Man sues Movie Theater for expensive popcorn

The “I am owed”  mentality is destroying this nation. From demanding paying people for their birth control to thinking a transgender studies degree merits a $100,000 a year job, this mindset is a cancer. The latest “I am owed” is Joshua Thompson of Livonia, Michigan. He is upset at high prices for snacks at his local AMC movie theater. He decided to file a class action lawsuit on the grounds that snack prices are too expensive.

Joshua Thompson loves the movies.

But he hates the prices theaters charge for concessions like pop and candy.

This week, the 20-something security technician from Livonia decided to do something about it: He filed a class action in Wayne County Circuit Court against his local AMC theater in hopes of forcing theaters statewide to dial down snack prices.

“He got tired of being taken advantage of,” said Thompson’s lawyer, Kerry Morgan of Wyandotte. “It’s hard to justify prices that are three- and four-times higher than anywhere else.”

Who is forcing Joshua to buy popcorn? He decided to go to the movies frequently. If he can’t afford it, then he should not go! Clearly, Joshua feels he is owed cheap snacks. Will this be the next right the Left discovers for Americans? We have the right to cheap popcorn? If you don’t like a movie theater’s prices, don’t buy snacks or don’t go.

This is just sick and another example of the “I am owed” mindset.
