“From Rome to the Present – The History of Football” Quimby, Harold. LeSourdsville Press, 1946.

2/5 last week. Horrible..27/36, $1500/$1000. I got stomped. Jeeze, I gotta redeem myself.

My beloved Panthers covered Thursday night at home. 7-2! Pickett (QB) will be playing on Sundays.

New Mexico State at #2 Alabama 12:00 PM SECN – Why? The spread is 51 points. 51!!!!I’m not touching this. YES, I am. ‘Bama has two big opponents over the next two weeks. NMSU Covers, while ‘Bama rests their starters.

Mississippi State at #17 Auburn 12:00 PM ESPN – The War Eagle are 5.5 point favorites at home on The Plains and cover.

#6 Michigan at Penn State 12:00 PM ABC – M is a 1 point favorite on the road in (not so) Happy Valley. I’m taking M to cover.

#8 Oklahoma at #13 Baylor 12:00 PM FOX – The Baylor Bears WERE the darlings of the sporting media just a few weeks ago. Not any more. Today they are 5.5 point dogs at home. Oklahoma! covers.

#1 Georgia at Tennessee 3:30 PM CBS – Hey Rain! The Vols don’t look too bad this year. They are 20 point dogs at home against a damned near perfect team. G has crushed all opposing offenses and will cover this spread. They have a rest game versus Charleston Southern next week. The Vols ware their last real opponent until G has to play ‘Bama for the SEC title.

#11 Texas A&M at #15 Ole Miss 7:00 PM ESPN – The line has held at Aggies 2.5 favorite all week. They cover.

    Good morning!

You know that 6% COLA raise coming in the social security checks next year? You thought it would be at least something of a help, right?

    BWAHAHAHAHAH!!

    Suckered again.

The standard premium for Medicare’s outpatient care coverage will jump by 14.5% for 2022, far outpacing an earlier estimate of 6.7%, according to the government.

The standard premium for Part B, which covers outpatient care and durable equipment, will be $170.10 next year, up $21.60 from $148.50 this year, said a senior official for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on Friday. The program’s trustees had estimated this summer that the premium would rise to $158.50.

The deductible for Part B will be $233, up $30 (14.8%) from this year.
    .
    .
Meanwhile, the deductible for Medicare Part A (hospital coverage) per benefit period (which generally starts when you are admitted to the hospital) will be $1,556 in 2022, up $72 from this year’s $1,484..

Yesterday Marjorie Taylor Greene said on Bannon’s show that she had heard at least some of the J6 prisoners had been carried out on stretchers and she was trying to find out why.

Today we know. A prisoner in one of the pods wasn’t masked so they maced him. With so much mace it got into the ventilation system and took out other prisoners.

    This is gulag territory

    Over your dead body, Sparky

An assistant professor at Old Dominion University in Virginia is actively and publicly defending sexual attraction to children, and recently published a book regarding pedophiles’ ‘pursuit of dignity.’

Allyn Walker, a sociology and criminal justice assistant professor and female-to-male transgender person, said in an interview with the Prostasia Foundation that “Minor-Attracted Persons” ought to be understood and accepted by the public.

Protasia is a non-profit that claims to protect children with an approach that “combines [its] zero tolerance of child sexual abuse with [its] commitment to human and civil rights and sex positivity.” One of Protasia’s main advocacy efforts is its fight against laws that ban sex dolls designed to look like children.

“A lot of people when they hear the term pedophile, they automatically assume that it means a sex offender. And that isn’t true,” Walker explained. “And it leads to a lot of misconceptions about attractions toward minors.”

Drunk NFL Player Kills 23-year-old And Her Dog in Fiery 156mph Crash… Blames Her Death on “Slow” Firefighters [VIDEOS]

Henry Ruggs, a 22-year-old wide receiver for the Las Vegas Raiders, killed a 23-year-old woman and her dog while drunk driving in the early hours of November 2nd.

Ruggs was driving his Corvette 156 mph before hitting the woman, Tina Tintor, and her dog Max. Following this severe impact, Tintor’s Toyota RAV4 burst into flames, leaving her trapped. Ruggs’ BAC was .161, twice the legal limit.

In a video taken from the scene, Ruggs and his girlfriend can be seen sitting near the crash, along with another of Riggs’ friends, none of whom are making any attempt whatsoever to try and save the woman who is trapped in her totally flame-engulfed car.

Ruggs was engaged in an emotional conversation with girlfriend Kiara Washington, swearing and yelling. “Okay, okay, here. I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” Washington says as she holds Ruggs’ face in her hands. Ruggs is heard saying, “F***! Stop yelling!”

The burning car can be seen not far away from Riggs and Washington, who again are making no move to show concern for the woman that is trapped in a burning vehicle.

In the video, Washington continuously yells for help, saying, “Help! Please can we get help?” and “Can you please help him?!” as Ruggs appears to go unconscious.

