If a tree falls in the forest, and the mainstream media claims that it did not make a sound because the tree in fact did not fall, does that really mean that the tree did not fall, or make a sound when it fell?

First let us deal with the insanely stupid philosophical question, “If a tree fell in the Forest”. Yes, that is an insanely stupid and immature question. The universe does not need to be observed to exist, it does not cease to exist when you close your eyes or when you die. To conclude that sound does not exist unless their is someone to hear it is to insist insanely that physical phenomena must be observed in order for them to exist. Sound is not the chemical reactions of a set of neurons reacting to stimuli, it is a physical phenomena that exists regardless of anyone or thing observing it. Sound is a wave front of vibrating molecules traveling through a environment of gas or a combination of gases. Whether their is anyone or thing observing it does not alter whether it exists or not.

Barack Obama was described best by the Bard himself over 400 years ago; “but a walking shadow, a poor player, that struts and frets his hour upon the stage, and then is heard no more; it is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing”.

Barack has had his moment upon the stage, widely cheered for a moment upon his entrance, until the audience realized that he wasn’t the hero, but rather, the fool. The cheers are dying down, and now the cat calls and jeers have started. The Mainstream Media, having 100 percent failed to recognize which character he played cheered the loudest, and now that it is evident to nearly everyone that he is the fool, they pretend that nobody has noticed. They pretend, because in proclaiming him the hero, when he is in fact the plays fool, they made fools of themselves.

As I had predicted months age, the stories have indeed begun, various Mainstream Media outlet’s, in a desperate attempt to distance themselves from the man they once proclaimed as the messiah, are now writing articles admitting that they really should have vetted his policies better. It will not be long now before they make the transition from admitting that they should have vetted his policies better, to they should have vetted him better. they will do so now, because they have no choice. They have already asserted that the tree made no sound, because it did not fall, the problem with that assertion is, that the tree, when it fell, landed on the houses of dozens of villagers living in the forest.

The villagers are pissed, they’re pissed at the tree for falling on their houses, and their pissed off at the mainstream media who claimed that the tree did not fall, let alone on their houses. The axes, hatchets and saws are out, and the branches are being stripped from the tree. Those branches that the mainstream media claims do not exist, from the tree they claim did not fall are being stacked against the houses of the mainstream media, and set on fire.

CNN poll shows Obama personal qualities sliding underwater

In fact, Obama is plummeting across the board:

Obama’s woes are not limited to honesty and his managerial skills. Fifty-six percent say he is not a person they admire, and an equal number say he does not agree with them on important issues. Fifty-six percent also say he does not inspire confidence, and 53% don’t view him as a strong and decisive leader. All of those figures are all-time records for Obama in CNN polling.

Don’t think Democrats on Capitol Hill haven’t noticed, either. While party leaders toe the party line, such as DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz’ claim that “Democrats will run on ObamaCare and win,” the rest of the Democrats are starting to wonder whether their party leadership is in denial:

Democratic leaders claim the bungled launch of Obamacare is just the latest news sensation — a media-stirred tempest that looks in the heat of the moment like it could upend the midterm election, but ends up fizzling well before voters head to the polls.

Some party strategists say they’re in denial.

And that perceived gap between party spin and facts on the ground is fueling worries that the White House and Democratic higher-ups aren’t taking the possible electoral blowback seriously enough or doing enough to shield their candidates. …

So while Pelosi and Wasserman Schultz insist they aren’t worried about Obamacare’s impact on 2014, the candidates facing tough races are acting worried. This month, 39 Democrats — the vast majority of them from swing districts — broke with the White House to support a Republican bill that would allow insurance companies to continue selling plans that don’t comply with Obamacare requirements through next year.

And some of them are taking a step further and taking shots at the White House. In an interview with CBS News, West Virginia Rep. Nick Rahall — one of the 39 party-bucking Democrats — said he wasn’t sure Obama had the “legal underpinning” for his fix that would allow people to retain health care plans that don’t comply with the ACA’s benefit standards for another year.

“There’s a rash of polls out this week showing Obama’s approval going down and the generic ballot closing. That explains why people are doing what they’re doing,” Frederick said.

Some people, Frederick said, “are seeing this as a disaster and they’re trying to run away from it.”

