Guess what just accidentally turned up in a house sale advertisement in Australia. A clip taken 2 weeks ago of my brother’s house up on the NSW / Queensland border overlooking the Gold Coast. Now this was 2 weeks ago , the name on the estate agents list of potential buyers interested in this estate was….. Crooks. A clip of potential buyers inspecting the very large home was clear shots of Crooks moving with other potential buyers from room to room and walking around the associated buildings, workshops and garaging.

It’s amazing that the most popular ticket in American history is considering stepping down both candidates for someone new months before the next election. I mean when you get more votes than any other ticket in the history of America it would be kind of hard to start over 4 years later.
If only there was a logical explanation as to how this is even possible. We all know that the election was the safest in history because the people who won told us that so it’s got to be something else.
I’m guessing whoever steps in next will get the most votes ever even more with zero campaign because that is entirely possible.

My mushrooms are plump and very fresh. I have to commend Walmart on the fact that when I order fresh produce it is very fresh.
Except when I ordered two avocados and they were still hard as a rock ten days later. Sometimes fresh is too fresh.
Anyway, on a negative note, deworming tablets arrived but I would have expected them to be accompanied by a free pair of Kevlar gloves ( elbow length ) and a first aid kit.

A few days ago I made my suspicions manifest here when I questioned J D Vance’s tissue thin backstory, ‘rise and rise’ from an marginal unknown to potential 2024 VP and future President in 2028 – 36. A backstory that almost seems to read as an artificially crafted (AKA CIA established lived operational ‘history’ ) backstory, for a covert future placement, at the apex of power into the 2030s. Trump is a disrupter and is difficult to manage. Destroying him through operational planning and even through physical assassination is well within historical precedence. Having a Plan ‘B’ always ready to be deployed is also typical, of the long term planning within these agencies. People in the know about the realities of ‘Plans Departments’, who hold multiple sets of complex scenarios, within their organisational structures. Hell the crew at the XXXXX have drunk Guinness with such a person and current Pentagon member.
I made it clear that JD Vance made me uneasy and suspicious, of his rise and rise since 2013, until his appearance at the RNC as VP candidate and a potential future President in the core period of 2028-36. Names like Thiel ( AKA Palantir Tech Global surveillance), Media superstar Carlson, Eon Musk, Kirk and Vivek Ramaswamy, and many others keep that itch behind my ear requiring scratching. I have a real feeling that we have indeed been down this particular lane before, with Barry Sotero (AKA Obama), another name changing creation, as is JD Vance. The party affiliations are irrelevant to alphabet agencies. Only covert power structures count! Dig into these characters who inhabit our elite shadow world and we end up with coincidences that seem to throw up covert parodies like the Bilderberg Group. Then think of a parody hiding in plain sight!

Got a weird lead on a story that people should look into. I got a call from a source close to Las Vegas Metro. The official story was that Joe Biden’s trip was cut short last week due to COVID. However, according to this source, US Secret Service informed LV Metro that there was an emergency situation involving Joe Biden and to close necessary streets so that POTUS could be transported immediately to University Medical, which they began to do in earnest. Then, mysteriously, there was a stand down order and the USSS informed local Vegas PD that they were going to “medivac” POTUS to Johns Hopkins, which they presumed meant fly him back east ASAP. Apparently the rumor mill in the police department was that Joe Biden was dying or possibly already dead.

the order handed down by U.S. District Court Judge Mark Scarsi on Wednesday requiring Hunter Biden’s legal team to show cause why they should not be sanctioned for making false statements in their recently filed motion to dismiss. While Hunter was presumably focused on his father’s Oval Office address, his attorneys were getting lit up by a federal judge.
Here’s what happened: On July 15th, Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the Florida criminal case against former President Donald Trump regarding his alleged improper retention of classified documents on the basis that Special Counsel Jack Smith’s appointment violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution.
On July 18th, Biden’s legal team filed a motion to dismiss the California tax case against him, attempting to piggyback off Cannon’s ruling and asserting that Special Counsel David Weiss, likewise, was improperly appointed and thus didn’t have authority to bring the charges against Biden.
In the motion, Biden’s lawyers argued, “The Attorney General relied upon the exact same authority to appoint the Special Counsel in both the Trump and Biden matters, and both appointments are invalid for the same reason.”
There’s just one problem with that: Weiss was already a sitting U.S. Attorney when he was appointed as Special Counsel. Or, as George Washington Law professor Jonathan Turley noted:

