Oklahoma took a pre-emptive strike against the growing Islamic stranglehold on America. On Tuesday 70% of voters voted on a measure that bans Shariah law from being considered when a legal or civil matter is decided. This law was done because in some previous rulings in America Islamic law was used. An example was in NJ where a judge dismissed sexual assault charges on a Muslim man who raped his wife repeatedly, on the grounds his religion allows this. This law is needed since the progressives support Shariah law for Muslims in America.
This new law has angered the Islamic Imperialists and their American front group CAIR is now suing Oklahoma to block this new law.
On Wednesday, however, the Council on American-Islamic Relations announced that it plans to file a lawsuit against Oklahoma for passing the amendment, which it considers unconstitutional. In a press release, CAIR said it would hold a news conference on Thursday to bring attention to its legal action.
Constitutional scholars say that the way the law singles out a particular religion violates the establishment clause of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, but also point out that Shariah law has never been used in Oklahoma court decisions anyway.

CAIR argues that the law could negatively impact Muslims living in Oklahoma in a variety of ways, from potentially changing how food is labeled to requiring them to remove head scarves for driver’s license photos. In addition, CAIR said that the measure has nothing to do with punishments such as stonings, which are often associated with Islamic law.

For the past decade, the Progressives, Compassionate Conservatives and Islamic front groups have argued that Muslim Immigration is like all other. Clearly this is a lie since if they come here to be Americans, why should they care if we ban Sharia law.
