Good morning. Another day to step suppressing your memories of being sexually assaulted by Bret Kavanaugh
36 years ago. Come on, you know that he hasassaulted every living organism at least once.
Retain Michael Avanatti and go public , just don’t go under oath. Set up a Go Fund Me page and get a book deal.
    It’s all good!

The question now, is what will the DOJ do about it?

I think I have a welcome obligation to stand for the anthem and think about all the people who died fighting for freedoms. I stand for shared sacrifice, take my hat off, and put my hand over my heart. I don’t worry much about what other people do. I like to have the opportunity though. One of the very few public demonstrations I will participate in.

I don’t have life hard or easy but am inspired to do better by those who have it hard and still celebrate their lives.

One patriotic story I witnessed and moved me. I was riding a public bus and an old Marine in uniform was sitting up front chatting with a few people. I could think he was a rough character but had a lot of pride. After a bit he had some health problem with his consciousness and started to falter. He was trying to sit upright but couldn’t manage it. Then I realized what bad shape he was in. Some young lady maybe 17 or 18 went out of her seat and sat next to him and propped him up on her shoulder and talked to him. She made everything better.

I think Judge Kavanaugh should be seated. Not in favor of the moral purity standards. There are people who learn from their mistakes and are much wiser and those that can’t learn the lessons.

Students Filed Title IX Complaints Against Kavanaugh to Prevent Him From Teaching at Harvard Law

In the days before Harvard Law School announced embattled Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh will not teach in Cambridge this January, undergraduates eager to block his return to campus struck on a new strategy: file Title IX complaints against the conservative judge.

Over the past week, several students filed formal complaints alleging Kavanaugh’s presence in Cambridge would violate Harvard’s policy prohibiting sexual and gender-based harassment — though several Title IX experts said this strategy was unlikely to succeed.

Jacqueline L. Kellogg ’19 — who said she has filed a complaint against Kavanaugh with the University’s Office for Dispute Resolution — came up with the idea several days ago. She began urging fellow students to follow suit over the weekend, at one point sending an email to a group of students at the College and the Law School that offered specific instructions on how to bring a formal complaint to ODR.

By the time The Crimson reported late Monday that Kavanaugh had left his teaching position at the Law School, at least 48 students had signed an online petition certifying they had filed a Title IX complaint against the nominee. But at least one signatory said that not all of those who signed the petition had actually filed complaints as of Monday evening.

God help us. Last night we adopted another cat, that a former co-worker of mine gave up. He’s got some… addiction issues and is going in for rehab. And of course being us we saw yet another cat in the parking lot of a local restaurant. Didn’t catch that one.

Plus there are 5 or so MORE kittens in back of a lumber yard that we’re going to partner with a Trap/Neuter/Release group to at least get fixed so there aren’t even more cats running around. They’re young enough that we might be able to socialize them & (in theory) take them to the Humane Society. That last step hasn’t worked out very well before.

We need a bigger house, out in the country so we don’t have to worry about limits on the number of pets we have.

Going to tell employer I quit as of 1st November,

No future job lined up, no plans for the rest of my life. But fuck it.

I am paid $25 per hour. I would rather eat out of a dumpster and live in a cardboard box under a freeway than continue what I do.

Um, to be continued if I can get Internet from a cardbord box under a freeway.

TNR is the way to go. It establishes a non breeding cat colony.

If the cats are just removed and killed then other cats move in.

    Endless cycle.

I captured a young feral female cat and TNR her… but I kept her four days before release. We are now bonded….

    Oh. Crap.

It was sent to the Judiciary Committee. Grassley has sent a letter to Ford’s team.

The full details of Dr Ford’s polygraph are particularly important because the Senate Judiciary Committee has received a sworn statement from a longtime boyfriend of Dr. Ford’s, stating that he personally witnessed Dr Ford coaching a friend on polygraph examinations. When asked under oath in the hearing whether she’d ever given any tips or advice to anyone who was planning on taking a polygraph, Dr. Ford replied “Never”. This statement raises specific concerns about her polygraph examination results. The Senate therefore needs this information

OK first draft of the “Fuck it I quit” email.

blockquote>It is with great regret that I must inform you that I will be leaving your employment 1st November 2018

The reason is the company is in a terminal decline. It has been in decline since the late 1990’s and the decline has accelerated since.

The company was the world leader in refrigeration controls, now we just sell spare parts for 30 year old obsolete equipment.

