McCain’s heroes storm Libyan PM’s office

The Islamist Libyan rebels who with the help of NATO overthrew US ally Qaddafi are called heroes by John McCain and his girlfriend from South Carolina. As we have read they are nothing but a bunch of  Jihadi scum imposing Sharia law. McCain’s heroes stormed the Libyan PM’s offices yesterday in Tripoli. They were angry about not getting paid.

Gunmen from a former rebel militia stormed and occupied the office of Libya‘s interim prime minister, Abdurrahim al-Keib on Tuesday.

At least one man was reported killed, paramedics said. Several dozen pickup trucks with heavy machine guns surrounded the building as government negotiators met the former rebels, who are demanding back pay they say they are owed.

The attack caused pandemonium when the militia, from Kikla, a town in the Nafusa mountains, 70 miles south-west of the capital, attacked in the morning.

Gunfire echoed as militiamen stormed the front gates and main entrance as staff fled the building. Keib was reportedly not in the building. His whereabouts were unknown.

I’m sure McCain is proud of his heroes!

OWS planning a May 1st “Day of Action”

The Neo-Stalinist Occupy Wall Street Movement is planning a soviet style “day of action” on May 1st. That date is celebrated by the International Left. By choosing May 1st as the date of their Popular Uprising they are revealing their Communist nature.

Occupy Wall Street demonstrators, whose anti-greed message spread worldwide during an eight-week encampment in Lower Manhattan last year, plan marches across the globe tomorrow calling attention to what they say are abuses of power and wealth.

Organizers say they hope the coordinated events will mark a spring resurgence of the movement after a quiet winter. Calls for a general strike with no work, no school, no banking and no shopping have sprung up on websites in Toronto, Barcelona, London, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney, among hundreds of cities in North America, Europe and Asia.

In New York, Occupy Wall Street will join scores of labor organizations observing May 1, traditionally recognized as International Workers’ Day. They plan marches from Union Square to Lower Manhattan and a “pop-up occupation” of Bryant Park on Sixth Avenue, across the street from Bank of America’s Corp.’s 55-story tower.

“We call upon people to refrain from shopping, walk out of class, take the day off of work and other creative forms of resistance disrupting the status quo,” organizers said in an April 26 e-mail.

It is time to stop playing around with them. OWS is a Stalinist movement and people on the right need to label these people correctly. My question is why doesn’t the Tea Party organize marches anymore? The Left has seized the initiative on the streets while our side does nothing. This creates an impression that they have momentum. It is time for Conservatives and Libertarians to hit the streets.

OWS are bullies and they need to be confronted.

Arab Spring: Syrian Opposition open to peace with Israel

Take this with a grain of salt. One of leaders of the Syrian opposition Nofal Al-Dawalibi claims the Syrian people are open to peace with Israel. He claims they are tired of conflict and just want to move on. I feel this is a trick. They may hate Assad, Iran and Hizb’Allah more than Israel now. Plus their idea of peace if more of a Hudna. This is also a case of the enemy of my enemy is my friend and to win points with Americans.

In an unprecedented interview with Israel Radio, Nofal Al-Dawalibi, a Syrian opposition leader and son of former two-time Syrian prime minister Maarouf Al-Dawalibi, said that the Syrian people want peace, including with Israel, and seek stability after the ongoing bloodshed.

The interview comes against a background of decades of overt Syrian hostility to Israel, and shatters a taboo of Syrian representatives in any forum talking openly with Israelis. At international events, Syrian leaders have always sought to ensure that Israeli journalists are kept out of their press conferences, and ignored questions from Israeli reporters on the rare occasions when Israelis did manage to address them directly. Israeli journalists are never granted visas to enter Syria.

Dawalibi’s interview marked the potential beginning of a change from that mindset, should the Syrian opposition struggle prevail. When asked about the “fear that many Israelis have” that Islamic forces may occupy the political vacuum in Syria if Assad falls — and what effect that would have on Syria’s relationship with Israel — Dawalibi replied that the Syrian people do not want any more fighting. Syrian civilians have been left out of the political process for over 40 years and they only want peace, he added.

If I was Israel, I would not trust them. The Syrian opposition is led mostly by the Muslim Brotherhood and AL-Qaeda. They may want peace with Israel now. Once Assad is removed and they go after Hizb’Allah, Israel could well be their next target. Never trust the word of Islamists.

John McCain and his Girlfriend Ms. Lindsey Graham will welcome this news and use it to push for US intervention in Syria. These 2 clowns are suckers.

Arab Spring: Egypt cuts off Gas to Israel

The Egyptian natural gas pipeline to Israel has come under attacks in recent months. Terrorists have blow up parts of it to disrupt the flow of oil. Now the Egyptian government has halted the gas to glow to Israel. Egyptian officials claim this is a permanent and state its a dispute between two companies.

Steinitz, Mofaz say move endangers peace treaty, however, senior Egyptian military official is quoted as saying gas deal was not nullified, but rather halted because of a business dispute regarding transfer of payment.

Egypt on Sunday terminated a long-term gas deal with Israel, a stakeholder said, prompting Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz to express “deep concern” over what he described as a move diminishing the peace treaty between the two countries.

Neither the Foreign Ministry nor the Prime Minister’s Office had any comment on the report, with one Foreign Ministry official saying that the relevant authorities were “looking into” the matter.

However, diplomatic officials in Jerusalem said after speaking with their counterparts in Egypt Sunday night that the issue was part of a commercial dispute between private companies and Egyptian government corporations that is presently being adjudicated abroad.

The officials said that this had nothing to do with the status of Egyptian-Israeli diplomatic relations. A senior Egyptian military official was quoted as saying on Egyptian television that the gas deal was not nullified, but rather halted because of a business dispute regarding the transfer of payment.

Hopefully, this is just a dispute over payments. But something tells me this is political. The Arab Spring and the Popular Uprising continues! John McCain could not be reached for comment.
