Training for the new project starts today, with a $1.25/hr pay cut.
We’re supposed to hear about a new project soon that’d be a raise vs the old pay. I’m going to put in for a team leader slot when that one opens up. I’ve been a TL on a seasonal basis a couple of times, and our sales coach said when she mentioned that to HR they’d sounded very interested.
Usually you have to be in a position for 6 months to be able to move to something else but I think they’ll be flexible since the old project ended like it did.