In a poor attempt to take the heat off their client, Ruggs’ attorneys are now trying to blame the slow response of the firefighters on Tintor’s death. A witness reportedly told the court that firefights were slow to extinguish the burning Toyota, saying “Firemen did not attempt to extinguish the fire at Ms. Tinto’s vehicle for approximately 20 minutes at which time the entire vehicle was engulfed in flames”.

Regardless of the firefighters’ response, Tintor was in the middle of a highway, trapped in a flaming car because of the negligence, recklessness, and blatant disregard for human life by Ruggs.

Welp, it’s official as of Tuesday I am unemployed. Not sure what to do now. I’m too disabled to do most work but not disabled enough for SSDI. I’ll file to collect my 401k as quickly as I can but don’t know how long it takes to process. I think I can file for unemployment but I’m not sure how it works. Between the two and my VA disability I might be barely able to cover my bills.

Lukashenko’s strategy is to STAY IN POWER so he attacks his neighbor Poland by using refugees flown in on Turkish airlines as a weapon to destabilize the border and take the heat off himself. This toad has a host of local problems and is a typical tyrant. He’s just using the victimhood gambit to pull his people together. He lacks a proper military, civil society, has corrupted the courts, jailed his opposition and suppressed his population, so he uses whatever he has left. Cyber attacks, thuggery on the border, sabre rattling, threats to close off Russian gas, and using refugees as weapons to upset his neighbors.

All the normal arrows in a tyrant’s quiver.

Time to apply your thinking cap and work for yourself. Given your military background you are already well qualified to be a competent and organized person. You’ll find that 80% of civilians never learned how to do that.

Find something that helps folks and makes their lives better and easier. Do something that you can get your teeth into and enjoy. You’ve to everything you need.

Good luck and if plan A doesn’t work have a plan B C D etc. but just make sure you’re holding the initiative.

    You’re already way ahead mate.

You have got your basics covered already. Now you just have to organize how you are going to make some extra cash to cover the luxuries. I can think of a dozen ways of raising cash with Christmas just around the corner. A few require a minimum of capital to get set up but not all of them. You tube is a good place to begin researching ‘how’ to’ videos to get yourself some skills other that the ones you have already in spades.

    READY?

What did you do in the military? What was your job over the past decade or so?

Given the time working for someone else you have absorbed how their organization worked. If it was a good plan that use that as your template. If they were cock-ups then you know what not to do in your own business.

How hard is it to set up a business where you are?

I was security police. Last 12 years I was a homecare provider for my disabled nephews. No idea how hard it is to set up a business around here. Most new businesses in my area fail in about two months though. The disabled homecare industry is run like the mafia. You can’t get in without the right contacts. Plus they are heavily regulated (unless you know who to bribe) and the monthly fees for every little inspection, schooling, evaluation, etc are crippling.

Shipowners make payoffs to free vessels held by Indonesian navy near Singapore- sources

SINGAPORE, Nov 14 (Reuters) – More than a dozen shipowners have made payments of about $300,000 apiece to release vessels detained by the Indonesian navy, which said they were anchored illegally in Indonesian waters near Singapore, according to sources with direct knowledge of the matter.

The dozen sources include shipowners, crew and maritime security sources all involved in the detentions and payments, which they say were either made in cash to naval officers or via bank transfer to intermediaries who told them they represented the Indonesian navy.

Reuters was not able to independently confirm that payments were made to naval officers or establish who the final recipients of the payments were.

The detentions and payments were first reported by Lloyd’s List Intelligence, an industry website.

Rear Admiral Arsyad Abdullah, the Indonesian naval fleet commander for the region, said in a written response to Reuters’ questions that no payments were made to the navy and also that it did not employ any intermediaries in legal cases.

“It is not true that the Indonesian navy received or asked for payment to release the ships,” Abdullah said.

He said there had been an increasing number of detentions of ships in the past three months for anchoring without permission in Indonesian waters, deviating from the sailing route or stopping mid-course for an unreasonable amount of time. All the detentions were in accordance with Indonesian law, Abdullah said.

China: North-eastern city sees highest snowfall in 116 years

In the capital city of Shenyang, in Liaoning province, average snowfall reached 51cm (20 inches).

This is the highest recorded snowfall since 1905, said state outlet Xinhua.

In neighbouring inner Mongolia, one person died and more than 5,600 were affected after a heavy snowstorm.

Meteorological researchers in the Mongolian city of Tongliao told state outlet the Global Times that the snowstorm was an extremely random and sudden extreme weather event.

A total of 27 red alerts were issued across Inner Mongolia and north-eastern China – the highest warning alert for snowstorms.

The cold wave, which began on Sunday, caused temperatures to plummet by at least 14 degrees in some parts of north-eastern China.

In Liaoning, traffic has been severely affected by the heavy onslaught, with most expressway toll stations closed as of Tuesday.

Train and bus stations have also remained shut, except for those in the cities of Dalian and Dandong.

