    sure…if you count fraudulent votes.

this wont end for weeks and week and weeks.

    VERIFY all votes. PROSECUTE fraud.

Just make sure you win the Georga and Alaska Senate races so the Senate remains an anchor to a Biden Administration if all goes south.
Then with the SCOTUS in place and the Senate protection, the rebuild can begin.

The whole US electoral system is so deeply flawed that it is virtually impossible to either police or reform.

Yet we keep hearing that the US leads the free world as the republic par excellence. Obviously it’s not. It can’t even hold a free and fair election, the bedrock of any republican democracy.
The States Rights are so corrupted with gerrymandering , voted manipulation and criminal organisation that only a Federal overhaul of the whole system is the only viable option. Yet States power preclude this. So we have the USA touted as the exemplar yet in reality its political landscape is rife with corruption and criminal behaviour.

Federally purge the rolls. Remove county oversight and enforce State oversight of all electoral processes by certified apolitical electoral officers with mandatory partisan oversight at all counting stations, issue , enforce and manage voter registration based on enhanced Social Security cards and demand onsite voting in person on the day of polling, except for duel authorised and registered early /special circumstance voting.

The recent cluster fuck of an election makes the US look like a banana republic. Not the leader of the free world!

    @ Bunk X:
I agree that the sheer size of the US Republic means that there needs to be a State organisational structure beneath. The County System of local body politics is however set up for corruption and vice. Other than street maintenance, sewerage etc. the rest of public services should be at the State Level including Police , power reticulation, water, building standards, education etc.

Everyone on Earth knows that Local body (county) politics is the hive of the corrupt and criminal. Give them a shoved and allow them to patch holes in a street and clear sewerage blockages and park maintenance and leave the rest to States. Then the Feds can get on with what they do best

    First… Federally Purge the rolls.
    Then … mandate voter ID
Then Only registered special voting pre-election day
Then… Only in person voting with ID on the day of the poll
Apolitical count and monitored oversight (electronically CCTV) by partisan monitors
All counts completed on polling day (see Florida for a model)

Then to maintain its First tier status the USA needs an Constitutional Amendment or it will remain the electoral banana republic that it has become and the laughing stock of the world

Everyone in the West knows that the US electoral system is corrupt and stinks to high heaven regardless of which party is in power.

Aren’t Americans even a wee bit embarrassed by this obvious cluster fuck of an election.
The rot begins at the massively corrupt local body political base and gets more extensive the higher up it goes.

I understand the need for States in the US system and States rights but those rights have been totally corrupted.

Patching roads, sewerage reticulation and dog catching are the preserves of the local body political class.

  16. Aussie Infidel
    17 | November 6, 2020 3:54 pm

Local Body politics becomes corrupt as soon as it begins to dabble in building consents and regulations. That’s a Money making task and invites corruption.

10,000 rules and regulations across the US polity makes the USA a laughing stock globally and is so obviously corrupt and corrupting. Especially so when nobody wants to ‘fix the broken system! Too many bent politicians are making too much money out of the system,

I don’t know anything about alleged software hacks by the intelligence community, but I’ve said all along that you really have no way of knowing what’s recorded by any of the electronic voting systems. Best case, you can look something up online that says your ballot was counted. It doesn’t show how it was counted, though.

Aussie is correct. The USA electoral system is one step below a banana republic ( he didn’t use those words exactly )

    It needs reform.

In the UK results are known a few hours after voting is closed.

Now you may yell THE POPULATION OF THE USA IS FIVE TIMES THAT OF THE UK!!!!!!! It takes more time!!!!!!

The population of the USA is five times that of the UK and that means surprisingly enough the USA in theory should have five times more counting people available.

    Oh well…

    Yeah, I know ….

Yes, and the rest of the story is that DHS has detected 14 mil fraudulent ballots.

    Let’s break it down.

Apparently Trump did create a new agency in 2017, the Cybersecurity something or other, probably under the DHS umbrella

Under DHS orders, all ballots for this election were printed w/a watermark or an isotope or something that can be detected with equipment.

Keep in mind that a few days before the election when Trump was warning about fraud, he tweeted that some ballots are printed in foreign countries.

