“Twitter’s Trust & Safety team will take action on Tweets that are in violation of our Civic Integrity policy, including in instances these terms are used in a way to undermine the legitimacy of the election process,” Twitter said in a statement.

According to Twitter, posts about the Hammer and Scorecard conspiracy theory could be labeled as disinformation or deleted from the site entirely.

Still, Montgomery’s conspiracy theory about the supercomputer has exploded on the right. On Sunday, Washington Examiner columnist Paul Bedard tweeted a story from a fringe outlet that promised a “Hammer and Scorecard smoking gun.”

“Anyone using HAMMER SCORECARD to alter voting in our America election should be prosecuted,” former football player and Republican convention speaker Herschel Walker tweeted on Sunday.”

    just found this

    Michigan vote stands

Yesterday the state’s third circuit court announced the ruling.

Friday, the court denied a petition that would have required Detroit and Wayne County to retain all ballots. The petition would have prevented election results in the county from being certified.

A group called “The Election Integrity Fund” challenged results earlier this week, alleging there was a shortage of bipartisan voting inspectors, and misconduct with ballot handling. Third Judicial Circuit Court Chief Judge Timothy Kenney called the allegations “mere speculation.”

    1. Motive? Dems think Trump is Hitler. Would you cheat in an election to stop Hitler? Emphatic Yes
    2. Opportunity: Programmatically could you change the votes if you were determined? Emphatic Yes.
    3. Risk? Would you risk getting caught? If you have already done it before? Out of 100 Democrats 95 percent would say no. 5 percent though would say Super Emphatically yes.

He uses Benfords law, historical corruption conviction to further the points.

The motive and the opportunity are there for the 5 percent of Democrats that risk jail to commit election fraud. I’d add there might even be a few Republicans thrown into that mix. Maybe some who stuck their foot in the Biden door post election.

If she does come under the definition as laid out in Fed. R. Civ. P. 12 (a)(2) or (3) then she has 60 days to respond.

I’m assuming that she does NOT come under the Federal statute Fed. R. Civ. P. 12 (a)(2) or (3), so the folks at the State government have until 30 Nov to respond.

Of course they cheated. They have been cheating for decades but got REALLY clever with their cheating over the past decade. Most of the chasing was probably just minor however when the numbers of cheats has grown due to the ‘Culture Wars’ they become significant.

The Entry of the ‘Dominion’ optical scanning of voting papers when combined and integrated with the ‘Hammer’ software collation and processing software and finally with the (former CIA written Goalkeeper software where collated bulk vote counts are changed to the other side enmass and electronically … does rigging the vote really make significant impact especially in close elections where just a few thousand votes make massive differences .

It’s SCORECARD, not Goalkeeper, but you’re an Aussie so you’re forgiven.

I wanted to run whole scenario by you. According to Lt. Col. McInerney, who is using Dennis Montgomery as his source it originated as follows:

    – Hammer is a sig-int system developed by/for NSA to monitor stuff abroad, what exactly I’m not sure.

    – SCORECARD is a vote-altering system developed by Montgomery that he says was integrated into Hammer, somehow. The way I read it, it runs as a sub-task, with Hammer as sort of a wrapper.

Does that make sense to you? Why would you clutter up sig-int environment with SCORECARD? Granted, it’s probably a good idea to hide it as you would a virus, but I would think a sig-int process would be considered too sensitive for that.

And just to be clear, I’m not sure SCORECARD even exists.

Assuming it does, I’m unable to see how it got from being an NSA ‘bug’ to civilian software, aka Dominion’s stuff.

  46. eaglesoars
    46 | November 9, 2020 7:15 pm

Oh, one more thing about why this doesn’t make sense to me.

A sig-int system is pretty much an INPUT system. It collects data. It has an output function, yes, but all the horsepower is going to be on the input process.

SCORECARD is an OUTPUT process. It changes votes. Yes, it has an input function but that’s basically a simple hoover operation.

