers that are solving a math problem. They use a specialized graphics video card that requires electricity to do the processing. You used to be able to do it with one computer to get 1 bitcoin, now you need a farm of computers to get 1 bitcoin. (Probably similar to using a computer to draw a web map or render a 3D art image. First computer to complete the math problem, web map, or 3D art gets a bitcoin reward. That gets recorded in the distributed ledger in the blockchains. A miner gets a percentage cut of your bitcoin reward to register your coin transactin in the blockchain.

Or it’s like Jenga and you are using an electric magnet to stack the jenga pieces higher and higher. And you have to get the stack higher than it has ever been previously to validate the creation of a bitcoin. (The rules of the system that are used to make the transaction complex) Complexity is supposed to make it impossible to hack the ledger. The parallel math process on many graphics CPU’s makes it too hard. Each jenga action references all the previous jenga actions and requires then to be in the stack. You can’t just jump into the jenga stack and pretend you own it.

Proof of stake mining uses less electricity and is based on ownership of crypto coins instead of the graphics card.

A third type is mobile phone mining. You can test it here if you want.
minepi.com/nexusa use nexusa as the invite code.

The mining is essentially cryptography designed to validate transactions.

Now that I have confused you. Best way to understand is to get a coinbase account and put $20 into it. Something you can afford to lose.

Tremendous amount of crime in the crypto world right now. But the long term value is that you can send your $20 to your cousin at the South Pole and don’t need a bank to broker the exchange for you. The ledger does that with no banking rules. No fees to transfer. Done from your phone. This is huge in Africa. But the tech is still in its infancy.

When they become more common and the novelty wears off, the resale value is going to drop to near zero. That’s going to dramatically change the cost calculation for buyers. Most people who buy a new car and trade it in after 3-4 years, expecting to get at least enough for a good down payment. With EVs, they’re probably going to get less than they owe, so they’ll be paying the dealer to take it.

Regular battery replacement was $357 vs the off the shelf battery price of $150. Problem was that the form factor of the battery was not generic but proprietary and built just for this hybrid engine. No one stocked on. Had to have the dealer replace it.

Apparently Deborah Birx, the Scarf Doctor, wrote a book a while ago that nobody paid attention to. Until they did. She lied, altered CDC docs, etc. The Brownstone Institute takes her apart.

Virtually every page of Birx’s monstrosity of a book, Silent Invasion, reads like a how-to guide in subverting a democratic superpower from within, as could only be told through the personal account of someone who was on the front lines doing just that.

Notably, though Birx’s memoir has earned relatively few reviews on Amazon, it’s earned rave reviews from Chinese state media, a feat not shared even by far-more-popular pro-lockdown books such as those by Michael Lewis and Lawrence Wright.

back int the early 70’s, my parents bought a brand new house in a lovely development which is the next town over from where i live now.

said (ryan) homes were pretty standard cookie cutter, split level, every fifth house had the same layout. standard suburbia.

    anyhooo….

most of the home owners worked in the mills and made pretty good coin back then. their only problem was they were ALL lawn nazis…and they were trying to grow perfect lawns on clay…yeah, it doenst work. mill hunkies trying to be ‘lifestyles of the rich and famous”.

one saturday summer’s morn in 75, and i remember this very well. dad got home from a night shift at the nuke station, opened a beer and walked out onto the back patio. we could see the entire loop of all the houses from the top lot, 15 on each side and 3 on top and bottom…36 lots in a giant circle…ALL mowing grass at 0730AM.

dad stood there and uttered words… ‘eff words’!!! and then he said, we’re moving. in two weeks we were in a great old italian house in the next town over with a bunch of degos.

but…i digress, the biggest middle finger that i saw was from a native arizonian who lived in the same new sub division. he was an engineer at the nuke station and knew damn well that grass wont grow on clay. he lined his entire yard, brought in mega tons of sand and rocks from AZ, along with portable cacti, and made AZ on his half acre lot. it was beautiful.

Most people who buy a new car and trade it in after 3-4 years, expecting to get at least enough for a good down payment. With EVs, they’re probably going to get less than they owe, so they’ll be paying the dealer to take it.

A guy where I worked bought a Volt several years ago. Colleague and he were talking and he mentioned that he had traded in the Volt because he was no longer able to get to and from work on a single charge. Said he paid $35K for the Volt and got something like $15K in the trade-in.

In the final hours of the Trump presidency, the U.S. Justice Department raised privacy concerns to thwart the release of hundreds of pages of documents that Donald Trump had declassified to expose FBI abuses during the Russia collusion probe and then defied a subsequent order to release the materials after redactions were made, according to interviews and documents.

The previously untold story of how highly anticipated declassified material never became public is contained in a memo obtained by Just the News from the National Archives that was written by then-White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows just hours before Trump left office on noon of Jan. 20, 2021.

Meadows’ memo confirmed prior reporting by Just the News that Trump on Jan. 19, 2021 declassified a binder of hundreds of pages of sensitive FBI documents that show how the bureau used informants and FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign and misled both a federal court and Congress about flaws in the evidence they offered to get approval for the investigation.

Mystery solved: DOJ secretly thwarted release of Russia documents declassified by Trump

Department used last-minute privacy concerns to halt release, then ignored direct order from president to make memos public.

Capitol Police Release Damning Facts, Slam DOJ Decision to Not Charge the ‘Colbert Nine’

f you read the entire statement, it’s abundantly clear that this was not just a misunderstanding brought about by a group of people who weren’t aware of the rules. They were informed multiple times over multiple days via multiple incidents that they could not be in any of the Capitol buildings without a credentialed escort. Earlier on June 16th, they had been escorted out of the Capitol Rotunda and told the rules. Their intent to ignore the law in order to harass GOP members isn’t in doubt.

It’s also untrue that they were invited into the building on June 16th, which is the primary excuse given by the DOJ for not pressing charges. Their scheduled meetings were on June 15th. Further, contrary to the idea of them being unwitting, the group was specifically denied the credentials they requested for that next day and chose to illegally enter anyway. Ironically, it was a Democrat staffer who called the police on Colbert’s team because he was terrified by all the screaming and yelling going on.

The idea that there wasn’t enough evidence for the DOJ to at least charge them with misdemeanors is farcical.

That’s nice. Now turn over Michael Bird, the guy who murdered Ashli

Even if they take back both the House and Senate, nobody’s going to jail. DOJ is still under the Executive Branch, and they sure as hell won’t prosecute any of their own.

They have no case to present. The judge already disallowed pretty much every possible defense.

Pelosi doesn’t believe in the American system. It looks like the reason she hates Trump is that he interfered with her graft income. All this stuff out of the House against Trump is because of that.

For me this all originates with Obama. He brought disrespect to his role as POTUS. Incompetent, corrupt, sleazy.

It’s not like Biden is doing anything as President anyway; he’s just a warm body filling the location not a leader making decisions and implementing policy. Walking through the living room where the folks have Fox News on (all day, every day …), someone was saying how the stock market had started to go down when it was announced that Biden had Covid. Hint to the pundit: The market don’t frickin’ care, whatever drove the market down for that short period of time during the day was not the news that Biden has Covid. Market went up again later. Nobody with two functioning brain cells to rub together thinks it matters one whit Biden’s state of health. They and the world know that he is merely a puppet and mouthpiece and somebody else is running the show. Pretty sure the other world leaders are dealing directly with whoever is running this crap show of an administration.