As an example of what I am talking about.
If you are a resident of a foreign country by law ( fuck knows which countries law ) you have to retain an authorized by law financial advisor who oversees your financial things. That costs 1% per year of your pension portfolio.
Financial advisor is mandated to have quarterly meetings with client and is authorized to make adjustments to the portfolio on your behalf.
Then you have trustees of your pension which make sure nothing naughty is going on.
Also you have a “portal” to the trustee where you can see what is happening to your pension fund, such as withdrawals and changes to portfolio.
Any withdrawals are registered as income in the UK and so you get a pay slip which is handled by a UK company like payroll is out sourced in the US to someone like ADP.
You with me so far? We are up to three already! But there is more. Where is the money in the pension fund actually located? That is another place. Actually I am not really sure at this time but got a feeling it is invested in the S&P 500 index. LOL a UK pension fund investing in the USA stock market. OK, it is only money.
So four sites to log into, four ways shit can go wrong. But there is more!
Now we do taxes. Withdraw any money from a UK pension fund and you get taxed. Just as in the USA and getting income from a 401K. However, if that money is withdrawn from a UK pension fund but is sent to someone permanently living in the USA it is not taxed as it is withdrawn but they tell the USA IRS about it and you have to declare it as income and are taxed when it gets to the USA.
So, now we have to get the UK and USA tax people talking to each other so I do not get to pay income tax twice. Once when withdrawn from pension fund and again when money arrives in USA.
Now counting six places I have to get my shit together and co-ordinate.
But you all know me, you ALL know there is more….
Social Security in the USA or National Insurance in the UK. There is a deal where any payments to NI or SS is cross transferred to the country you are residing in. That basically means all my payments to the UK National Insurance can be added to my Social Security payments. The USA and the UK work together!
That is ANOTHER two agencies I have to deal with to get this shit sorted out.
Eight in total. Easier to not retire and get a fucking job….

A couple of weeks ago to get this huge ball rolling my financial advisor requested I withdrew just 100GBP and got it transferred to my USA bank account. It arrived as 83GBP. The difference is the UK tax subtracted, and bank transfer fees.
Also the trustees of my pension charged a 330GBP fee for the transaction. A fixed charge thankfully. Yep, best to transfer a big chunk one or two times per year than monthly.
So basically I withdrew 100GBP from my account but with fees it was 430GBP and I ended up with $83 in my sticky fingers!
( for the mathematically challenged 430 British Pounds actually equates to $554 )
To end this rant, I am also being pressured to register a last will and testament with the pension fund administrators and the other “interested” parties.
I did intend to leave all my worldly goods and cats to a human, then changed my mind and thought the Humane Society would be a better choice.
Fuck that, this shit is so complicated I have reverted my will back to a human, I could not put the Humane Society through all this legal minefield.

I think we’ve found the next buzzword in the Trump shooting “investigation”: Collapsible stock.
The AR used in the shooting apparently had a collapsible (telescoping) stock on it (like at least half the ARs out there today, including mine). Not a particularly significant detail, given that it only adjusts 3-4 inches. It’s intended more to make the rifle fit a wider range of shooters than anything. It certainly doesn’t make it “concealable,” though.
According to our brilliant FBI director, that’s why nobody saw the shooter walking around with the rifle in advance. He thinks that collapsing the stock causes the rifle to become invisible.
I assume that collapsible stocks will be the next thing they try to ban.

The entry of a racially biased legal activist, on behalf of the victim’s family only exacerbated racialist overtones of the tragedy. Biased MSM by an activist news reporter working for ‘Newsweek’ just added fuel to the racialist tenor of this report.

