Now it’s just a question of the house AND well, the popular vote, and the final tally.

Thank Scott Presser and RNC chair Lara Trump for the win.

Please. I have had friends who were prostitutes. That was their BUSINESS. I’ve met women who did this as a profession.

NOT ONE OF THEM used their job to advance their position in the political arena.

How he even thought it was a possibility boggles the mind. I’ve told the story about the afternoon we spent on a farm with some of Hubby’s Amish friends. These people are as insular as it gets. 2nd only to those nuns that shut themselves away forever in prayer. Or maybe Buddhist monks.

Except they DO like to sell you stuff! Food (pies, OMG), furniture (I commissioned a hutch). And they have come out to help rebuild WNC. (They’re building tiny houses.)

Other than that, leave them alone

This is for Mrs. CW. When I have some free time I hit Youtube for international cooking stuff and I stumbled across this woman.

Nastya in Siberia. Single mom of 2 boys. Has a dacha in Novosibirsk, Siberia. Before I saw her dacha I watched vids about her apt in Siberia, etc. Interesting stuff, especially about the cooking.

Then she goes out to the dacha and I see the garden.

Holy Shit. Full Stop. That is WAY beyond anything 1 person could maintain, especially when they’re there only part time. Take a gander.

    A cat post.

If you have a cat or cats that live with you DO NOT waste money ordering cat toys from Amazon or Chewy, or if you are a cheap bastard Walmart.

They look at them, sniff them, do the paw thing and realise the toy is dead. Waste of money.

Open a window, turn on a light and in comes free cat toys!

A free moth has just entertained the cats for over an hour. Then back out the window it went.

Just spent 5 minutes creating images of a moth and a cat. It made nice pictures of cats but every time the moth was not a moth it was a butterfly.

    I knows moths.

No AI created pictures passed the accuracy test of this drunk human so they are not posted.

Currently door is wedged open, cats can do whatever they want.

As to the view I do not watch TV. I just watch free streaming stuff.

    A teeth post.

Yeah, yeah, the English have bad teeth. But is it bad teeth as in rotten and falling out or uneven?

If you are a devoted pervert who has a teeth fetish, not saying I am, you can spot the origin of an actress by her teeth.

Any UK, Canada, India etc actress has nice shiny white teeth but they are often slightly mis-aligned an uneven.

That is due to the fact that their teeth were not imprisoned in a metal cage for years when they were young.

American actresses have abnormally perfect symmetrical teeth.

    Just my observation.

The U.N.’s climate chief, Christiana Figueres, says openly that the aim of the talks is “to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the industrial revolution.” That outlook will be welcome among attendees like the delegation from Bolivia. That country’s official material submitted for the talks proposes a “lasting solution” for climate change: “We must destroy capitalism.”

The real story last night was Sheehys win. Tester ran the nastiest campaign ever in his time. Sheehy committed some major amateur mistakes (caught on camera making remarks that could be flipped to racist, caught lying about an injury on camera.) Yet somehow, he took the win.

    @ coldwarrior:

Those state constitutional amendments are dangerous, though. Ron DeSantis was on with Dave Rubin yesterday talking about the one that was on the Florida ballot. The lobbyists who wrote it deliberately left things vague, so they can later get the courts to include things the voters wouldn’t approve. For example, they use “health care provider” instead of doctor. Also, as DeSantis pointed out, by declaring it a constitutional right, they’ll eventually be able to get the courts to force the taxpayers to pay for it.

The marijuana amendment was even worse. It says that there’s a right to use and possess small quantities, but not to grow it. Basically, it guarantees commercial growers the right to operate. It also grants them total immunity from lawsuits.

    The devil’s in the details.

The main determining factor turned out to be the fact everyone in this state is hurting financially and no amount of blaming it on “rich out of staters” was going to disconnect it from the dems. Tester was shown to be part of the Biden economy, destroying his chances.

“It’s the economy, stupid”. The problem in the past was the Republicans kept getting distracted by nonsense and not focusing on the economy and the fact that people suffer under dem rule.

Yeah, that was my main opposition to the one here, too. It left a lot of things to be reinterpreted by the left. The taxpayer money issue is a big part. Any state that passed this amendment needs to clarify it until it’s sane.

That’s just the tip of the iceberg. The dems brought in a ton of “dark money” pacs to support Tester. I would say those pacs spent a nearly illegal amount just based on the overwhelming amount of ads they had.

