Grocery post.
As it is election day an order of Merlot and a 30 pack of beer was delivered. Also fresh Italian bread, deli ham, mayo, lettuce and no sugar honey mustard dressing.
I have frozen burgers and onions. So lunch would have been burger and onions on fresh bread with mayo on one side of the bread and ketchup on the other slice. Alas, forgot to order ketchup yet again. I do not use much, just a small tomato squirt.
All is not lost, I have still got a shit load of tomato powder left in the freezer and there are recipes online of how to make ketchup using it.
Now, as the box of wine has been opened the production of ketchup is confusing to me.
It makes 6oz.
A quick look at recipe indicates this may be complicated. A cup of water is 8oz, so 3 cups of water is 24oz, half a cup vinegar is another 4oz. That is just the liquid.
So, I am going to have to magically turn 28oz of liquid plus the other ingredients into a finished sauce of 6oz?

Back to my English cooking mentality of sprinkling tomato powder on my frying onions as they are happily sizzling in the frying pan.
However, another try, one cup tomato powder, one ounce vinegar, one teaspoon of sugar, onion powder and salt and a cup of water. All mixed up in a heatproof bowl and in air fryer at 250F for 60 minutes.
No nasty boiling and reducing things on the stove. Fucking love my $32 air fryer.

Fry burger pattie in a skillet with Worcestershire sauce. When it’s done, put it on the bun bottom, add a square of cheddar, put the bun top on and you’re done. No ketchup needed.

Now, our legal team has learned that the counting took place in unsecured conditions and the city now has to start over, wildly extending the counting timeline.
This is an unacceptable example of incompetent election administration in a key swing state: voters deserve better and we are unambiguously calling on Milwaukee’s officials to DO THEIR JOBS and count ballots quickly and effectively. Anything less undermines voter confidence.

Trump was never going to win NM. The only Republican who might, possibly, win is Yvette Herrell in NM-2 (my district, coincidentally). The other two House seats are blowouts, along with the one Senate seat up this year.
