    Hiya Coldwarrior.

I guess Mrs CW was cock-a-hoop last night when Nitski the Russian #11 dived over for a converted try just 4 minutes into the Japan Russia game. Some pretty damn good rugby being played. A few handling errors but there was plenty of grit and moments of sheer perfection to be had from both teams. I managed to last until half time and then went to bed.

Great game in the offing tonight. The All Blacks vs the Olde Enemy… the Springboks from South Africa.

    🙂

I love all this first class rugby action!

    🙂

Good morning. I am reviewing CW’s predictions for today and I agree with them with the exception of Wisconsin and Michigan, I think that Wisconsin wins outright.
Yup, ND should cover the spread and I think win outright. But hey, I’ve been wrong before.

    Hot damn! Go BEARS!

First time a Pac-12 has beaten SEC at home in 10 years!

On the political front, now that the so-called “whistleblower” has been outed as someone without DIRECT knowledge of the conversation in question with Trump and the unknown foreign leader, he does not qualify for “whistleblower” status.

So several bonuses – first, he’s been outed and if he can’t be fired, he can at least be moved to a nice basement office where there’s no wifi and a phone that barely works.

Second, Democrats in Congress, especially Schifty McPencilneck, look once again like the a’holes they are.

And third, MSM was forced to give reports on Biden’s blackmail of a foreign government with our tax dollars, which would have been glossed over otherwise. And the MSM is looking as foolish covering for Biden as they do in their attempts to excuse Whimpy Trudeau’s career wearing blackface.

IT WAS ALL A LIE! Ukrainian Foreign Minister Denies Trump Put Pressure on President During July Call (VIDEO)

On Saturday Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko denied that President Donald Trump put pressure on President Volodymyr Zelensky during a July phone call.

Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko spoke with the media on Saturday morning.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko on Saturday denied suggestions U.S. President Donald Trump had put pressure on Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskiy during a phone call in July.

In an interview with media outlet Hromadske, Prystaiko said Ukraine was an independent state and would not take sides in U.S. politics even if “in theory” the country was in a position to do so. He added that Kiev appreciated the assistance it received from Washington.

On Friday reports by U.S. media outlets said Trump repeatedly pressured Ukraine’s president to investigate Joe Biden, one of Trump’s chief political rivals, in a July phone call.

The call featured in a classified whistleblower complaint that has sparked a political battle between Democrats warning of a national security threat and Republicans turning it into an attack on Biden, a frontrunner in the field of Democrats seeking to challenge Trump in the 2020 presidential election.

Reuters has not confirmed details of the whistleblower’s complaint. But a source familiar with the matter said it alleged “multiple acts” by Trump, not just a phone call with a foreign leader. The source requested anonymity because of the sensitivity of the issue.

And with this news another Fake News Media Cycle is Now Complete.

    The Fake News Media Cycle:

1.) Deep State liberal hack with huge ego leaks classified information to liberal press in attempt to ruin President Trump
2.) Liberal hacks in press gladly take the information and blast it in a damning Special Report to take down Trump
3.) Every liberal mainstream outlet regurgitates the smear in screaming headlines
4.) The smear falls completely apart
5.) Within hours the unthinking parrots in the liberal media backtrack, retract, clarify or update their smear
6.) Media look like complete asses
    7.) Back to Step One

Funny how nobody’s asking the obvious question, which is “Why did Burisma hire Hunter Biden in the first place, if it wasn’t to leverage his father’s influence?”

He has zero expertise in the energy industry, to my knowledge. Do they have a shortage of coke heads?

  13. 13 | September 21, 2019 7:03 pm

    @ lobo91:

And he was being paid a princely sum every month for what amounts to complete ignorance.

    @ eaglesoars:

I would love to learn that this dickhead/bitch was long suspected of being a leaker and this was a complete set up on the part of the Trump Administration to expose him/her. Someone brings the story to them about the “phone call”. – they say they can’t say anything but wish story would get out there. Doofus takes the bait and figures “whistleblower” status will save them from reprisal, Trump said they were going to expose the leakers, that they had a plan. Wouldn’t surprise me if this was one of them.

Susan Gordon is her name I THINK. Susan somebody. She worked under Dan Coates, the DNI who Trump shuffled out the door and I think she went with him.
There are more than a few fingers pointed at her

Great work. 🙂 It’s not like there’s nothing going on in geopolitics. Trump sending soldiers to Saudi Arabia is a big chess move. Swamp drama continues apace. I still work at making a living using mining shares to squeeze out income. Very time consuming as well as fascinating. Shares in monetary metals are still undervalued. Yet if the market had a significant correction they would likely get tossed around too.

yeah, well when Greta and her buddies take charge, THAT nonsense will stop. There will be no mining, no siree. They’ll make those litium batteries for their electric cars from all the cow manure – oh wait. No cows. Seriously, every one of these Khmer Rouge thug wannabes should be forced to live w/o all the accoutrements of civilization that their new rules would deprive us of.

No electricity is a start. That means you get to carry your water because it can’t be pumped to your house. No air conditioning and if you want heat in the winter you get to chop the wood. With an ax.

I would culturally appropriate their asses into an early grave.

Also, has anyone else noticed that the ‘featured speakers’ in the Childrens’ Climate Crusade are all female and every last one of them is a miserable little bitch?