So you’ve got an INPUT op that generates X amount of traffic both input and output, but mostly input

And you hide a function, SCORECARD, that inexplicably increases the OUTPUT traffic. That’s a measurable, detectable, ‘tell’. And I don’t believe for one nano-second that NSA/CIA don’t monitor their networks for that kind of activity. That’s a HACK alarm if there ever was one.

So. The more I think about this, I become more and more skeptical that SCORECARD ever existed.

Keep in mind, I’m totally unqualified to have an opinion about any of this 😆

I’ll go and ask my tame INTEL Director and see whether he knew anything.

I do know that the Canadian security services ran a killer app that tracked down opponents and attacked their BIOS chips rendering them ‘broken’ ! This was used for some time and the coders eventually wrote a ‘business’ version that I had on one of my ancient machines for a while. It was nice to have a ‘rod of god’ ready if some upstart hacker got a bit any. One could screw his machine physically which made a significant point. Another coder who was working for me wrote an app that automated The Military Intel Cycle. It worked kinda and then the military $$$$ switched off and he continued to develop it on his own ( there was no IP agreement … silly army) until eventually it worked quite well. I physically took it to the Philippines to market it to the Philippine Field Police who battling a communist and a Muslim insurgency. The Field Police Commander ‘Boogy’ (nom d’guerre) was out actually shooting communist ‘sparrow team members’ dead in downtown Metro Manila when I arrived. Ever the innocent abroad! 🙂 I eventually got in to see his XO and after a bit of stuffing about I decided that the software was a bit too powerful to let a ‘cowboy’ like Boogy loose with it as he’d use it on his fellow Philippine citizenry as well as the communists shooters.

Phoned my Plan B contact who was the retired former CIA resident who was still in Manila with his Philippine wife. He arranged for some of his ‘boys’ to uplift me and get me out of town on the next fight!

    True take.

    🙂

Exactly Eagles. We had a part of out Int Cycle software that collected and collated and even presented analysed output for the Dissemination phase in a form that is easily used. I’m guessing now … but that may have been something that the Hammer app was ‘want to do’ !
That’s where …..I’m guessing again here…. that is where the Scorecard slotted in . It crunched the output from Hammer and fiddled with the output wherein the output was changed covertly from one candidate to the other and the trail was suitably confused to make tracking difficult.

    The Military Intelligence Cycle:-

A cyclic process of specific stages where information is turned into actionable intelligence. Full of feed back loops and resource management tools but basically:-

Direction Phase (with all the management buried in it)
Collection Phase (fairly complex finding and filtering information and processed intelligence)
Collation & Analysis Phase again with loads of feed back loops to Direction and collection … as you get smarter)

Dissemination Phase … telling someone who can action the processed INTEL in a timely manner
Wisdom Phase Adding to the overall picture and allowing the commander to ask ever smarter questions

I consider that unlikely as that was not the original design of SCORECARD. SCORECARD never assumed HAMMER as its input source. I think HAMMER was used simply as a wrapper. My understanding is that it used polling data from whatever election it was monitoring. That’s not the kind of data a sig-int system processes.

But what do I know? I’m no expert and the last time I was stupid was during breakfast.

Internal Fox News Numbers Reveal Catastrophic Viewership Collapse

Last Friday’s ratings for the supposedly “conservative” outlet were less than both CNN and MSNBC for the first time in years, according to an internal Fox document containing viewership analytics.
The numbers show that on November 6th, Fox pulled 2,266,000 viewers while CNN saw nearly twice as many at 4,009,000 viewers. Similarly, MSNBC, per Fox’s internal numbers, counted 2,983,000 viewers, beating Fox by over 700,000 viewers.

I’m betting they don’t care. My guess is that they’re going after a ‘new’ demographic

Listening to McInerney, he portrayed Montgomery as “brilliant”. McInerney, as a soldier, should know by this late stage of his life, the IQ is not a true measure of much that’s useful or good. Brilliant people have spawned some truly terrible curses upon humanity and that he hasn’t picked up on that tells me that maybe he hasn’t been as good a soldier as he could have been.