That’s one reason I disagree with having constitutional amendments and the like on the ballot. They’re rarely written so that they make sense to the average person, and even if they were, most people wouldn’t read them anyway. All they see is “legalize pot” or “legalize abortion.”

After the 80s amnesty, the children of those immigrants were born as US citizens. The labor pool in CA in the 90s were mostly Mexican labor. (10% of the Mexican population is up here). Now, their children are the new union and manufacturing labor as well as Professional occupations. The decision is based on longstanding Department of Justice policy that a sitting president cannot face criminal prosecution while in office, sources said.

It is unclear as of today how Smith’s prosecutors will approach dismissing both the federal election subversion case in Washington, D.C., and their ongoing appeal of Judge Aileen Cannon’s dismissal of the classified documents case.”

SCOTT JENNINGS: A bang-up job. I mean, I — this never-Trump whole complex that grew over the last several years, nothing has ever failed as hard in politics as this. The Lincoln Project, all these people that built millions upon millions upon millions of dollars from Democratic donors, and all the eggs that was put in this basket. The split was amazing. Trump got like 94 percent of Republicans. I don’t think they accomplished anything, except probably build a bunch of beach houses. That’s about what they did.
    .
    .
    .
And while Trump’s “NeverTrump” detractors like Rick Wilson and the like would say “Well, we helped kick him out of office in 2020,” the net effect of that effort was a) to make Trump get even louder and b) to drive even more people in Trump’s direction (including bigtime movers and shakers like Elon Musk and Joe Rogan), which culminated in one of the most (if not the most) spectacular comebacks in American political history.

Something equally delicious about the voter repudiation of these types of tactics on Tuesday will be that five or 10 years down the road and beyond, very few people will remember much about the NeverTrump movement. But they will for sure remember how Trump seemingly rose from the political ashes to get his revenge in the best way possible: by way of the ballot box.

Let cats out at 2am, left door open so cats could return at 5am when rain due. 6am still no returning cats and not a cloud in the sky. Yeah, I know it is dark but the stars are kind of a clue.

Anyway cats now due back at 7am when heavy rain and a thunderstorm is scheduled. That is in 40 minutes time so I think I should prepare them a nice welcoming breakfast. I am a good cat room mate.

Checked the weather radar, nearest rain is in New Mexico, and Colorado where it appears to be snowing.

So, if the predictions are correct then for any rain to get to Houston by 7am then it has to go supersonic.

Going to prepare them breakfast anyway, they will probably be hungry after a night of not catching mice and chasing moths.

‘America Voted for Dictatorship’: Malcolm Nance Predicts Mass Deaths, Warns Minorities of ‘Roundups,’ ‘Camps’

Donald Trump’s presidency marked the end of American democracy and return to autocracy, according to former MSNBC security analyst Malcolm Nance, who blamed Americans for having “voted for a dictatorship” where “loads of people” will die, warning of “free hunting season for blacks with immunity for white cops” and that Muslims and Latinos “will DEFINITELY die in mass deportation roundups/camps.”

Following Donald Trump’s election as the 47th President of the United States, left-wing author Malcolm Nance penned a fiery “emergency article” expressing alarm, portraying the election result as the death of American democracy to his over one million followers.

“I had written another one just in case things went South. That moment has come. The United States has voted for a dictatorship … and decisively,” he wrote.

He also takes aim at those who voted for Trump, accusing “white people [who] happily voted to impose tyranny over all other races and creeds.”

According to Nance, Trump’s victory heralds a transition to “autocracy ruled by the white tribe,” calling it a decisive end to what he dubs the American experiment of democratic governance.

“My dear readers, if you are reading this, then the worst has happened. Donald Trump has been elected the 47th President of the United States,” he writes.

The only problem with blaming Walz is that Harris picked him. So the blame falls on her:

Blame Game: Harris Team IDs Problems, And Tim Walz Is At The Top Of The List

Following a decisive defeat by former President Donald Trump, the Kamala Harris team is already identifying problems with their campaign — and Harris VP-pick Tim Walz is at the top of the list.

Harris notably passed on Josh Shapiro, who’s the governor of crucial swing state Pennsylvania, as her running mate, reportedly because Shapiro is Jewish and Harris was worried about upsetting the far-Left.

“The blame game has begun inside Harris world,” Fox News reporter Jacqui Heinrich posted to X, early Wednesday morning.

