Obama’s 3rd World Liberation Style Budget Speech

Barack Hussein Obama gave a speech today outlining his budget plans that sounded like Hugo Chavez wrote it. He claims the Rich don’t deserve tax cuts, even though it’s been the same rate for 10 years. Obama then said that government spending has lead to innovation and advancement. A lie since most of our technological breakthroughs came from private industry. America spends 3rd highest per capita on education in the world and gets bad results. Obama implies we need to spend even more money.  Obama claimed Republicans want to take away health care from old people. In short, it was full of lie.

Seeking to reassert leadership on the deficit and reassure troubled financial markets, President Obama on Wednesday said $4 trillion can be cut from accumulated deficits by 2023, and told Congressto pass a “debt failsafe” trigger that would impose big cuts if the debt doesn’t begin to stabilize within three years.

Essentially tossing aside the budget he submitted just two months ago, Mr. Obama called for much deeper defense and domestic spending cuts and said while he will not trim benefit payment from Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid, more money can be squeezed out of the latter two programs in other ways.

The president also called for undoing the Bush tax cuts for upper-income taxpayers, and for canceling other tax cuts many of them receive such as the mortgage interest deduction — which he called “spending reductions in the tax code.”

Obama’s speech was  atypical 3rd World Liberation speech. It was us vs. them and only he can save us. We have had3 Center-Left Presidents since Reagan, but Obama is very far Left. This was a speech Hugo and Castro would applaud. Well done Comrade Obama!

Hoyer: No balanced budget for 20 years

You read the headline correctly! House Minority Whip, Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), has stated it will take twenty years to balance the budget. Clearly this shows how the Progressives don’t want to do the cuts needed to get our fiscal house in order. He doesn’t explain how we can run deficits for twenty years and keep accumulating debt without our credit rating being downgraded.

House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) said on Tuesday that it may take as many as 20 years to balance the federal budget after years of deficit spending in Washington.

At Hoyer’s weekly press briefing on Capitol Hill, CNSNews.com noted that President Obama’s latest budget proposal does not balance at any time in the next 10 years and asked Hoyer, “Do you plan on introducing anything that balances within that 10-year timeframe, or is that possible?”

Hoyer said, “Now [that] we’re at $14 trillion in debt, I think the answer is – responsibly – we’re not going to get there [a balanced budget] in ten years, but we have to be on a very considered path to get there, certainly, within the next decade and a half or two decades,” Hoyer said Tuesday at his weekly press briefing.

So it’s responsible to not balance the budget as quick as possible? No it’s irresponsible accepting massive deficit and accumulation of debt. This is a recipe for continuing anemic economic growth, job creation and wage increases we have had since 2001. Basically Hoyer is saying America is looking at two more lost decades of economic opportunity for Americans. This is irresponsible and criminal in my mind and the Republicans should go after him for this statement.

Barack Hussein Obama is of the same mentality as Steny Hoyer. After preaching fiscal responsibility in his 2008 campaign, he went to increase the federal debt and encourage the Federal Reserve to keep printing money. Now that the GOP controlled House is serious about bringing our fiscal situation under control, his true colors have been revealed. Rather than agree to cuts he is now advocating more spending.

“People started to realize what is needed is not either, or — not either more money or more reform, it’s both and. Both more money and more reform,” President Obama said at a technology school in Boston on Tuesday.

See the clip Here: Obama: “More Money” Is Needed For Education Reform

The US has spent billions on education over the last 30-40 years and nothing has improved. Clearly the issue isn’t more money, it’s the way subjects are taught. Most of the curriculum is designed by the Progressive NEA with the goal of indoctrination. They outcome they desire is teach people what to think, not how to think. What is needed is to break the back of the teachers unions, reform the curriculum and teach people skills they need in the real world. AN emphasis on critical thinking is needed. Borrowing more money from China or having the Feds print more money is not the answer.

In more Democratic/Progressive news here is something that should get out. The number three Democrat in the House, James Clyburn, D-S.C, will meet Louis Farrakhan. You read that correctly, the Minority Whip for the Democrats will meet with a known racist.

U.S. House Minority Whip James Clyburn, D-S.C., will join controversial Nation of Islam minister Louis Farrakhan Friday at Pittsburgh’s August Wilson Center for African American Culture for a live broadcast discussion on “The Disappearing Black Community and How We Can Get It Back.”

According to event details, Farrakhan will deliver the forum’s keynote address, focusing on “what blacks need to do to rebuild their communities and regain the purpose of the civil rights struggles of previous generations.”

This is just sickening and shows what the modern Democratic Party is about. The Progressive media gives a racist like Farrakhan a pass just because he is Black and a Muslim. James Clyburn should be condemned for meeting with this vile man. If this was a Republican he would be rightfully hounded for this. As we know, Democrats are allowed to do anything they want. Even murder is OK for Democrats since the media will give them a pass.

Republicans plan Budget Cuts

The Republican Party is now claiming that should they get a House majority, they will implement budget cuts. I hope they carry through with this and don’t cower out. Let’s not forget the GOP had total control of the US government from 2003-2007 and they governed like fiscal Socialists. In fact the Democrats ran to their right on fiscal issues in 2006 and won Congress as result. Once in power, they governed like fiscal Marxists and drove up the deficit to 1.2 Trillion and the debt by 5 trillion. Now Chris Cristie like budget cutting is needed and this is what the GOP is promising.

U.S. House Republicans plan to try to slash $100 billion from the federal budget as early as January if they wrest power from Democrats in this year’s midterm elections, setting up possible early showdowns with President Barack Obama on taxes and spending.

A Republican House takeover would thrust new committee heads, such as Representative Dave Camp on the Ways and Means panel, into the spotlight within weeks — or days — of seizing their gavels in early January. They would confront quick political tests that could alienate independent voters and Tea Party activists alike, analysts said.

I want to believe the Republicans but with their current Progressive leadership under Boehner (R-Oh), I have my doubts. Hopefully the rumors of Eric Cantor challenging Boehnerfor House Speaker is true. Paul Ryan and Cantor are the real deal Conservatives. As shown in the health care summit, they can run circles around Obama. They also know how to explain to the American public the sacrifices that will be needed to regain economic prosperity. A Cantor-Ryan leadership duo would be able to blunt the media’s attacks on budget cuts. The GOP needs good spokesman and they fit the bill.

In an interesting note, the Democratic party in Minnesota is running out right anti-Catholic ads. Since Catholic bashing and attacks on the church is accepted in America, no one has called them on it!

A  Democrat Party supporting independent non profit group has sent out perhaps THE most anti-Catholic political advertisement I’ve ever seen. Sometimes there’s a little subtlety to anti-Catholic political rhetoric but not this time. This is in your face anti-Catholicism. A postcard was sent out to voters with a photo shopped picture of a Catholic priest wearing a campaign button saying: “Ignore the Poor.”

[…..]

One of the more worrisome things about this is that this group must believe that there’s enough of an anti-Catholic vote that this would pay dividends. Could that be true?

Yes it will pay dividends since thanks to revisionist history, the media and entertainment industry, Catholic bashing is one of this nation’s favorite past times. As Stalin once said “How many divisions the Pope has?’ Very true words because if there was a Nuclear armed Catholic super power or Catholic terrorism, there would be more respect for the Church and its members. That is the truth, see the way Islam is treated in American society compared to Catholicism.