He hates her guts but she’s the only thing that can protect him after he killed three agents from the MSS (China’s CIA but not quite the same). She’s scared, he’s trying to hide, but the Russians have figured out there’s a CIA guy on the island who is probably after the same Taiwan super coder who has defected and knows everything. They’re ramping up. One small problem. The Russian lead is a woman and her team scorns her and she’s had about enough because she’s been thru the same training they have and…oh look – ok – don’t look, it’s getting bloody

he just resigned. (this is why I watch CNN)

The Justice Department’s top election crimes prosecutor resigned Monday in protest after Attorney General William Barr told federal prosecutors that they should examine allegations of voting irregularities before states move to certify results in the coming weeks.

Richard Pilger, director of the elections crimes branch in the Justice Department’s Public Integrity Section, told colleagues in an email that the attorney general was issuing “an important new policy abrogating the forty-year-old Non-Interference Policy for ballot fraud investigations in the period prior to elections becoming certified and uncontested.” Pilger also forwarded the memo to colleagues in his resignation letter.

The attorney general has previously been supportive of Trump’s unfounded claims about voter fraud, and this latest move comes during an incredibly tense time and could inflame an already fraught transition. President-elect Joe Biden is beginning his transition into office while Trump and his administration refuse to recognize the former vice president’s victory, making baseless claims about voter fraud and illegal votes that threaten to undermine the bedrock of American government.

You know what would really “undermine the bedrock of American government”?

Having someone successfully steal a fucking presidential election.

Freeland shot two deputies, killing one and wounded another, and also killed the deputy’s K-9. Sheriff Judd sent his SWAT team after Freeland. They fired 110 shots, and hit him with 68 bullets. A reporter asked the sheriff why the suspect was shot so many times, to which Sheriff Judd replied: “That’s all the bullets we had, or we would have shot him more.”

McDaniel jumped back in to add that the whistleblower in Michigan has sworn an affidavit alleging: being told by a supervisor to backdate ballots that came in after the legal deadline; witnessing poll workers encouraging voters to vote straight Democrat; and even poll workers going into the booths with voters. These allegations of illegal votes being counted must be examined through the legal process. The press conveniently continued to ignore the evidence presented to them and pretended McDaniel never said it. “Why aren’t you worried about these irregularities?” McDaniel asked over a member of the press heckling her with stupid questions.

“Do you have any evidence you can show us today that illegal ballots were cast?” a member of the press asked AGAIN. An exasperated McDaniel replied that backdating ballots is illegal and that would mean they were cast illegally. The press did not seem to grasp any of it. And I would bet cash money that none of the mainstream press investigates any of the affidavits or incident reports submitted to the court. Instead, they will continue to gaslight us, claiming that there is “no evidence.” This is the narrative they will go with on the evening news and half of America will never hear of the 131 affidavits taken under oath or the 2,800 incident reports of alleged voter fraud.

Are there bad government employees. I probably haven’t said it here but I was one for a long time. And yes there are. I would ride the elevators between departments and you would overhear conversations that shouldnt be overheard.

One was two woman managers in a zoning issue with a developer. He was right but his outcome of his project was something they personally disliked. Their conversation was about how to slow him down, increase his costs, add a bureaucratic weight to him. They were determined to block him when their job had no such requirement.

Most government employees are just going by the rules. And are fine people just earning a paycheck. But the bad apples are bad. The politicians were sometimes really good people looking out for the welfare of the area and other times self aggrandizing power junkies. You could tell by the type of staff they hired. One of them hired a lot of Soros trained peopled.

Sometimes the citizens were no better. There is always the OCD taxpayer attending every public meeting to rant about fairness. For hours. Trying to hog the time. Legally they had the right to talk. But all they achieved was resistance to their thoughts.

The biggest problem in government though is budget and waste. Every staff member with 2-3 phones. A large screen color TV in every office never used for anything productive. You could have closed my office on Mondays and Fridays, Paid us the same and cut the budget by 30 percent. With no loss in service.

One big difference was I came from private business where meeting were made to be short and productive. Then get back on the job. In government going to a meeting was the opportunity to network and create more meetings.

