I’ll be honest, I am way to young to have the yearning I do for “the old days” and “simpler times”.  That being said, I do!  Nowadays, most like to speak about the need for “progress”, changing the way things are, and forsaking the past.  Although there is much improvement to go, overall they are very, very wrong!  In their rush to change, they throw out what was great about life!  There was no calling women “hoes”, or “b**tches”, no advocating murder, no simulated sex in clubs, and on T.V…  What I wouldn’t give to go back.

Anyway, they just don’t make them like they used to.

Although I would like to share real oldies but goodies, this is a Sunday night drinking (or not) open thread.
