2022 Mid-term Election Open

And here we go!!!

The 2022 midterms are upon us.

I don’t think that the Dems will try to steal this one, they will keep their powder dry for 2024 where the GOP will be ‘Leg Before Wicket’ again.

Fettrman’s campaign is filing suit to have mail-in ballots with no date or the incorrect date counted. Courts in PA have already ruled that such ballots should not be counted.

Poor Uncle Fester probably had shitload of ballots ready to drop off on election night when he started losing. Looks like Dems are going to try to challenge all those last-minute Secretary of State and Court rules that were thrown out after the 2020 election and put them back in place.

It was to give Nancy a noble OUT when she was kicked to the curb by the Democrats having screwed up the Democrat majority once again with her big mouth and stupid comments (they only held it for four years the last time she was in charge, too). They figured out how to rig Philly THIS MORNING

City officials voted Tuesday morning ā€” as polling places opened and the vote count began for the midterm elections ā€” to reinstate a time consuming and labor-intensive process for catching double votes that will slow how quickly they can report results.

If Pennsylvaniaā€™s high-stakes U.S. Senate race is as close as expected, a wait for results out of the stateā€™s largest city is sure to shine a national spotlight on Philadelphia, similar to after the 2020 presidential election.

The city commissioners, the three-member elections board, voted 2-1 to reinstate what is known as poll book reconciliation ā€” a means of flagging mail ballots submitted by voters who also voted in person ā€” during an emergency 7 a.m. meeting.

‘The View’ Will Now Just Be One Hour Of Hosts Beating White Women With Sticks

In a move designed to streamline the show’s format and make planning episodes much easier, ABC has announced that “The View” will now just be a solid hour of the show’s hosts beating white women with sticks.

“This isn’t so much a pivot in the show’s philosophy or overall direction, but more a simplification of our focus,” said openly racist co-host Sunny Hostin. “We’ve always made it a point to villainize and shame any segment of our viewing audience when they don’t follow in lockstep with our opinions, but this change will allow us to cut through other distractions and get right down to what our show is meant to be about. Now let’s whip some white ladies!”

The announcement was met with a mixed reaction, as even former co-hosts voice their disapproval. “I certainly don’t agree with this new format they’re pursuing,” said Elisabeth Hasselbeck. “I mean, I spent years fearing for my life and being chased through the halls of the studio by a hungry Rosie O’Donnell, but at least they tried to maintain a pretense of impartiality back then.”

If the format change is a success, producers are open to pushing the envelope even further, including introducing more weapons and feeding conservative guests to lions.

At publishing time, co-hosts Ana Navarro and Whoopi Goldberg had already begun selecting white women from the show’s studio audience to hang from the ceiling as human piƱatas.

    DeSantis to DoJ: Pound sand

The DeSantis administration is pushing back against President Joe Bidenā€™s Department of Justiceā€™s apparent effort to send in election ā€œmonitorsā€ inside state-run polling locations within several Florida counties.

In a letter to John ā€œBertā€ Russ, Deputy Chief & Elections Coordinator for the Department of Justice by Florida Department of State General Counsel Brad McVay, the DeSantis administration warns that under Florida statute, DOJ monitors ā€œare not permittedā€ inside Florida polling locations.

But Department of Justice monitors are not permitted under Florida law. Section 102.031(3)(a) of the Florida Statutes lists the people who ā€œmay enter any polling room or polling place.ā€

has tortious interference claims against the Left activist groups which are causing damaging advertiser boycotts of the platform?

    https://twitter.com/TomFitton/status/1589475259732094977

    Elon has the answer

    We do

    https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1589613451839942657

Oh heck yeah they do. Every time these clowns threaten Mark Levin, he is always happy to remind them that he’s an attorney that will be delighted to sue them for tortious interference with business practice.

Oh, and FanDuel is one of those online betting sites where you can make bets on football games. The Tribes here in California want to control the football sports book so they put a competing proposition that forces people who want to bet on sports to go through the Indian Casinos to do it.

