New thread to lighten the load from downstairs.

Comments

Comments and respectful debate are both welcome and encouraged.

Comments are the sole opinion of the comment writer, just as each thread posted is the sole opinion or post idea of the administrator that posted it or of the readers that have written guest posts for the Blogmocracy.

Obscene, abusive, or annoying remarks may be deleted or moved to spam for admin review, but the fact that particular comments remain on the site in no way constitutes an endorsement of their content by any other commenter or the admins of this Blogmocracy.

We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.

Play nice!

Did the Fibbies issue this warrant or was it issued/approved by or ordered by Garland or someone else in the Biden administration? Or did Garland just approve it?

Garland is just one of the dirty dozen that got caught. Wray is all aboard or he would resign.

Trump was pretty transparent. I can’t see much about him that bothers me. Certainly no crimes.

The vitriol against him has to be where he collapsed money schemes for Pelosi and Schumer. Or bitch slapped them over something he didn’t like..

Numerous podcasting women have said they couldn’t vote for Trump because of his sexist remarks. But they will vote without questions for the hinted pedophilia and child abuse that goes with the Biden legacy.

I wear a cpap at night so I no longer worry about them getting into my mouth while I’m sleeping but still, I’m no
    fan of these critters.

A friend of mine posted a pic on her FB page about a month or so ago of a rattlesnake cuddled up along the brick wall of her basement staircase, eye level no less. Can you imagine ? I assume it was looking to cool off and the brick was just the right temp. Screw dat, ‘For Sale’ !!

I don’t like spiders or snakes but I’ll take a spider over a rattler any day !

Speaking of spiders and snakes, I wonder how President Trump is doing ? Seems he has to fend them off at every turn. I think they are trying to bring on either a stroke or heart attack … or both.

Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) would probably have won the 2020 Democratic primary—and presumably the general election as well—if Democratic voters weren’t a bunch of disgusting misogynists, the failed candidate told an NBC News correspondent following her third-place finish in the Iowa caucus.

“Everyone comes up to me and says, ‘I would vote for you, if you had a penis,'” Warren vented to Ali Vitali, who recounts the previously unreported conversation in her forthcoming book, Electable: Why America Hasn’t Put a Woman in the White House … Yet.

First, he’s never going to be convicted and jailed. And second, if he were, it would be for something he did after leaving office, so it would have no bearing on anything he did while president.

I wonder how they verify that and not regular votes in an election? What is the process?

I imagine it is just someone scanning a piece of paper against a signature database? I don’t think scan tek can do that yet? Or maybe it does and then ejects the signature for human verification. but anyway that is a boring mindnumbing task where its easy to start to get cynical about the job and cross more off at the the end than at the start.

I used to evaluate resumes like that. The first 3 were interesting and every aspect of them was evaluated. The last 97 I would be looking for a quick easy excuse to discard the resume. If that first paragraph wasn’t clear and concise and making me think about the person professionally it was gone. Coffee stain gone. Too much fluff… gone.

Comparing signatures is sketchy. A lot were rejected for other reasons, mismatch of addresses, voter registration status. Trouble is, L.A. County hasn’t updated their voter registry data in years, and they were using outdated verification guidelines as well. There will be appeals.

Have already seen rumblings of this starting. One of the artists I follow in my woodturning activities who lives in California had one of his items stolen from a venue in which he sells. It was caught on camera and the accomplice used a credit card to make a purchase. Victim of the crime was asking for help identifying the perp and basically said that the authorities would not necessarily be contacted.

Tier your work out. I found I was getting depressed by my twitter feed unless I actively polarized the progs. But that is so much effort in carrying and living a negative. I switched over to funny kids and animals videos for awhile.

I view the blog here as an intellectual oasis (AI, Eagles, Cold) with a dark humor and odd life current*(People with varmit nicks) and the rest of the staff. 20 years of associations. That means something in terms of being a rock in a shaky world.

I learn stuff when you post a Bible verse. I’m not particularly religious but I like Bible verses applied to real life. But I am probably a heretic in real life.

My evolution here is becoming a Bannon National Populist. I ‘ll click all the links and favorite all the content by Bannon, Navarro, Posobiec, MTG, Gaetz, Boebert, Kari Lake. Giving them some some iota of Klout that makes their voices louder.

I’m thinking of subscribing to Timcast.com. I find his podcast a little juvenile and repetitive but he is very active in putting truth out there. He uses his subscription fees to help the country.

US needs to fund the Solomons Islands elections in 2023 to prevent the Chinese puppet PM from cancelling Parliament for 6 months using the excuse that the Solomons can’t afford an election at the same time it hosts the Pan-Pacific Games. China of course has funded the venues for the games in part to improve it’s foot-print in Honiara with Solomon youth. Next comes the PLAN to tie up at the newly Chinese constructed port.

This is chump change for the West yet the US and Australia allow the Chinese to get away with this hi-jack of the Second Island Chain without firing a shot.

Judge says portion of affidavit related to Trump FBI raid can be unsealed

U.S. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart on Thursday said the affidavit related to the FBI raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate should not be completely sealed, Fox News has learned.

Reinhardt has ordered other documents related to the FBI raid to be unsealed today, including the application for the warrant, the motion to seal, and the cover sheet.

Reinhart has given the government one week to submit proposed redactions under seal by noon on August 25th. Judge Reinhart will review those redactions and then decide how he wants to proceed or if he wants to make his own redactions instead.

He reminded all that if the government or media object to his redactions, which will also be under seal, they can appeal his ruling.

$40 billion is ‘chump change’ when you look at the midterm goals of the CCP. Control of all of the choke points entering the South China Sea, transforming it into a Chinese lake. Joe Biden is the most unpopular president in US History. Inflation is at a record high. CRT and Trans and School restrictions are unpopular in both parties. Yet why is the GoP being caught up to by the Dems in the fall elections?

They’re not. Those polls are designed to mask the steals that will take place until the necessary voting reforms are made.

I’ve seen nothing to indicate that mass mail in ballots and drop boxes are going away any time soon so I fully expect every election to be suspect until such time as they do.

The push polls are there to confine the outrage to people with critical thinking skills, objectivity, and deductive reasoning.