For the last two months the electricity supply company has sent us disconnect notices. We did not pay the bills

What we make are items that were designed last century. Many components on them are obsolete, I have to buy components on ebay, historical collector items.

In conclusion, My inner feelings are loyalty and the ” I will stay to the end and go down with the sinking ship ”

WE NEED A HUMIDITY SENSOR SHIPPED TODAY!!!!!

Me: I have one, it just needs calibrating I don.t think I can do it today.

WHY CAN”T YOU CALIBRATE IT AND SHIP IT!!!!!!!!

Me: I can’t calibrate it today because it is pissing down rain here, and warm, and the real air is humid, as 100% I can’t check what it reads at the test humidity of 20% and the rest of the tests!

Fuck it, I shipped it. It went to Florida.

They have humidity problems and alligators too.

If whoever I shipped it to calls the office and complains to me it is not calibrated correctly I will tell him ” look behind you! Alligator!!!!! ”

    Yep, I don’t give a shit anymore.

Today shipped an order for a 3 foot cable with a twelve way connector on each end.

I only had 4 foot cables so shipped that instead.

If they call and complain the cable was too long I am going to send them a pair of scissors.

    1. Lied about fear of flying as reason to delay Monday appearance.
    2. Lied about reason for installing the second front door. Separate entrance to a rental property. Permits pulled in 2008 and all renovations completed years before therapy session.
    3. Lied PROFUSELY about coaching someone about a polygraph examination.

But Kavanaugh may have lied about the meaning of “boof” and the extent to which he may have been drinking in college (question used subjective language which is open to interpretation by the individual).

    Yeah, Ford’s believable….and Kavanaugh’s unfit.

Oh, and Avenutti has produced a new “sworn statement” that basically reworks the language from Swetnick’s original statement. California Bar is watching, creepy porn lawyer…..

Ford denied under oath that she ever coached anybody how to pass a polygraph.
But one of her friiends (Leyland) says that she was coached by Ford.
Ford was a lying machine in her testimony. I had some sympathy for her then, now not so much.

I missed this last nite. In the letter Grassley wrote to Ford’s team asking for the polygraph info HE ALSO ASKS FOR THE THERAPY NOTES FROM 2012.

Grassley also demanded Ford’s attorneys hand over notes from her 2012 therapy sessions in which she claimed to have discussed her alleged sexual assault decades ago. The senator said it was “not justified” any longer for Ford to cite privacy and medical privilege given that she has relied on them extensively as a kind of corroborating evidence to implicate Kavanaugh.

After 2003, Ms. Monica L McLean is working with the SDNY as a Public Information Officer for the FBI New York Field Office, side-by-side with SDNY Attorney General Preet Bharara:

See, that’s the thing about perjury. It’s when you knowingly give a answer that misleads the questionnaire. Most people think perjury is only when you overtly lie. But it isn’t.

    Definition of perjury

: the voluntary violation of an oath or vow either by swearing to what is untrue or by omission to do what has been promised under oath : false swearing

When specifically asked if she or her staff have leaked the letter, Feinstien emphatically denied that neither she, nor her staff had done so. Her mistake, was in including her staff in that assertion. Had she not done that, she could have reasonably claimed that she was unaware that her staff had leaked the information i.e., her staff had lied to her.

However, by making the assertion that she had asked her staff, she admitted that she and her staff had discussed leaking the letter. Now that there is evidence that one of her staffer’s did in fact leak the letter, this admission indicates that her discussion with her staff on the matter of the leaked letter was not her asking her staff if they leaked, but telling her staff to assert that they had not leaked.

But more importantly, since she denied it, it was false information presented to the committee. The fact that she stuttered while making the assertion clearly indicates she was uncomfortable and surprised by the question.

Monica McLean, a friend of Christine Blasey Ford, rejected the assertion that Dr. Ford had coached her on how to take a polygraph test, as alleged by a former boyfriend of Dr. Ford in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

“I have never had Christine Blasey Ford, or anybody else, prepare me, or provide any other type of assistance whatsoever in connection with any polygraph exam I have taken at anytime,” Ms. McLean said, in a statement released by Dr. Ford’s legal team.

The friend wasn’t identified in the ex-boyfriend’s letter, but Dr. Ford’s legal team said Ms. McLean was the woman.

which may be true. But how did Ford’s lawyers know who was being referred to if there is nothing to it? Altho’ I can see that a quite benign conversation may have taken place.

But at this point, these are the rules the Left has insisted are in play: guilty until proven innocent. Let’s play.