If the polling is accurate, it seems as though the American public is running away from Obama, too. Unfortunately for Democrats, they won’t be able to distance themselves from the disastrous ObamaCare they shoved down everyone’s throats, along with the rest of the second-term debacles that they have enabled by their support of a President perceived by a majority as both incompetent and dishonest.

Barack Obama is now enjoying the same level of popularity that George W Bush enjoyed at this point in his presidency, except, that the Obama economy is 5 times as bad as the Bush economy, a gallon of gasoline which cost a mere $1.79 under Bush now costs #3.50 a gallon, health insurance if you even still have it, cost twice as much as it did just months ago. More importantly, Obama has scandal after scandal still hanging around his neck that simply refuse to go away, despite the Mainstream Media’s best efforts to bury them. Operation Fast and Furious? Still working it’s way through the court system. Benghazi? congress is still holding hearings and demanding answers, and NO, nobody accepts Obama and Hillary’s claims that it was caused by a youtube video nobody have even seen. The IRS targeting Obama’s political opponents? Also still winding it’s way through the court system. The NSA illegal tapping of US Citizens constitutionally protected communications? Yup, still being investigated by congress.

Romney strategist says media not biased in favor of Obama

Many people look back and wonder how Mitt Romney could blow a winnable elections. One of the reasons was having idiotic advisers like Stuart Stevens. He was on CNN’s Reliable Sources and claim the media did not favor Obama. You read that correctly, One of Romney’s top strategist says the media has no bias towards Obama!

Ever since then-Senator Barack Obama first took a lead in the 2008 Democratic primary, the political news media has faced the accusation that they are “in the tank” for the now-second term President Obama. On Sunday morning’s Reliable Sources, the press got a qualified defense from a surprising source: Mitt Romney chief strategist Stuart Stevens. Host Howard Kurtz asked Stevens if ” much of the media is in the tank for Barack Obama,” to which Stevens replied, “In the tank? I would say no.”

“Do you believe, today, that much of the media is in the tank for Barack Obama?” Kurtz asked.

Stevens replied, “It’s not a yes or a no question. In the tank, I would say no. So, yes or no question, I would say no.”

No Wonder Mitt Romney lost!

Well, Guess What!

Alternate Title: What Media Bias?

The new jobs report will be out tomorrow, and courtesy of Gallup, this is what it’ll show. Contrary to what those flowery headlines force fed to America over the past two months stated, those idiotic stimulus programs known as the Stimulus and Quantitative Easing are not, “just now beginning to work.” Now that pure statistical fudging is no longer necessary to insure the reelection of the single worst President in our illustrious 239 year history, we have been given the Christmas present of the largest single month spike in unemployment since January of 2009. No sitting President since Franklin Roosevelt has been reelected with unemployment above 8%, so magically, and with the heavy usage of baloney fairy dust, our unemployment number dipped below 8% for October and November just in time for the election of the least qualified man in any room that he enters. Now that the election is over and it is the first week of December, the effects of the baloney fairy dust seem to be wearing off. Once the adjustments are made in two weeks, it’ll be 8.3%.

Will we still get a promise that jobs will be his number one priority again, and assured that his laser like focus will be pointed at, “getting America back to work?” Will jobs be the first thing he thinks about in the morning and the last thought to occupy his mind at night before sleep overtakes him? That is why America reelected this buffoon isn’t it, for his ability to feel empathy with our national plight? I’m sure that while vacationing in Hawaii on our dime, 40 Million of them to be exact, that empathy will be kicking into overdrive.

I find it hard to blame a media that was so in the tank for Barack Obama that they purposefully reported fabrication as fact, spiked stories that would have put some of the sleazier elements of the current administration into focus, or even buried any questions or stories relating to Benghazi, Solyndra, Fast and Furious so deep in their reporting that the vast majority of Americans still have no clue as to what those subjects are about. When push came to shove, America voted en mass for a cult figure rather than on the importance of those issues that exist today. It’s cool to like Obama, even though he has used his Presidency almost exclusively as a platform to attempt the achievement of destroying our Republic.