Austria Orders Lockdown for the Unvaccinated, Directs Police to Carry Out Spot-Checks

Austrian Chancellor Alexander Schallenberg on Sunday announced the country is placing millions of people who aren’t fully vaccinated for COVID-19 on lockdown starting Monday.

About 65 percent of the Central European nation’s population is vaccinated, according to government data. Under the measures revealed on Sunday, unvaccinated people are ordered to stay at home except for limited reasons.

The rules, the government said, will be enforced by police officers who will be out on the streets carrying out spot-checks on people who are in public. Unvaccinated people are already excluded from entertainment venues, bars, restaurants, and similar venues and businesses.

“We are not taking this step lightly but it is necessary,” Schallenberg told a news conference announcing the new measures.

He said there had been an increasing number of detentions of ships in the past three months for anchoring without permission in Indonesian waters, deviating from the sailing route or stopping mid-course for an unreasonable amount of time. All the detentions were in accordance with Indonesian law, Abdullah said.

Lloyds is an interesting business. They have various tiers of risk and requirements for investors. I read a number of years ago, if you want to invest in Lloyds and are just an above average Joe with a little extra money, you get to support the high risk pool and could easily lose everything you have beyond just your investment. The more well-heeled are able to invest with less exposure but still high risk and more exposure than just their investments. It may be that those folks are going to be hit by this behavior if those detained vessels were not in a high risk category. That should be interesting.

    This is a joke. Hundreds?

Hundreds of UK troops reportedly ready to deploy at Ukraine border

Hundreds of British special force troops are ready to deploy to the Ukranian border at a moment’s notice, amid rising tensions and fears of a possible Russian invasion in the region, according to reports.

The UK’s Special Air Service and Parachute Regiment are prepared to enter the region with medics, engineers, signalers, and hundred of paratroopers, The Mirror reported.

“The high readiness element of the brigade was told it may need to deploy at very short notice, a source told The Mirror.

“Between 400 and 600 troops are ready. Their equipment is packed and they are ready to fly to Ukraine and either land or parachute in. They have trained for both eventualities.”

The military move comes after the European Union accused Belarus, which borders both the Ukraine and Poland, of manufacturing a humanitarian crisis by urging migrants to illegally cross into the EU via Poland

    https://nypost.com/2021/11/13/hundreds-of-uk-troops-reportedly-ready-to-deploy-at-ukraine-border/

Ummmm No you guys don’t pack your own chutes! Sure if you are a civilian jumper everyone does but not the military. The military use professional Parachute packers. They are VERY VERY VERY good at what they do. Trust me I do know what I’m talking about here.
I have 20 military jumps and around 60 civvie jumps under my belt. I used to fly drop aircraft for Parachutes Australia back in the day out at Wilton airfield in NSW, just south of Sydney. My military jumps were with PTSU (Parachute Training Support Unit) at Whenuapai Air Force Base, on the outskirts of Auckland NZ. Most of the instructors were NZSAS or RNZAF specialists. The packers were all professionals within PTSU who packed ALL parachutes, including all freight and equipment chutes as well as specialist chutes. Hell I even used to make plastic experimental cargo (one time use) parachutes at the University of Sydney Dept. of Aeronautical Engineering as a lab techie.

The PI in Atlanta was a Major with the Atlanta Police Force. He alas died but his wife and son were also PIs and they took up the slack and kept the Collection effort going for over 2 years ( about 31 months in all from go to the end). Great task for me too. Made around $100K a year doing weekly INTEL Briefings to the Corporate CEO for an huge international Gym franchise. Their US Franchisee went rogue and I was tasked to …’get ’em ‘..

    🙂 Which I did TWICE.

The first time I had them dead to rights but when push came to shove the CEO to whom I was reporting felt sorry for all of the former franchisee employees who’d lose their jobs. THEN a Home Town Court decision by the Californian 9th Circuit cost my Corporate $7 million. That hardened her up a tad!

Next time I caught the former Franchisee dead to rights ‘trading whilst insolvent’ I asked my tame CEO what she wanted me to do and she said, ” nail their sorry arses to the wall”, which we did. We also destroyed their affiliates in Australia Japan and Brazil.

    That’ll ‘learn ’em’

That is BS. I did all my training in the military including as an instructor at the School of Military Intelligence and Security. Then when I decided to move into the civvie sector after I had finished flying I did an Executive MBA at the Uni of Auckland. They knew ‘diddly squat’ about the Intelligence Cycle and I even did a few BI presentation during my MBA. They asked me to stretch my MBA and spend another 3 years doing a PhD in Business Intelligence, but by then I was Over Academia, and the $$$$ was in the commercial and corporate sector. Mostly used PIs to do the Collection Planning and the actual gathering information, data and intel. and focused on specializing in the Direction Phase, the Collation and Analysis Phase, the Dissemination phase and the Reflection / Intel management Stage.

