Before I get to the Soap Box/Open Thread, I must first do some housekeeping:

(1)  I would really appreciate it you all would use some sort of notification text on the top of your posts to identify whom you are responding to.  (Ie: “18. WrathofG-d”)  We are working on a reply button, and other fun gadgets, but until they are up and running this minor addition would be exceptionally helpful.