Both propositions impose a tax on such betting, but the tax in Proposition 27 is specifically earmarked for programs to help the homeless and mental health issues and the tax in Proposition 26 goes to the General Fund, so Gavin can pay for people’s abortions and gender reassignment surgery.

ā€œI now recognize I may have made a mistake in identifying Mr. Dershowitz,ā€ Giuffre, 39, said in a statement. ā€œHowever, I was very young at the time, it was a very stressful and traumatic environment.

ā€œThis litigation has been very stressful and burdensome for me and my family, and we believe it is time to bring it to an end and move on with our lives,ā€ she said.

Yep. Masters could have beat the lying carpetbagger from New Jersey quite handily if he had been able to get out ahead of the lies that Kelly was advertising all year. Masters had to fund his own advertising and it didn’t get kicked into gear until the last couple of weeks. At least the bright side is this isn’t a win for the party of fraud, just a hold. Kelly is an absolutely despicable human being. I’ve worked around people like him when I was working. Career officers who don’t give a crap about anything about how a decision or result will affect their next promotion and next assignment. Miserable people to deal with, usually have a department with very low morale and career civil servants who are just counting the days until the miserable careerist’s tour is over. Arizona is not going to Masters ā€” the @#$% lying carpetbagger careerist from New Jersey is going to win here. Hopefully enough money pours in for Herschel to pull it out.

Money isn’t going to do it. Walker just isn’t going to get the turnout without Kemp at the top of the ballot. He’s really just not a good candidate (much like Oz in PA).

Trump needs to find a new hobby other than picking Republican candidates.

Karl Rove/Bush and Trump were too busy fighting for position to create a narrative that appealed to the voters. It was pronouns/abortion versus gunrights/prolife.

In my area there was only one type of political ad. How the Republican was evil for being against women. And that message carried over into social media. D’s here were coordinating with D’s there while Republican’s said their polls revealed abortion was a non issue to voters. It wasn’t. Not as long as the GoP couldn’t produce a more compelling narrative. All the material was there to do it. Mama bears, CRT, Afghanistan failure, mask abuse, child abuse up and down the board. Yet I saw no ads on any of that stuff.

Trump is trapped in his mind by his negatives. The OZ choice was a poor one. He should have checked his ego and went with the Rove candidate.

    And the news gets worse.

    https://cryptoslate.com/tom-brady-gisele-bundchen-at-risk-of-losing-650m-investment-in-ftx/

NFL football star Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele BĆ¼ndchen staked their $650 million fortune in the now-beleaguered FTX crypto exchange during its bullish days.

** He has the very definite risk of this investment going to $0 overnight if he is holding FTT coins.

The FTX exchange (FTT coin) was called out for listed 8 Billion in assets on its spreadsheets. But upon inspection there was no collateral behind the assets. The CEO just fudged his accounts by issuing FTT without any value behind them. He then used the vapor coins as security to borrow and lend agains. The Binance exchange holding half a billion in FTX pulled their investment once this was clear and created a run on the FTX exchange. Which didn’t have enough funds to cover the run.

Plus with the VP, the Dems had 51 votes. To which I say “so what”? Dems DO NOT have 50 members of the Senate – they have 48 and therefore the Republicans hold the majority. If those independent twerps want to be counted with Democrats they need to switch parties.

You can bet if the reverse was true that Schumer and the schmucks would claim that the Majority was held by the Democrats.

Ballots Have Now Gone Missing After Dominion Voting Machine Disaster

After Dominion Voting machines in Mercer County, New Jersey, failed to read ballots, forcing voters to complete paper ballots, hundreds or even thousands of those paper ballots have now disappeared.

Some 3,211 voters from three Princeton districts who cast their ballots at the municipal building may end up disenfranchised if the ballots are not recovered, as could up to 835 Robbinsville residents who voted at the Mercer County Library.