Did that for 20 years before getting into import Export to China. Hmmm that was a ‘home goal’

I had virtually zero contact with the local police. The PI’s did have a wee bit of contact but even they had minimal contact. The contacts came in handy were from various government departments. Government contracts were mostly a pain in the arse however and VERY BORING. Plus the ski lodges are pretty finicky about non-licensed vendors, and they only hand out a small handful of vendor permits a year at a veeeerrrry steep price. Credentials aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on unless you have a relationship w/the local law enforcement/court system. It’s not that straightforward.

I did research all my local PI’s. All are prior law enforcement and have contracts with the court system. Seems to be a cozy relationship.

The Idea is to HIRE the PI credentialed guys to do all of the donkey work. The Business Intelligence part is where the brainpower resides,(Directive Phase, Collation / Analysis Phase, Dissemination Phase and Reflective Phase comes into its own and where the $$$ reside.

The only real city. Nah, not good at bread. Made ketchup yesterday. A little runny though. Too much maple for my taste, would use agave if I make it again. Ingredients not cost effective unless you already have them and don’t have money to buy ketchup.

    BI is Business Intelligence.

Universities are totally USELESS at it as are 90 % of Fortune 500 Companies. The Fortune 500 guys who actually “GET IT’ keep it very very close to their chests because it gives them tremendous advantage to their bottom lines to KNOW what their competitors are not just doing and planning, but thinking. The way a business culture either accepts BI is key to whether the corporate actually uses BI or just pretends and goes through the motions. Most Fortune 500 Companies lie when it comes to their BI capabilities.

Is state disability different in other states? The bad thing about welfare in the state I was last in was that it was easy to get but they also wanted to monitor your life and finances 24×7. If you were an honest person. If a person was dishonest said person could rip the state taxpayers off consistently.

Don’t really have anything like state disability. Just federal ssdi. Even the welfare office in MT just assists in getting SSDI. And since I “worked” the last 12 years I’m considered able to work. Kind of a catch-22. I think I’ll be ok if I can find someone to hire me, but I really need something low stress where I don’t have a lot of negative customer interaction. It could bring back some of my mental issues that are exacerbated by my autism. Even education wasn’t a real good environment for me because of the backstabbing and manipulative behavior by the adults. Which is sad because that’s where I felt the most comfortable, guiding students. But, I’m underqualified for all the tutoring services locally and the online tutoring services are mostly scams (plus since my disabled nephews are screamers I can’t really do any kind of remote session type work. Which sucks because that would be absolutely up my alley.)

Trying to avoid security. THey’ll put me on nights again and I found out through experience that I have extreme problems with suicidal depression when I work nights for an extended period. It’s part of what ruined my military and hotel careers. I finally managed to get myself mentally stable and off all the non-working meds and don’t really want to go back to square one.

Worked as a PCA with my nephews, might have to go into that for a while but the issue with that is my nephews were capable of doing most of the things on their own so I was mostly a guide. According to my audiologist, the causes of tinnitus are still mostly unknown. Part of it is due to hearing damage but not all of it. There are no known cures. Some people have it forever some have it go away randomly. The type I have seems to be the type that gets louder as time goes on.

The hair like structures in the middle ear are effected by continuous loud noise, as they convert mechanical energy to feed electrical signals to the inner ear. When the tiny hairs don’t spring back and stay deformed you end up with Tinitus. Illness can also cause the sensory hairs to be deformed and lay down. If you’re lucky the sensory hairs can slowly spring back over a period and the tinnitus can cease.

Had tinnitus for 40+ years. Too much exposure to gunfire and also to the 4000 Hz noise off the tips of a propeller in my right ear, even though I used ear protectors. This results in a 4000Hz high frequency sound in my ears and especially my right ear that was opposite the propeller tips that were breaking the sound barrier just 12 feet away from my ear through the skin of the airplane.

When I read the article, “high risk” would be cases with higher probability of loss of cargo or ship. Transiting the area around the pirates would fall in that category. Not just loss, but penalties for delay of delivery, etc. Downside is you can lose everything, upside is tremendous payout if your ship literally comes in.

but it is much easier on the GI and renal system than repeated high dose NSAIDs

Background: Diclofenac is a proven, commonly prescribed nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic properties, and has been shown to be effective in treating a variety of acute and chronic pain and inflammatory conditions. As with all NSAIDs, diclofenac exerts its action via inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis by inhibiting cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) with relative equipotency. However, extensive research shows the pharmacologic activity of diclofenac goes beyond COX inhibition, and includes multimodal and, in some instances, novel mechanisms of action (MOA).

    @ coldwarrior:
I can’t predict which parts of me are going to hurt. Knees, hips, back or hands.

I am blaming most of my troubles to be due to inactivity however.

One example, I know the pain in my hips and legs comes from standing for a while. If I do a few hours at work by the time I am done I hurt. Going home from work I get a ride or Uber. Get dropped off at a store quarter of a mile from home then walk home. Walking home is painful for a while but by the time I get home pain in back, hips and legs is gone.