Harris-Walz surrogate Lindy Li, a member of the DNC National Finance Committee, told Heinrich that Gov. Tim Walz (MN) was a bad choice, and Shapiro could have helped deliver the “blue wall” to Democrats.

“People are wondering tonight what would have happened had Shapiro been on the ticket,” Li said. “And not only in terms of Pennsylvania. He’s famously a moderate. So that would have signaled to the American people that she is not the San Francisco liberal that Trump said she was.”

Lin added that Harris, instead, chose someone to her Left, “who oversaw the protests” in Minnesota. Those 2020 Black Lives Matter riots concerning George Floyd were incredibly destructive for cities across the nation.

Moreover, Walz was notably dogged by a litany of scandals, including his apparent ties to China, his penchant for telling falsehoods, and the exaggeration of his military service.

    Sound familiar?

Scholz’s coalition has been rocky from the start. An uneasy alliance of social democrats, greens, and the free-market Free Democratic Party (FDP), it attempted to push a left-wing agenda while trying to appear centrist enough to maintain public support. But this coalition has been out of touch with ordinary Germans since day one. The government’s heavy-handed energy transition policies, meant to speed the shift from traditional energy to renewables, have instead devastated the country’s manufacturing sector and placed unbearable financial burdens on the average citizen.

The German people are paying the price. Energy bills have skyrocketed, leaving families and small businesses struggling to make ends meet. Inflation has hit historic highs, and the German economy once the crown jewel of Europe is teetering on the brink of recession. The Scholz administration’s inability to tackle these issues is no surprise to those of us who warned about the pitfalls of their green-first, Germany-last agenda. This is now being replicated in our country with our current Labour government.

Sidelining National Security for Ideology has caused countless deaths and is destroying Germans’ culture just as it is destroying ours here in Great Britain

As if economic mismanagement wasn’t enough, the Scholz administration has ignored the national security concerns that should be a government’s top priority. Instead of tightening immigration and protecting the borders, Scholz’s team rolled out the welcome mat to unchecked waves of migrants, straining public services and fueling social tensions. Germany’s hard-working citizens are fed up with watching their cities change overnight and their safety being compromised in the name of politically correct ideals.

In a telling sign of the government’s priorities, Scholz and his ministers have consistently refused to implement stronger immigration controls, even as crime rates and social instability rise. For many, this refusal epitomises the government’s disconnect from the lives of everyday Germans.

Ok so this just got very explosive. A Kamala campaign staffer who saw these posts called me just now and said there is a massive scandal here worthy of an audit.

The $20 million debt thing is real. Rob Flaherty, this staffer said, is currently shopping around the Kamala fundraising email list to anyone who wants it to try to raise the money back. This includes other campaigns and outside groups.

Flaherty is the deputy campaign manager and reports to Jen O’Malley Dillon.

“Jen blew through a billion dollars in a few months and it was all Jen’s idea to do all the concerts.” — Kamala campaign adviser told me

This source added that O’Malley Dillon did these “concerts,” like Katy Perry, Lizzo, Eminem, Bruce Springsteen et cetera at the expense of “prioritizing and spending money on social media and other campaign priorities.”

Apparently a group in Georgia had to lay off 100 people because they couldn’t pay them.

It’s unclear at this time if the campaign PAID the talent to perform but the cost of production for the events was “immense.”

What’s more, this Kamala campaign staffer said several people who were working for the Kamala Harris for President campaign are still awaiting several overdue payments they were promised for their work. IE, they didn’t pay the staff.

This Kamala campaign staffer said to me of
    @jomalleydillon
    :

“People didn’t like working with her. Many people on the campaign felt like we lost because Kamala wasn’t allowed to run her campaign. They were running Joe Biden’s campaign instead of a Kamala campaign. Obnoxious and very much a gate keeper and interfering with the vice president’s people who were trying to do their job.”

Magically, in the past 3 days, I have had emails from DOJ promising to return property that we have been asking to have returned for years.

One defendant, Jake Chansley, did get his property finally returned.

All it took was a threat to ask a DC Judge who had issued and ORDER for that to cite the U.S. Attorney for Contempt because of their failure to comply.

Magically, two weeks later we had the property.

But I think the flow of property back to J6 defendants is going to turn into a flood in the next 2 weeks.

Mike Davis to Letitia James: ‘We Will Put Your Fat Ass in Prison’ if You Continue Weaponizing the Law Against Trump

Prominent conservative lawyer Mike Davis told New York Attorney General Letitia James, “We will put your fat ass in prison” if she tries to continue weaponizing the law against President-elect Donald Trump, in violation of his constitutional rights. “We’re not messing around this time,” Davis warned.

