He says they deal with daily in the ER and it gets noted on the chart (to avoid legal liability).

However, parents are NOT always allowed to refuse medical care for their children but those cases usually go to court to waive parental rights. So I’m really not clear on the issue but there is a lot of precedent.

you can refuse, but…there will be consequences.

frankly, if your child is not vaxed, then they should not be allowed to go to public school as it places an undue risk on everyone else because they chose to be a disease vector..

    AHAHAHAHAHA!!!

    “Fix the damn unemployment system!”

This past spring, tens of millions of Americans lost their jobs due to lockdowns aimed at slowing the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. And untold numbers of the newly jobless waited weeks for their unemployment benefit claims to be processed, while others anxiously watched their bank accounts for an extra US $600 weekly payment from the federal government.

Delays in processing unemployment claims in 19 states—Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Wisconsin—are attributed to problems with antiquated and incompatible state and federal unemployment IT systems. Most of those systems date from the 1980s, and some go back even further.

Things were so bad in New Jersey that Governor Phil Murphy pleaded in a press conference for volunteer COBOL programmers to step up to fix the state’s Disability Automated Benefits System. A clearly exasperated Murphy said that when the pandemic passed, there would be a post mortem focused on the question of “how the heck did we get here when we literally needed cobalt [sic] programmers?”

I think the Russian Hoax started because Clapper and Brennan got in bed together and produced irrational fears about Trump and Russia. There are noticeable Russia phobes running around the intelligence community. People who can’t adjust to a new Russia.

They off hand whispered it to Susan Rice who massaged it into more serious concerns to Obama. Obama had his ego miffed by Trumps Birth Certificate work and subsequent election. Obama decided to just throw a Russian Hoax monkey wrench into Trumps campaign. Just because he could. Obama is petty like that. But hey George Bush supports him over Trump so he must be right.

    darkwords wrote:

The really big stuff has to be. I pushed terrabytes on both a mainframe and in a Unix environment. It’s much easier in a Unix environment because everybody forgets one thing about mainframes. JCL. Which is an absolute bitch.

A Unix environment has similar protocols but it’s much more flexible and being able to execute software in real time instead of queing jobs is wonderful.

COBOL can live in either environment and it’s a very easy language to learn. C took me months to be proficient in and C++ – I retired before I got to be really good at that one.

Languages are easy. The screw ups come when the data is poorly managed/organized. Humongous flat files are almost always more efficiently processed as relational databases, period, full stop. Designing those databases is an art form.

No. There was no Susan Rice mediation between Brennan and Obama. Clapper is mentally retarded (it was his primary job qualification). This was a Brennan/Obama op. Trying to overthrow a duly elected president is sedition, not a temper tantrum by a ‘miffed’, malignant narcissist. The question is and always has been – what were they trying to protect?

She probably knows what was used to blackmail. It’s something she’d be comfortable with given her family background.

but I doubt she knew anything about any Epstein connection to Mossad. He would have been a perfect source for them but I don’t know what to think about that aspect. If he was a source, it was most likely in a role similar to that filled by Carter Page for U.S. intel. They check in every now and then for a chat. Nothing formal.

But if he was, Mossad had every reason to kill him. If anybody knew everything he knew, it would be them.

M is a grown woman with a child of her own, mid-30s. But I’m 68 now and I have memories M doesn’t have. Today we were talking about the riots, etc. She had picked up that Antifa had been training in Syria. But she’d never heard of Baeder Meinhof, who trained with the PLO. I tried to explain to her that none of this is new, this has been going on for 50 years, since I was 16 yrs old. This is a continuum, these people have not gone away. They’ve simply re-surfaced. Now, Instapundit has posted a video from 1968. And what does it look like? You tell me. Watch this.

I have a serious question. We have ads running constantly here in my state with dozens of medical professionals from around the state pushing the mask hoax. Now I know the masking bs is being pushing to actually INCREASE covid numbers since masks do jack against this and when people are convinced masks work they no longer follow social distancing which is actually minimally effective. So, my question is, why are so many supposedly intelligent medical professionals so eager to sign on to an obvious hoax? Just happy to serve the leftist cause? Loving the fat COVID taskforce paychecks from the governor? (The massive spike in numbers statewide since the masking mandate came down has proven the hoax).