I wish I had somewhere near here that I could go for a walk every day. But by my apartment is not really a place I would feel comfortable walking far.

Another alternative would to Uber to a park, but who would not find an old man walking alone in a park a bit creepy. If I had a dog no one would give me a second glance.

Hands are another problem. Repetitive using my hands makes them ache. Again I am blaming lack of use and weakness in them. Had carpel tunnel surgery on both a few years ago and never regained strength in them. I SHOULD do hand exercises.

I am making progress I think. Going to see if when I do a six hour shift I can clock out for about 15 minutes half way through and go walk around the parking lot. I dunno, we shall see.

As to hands, part of my job is opening small plastic bags. I have to tear them open, and after a while hands ache. Well I can hear you all yelling ” Use scissors!!! ”

Found three pairs of scissors in the building and not one pair will cut open a plastic bag!

    But I has a cunning plan…..

For my shift on Wednesday I am bringing my own scissors!

    Possums are smart, ask Bonk…

So, thanks to the VA I no longer have an optical provider. My eyes have gotten worse again and I need to have a cataract exam but last year they sent my bill to the wrong place (something called tri-west) and the cluster fuck spiralled out of control and now I don’t know where to go, who to talk to, or what to do, and no one anywhere will help me fix it. So I’m sitting on a 400 dollar optical bill that I can’t pay and have no optical until it gets paid. Thank you so much VA.

That’s basically what Tricare is, which is what I’m on. That’s because I’m retired, though.

The VA medical system should probably be scrapped and everything turned over to Tricare. The problem is that it’s a huge federal agency. Those never go away.

I’m not close enough to medicare age. Provider and I have already gone through everything. Best bet is to get VA to do what they are supposed to do. But, that is causing me massive stress and driving me insane. My part of the rent is 600 a month, not going to find much lower for myself and my sons. Trying to get them employed but the one with the same autism I have won’t even apply anywhere and the other one hasn’t had any luck getting hired. My monthly bills total around 1200 a month. Pentagon Says It Has Authority to Require Oklahoma National Guard to Follow Vaccine Mandate

The Pentagon on Monday said it has the authority to require members of the National Guard to get vaccinated against COVID-19 after the Oklahoma National Guard’s newly appointed commander refused to impose a vaccine mandate ordered by the Defense Department.

Pentagon press secretary John Kirby told reporters that U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin “has the authorities he needs to require this vaccine across the force, including the National Guard.”

Kirby later added during a news briefing that it is “a lawful order for National Guardsmen to receive the COVID vaccine.”

“It is a lawful order,” he repeated. “Refusing to do that, absent an approved exemption, puts them in the same potential [for punishment] as active-duty members who refuse the vaccine.”

The Defense Department in September said that all uniformed personnel must be vaccinated against COVID-19, the disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, with varying deadlines for each branch.

However, on Nov. 11, the adjutant general for Oklahoma Brig. Gen. Thomas Mancino wrote in a policy memorandum ordering that “no Oklahoma Guardsmen be required to take the COVID-19 Vaccine.”

In his memo, Mancino stated that Stitt is the “lawful Commander in Chief” of all Oklahoma national guardsmen unless they’re federally mobilized under Title 10 of the U.S. Code.

Kirby on Monday argued that members of the National Guard would not be exempt from the department’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate under Title 32 of the U.S Code, which authorizes governors to mobilize troops within their state.

“The secretary of Defense has the authority to require these vaccines for all members of the force, including the National Guard … even in a Title 32 status,” Kirby told reporters. “Because when they’re called up for their monthly training, they’re still federally funded.”

He is absolutely correct about that. I was wondering how long it was going to take DOD to push back on that.

The National Guard is, first and foremost, a reserve component of the federal military. It can be “borrowed” by the state’s governor. I’m amazed that the new Oklahoma Adjutant General doesn’t understand that.

Mayorkas says not all 1.2M illegal immigrants with final removal orders should be deported

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told the Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday that the American immigration system is “broken,” while stating that not all of the 1.2 million illegal immigrants with final removal orders should be deported.

Committee ranking member Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, pointed to a Sept. 30 memo in which Mayorkas said “the fact that an individual is a removable non-citizens should not alone be the basis of an enforcement action against them.” Grassley then asked if this still applied to those who already have final removal order against them.

What part of “final removal orders” do they not understand?

“We cannot remove one point two million individuals,” Mayorkas said, speaking to the impracticability of deporting so many people. He then called into question the validity of those orders.

“I would not necessarily accept the fact that all of them have received due process,” he said.

Yes, by definition, they did. Where do you think those “final deportation orders” came from?

When asked if any of the 1.2 million people should be deported, Mayorkas said those “who pose a public safety threat, who pose a national security threat, who pose a border security threat,” should be deported from the U.S.

Sen. Chris Coons, D-Del., defended DHS’s use of “prosecutorial discretion” in deciding which deportation cases to pursue. Coons claimed that “an approach that effectively makes any undocumented immigrant a priority is actually making no one a priority.”

