The last two images appear to be of the same bridge taken from opposite ends. What’s more disturbing is that there is a failed bridge, built the same way, adjacent to the intact one. (The site where I found these pictures now redirects to something, um, not very nice, so I won’t post the link.)

Dayum. Even though the traffic is light, I wouldn’t cross it, no matter what was chasing me or what was luring me to the opposite side. If I had the cojones to do what that guy’s doing, I’d worry more about some baboso waiting until I got about half way, then jumping up and down on the cables.