On July 5 at one of the demonstrations, Reinoehl was cited at 2:10 a.m. in the 700 block of Southwest Main Street on allegations of possessing a loaded gun in a public place, resisting arrest and interfering with police.
He was given a date to appear in court later that month, but the allegations were dropped on July 30 with a “no complaint,” according to court records. … Reinoehl spent no time behind bars.

Schmidt earlier Sunday decried the deadly violence. He took office on Aug. 1 and quickly announced that he wouldn’t pursue low-level charges against demonstrators, such as interfering with police or resisting arrest. . . .

    … his sister said.
“On the one hand, this whole thing surprises the daylights out of us, because we always thought he is a lot of bark, not a lot of bite,” she said. “But he’s also been very impulsive and irrational.”

Reinoehl has stolen their mother’s seizure medication and owes a lot of debt, often giving his relatives’ addresses as his own to avoid responsibility, she said. . . .

Reinoehl is also wanted on a failure to appear warrant in a June 8 speed racing case in Baker County in eastern Oregon. He and his 17-year-old son were racing in two different cars at speeds of up to 111 mph heading east on Interstate 84 after midnight near North Powder, according to state police.
Michael Reinoehl faces allegations including driving under the influence of a controlled substance, recklessly endangering another, unlawful possession of a gun and driving while suspended and uninsured.

He was stopped driving a 2005 Cadillac STS with his 11-year-old daughter as a passenger, police said. Inside the car, police said they found marijuana, “unidentified prescription pills” and a loaded Glock pistol for which Reinoehl didn’t have a concealed handgun license.

Its obvious the democrats are telegraphing a desire to tinker with the election after polling day is over. Hopefully Trump steals a march on them and disable their legal and mailing process.

It my job to want to vote so bad that I will go to the polling place in the snow and freezing cold and pull a lever. It’s not the job of a liberal do gooder to massage my voting process and make it as easy as possible for left tards to vote.

I’m still on voter rolls in three states from moving around. The oldest registration reminded me to vote for Dems a few weeks ago. via a phone call. If I register in one state it should automatically deregister me in all other states.

Notice that the left is still conflating absentee ballots and mail-in voting:

How the Trump Campaign Pushes Voting by Mail on Facebook

Even as the president rails against mail-in voting, his campaign is using Facebook ads to encourage its supporters to request absentee ballots.

President Trump’s relationship with voting by mail is full of contradictions. The president himself votes by mail, as do at least 16 members of his inner circle. But he has repeatedly pushed false arguments about the practice, which he has claimed will lead to “the greatest rigged election in history.”

That could explain why his campaign has spent $200,000 on Facebook ads since May disparaging voting by mail, with baseless accusations of Democrats “stuffing the ballot boxes with fake and fraudulent votes” — and has also pumped $650,000 into Facebook ads over the past week encouraging his supporters to request absentee ballots.

“President Trump needs you to request your ballot,” say dozens of new ads that began running last week. “This is the Election of our LIFETIME.”

The seemingly divergent messaging in Mr. Trump’s digital apparatus underscores the threat he may be posing to his own campaign: As he attacks mail-in voting, he could also be hampering his own supporters’ enthusiasm for embracing the method, which will be critical for voters who want to avoid going to the polls on Election Day because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Critics say Mr. Trump is trying to undermine voting by mail in part because he wants to sow doubt about the election and lay the groundwork for questioning the outcome should he lose.

    Ain’t that the truth.
MyAmerican ‘God Sn’ was a US Liaison Officer at the Pentagon for the British Legation for 3 ears. His impression of the Pentagon and the fascist leftist infiltration therein doesn’t bear thinking about. The whole officer corps ‘bird colonel’ and above was totally infested by greasy pole climbers of dubious command reliability and deep affiliations to the radical left on one hand and the ‘Deep State’ on the other. The Brits kept pretty much to themselves however let’s say that they were often startled by the political affiliations of senior officers.

The infiltration of the military was seen by the fascist left as an easier proposition to infiltrate over a 20 year period, than the fractionated, multi level US police forces. The left now see the professional military as THEIR ASSET if not totally then at least within the command ranks. Air Force and Navy are most penetrated with the Army and Marines less so. Currently the radical left has targeted the US Marines as the next plumb waiting to fall.

