The Constitution – Article 1

Article 1 of the Constitution deals with the Legislative Branch, ie, Congress.  Today, let’s compare and contrast what was originally intended by the Founding Fathers with what we currently have.  What is your opinion on where the congress, per Article 1, has taken power that doesn’t belong to it (or, where are they within their rights?)