Mayorkas agreed, arguing that discretion is warranted both because DHS has “limited resources,” and also because it is “a matter of justice” not to prioritize those who have become “contributing members of our society.”

Prosecutorial discretion applies before someone goes to court, dumbass.

on, a lot of them are. There was one Antifa guy on twitter today who has sexual assault accusations against him, etc. and that’s hardly the first I’ve seen. But they run around in packs for the specific purpose of intimidation. The closest ‘our’ side has come is the Proud Boys – which apparently has been throroughly compromised by FBI informants.

So your question should be Why hasn’t the FBI infiltrated Antifa?

Because the FBI is on the other side.

Records from an anonymous whistleblower released by Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, on Tuesday, however, reveal that the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division is engaged in categorizing threat assessments relating to parents with a “threat tag.”

An internal email attached to a letter from Jordan to the attorney general references an Oct. 4 memorandum from Garland for the FBI to address “investigations and assessments of threats specifically directed against school board administrators, board members, teachers, and staff,” with the tag.

“This disclosure provides specific evidence that federal law enforcement operationalized counterterrorism tools at the behest of a left-wing special interest group against concerned parents,” Jordan wrote.

WOW — Rittenhouse attorneys have the goods on prosecution having withheld evidence. Pros. sent a compressed version of the drone video to defense, when they had the full resolution which they held until closing. 3.6 MB v. 11.5 MB. Huge difference

Prevented the defense from making use of the video during the case because evidence was closed prior to the defense being told about 11.5 MB version.
Should be a mistrial and dismissal.
I think they might get it if the jury doesn’t acquit on all charges.

Not sure about bar disciplinary rules in Wisconsin, but it might be time from Binger and Kraus to track down some disciplinary attorneys to represent them.

The only way an indigenous culture has a leg up on being in balance with nature is through their shamanistic practices. Where they developed a sensitivity to the cycles of nature as it related to a small superstitious tribe of people.

When I was in government the number of middle managers that wanted color coordinated offices, big screen TV’s, 2 mobile phones, top of the line computer was amazing. Nothing productive came out of that other than less services and higher property taxes. It still goes on today.

All these people really need today is an iPhone they buy themselves and a shared central office that they visit once a week. The rest of the time they could work from home. The other ironic thing is that they were lousy stewards as well. They were nomadic for a reason. They would stay in one place until they had used up all the game and/or sufficiently fouled their camps that they had to move on.

    Partly true BUT.
The you can work from home’ gambit’ is playing into the hands of BIG Tech in their effort with BIG government to ISOLATE people so that they can’t interact face to face in a business setting, that drives corporate culture. What happens eventually when individual employees are totally isolated in their homes they lose their collaborative ability to move a corporate culture.

    Think about it.

Unintended consequences of what is on the face of it a ‘good idea’ has deep and lasting ramifications.

n September, my firm filed a lawsuit against the FDA on behalf of this group to demand this information. To date, almost three months after it licensed Pfizer’s vaccine, the FDA still has not released a single page. Not one.

The link to the FDA response is provided.

The FDA has proposed to produce 500 pages per month which, based on its calculated number of pages, would mean it would complete its production in nearly 55 years – the year 2076.

For everyone asking “what is handbrake” is used for compressing & converting videos. It was found on Kraus’s laptop meaning he may have purposely converted the video to the lower resolution version using handbrake.

“Handbrake was on one of the prosecutions laptops since January 2021. This can be used to compress footage. Krause lied when he said he didn’t know how to do any of those actions. I’ve moved from negligence or incompetence to malice”

Contacted company, turns out that management hasn’t notified payroll and they are stuck until management tells them. Banging head against wall. Did notice that the wonderful government is going to punish me on my taxes for taking MY OWN DAMN MONEY out of my 401k. So that’s awful nice of them. Sister in law is trying to get a new contract for services with another company in town so this may be a temporary unemployment issue but don’t know how long the process will take. That Carlyle group can trace its name back to an 19th century philosopher who was adamantly pro slavery.

    https://www.jstor.org/stable/23098473

Carlyle was founded in 1987 as an investment banking boutique by five partners with backgrounds in finance and government: William E. Conway Jr., Stephen L. Norris, David M. Rubenstein, Daniel A. D’Aniello and Greg Rosenbaum. The founding partners named the firm after the Carlyle Hotel in New York City where Norris and Rubenstein had planned the new investment business.

The Carlyle Hotel, known formally as The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel, is a combination luxury residential hotel located at 35 East 76th Street on the northeast corner of Madison Avenue and East 76th Street, on the Upper East Side of New York City. Opened in 1930, the hotel was designed in Art Deco style and was named after Scottish essayist Thomas Carlyle.

Thomas Carlyle (4 December 1795 – 5 February 1881) was a Scottish historian, satirical writer, essayist, translator, philosopher, mathematician, and teacher.