    That’s worth a cigar!

20% of folks being polled are denying their true opinions to the pollsters because of the retribution that they open themselves up to. He is how the democrat communist party plans to run things in the future. They put a “lovable” buffoon out as their figurehead leader and run things from the shadows. It serves multiple purposes — the buffoon is expendable so if someone does get through the defenses, they have a nice martyr with which to increase control and reduce freedoms and it keeps the real leaders — the Politburo in the background, shielded from scrutiny and criticism.

The State of Victoria has TOTAL power unfitted by ALL checks and balances including the right to postpone elections , suspend habits corpus, enter ALL places without a warrant, seize private property and deny legal protections for the next 6 months. Australia has an official neo-Marxist DICTATOR, and the citizens of the State of Victoria have been stripped of ALL their democratic protections.

How the hell is this happening in 2020 in a Western democracy? Victoria is locked down and citizens can’t travel except for 60 minutes ‘exercise’ within 5 Km of their places of residence, and there is a 8PM-6AM total lockdown. They CAN’T ESCAPE this Fascist Marxist State!

We called the guys at Goddard – took an hour to get thru but they finally believed it was a bunch of software developers at a telecom – because we did not believe for one minute what we were reading. No. You are NOT using a 486. You are using a wha????

Yes, actually, they were. We offered to hold a bake sale or something. Turned out they bought a lot of stuff ‘off the shelf’ and just modified it (e.g., shielded it for space radiation, etc.). One of the best out-of-the-blue phone calls I’ve ever had. Great fun with some very generous people.

Meanwhile, in the Stasi Labor State to the north….

A fire tore through Mungindi, a drought-stricken town on both sides of the Queensland and New South Wales border, wiping out its only supermarket and butcher.

But due to Ms Palaszczuk’s hard border closures, locals have been forced to leave their border bubble to get essentials, or travel 160km to the nearest supermarket.

Moree Plains Shire Mayor Katrina Humphries said Mungindi’s 600 locals would be forced to leave their border bubble to travel to Mooree to buy supplies.

The nearest place for Mungindi residents to buy their groceries is Goondiwindi – 162km away – or into Queensland which would require them to isolate for 14 days.

‘So if they come out of Mungindi to shop in Moree or something like that they can’t then go into Queensland to have their medical issues. That is just cruel and wicked and brutal,’ she said.

    AND

A heavily pregnant mother was forced to wait 16 hours for emergency surgery in Sydney after being turned away at the Queensland border, before losing one of her unborn twin babies.

The mother, from Ballina in New South Wales which is 88km from the Queensland border, had twins who were just 24 weeks along and needed urgent care.

She wasn’t granted an exemption to cross the border for surgery at the Gold Coast University Hospital 125km away and instead had to wait for 16 hours in Lismore for a flight to Sydney.

One of the twins died four days later.

    AS WELL AS

Meanwhile, a Queensland grandmother was forced to recover from brain surgery in a quarantine hotel.

Jayne Brown, 60, spent two weeks confined to a tiny hotel room in Brisbane following her recent return from Sydney, where renowned neurosurgeon Dr Charlie Teo removed two large tumours on her brain.

The grandmother-of-seven requested an exemption from hotel quarantine to self-isolate at home on the Sunshine Coast, but was rejected twice.

Not even a letter from Dr Teo himself could convince Queensland officials to change their mind and allow Ms Brown and her husband to isolate at their home.

Instead, she struggled through hotel confinement in agony unable to walk and limited access to pain relief.

    BUT

The Queensland Premier proudly announced that she’d secured the landmark AFL Grand Final match on Tuesday alongside AFL CEO Gil McLachlan, who was granted an exemption to fly in to the Sunshine State for the announcement.

Annastacia Palaszczuk (The State Premier of Queensland) also let in 400 AFL officials to Queensland after announcing the Grand Final would be played at the Gabba.

All 400 will lockdown in the luxurious AFL “HUB” Mercure 5 Star hotel and golf course.

This bitch should have been ‘close lined’ and ‘crash tackled’ while she had the ball then as the ruck formed over her a little bit of ‘Go direct to A&E ‘eye gouging, when the ref was distracted!

    The communist bitch!

    🙂