I don’t know if that’s true, but that seems to be a security issue to me.

As for DHS detecting 14 mil fraudulent ballots -how did DHS get custody of them?

It is quite possible to submit a fraudulent vote on a legitimate ballot. A vote and a ballot are 2 different things.

So let’s not conflate issues, be practical.

There is an example of just that – I think it’s something like “ES Systems” that recorded everything for Dems or something. It was attributed to a software ‘glitch’ and fixed.

6000 votes in Antrim county in Michigan were switched just like this. They had to hand count. The company has 47 counties in MI

I think the software thing might have some teeth.

I’ve heard Sidney Powell was discussing it, and everything seems to have ground to a halt. Like people don’t know what to do.

I mean, the obvious thing would be to keep counting, no?

But that seems to have stopped, and I guess Joe didn’t give the speech he planned?

At any rate, seems like there’s something going on.

    2 things MUST happen.

The fight must not be given up no matter the result and the momentum must be kept alive if Trump is not POTUS.

I think the movement is bigger than Trump himself (although he was and is crucial), more widespread than the Tea Party ever was, and has a lot more political will than most acknowledge.

I’m already seeing the usual fence-sitters with their columns of defeatist comity, their take of “voters rejected the messenger”(demonstrably false looking at vote totals) “therefore we need a Sasse or Lee”, and explaining how irresponsible it is to focus on this known voter fraud in some lame attempt at national unity, pretending it doesn’t matter every single election cycle, regardless of outcome.

  85. 87 | November 7, 2020 10:11 am

IF Trump ends up losing, would you back him again in 2024? If not, who? And if he does win, who would you want to see as the Republican standard bearer in 2024?

Anyone who was a devout or reformed NeverTrumper is out. So no on anyone like Sasse or Lee. I will outright not vote for them. And I remain steadfast that known archconservatives like Ted Cruz are pretty much unelectable.

The trouble is finding someone who espouses Trump’s trade, immigration, and national security positions.

I can’t think of anyone offhand right now, but who knows who might step up.

It should be noted that Trump has broken popular vote records for a Republican, broken minority vote records for a Republican, and has significant Dem vote.

Oh, here’s the Truth and Reconciliation thing they were talking about. Except now it’s called The Trump Accountability Project

“Yes, we are,” answered former Obama administration staffer Michael Simon, citing the Trump Accountability Project. “Every Administration staffer, campaign staffer, bundler, lawyer who represented them — everyone.”

This is totalitarian, straight up. It’s a freaking blacklist! I don’t know yet who specifically is behind this. A former Buttigieg staffer is claiming to be part of it:

We’re launching the Trump Accountability Project to make sure anyone who took a paycheck to help Trump undermine America is held responsible for what they did.

    https://www.trumpaccountability.net/

We should welcome in our fellow Americans with whom we differ politically.

But those who took a paycheck from the Trump Administration should not profit from their efforts to tear our democracy apart. The world should never forget those who, when faced with a decision, chose to put their money, their time, and their reputations behind separating children from their families, encouraging racism and anti-Semitism, and negligently causing the unnecessary loss of life and economic devastation from our country’s failed response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rahm Emanuel says Biden administration should help laid off retail workers ‘become a computer coder’

Former Chicago Mayor and White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel insisted on Friday that a Biden administration will help offer a promising future for laid-off retail workers.

According to the Fox News Decision Desk, Joe Biden currently has 264 electoral votes, just six votes short of the magic number needed to win the White House.

During a panel discussion on ABC, George Stephanopoulos asked the former Obama official what Joe Biden needs to do as president to combat the coronavirus and its effect on the economy.

Emmanuel initially responded by acknowledging that the “blunt instrument of a lockdown” put in place earlier in the year was a “mistake” and said that the Biden administration needs to support testing and contact tracing in “targeted areas” to protect people of color and the elderly.

The ABC political analyst then pivoted to what should be Biden’s economic plan.

“The first part of the stimulus is creating a floor so the economy doesn’t sink any more. You can’t get an economy growing if states and companies are laying people off,” Emmanuel said. “The second piece — one of the things we’ve got to do to rebuild, mainly on infrastructure and there’s going to be people like at JCPenney and other retail — those jobs aren’t coming back.