One reason I like Trump is that I know he can run a meeting.

I ran global search and replaces daily sometimes hourly. An accidental fat finger could change a 0 to a 1 in a column and get batched into production if no one caught it. It did happen. We always corrected. When the new boss wanted admin access to data that was always a worry. In today’s news that is called a glitch. But I could probably have glitched the data and you wouldn’t ever know it. No auditing controls. A lot of my global search and replaces were date and time fields.

A bunch of Congress critters wrote a letter to Barr the other day telling him to get off his ass and do something. I’m sure he’ll get right on it. Right after the Durham report.

DOJ’s civil rights division is headed up by Eric Drieband and Don McGahn (Trump’s former WH counsel). DOJ says it has sent personnel to 44 jurisdictions to ‘monitor’ and – yeah – right after the Durham report, I guess.

But if anything DOES get passed to the Election Crimes branch – oh, lookee here!

Richard Pilger heads that up. That name sounds familiar doesn’t it? Know why? He was in cahoots with – wait for it – Lois Lerner.

MADISON, Wisconsin — Republicans in Wisconsin are raising questions about the large number of people, particularly new voters, who avoided having to show a photo ID to vote by listing themselves as “indefinitely confined.”

When requesting an absentee ballot, Wisconsin law allows voters to self-certify if they are “indefinitely confined” to their residence because of age, physical illness, or are disabled for an indefinite period of time. Doing so allows them to submit an absentee ballot without having to show any form of photo ID, although they must have a ballot witness sign off.

Got a letter from USAA today.

“Attached is a check for $53.12. This amount represents a refund for all finance charges and fees that should have been reimbursed, as well as interest of $50.22.”

The amount “disputed” was $2.90. Assuming 7.5% compounded interest, it dates to 1980.

Another good question: How do you win North Carolina and Florida and not Georgia? Looking at the Balletpedia map of Georgia at the state level, that place is R and has been since about 2014. Trump did not lose there.

I think Rick Wilson, Twitter, & their Lawyers need to brush up on 18 USC 875 & 2261. Ignorant and childish, and potentially costly. Rick Wilson is a mere utensil, a paper straw who has been discarded multiple times and will have no purpose in life no matter who becomes President.

Following that is a partial pic of a doc, NOT showing the letterhead or signature. The lower paragraphs says “I” am authorizing DOJ to go after people who dox others on social media, etc.

But I don’t know who wrote the letter and there’s no date either. I’ve asked but no one has responded. Any ideas?

he just resigned. (this is why I watch CNN)

The Justice Department’s top election crimes prosecutor resigned Monday in protest after Attorney General William Barr told federal prosecutors that they should examine allegations of voting irregularities before states move to certify results in the coming weeks.

Richard Pilger, director of the elections crimes branch in the Justice Department’s Public Integrity Section, told colleagues in an email that the attorney general was issuing “an important new policy abrogating the forty-year-old Non-Interference Policy for ballot fraud investigations in the period prior to elections becoming certified and uncontested.” Pilger also forwarded the memo to colleagues in his resignation letter.

    https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/09/politics/william-barr-voting-irregularities/index.html

Why the hell did we have this kind of asinine policy to begin with? It’s basically letting the states get away with murder. Once the votes are certified you know damn well that they won’t walk them back.

digging a little bit, THIS is interesting.

The Justice Department recently issued guidance giving federal prosecutors more leeway to take public action on suspected election fraud before ballots are in — a move that some legal analysts worry could foreshadow an effort to bolster President Trump’s exaggerated claims of fraud via mail-in voting.
    .
    .
The guidance, which came in an email from a career official in the department’s public integrity section, detailed what it called an “exception to the general non-interference with elections policy,” which discourages prosecutors from taking overt steps in fraud investigations until all ballots are counted and certified.

The exception would apply, the email indicated, “where the integrity of any component of the federal government is implicated by election offenses within the scope of the policy, including, but not limited to, misconduct by federal officials or employees administering an aspect of the voting process through the United States Postal Service, the Department of Defense, or any other federal department or agency.”