We here in America have gotten to a point where our reputed rugged individualism is a thing of a distant past, a long forgotten vestige which will fade as an unpleasant memory to be told by a new class of malevolent overlords who bring promises of comfort and pampering but deliver new forms of constant crisis and tyranny. It began in our schools, the Department of Education which began in 1978, under President Carter, a man no one has mistaken for competent. As an illustration for how permanent new forms of government power and scope truly are. Two hugely unpopular pieces of our leviathan, put into place by the most unpopular President of all time, are still with us some 32 years after he had been fired by an America who only took four years to realize the huge mistake they’d made with his election. Suggest ridding ourselves of the Departments of Education and Energy today in public, and take a peek at the reaction you’ll receive. Then you’ll have some clue as to the permanent nature of the damage political shenanigans will have upon our society.

Far more damaging than political shenanigans is a populace that collectively refuses to engage its adult memory. People have found it convenient to blame George W. Bush in particular, and Republicans in general for the credit crisis that is still afflicting our economy. Never mind that this perception is exactly opposite of reality, this crisis was used as the basis for allowing the current administration to pass legislation that made that admittedly harder than most recession even worse than it would have been, had the free markets been allowed to clean up the mess naturally. All of this however is merely academic, as for the first time in my life, the very language of our society belongs not to the values of what made our nation the land of the free and the home of the brave, but to the Socialists who began their takeover from the days of Woodrow Wilson on. confiscation of our private property is now called an investment in our infrastructure and future. Relief of that confiscation has been labeled as something that our government can either afford or not afford. Success has become something to be punished, and no longer admired.

For those of you who doubt how important this cultural battle is, and where we have lost the elections lately, have a peek at something from the California Federation of Teachers. Most of you have undoubtedly seen this already, but bear in mind that this is designed as an elementary educational tool to be used in the classrooms of our most populous state. It was designed for children too young to have any kind of understanding what so ever of the concepts being discussed. It is meant to indoctrinate, from the earliest possible age, a whole generation of children who might have grown up one day and actually threatened the grasp on power now enjoyed by the Marxists who have taken hold of the asylum.

Few things will ever point to the absolute dire situation we find our republic embroiled in as well as this made for elementary school children, “educational,” video does. These people, while being completely unhinged from reality, are now more in the mainstream of American thought than we are. Think about this for a moment. Being right with our arguments on economics and politics is no longer enough. While it may be cathartic to be on the right side of history, that will get us nothing but temporary warm and fuzzy feelings. We have work to do, and that work has to start with conservatives running for and winning seats on every local school board in the nation. We need to get involved, at the local level, with what is being taught in our schools. An accurate view of economics, history, math, science, must become paramount. Conflict resolution, political correctness, and inclusion studies need to be gone. A whole society with skulls filled with mush is a further disaster waiting to continue.

I realize that this essay started as a discussion of how the unemployment rate magically jumped up after the election, just as magically as it dipped just prior to the election. As impressive as that magic was however, the true tragedy was not this lie being perpetrated upon the American people by a lap dog media flexing its own muscles for the nefarious purpose of seeing Barack Obama reelected President. The tragedy was that this obvious lie was bought hook, line, and sinker by 50.6% of American voters. That’s far too many people who completely lack curiosity to have about for the health of any republic, and most especially ours.

The 800 Pound Gorilla Conservatives refuse to address

There have been many articles about what Republicans need to do to win Presidential elections. Most Republicans agree that the party needs to improve with Hispanics, single women, Asians and young people. Yet few articles have addressed the 800 pound gorilla in the room. The media!

The American media has become an arm of the Democratic Party. They cover up and dismiss any failure of Obama. They hype up mediocre economic numbers and tell Americans that things are great. They lie about Republicans and smear them as racists. As much as Conservatives think the media have lost power, this election proves otherwise. Thanks to the media, Obama is politically invincible.

Instead of spending millions on ads that don’t change any minds because of the media brainwashing, Conservative donors should take another tactic. They should buy up struggling newspapers and set up rival agencies to Reuters and Associated Press. They should buy movie studios and push Pro-Capitalist movies. This would be more effective than running useless ads. The media is the 800 pound gorilla in the room that Republicans refuse to discuss. Until a counter to the media is established, no amount of money can overcome this firewall.