“Give them the tools [and say] ‘Six months, you’re going to become a computer coder. We’ll pay for it.’ And you’ll get millions of people to sign up for that. They’re not going back to parts of the retail economy and we need to give them a lifeline to what’s the next chapter.”

Hari Sevugan (born 1974) is the former national press secretary for the Democratic National Committee.[1] He served as the senior spokesman for the Barack Obama presidential campaign. According to one report “Sevugan’s sound bytes were often pithy, biting and memorable.” [2] Another report is more direct, noting during the 2008 campaign Sevugan always gave out “the press office’s harshest lines.” [3] He is currently one of the Principals at Chicago-based advocacy firm 270 Strategies.

In June, 2011, Sevugan left his position with the DNC[4] to become the Vice President of Communications for StudentsFirst, an education reform organization founded by Michelle A. Rhee, former chancellor of the Washington, D.C. public schools. He resigned his position in 2012 amidst reports of political differences.[5]

Sevugan grew up in the suburbs of Chicago after moving to the United States with his family from India in 1977.[2] He majored in political science at University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, and received a JD from Northwestern University.[2] In 2003, he quit his legal practice to serve in the political campaign for Dan Hynes against Barack Obama in the Democratic primary for an open Senate seat from Illinois.[2]

Prior to his career in politics, Sevugan was a middle school teacher at I.S. 143 in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City, where he once dyed his hair blond in front of the entire school after losing a bet with his students.[2][6][7]

In August 2019, Sevugan joined the campaign of presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg as deputy campaign manager for brand and media

When they tell you who they are, believe them. The Trump family will be hounded as a caution to anyone else who considers picking up the banner. And even if Trump pardons Flynn before he leaves office, they’ll get him on something else.

    They need examples.

    @ eaglesoars:

I keep seeing people yell “Boycott Fox News!!”

I’ve not watched Fox News for going on about eight years now, save Tucker on YouTube.

I don’t think they really care about their ratings or numbers. The corp probably makes enough to use the net as a propaganda arm.

Counterintuitive, but such is the world now.

Last year, BP announced they were moving away from oil…

    Here’s a thread, I’ll summarize.

The count in AZ is not done, over 200k ballots to still count

GA now has machine issues, do the recount may become recanvas

WI and MI have both clerical and machine issues, change in one county alone would flip the vote, MI legislature engaged

Tossing illegal votes in PA would flip the vote

Right now, the diff in WI is 20,558; MI just over 146,000; NC Trump 82,000; GA 9,100; NV 25,000 (In 2016 it was 26,000, so not much change); and interestingly in NY Trump got nearly 43% of the vote

No. She posted on twitter that “This is my last tweet”. Something about not being part of Jack’s scam.

I tried to reply within 3 minutes of her tweet – her account was gone – THIS ACCOUNT NO LONGER EXISTS

    Michelle Obama’s version of “outreach”:

I’m beyond thrilled that my friend Joe Biden and our first Black and Indian-American woman Vice President, Kamala Harris, are headed to restore some dignity, competence, and heart at the White House,” Obama wrote on Twitter on Saturday.

She added that Democrats have “a lot of work to do” to “connect” with Trump voters, Obama said.

“Let’s remember that tens of millions of people voted for the status quo, even when it meant supporting lies, hate, chaos, and division,” she wrote. “We’ve got a lot of work to do to reach out to these folks in the years ahead and connect with them on what unites us.”

People voted for Trump because they’re AGAINST the status quo, Ms. Steatopygia.

Parler does not yet have the horsepower to compete with twitter. It took over 30 mins for me to log in because they don’t have the bandwidth. Also, there’s no FAQ, so I’m not quite sure how to use it.

  149. 153 | November 7, 2020 10:13 pm

    @ eaglesoars:
I looked at Parler, they ask for more info to sign up than I’m willing to surrender… at least for now.
Rumbler is an alternative to YouTube, lotta folks (including Dan Bongino) are drifting over there due to demonitizing games.

These ‘never Trump’ types have ensured at least 4 years of the destruction of anything even remotely conservative. Will they fight Harris’ radical left agenda at all? Probably not.