It wasn’t just vote fraud, it was conspiracy at the highest levels — a complicit media, state governments, high tech companies monopolies, and deep state. Basically, they were all in to make sure voters did not make the same “mistake” we made in 2016. We see clearly now and we don’t have a Constitutional republic anymore, we have a deep state that, if we treat it right, will “allow” us to keep some of our freedoms and treasure but will punish us if we step out of line.

In a lengthy statement released Tuesday afternoon, the Pentagon said that Anthony Tata, Ezra Cohen-Watnick and Kash Patel had been promoted to key roles.

Tata is now working as the senior official performing the duties of the undersecretary of Defense for policy, following James Anderson’s resignation.

Tata, a retired Army general who became a pro-Trump pundit on Fox News, joined the Defense Department earlier this year. Trump had nominated him to a role that required Senate confirmation, but lawmakers opposed Tata in the role, and the president instead named him to an acting role that didn’t require confirmation. Tata has a history of Islamophobic comments and has called President Barack Obama a “terrorist leader.”

Ah. Got the skinny on that turd Pilger’s resignation. This is Shippedwreckcrew, a former fed prosecutor and one of twitter’s best follows EVAH.

the Election Crimes Branch tells the AUSAs[assistant US attorney] that they must consult with and obtain approval from Election Crimes Branch before an AUSA or FBI Agent can do anything operationally in response to an allegation that an election-related crime might have taken place. Without their approval, there would be no investigation.

What happened today, and what prompted Pilger to “quit” was that AG Barr said to US Attorneys – “If you have substantial allegations of election fraud in your district, you have authority to investigate that.” Basically, Barr cut Pilger and Election Crimes Branch out of the picture as “gatekeepers” to starting investigations in places like Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Detroit, and Atlanta.

And he quotes someone who knows Pilger

I worked with Pilger… He was so arrogant and never let us pull the trigger on election fraud cases. He resigned because of this right here… Barr told “prosecutors they could take investigative steps such as interviewing witnesses during a period that they would normally need permission from the elections crimes section.” Before Barr’s annoucement, that permission came directly and solely from Pilger. He was arrogant and lazy… He lost the power today so now he’s walking. Good riddance.

I’m trying to figure out the difference between and audit and a recanvass. I found this about the Iowa primaries

A reconvass consists of local election officials recalculating election results to determine if there’s a difference in the number of votes that each candidate received.

In this case, Iowa election authorities would audit all caucus worksheets and reporting forms by hand to double-check that they were correctly tallied up and reported.

Chief Justice Roberts is a pathetic excuse for a man

Well, it was not for nothing. It was a bait and switch. What is interesting is that Roberts took the bait and now appears ready to do his own switch. He suggested that he would again save the ACA through severance but do so by recognizing that the basis of his earlier opinion is now invalid. Indeed, Roberts himself could find the individual mandate unconstitutional.

So, Roberts could create a curious precedent: he saved the ACA in 2012 by declaring the individual mandate essential to the survival of Act and then may save the ACA again in 2020 by declaring that the individual mandate is not essential to the survival of the Act. If that seems confusing, welcome to the world of Chief Justice Roberts on the ACA.

He defeated Dem Eliot Engle a 15 term incumbent

The Justice Democrats recruited Bowman to run for the United States House of Representatives in New York’s 16th congressional district, represented by 15-term incumbent Eliot Engel, in the 2020 elections.[11] Engel has served as a member of the House since 1989 and as the Chair of the United States House Committee on Foreign Affairs since the first session of the 116th United States Congress. Bowman was inspired to run by the insurgent 2018 campaign of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and described his platform as “anti-poverty and anti-racist” with support for housing, criminal justice reform, education, Medicare for All, and a Green New Deal.[12] No Republican even filed,

Another program he recommended would go through your pc and identify duplicates and yet another made sure your programs were all up to date. I think I saw the same list on Toms hardware back in the day.

