Great googly-moogly! If that’s a photoshop, it’s a good one except for an odd s-shaped brownish splice, and something funky about the front right paw and its shadow. On the other hand, it’s entirely possible that the pooch was whelped with doggie dwarfism.

Interesting method for letting everyone know you’ve got a dog, and at the same time keeping if from barking at every leaf that blows by. The extra hole is obviously for mounting a laser sight behind the muzzle.
I used to wonder what it would be like to smell like a dog… I mean, what if humans had the same olfactory prowess that a dog has? One thing’s for sure, we’d all have to drive with our heads out the window.