Well here we are on a rainy Sunday morning and I still do not think I explained why I am starting to understand how Anorexia happens.
The fear of eating something that will make you fat.
A great start to a Sunday, or any day, would be a full English breakfast. Eggs, bacon, a real sausage not that Jimmy Dean crap, mushrooms, black pudding ( banned for sale in the USA as it may contain lungs ) baked beans, a fried tomato and a side of a couple of slices of fried bread.
I can do the math, and a real English breakfast can get over 1000 calories easily. Fine if you are English and working a manual job where total daily calories needed are about 3500-4000 per day.
Sat on my ass all day and trying to lose my belly a 1000 calorie breakfast is almost all calories for the day.
So I kind of understand Anorexia. There are things in the fridge and freezer that I will not eat because I am in fear of gaining weight and changing my body shape.
If that makes sense.
Stuck at 200, my new goal is 180. That means strict diet again but this time instead of Keto going to try the Mediterranean diet, or a Possum friendly version.
Why change? Well keto can be lacking in some vitamins and minerals so I was taking one a day vitamins and minerals. Actually one men and one women. Something in them is inflaming my joints. Specifically my left knee. had to yet again, wear a knee brace to walk to the store.
Quit taking multi vitamins about five days ago and pain in left knee almost gone. So hence the now switching to a low calorie but varied and “healthy” diet and avoiding artificial supplements.
LOL Sunday breakfast will be tuna in olive oil, fresh tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce. Served with a side of two kick ass little oranges that look like mandarins or tangerines but are from Peru. That is what it says on the side of the box in the convenience store they are in.

Mandarins are citrus fruits related to the common orange but a different species. Tangerines are also citrus fruits but again different to a regular orange. Nutritional values of mandarins, tangerines and oranges are slightly different.
Obviously these things from Peru are of the citrus family, but yet again a different sub species.
How do I factor in the carbohydrates and fiber of this un known fruit into my spreadsheet?

Anyway this one is about those cheap chicken hind quarters you can buy in a 10 pound bag sometimes for about $5.57
We did this, it may seem like chicken for 55 cents a pound but if you actually weigh the amount of chicken eaten it is about one forth.
So actual cost of cheap chicken is over two bucks a pound. So no more buying cheap chicken for me! I am now a breast man.
Well, just trying to arrange chicken leg quarters in the air fryer and it is a fucking nightmare. No matter how I arrange them they do not seem to fit nicely.
Then I realised why, they are a mix of left legs and right legs. Try stuffing two lefts and two rights in an air fryer basket.
I know what to do next time, too late tonight as I have not got anymore thawed. You need four left legs or four right legs. Not a mix.
Then place them in a pattern resembling a Hindu good luck symbol, or more recently a symbol stolen from history by a little man with a Charlie Chaplin moustache.
In the future if I post a picture of the end result of me baking chicken hind quarters the geometrically most efficient way it does not mean I am a NAZI!!!!

Just took a look at this week spreadsheet and I have gained a couple of pounds. Not surprising really as I have been letting my diet slip. Not food wise really but alcohol.
Anyway, as you all know and are bored to death by it I log everything I eat or drink on a daily basis. One of the columns is weight of food consumed. Not really important but that data is useful if I create a meal that is then divided into three or for portions. Say I create a nice stew, then I need to know the nutritional content of each serving. Anyway…..
The weight of a can of beer is also logged, complete waste of time but the spreadsheet requires it.
LOL just realised that on 7/25 I consumed 2810 calories, way over what I would like, that had a total weight of 7294 grams, or 7.294Kg or in American.
16.08 pounds. Yep! over 16 pounds of liquids and solids were ingested into my body, entered the blood stream, processed by my liver to extract anything worth keeping then the resulting liquid filtered by my kidneys ( both of them working as a team ) and disposed of.
I think that is impressive, 16 pounds of toxic waste processed in one day.

LOL what is not recorded on spreadsheet is mugs of black, no sugar, coffee. So 3-4 big mugs of coffee probably takes day total of bodily processing to over 18 pounds.
I really should get a different hobby.