The actual number of missing ballots was not immediately clear; the New Jersey Globe reported only the number of voters in each of the four affected districts, not the number of votes that had actually been cast

I could have easily pushed the box into a stairwell and used it as a doorstop to cool the election center off. But I never wanted to break any laws. Election centers are busy and understaffed at night. Incredibly easy to just purposely misplace something. And have plausible deniability.

The chain of ballot custody and the policies behind it aren’t being examined well enough. These government employees should be taking an oath before each election. IF their social media is partisan they need to be kicked. My social media while I was in government service was only about my family stuff unless I was using an official government account. Never political.

Corruption. I worked on a switchboard of a company one time that had an 800 number. The night shift guy used the 800 number to sell home appliances. He got caught though and fired.

Then there was the guy in the gov IT job who felt the need to set up his own private DOOM multiplay game system. Also fired.

Or the many employees that used their work computers to host hare core porn. For some reason none of the 6 I remember doing that were fired. I caught one of them because he was a super admin IT guy and was trying to cover his tracks. He went into the network cable rack and connected his cubicle to the network jack that was labeled as my computer. On a Sunday. I just happened to go into work and tried to login to my terminal and couldn’t. I troubleshot back to the network closet and looked at the cable connections. Went to the cubicle in question where he was in a compromising position. Scared the hell out of him. No repeat performances and we added more security to the network closet.

But just saying there are election employees out there with no ethics.

Colorado Rep. Boebert Takes Lead in Tight Race for Reelection

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) took a small lead on Nov. 10 in her bid for reelection to the U.S. House of Representatives.

Boebert, 35, leads Democrat opponent Adam Frisch in Coloradoā€™s 3rd Congressional District race by about 450 votes, according to unofficial results from the stateā€™s Secretary of State Office. Frisch had led by 64 votes late on Nov. 9. A final margin of less than 0.5-point would trigger an automatic recount.

Boebert, a strong supporter of former President Donald Trump, is seeking a second term.

ā€œWinning!ā€ she said on Twitter after the updated results were announced.

ā€œAs expected, this thing is coming down to the wire. Thank you for sticking with us!ā€ Frisch said before the latest round of results was available. ā€œWeā€™re feeling good & going to make sure every valid ballot counts. But we need resources to get the ballots cured, get us through to the end, and defeat Lauren Boebert.ā€

Frisch, 55, is a businessman and former Aspen City Council member.

Boebert was a prominent Second Amendment activist before taking office, famously challenging former Texas Rep. Beto Oā€™Rourke, a Democrat, in 2019 about his firearm confiscation plans during one of Oā€™Rourkeā€™s public appearances. She also used to own a restaurant called Shooters Grill where waitresses would wear guns in holsters.

Coloradoā€™s 3rd District, in the western part of the state, includes the municipalities of Aspen, Grand Junction, and Telluride.

I spent about 10 days up in her district last month. Her signs were everywhere. I don’t recall ever seeing one for Frisch.

Selfish DeSantis Takes Entire Red Wave For Himself

The 2022 midterm elections ended with a heap of disappointments and shattered expectations for the Republican party. As the nation waits patiently for final tallies to trickle in and determine party power, one thing is for certain: Florida governor Ron DeSantis selfishly hoarded the entire red wave for himself.

GOP insiders are livid at DeSantis, claiming there was plenty of red wave to go around.

“While we’re glad to see DeSantis win Florida, it’s obvious he didn’t need the whole batch of red wave to get the job done,” said Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, the GOP puppetmaster adept at appearing to do nothing for the Republican party while working tirelessly behind the scenes to actually do nothing. “We could have used some of the stuff in Georgia, Nevada, and Arizona. Did we get any? Nope.”

Donald Trump has appeared unphased by his young rival’s selfish stockpiling of precious red wave, an act that purportedly made the 45th president’s handpicked MAGA candidates look like incompetent morons, costing the party vital seats in the House and Senate. To demonstrate how unfettered he was by DeSantis, Trump went to TRUTH Social and Truthed, “Little Ronnie DeSelfish won’t know what hit him when I very soon will reveal a redder, wavier wave, bigger than any wave that’s ever waved. Huge wave. Huge, red wave!”