Way back then (2010-ish) I was running OnTrack. The utilities were pretty good at the time, but it got into everything. I never had any problems until it was spun off to Avanquest, and the anti-virus started missing stuff. It had a number of deep-clean features, including updating drivers to incompatible versions, a registry cleaner that apologized after doing damage, and anti-virus program that easily made friends with worms and trojans.

Malwarebytes located and removed most of them, but some were self-replicating and required manual removal. Took me several deep cleans and reboots, but it worked.

I realize your comment wasn’t directed at me but I’ll toss in my 2 cents anyway. I use a myriad of tools to repair, maintain and tune up PCs, the following apps in conjunction with a good antivirus product will solve most issues. For tune ups and general maintenance, I currently use Wisecare365. For spyware and malware, I use Malwarebytes, Superantispyware and Spybot Search and Destroy. For adware, bloatware and PUP’s I use Malwarebytes’ AdwCleaner. Oh, and as to the malware/adware tools, run them until they show no infections.

True, you have to do your homework, MajorGeeks does a great job of giving you the pros and cons. All the apps I listed are free, usually the only differences between the free version and a paid subscription of most anti malware, spyware and adware apps is the available features, the free version usually doesn’t update and run automatically, you have to do that manually. No biggie. I use the free version of Avast anti-virus, it does auto-update and you can schedule scan times but it has additional features disabled, like the firewall feature, so I use ZoneAlarm’s free firewall to fill that gap. Between the availability of Open Source and free versions of subscription apps I’m able to accomplish what I need to without wasting money better spent on booze and other priorities.

    I missed this.

Virginia State Senator and Judge Advocate General Richard Black finds that those retired generals, now active against Donald Trump are in violation of Section 88 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. He names the names and says what the President should order Secretary of Defense Mark Esper to do if Esper doesn’t do it himself.

Laura Ingraham just showed a clip of Martha Radditz asking if Trump was planning a military coup. She looked like she’d been doing meth for 3 days.

I got something similar from a friend on FB who posted the vid linked above. He’s a lefty, declared that Trump is plotting a coup, when the video says the exact opposite. I don’t think my friend watched it.

The vid was uploaded to the Utoobage by LaRouchePAC, but don’t let that put you off.

Electric car batteries are catching fire and that could be a big turnoff to buyers

Automakers seeking to forge ahead in the electric vehicle market have been hitting a bump in the road recently: batteries keep catching fire.
At the end of September, BMW initiated a recall in the United States of 10 different BMW and Mini plug-in hybrid models because of a risk of fire caused by debris that may have gotten into battery cells during manufacturing. Then, in early October, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration opened an investigation into reports of apparently spontaneous battery fires in Chevrolet Bolt EVs. GM says it is cooperating with the investigation.
A few days later, Hyundai announced that it was recalling 6,700 Kona Electric SUVs in the United States, among about 75,000 of that model to be recalled worldwide, after it had received numerous reports of vehicles catching fire while parked.

The Coming Energy Shocks Under A Biden Administration

    (…)

    Energy Policy Discontinuities

But don’t be lulled by soothing thoughts of policy continuity under a Biden-Harris administration. The contrast in Republican and Democratic world-views of fossil fuels and global energy geopolitics could not be more stark. And nowhere are the costs as extravagant as in the promises made regarding the Green New Deal. The adverse impacts on US domestic affairs will be as profound as they will be on the global stage. The policy discontinuity expected to take place in the oil and gas sectors under a Biden administration is about as radical as one can contemplate in US and global affairs.

    @ Guggi:
1 in 12,000,000. Wow. Glad I read that story, otherwise I’d never have known that

Gasoline-powered cars can also catch fire, of course. That shouldn’t be surprising since combustion is central to how they work. They carry around containers of highly flammable liquids, they have engines that get very hot and electrical equipment that can make sparks.

    @ Guggi:

The 4-year, $1.7 trillion Biden plan – reflecting an even more aggressive “climate crisis” action plan set out by the House Democrats — includes banning fracking in federal lands and waters, denying federal permits for new fossil fuel infrastructure projects, and ensuring 100% clean renewable energy by 2035 in electricity generation, buildings, and transportation.

All based upon the false premise that humans can change global climate.