A noted polemicist, Carlyle coined the term “the dismal science” for economics, in his essay “Occasional Discourse on the Negro Question”, which advocated for the reintroduction of slavery to the West Indies. He also wrote articles for the Edinburgh Encyclopaedia.

“An action is currently being attempted against my medical license for prescribing Ivermectin, which I find fascinating, because as an anesthesiologist, I know I use a lot of drugs off-label that are much more dangerous,” Harris said at the meeting.

At the meeting Harris also said, “I expect vaccines to become ineffective in the future,” citing the evolution of the novel virus, according to the Sun.

According to The Washington Examiner, after the meeting Harris said, “The complaint is in the investigation stage with the board of medical examiners.”

The Washington Post reported last month that during a radio program with his wife, Harris, who is a practicing anesthesiologist, said he prescribed Ivermectin as a COVID-19 treatment to patients.

“Last evening, a person who identified himself as James J. Morrison and who claimed that he was a producer with NBC news, employed for MSNBC… and under the supervision of someone named Irene Byon in NY for MSNBC,” the Judge began.

“The police stopped him because he was following at a distance of about a block,” he continued. “And went through a red light. Pulled him over and inquired of him what was going on.”

“And he gave that information. And he stated that he had been instructed by Ms. Byon to follow the jury bus,” the Judge added. “The matter is under further investigation at this point. That’s the latest I have.”

“He was ticketed for violating a traffic control signal,” he went on. “He’s not here today, from what I am told. I have instructed that nobody from MNSBC News will be permitted in this building for the duration of this trial. This is a very serious matter and I don’t know what the ultimate truth of it is, but absolutely it would go without much thinking that someone who is following a jury bus, that is a very, extremely serious matter,” the Judge concluded.

The judge subsequently banned MSNBC reporters from the court’s premises.

    https://beckernews.com/22-meet-the-nbc-producer-trying-to-expose-jurors-to-doxxing-in-rittenhouse-case-43058/

The same guy later raised a sign over the jurors’ hotel roof saying THE JURORS ARE HERE

The producer giving this ‘stringer’ (i.e., MSNBC won’t take responsibility for him) is one Irene Byon. A very American name right? No. Her full name is Irene Min Joo Byon. Her picture is at the top of the article in the link.

    @ Possum Pureblood:
Thinking about this more. Jury instructions is I think 36 pages. The slightly larger space between sentences trick would work for 12 documents of a couple of pages, but any more pages would be a lot of work.

Fast method to uniquely 12 documents of 36 pages would to take a blank sheet of paper. Mark it somewhere with a tiny dot, preferably in the text area not a margin, then run off 36 copies of that blank sheet. Mark that sheet with the dot with name of person copy is going to.

Place those 36 sheets in the paper tray, place the jury instructions in the feed hopper then make the copy of the document using the marked “blank” sheets..

Repeat 12 times, obviously place the tiny dot in a different place every time. .

Then when a scan/photo of the jury instructions appears online later today you know who dunnit.

    Nobody ever suspects a tiny dot/blemish on a photocopy….

Absolutely. An outside agent is attempting to influence a jury, that tampering. Read further in that article you linked and there is strong evidence this is the case and that the verdict is being held up because members of the jury are afraid of backlash. Seems a very strong argument for the judge to dismiss with prejudice.

My take, and I could be absolutely wrong about this, but the stories regarding people being told to review the process for nominating a new VP and the other rumors that Fox is helping spread are nonsense. Kamalala is not going anywhere. The same process is going to be needed when Senile Joe steps down for “medical reasons”. The people running the Oval Office don’t care how much of a dip-head Kamala is as long as she does what they tell her to do. It’s not like Biden is running things; she will be an equally useful puppet, just without any public appeal. All of this, “look into the process for a new VP” is all about Joe resigning and replacing the VP.

    THREAD – Food Supply Collapse

My family are currently in positions of plant manager and quality assurance manager in poultry plants. I can say for certain that the current situation is more dire than most people think- and we may see a near total collapse of the food supply.

Covid has thrown a wrench in every industry- especially food processing. Ranging from plant closures due to outbreaks and now government overreach with vaccine mandates.

The vaccine mandates in processing plants are not discussed at all, most likely due to the contempt our ruling class has for rural, working-class Americans.

The current situation with mandates is from multiple fronts: USDA inspectors and the factory workers. For context, USDA inspectors are federal employees that are paid for by processing plants and necessary for operation- without them these plants cannot run due to federal law.

Currently, there is a large shortage of inspectors. There are roughly 6,500 inspectors nationwide across all meat processing industries, with a roughly 500-700 inspector shortage. My family has been running into issues with these inspectors being stretched thin already.

The inspector at this Midwest plant is responsible for 3 total plants normally, but currently he is inspecting 9 total plants at the same time. This is dangerous for both the wellbeing of the inspector, but most importantly the quality of the food produced.