At publishing time, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy was seen at the front door of the Florida Governor’s home, begging for just a little red wave.

Biden Call To Congratulate Fetterman Lasts Three Hours As Neither Can Form A Coherent Sentence

President Biden’s congratulatory call to John Fetterman for his senate race win reportedly lasted in excess of three hours because neither man was able to form a coherent sentence.

White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain was forced to adjust Biden’s schedule as the call dragged on and on. Meetings on the economy, foreign policy, and immigration were canceled entirely. Fortunately, Biden was still able to keep his standing tea time with Kamala.

“They just sort of growled at each other after a while. It was very raw and animalistic, as you’d expect from great leaders,” Klain said, advising Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on how best to spin the time-consuming call.

An excerpt of the official transcript of the call has been made available by the White House. A brief excerpt of the call follows ā€”

POTUS: Look, Jack, you great, boy. Not a joke.

    Fetterman: Me John. Who Jack?

POTUS: You Jack, man. Come on!

    Fetterman: [unintelligible chatter]

POTUS: No. I’m serious! Think about it.

Fetterman: Uh, new phone. Who dis?

    POTUS: Hello?

    Fetterman: [heavy breathing]

    POTUS: [heavy breathing]

At publishing time, White House aides deactivated President Biden’s phone after he once again phoned to ask John Fetterman if the senator-elect would consider running for senate.

Arizona Vote Counting Slows Down, ā€˜Lionā€™s Shareā€™ Expected Done by Next Week

The Senate and gubernatorial races in Arizona still await conclusive results as hundreds of thousands of ballots await processing and tabulation. The process, which is notoriously slow, is made all the more frustrating by a lack of updates. Officials blame time-consuming ballot processing requirements.

ā€œI think weā€™ll see the lionā€™s share here wrap up by early next week,ā€ Bill Gates, chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, said in a CNN interview on Nov. 10.

Maricopa County is by far the most populous county in the state and the one with most of the yet-to-be-counted ballotsā€”more than 400,000.

By noon after Election Day, Arizona managed to count more than 1.8 million ballots, showing Democrat Sen. Mark Kelly ahead by about 5 percentage points of Republican Blake Masters, and Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs about half a percent ahead of Republican Kari Lake in the gubernatorial race.

About seven hours later, another 100,000 votes were added to the count with little change to the results. At that point, the secretary of stateā€™s office estimated that more than 600,000 ballots were still to be counted, including more than 300,000 early votes still waiting to be verified for signature match and other attributes.

There were no further updates over the following 18 hours. Then, less than 3,200 votes were added to the count around 1 p.m. on Nov. 10, all from Yavapai, Navajo, and Pima counties.

Officials have blamed the slow counting process on statutory requirements that mail-in ballots have their signatures matched to voter signatures on record and that they be opened and separated from their envelopes manually by two-person teams. This process has always caused delays in Arizona but has become more impactful in recent elections, in which more voters have dropped off their mail-in ballots in person on Election Day.

In Maricopa County, some 290,000 early ballots were dropped off on Election Day, which is about 70 percent more than in 2020, Gates said, noting that none of those have been counted yet.

Lake has argued that the uncounted mail-in ballots will skew her way.

ā€œThese people received them a month ago, but they didnā€™t trustā€”probably most of themā€”dropping them off at a drop box or in the U.S. Postal Service,ā€ she told conservative commentator Steven Crowder. ā€œSo they filled them out, they went into the voting center on Election Day, and handed them in. They felt that was the safest way to ensure that their ballot truly got to where it needed to go.ā€

She believes that 60 to 80 percent of those votes are for Republicans.

Cash has had it’s day alas. The BOIG end of town wants to control the folks. Cash restrictions first … remember Greece a few years back with Euro daily limits of 60 euro per day?

Then the food restrictions. First on choice and finally on volumes depending on one’s ‘Social Credit Score’. They will then use food and the threat of starvation to keep you in line.
