Chris Christie’s statement on the DOMA repeal

Here is Corpulent Guido’s take on the Supreme Court’s ruling on DOMA.

Governor Christie held fast to his personal belief that gay couples should not have the right to marry despite the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling Wednesday morning that struck down the federal Defense of Marriage Act.

Christie, who last year vetoed a bill that would have legalized same-sex marriage in New Jersey, dodged questions about the court ruling earlier Wednesday, but was asked about it again during his monthly radio show.

He said the court ruling was “wrong,” and added his opinion on the New Jersey legislation is unchanged.

“No, I’ll veto it,” Christie told NJ 101.5 FM host Eric Scott.

“I believe the institution for 2,000 years has been between a man and a woman,” Christie said. “If you put it on the ballot and the people vote for it I am sworn to uphold the laws and the constitution of the state of New Jersey.”

Ann Coulter’s favorite politician Chris Christie launches an assault on the 2nd Amendment rights of New Jersey residents. He is proposing new gun laws that even ban .50 caliber guns.

Gov. Chris Christie unveiled gun control and violence prevention measures that are as comprehensive as they are ambitious.

Christie acknowledges there is no way to prevent all violence in our society, but he says it is the job of government to question, to scrutinize and to demand more in an attempt to address the problem.

The plan calls for expanding New Jersey’s already strict gun control laws, expanding government-funded mental health treatment, making it more difficult for kids buy or rent violent video games, requiring that would-be gun owners show government-issued IDs and bolstering penalties for gun-related crimes.

“It’s hard for me to sit here today and say, ‘If all these things got imposed we’d see an ‘X’ percentage drop in gin violence in this state.’ I don’t know,” said Christie. “Bad people are going to do bad things and so, would greater penalties deter people? You hope they do.”

Expanding New Jersey’s Already Stringent Gun Control Measures:

New Jersey has the second toughest gun laws in the country. The first facet of Christie’s plan seeks to make them even stricter. This includes banning future purchases of the Barrett .50 Caliber; strengthening the state’s existing background check requirement by mandating that mental health records are included in the instant background check process at the time of a firearm purchase; and requiring firearms purchasers to present a valid government photo ID, along with the already mandatory Firearms Purchaser Identification Card.

This is a violation of the Constitutional rights of the people of New Jersey. Chris Christie is who the Corrupt Consultant Class of the GOP wants as the nominee in 2016 if they can’t get Jeb Bush.

Chris Christie continues to be rewarded for his treachery of Mitt Romney last November. The Huffington Post has invited the fake Jersey Shore Corpulent Guido as heir guest for the White House Correspondents’ dinner. The bloated loser will get to sit next to Jon Bon Jovi.

TRENTON — Talk about an odd couple.

Liberal media mogul Arianna Huffington is bringing GOP star Gov. Chris Christie to the White House Correspondents’ dinner later this month.

The governor will feel at home with the Huffington Post founder’s other guests: New Jersey natives Jon Bon Jovi of Sayreville and Shaquille O’Neal of Newark, according to Women’s Wear Daily, which first reported the invites. Shaq recently visited Christie at the Statehouse in Trenton.

Chris Christie should ask John McCain about how great media adulation is, until they he faced Obama. Should Christie be the Democrat nominee, Hillary Clinton and OFA will make quick work of him.

The Progressives turn on the Corpulent Guido

The Corpulent fake Guido, played the tough guy role at a Black Church in Paterson, New Jersey. He used the term “boy” when arguing with an audience member. This prompted Progressives to accuse him of racism.

WASHINGTON — During an event at an African-American church in Paterson, N.J., Gov. Chris Christie used the word “boy” during a heated exchange with a man in the audience. The governor has a loose and colloquial style, and no history of racial animus in his past, but his remark and how it’s been heard by the black community underscores the challenge Republicans face as the party begins its post-election outreach.

The exchange was captured by NJToday and highlighted by the liberal New Jersey blog Blue Jersey.

Christie was responding to an African-American man, identified by the Associated Press as Mike Henry, who shouted that the governor should focus on fixing the public schools. “You can yell all you want about ‘fix the public schools.’ Yeah, I hear ya, boy, I hear ya. I hear what you’re saying, but let me tell you something else. What I hear is the despair, I hear the despair of folks all over this state,” Christie said at the event on Tuesday. Christie then went on to engage the man in an argument over the virtues of school choice.

Chris Christie is now seeing what the Progressives really think about him. They used him afer he betrayed Romney, but are now putting him in his place.
