Chris Christie and Mitt Romney dismissed anyone who discussed the threat of Sharia law in America (and was praised by both CAIR and Al Gore for doing so). Charles Johnson calls anyone who opposes Islamic law a racist. The Progressives on the other hand openly support Sharia law in America in the name of diversity. Well, once again a case of using Sharia law has appeared in America. A Hillsborough County judge has approved the use of this totalitarian system to resolve a civil case.

A state appeals court has ruled that a Hillsborough County Circuit judge can consider Islamic law to decide a civil case between a mosque and its former trustees.

The decision by the 2nd District Court of Appeal in Lakeland to decline the appeal of the Islamic Education Center of Tampa sends the case back to Hillsborough County Circuit Judge Richard A. Nielsen. Nielsen’s decision in March to allow the case to proceed under “ecclesiastical Islamic law” drew national attention when the ruling was criticized by conservative bloggers.

I know some will defend this claiming it’s about religious freedom. To others like me it’s not. Sharia Law trumps all civil laws. It’s a totalitarian system to control people, not having the rule of law. By allowing its use in civil cases how long until judges start using it in criminal cases? Why are we allowing the establishment of a parallel legal system in this nation?

Islam is not a normal religion. It’s a complete totalitarian system of political, religious and personal control. We should not give Sharia one inch in our legal system. This is the agenda of the Muslim Brotherhood, to make Sharia accepted in the West.  How anyone who calls themselves Conservative can support a political-religious movement like Islam that’s totalitarian in nature  and anti-American is beyond me.

Wake up people.

We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.

Play nice!