On top of that, the USDA is covering up their shortage. On their jobs page, they list a measly 57 openings for inspectors. They cover this up by only listing their positions for a week or two at a time to prevent people from realizing this dire shortage.

These inspectors have received a memo stating that they have until Friday, Nov. 19 to get vaccinated (despite the actual deadline being Dec. 4). The problem is that a sizable plurality of inspectors refuse to be bend to government vaccine mandates (roughly 25-35%).

If upwards of 35% of inspectors are fired come Dec. 4, we are looking at roughly 2,200 inspectors nationwide disappearing. This will be catastrophic. To be clear, I stand with those refusing and will fight with them.

Likewise, if a plant is stretched thin on quality assurance personnel to protect the quality of meat, that will lead to a complete shutdown of these plants until they can be fully staffed. We are looking at this being compounded with the inspector shortage.

If this happens, many plants will not be able to run. Meaning, no meat in the store and no food for children in public schools. Some of the biggest customers of the plant my family works at are public schools and prisons, as well as national chains.

This could result in children becoming malnourished at schools, as well as families having a very hard time putting food on the table. Now, how bad is the current situation, pre-mandate?

Managers at this plant have already had to jump on the line and help produce chicken due to lack of employees. This isn’t due to low pay or benefits- they stand as a beacon of hope and stability in the community. They value their workers but are on the verge of losing it all.

Likewise, corporate is already discussing sending corporate managers, including the CEO, to help relieve the already damaging constraints by working on the line with everyone else.

Only 25% of the plant is vaccinated, meaning the company will be forced to give weekly testing for all their locations, which will cost hundreds of thousands per year, or fire their hard-working employees.

If this plant, like hundreds of others across rural America, shut down it will be the final nail in the coffin of these towns and a total collapse of the food supply

This is exacerbated by the fact that these employees oftentimes have no other skills besides working in food processing. Without this job, they won’t be able to feed their families and the towns they live in will die.

We are looking at a multi-dimensional planned disaster: people losing their jobs, food processing being destroyed and risking famine, and the total decimation of rural communities who rely on these jobs to support their families. It is completely avoidable, but they want this.

It doesn’t stop there: we are looking at a fertilizer shortage, with prices increasing 200% on ammonia. This spells disaster for family farms:[chart insert here]

While this isn’t meant to serve as a doomsday prediction, I urge people to be prepared for potential supply chain collapse- especially regarding food. Please, protect yourself and your loved ones. They are trying to purposely destroy our food supply.

As stated above, most people do not hear about food processing plants (except regarding cyberattacks earlier this year). This is a huge blindside to the American consumer who may soon not be able to get any meat at all, let alone hyper-inflated priced meat.

We are facing a total disaster. If the mandate goes into effect, we are looking at hundreds of thousands of families losing their livelihoods and millions of people becoming malnourished. And its all planned.

Does this smell like a setup to anybody else?

Federal and state investigators are examining an attempt to breach an Ohio county’s election network that bears striking similarities to an incident in Colorado earlier this year, when government officials helped an outsider gain access to the county voting system in an effort to find fraud.

Data obtained in both instances were distributed at an August “cyber symposium” on election fraud hosted by MyPillow executive Mike Lindell, an ally of former president Donald Trump who has spent millions of dollars promoting false claims that the 2020 election was rigged.

The attempted breach in Ohio occurred on May 4 inside the county office of John Hamercheck (R), chairman of the Lake County Board of Commissioners, according to two individuals with knowledge of the incident, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the ongoing investigations. State and county officials said no sensitive data were obtained, but they determined that a private laptop was plugged into the county network in Hamercheck’s office, and that the routine network traffic captured by the computer was circulated at the same Lindell conference as the data from the Colorado breach.

Yep. From the comments at Insty

Washington Post really… I’d trust Baghdad Bob over NTY or WP reporting. This was a comment at the link.

“Of course, this is a totally false account by WaPo.

The Colorado incident was this: The Republican County Official in charge of elections found out that Dominion systems was sending out people to ERASE everything on their machines (in May 2021, if memory serves) This was being done under cover of a ‘system upgrade” where the Dominion employee would come and totally erase all data from the 2020 election. Dominion did this nationwide.

So, the County election official, knowing that she was liable under state and federal law to retain all records for 22 months, hired a forensic expert to come in and make an unchangeable, forensic backup of the Dominion systems as they existed for the 2020 election.

The Democratic party election fraud happy Secretary of State was incensed that she had made a backup. She called in the feds and claimed that the county official was “tampering” with the machines, or allowing outside people to “access” the machines. The FBI raided her house and workplace, and they are now investigating the County official, who did her duty, preserved the results of the 2020 election so they could be examined.

So now the WaPo is telling you that people trying to retain the records, as required by federal law, are actually trying to tamper with elections. Par for the course for the propaganda outlet WaPo. The WaPo thinks that Dominion employees coming in to erase all record of the 2020 election are perfectly fine, but people trying to follow the law are the criminals.”