“I dare you to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term,” Davis said, addressing James during an interview with Benny Johnson on The Benny Show podcast.

“Listen here, sweetheart, we’re not messing around this time, and we will put your fat ass in prison for conspiracy against rights. And I promise you that,” Davis continued, addressing James.

In his message to James, Davis added, “So think long and hard before you want to violate President Trump’s constitutional rights or any other Americans’ constitutional rights. It’s not going to happen again.”

Notably, Davis is the founder of the Article III Project, an organization that fights leftist lawfare to defend the rule of law as well as advocate for the confirmation of conservative judges.

Davis is also reportedly being considered as a potential pick for U.S. Attorney General under the incoming Trump administration.

Who do you think staffs the military’s hospitals in the USA?

    Army Medical Corps
With over 40 specialties from internal medicine and neurosurgery to pathology and psychiatry, Army Medical Corps physicians practice in three main areas:

    Operational Medicine
    Clinical Medicine
    Research Medicine
    Medical Service Corps
The Medical Service Corps is the most diverse branch of the U.S. Army. It consists of medical administrative, scientific, and provider specialties, from direct patient care to management of the U.S. Army’s health service system including:

    Behavioral Sciences
    Health Services
    Laboratory Sciences
    Optometry
    Pharmacy
    Podiatry
    Preventative Medicine
    Medical Specialist Corps
The Medical Specialist Corps is home to four distinct specialties:

    Physical Therapists
    Occupational Therapists
    Clinical Dietitians
    Physician Assistants
    Army Nurse Corps
The Army Nurse Corps consists of more than 11,000 Soldiers. They’re dedicated to providing unmatched health care to military members, families, and retirees all over the world, while also supporting humanitarian missions, and responding to natural disasters in one of five specialties:

    Critical Care
    Mental Health
    Perioperative
    Emergency Trauma
    Gynecology/Obstetrics
    Army Dental Corps
The Army Dental Corps teaches more residents than any other institution in the country with residency graduates scoring in the top 95th percentile. It maintains modern dental facilities in the U.S. and abroad in the following ten specialties:

    General Dentistry
    Comprehensive Dentistry
    Periodontistry
    Endodontistry
    Prosthodontistry
    Pediatric Dentistry
    Public Health Dentistry
    Orthodontistry
    Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
    Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology
    Veterinary Corps
The Army Veterinary Corps oversees all Department of Defense veterinary services. They work to prevent contagious and zoonotic diseases, care for military working dogs and ceremonial horses, treat family pets, and support Human-Animal Bond Programs at military hospitals.

    Veterinary Preventative Medicine
    Laboratory Animal Medicine
    Veterinary Pathology
    Veterinary Comparative Medicine
    Veterinary Clinical Medicine

    Also,

Do Army doctors have to go to Basic Training?
As an AMEDD Officer, you won’t participate in Basic Combat Training that enlisted Soldiers go through. Instead, you’ll attend the AMEDD Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC)—a basic orientation course to the Army Health Care System and the Army way of life.

So, not every person in the army is required to become a highly trained killer, sneaking about in jungles and basically being badass.

Absolutely. How many officers wear jump wings who never made another jump after school?

And why do they keep sending women to Ranger School? Every one they accept is one less slot available for someone who will actually make use of what they learned? And only a tiny percentage will finish, anyway.

I agree almost 100%. We do not belong in SOME combat roles ESPECIALLY if deployed w/men. Because you know the first thing men do when we get hurt? They come to save us instead of facing the enemy. It’s instinct and there’s only so much training can do to mitigate that. Now there may be some exceptions. Gunners on planes, etc. There are a lot of positions women can fill that would free up able-bodied men for combat/combat-supporting positions. But ignoring/denying the limitations of our physical abilities gets people killed.

4:50am and I was sitting in front of my computer watching Castle Series 4 Episode 11, but that is not relevant to the story, enjoying a beer and just putting the can down as Natasha jumped up on my desk.

Well, the almost empty can hit her smack on the top of her head. Tap an almost empty beer can on the bottom and you will understand the loud ” Thunk ” it makes.

Natasha was not harmed in any way, but I can see it in her eyes that sometime in the future when I am not expecting it I am going to get bit.

Supper at 7am is going to be coddled eggs on buttered toast with a bed of spinach. They are currently coddling.

A coddled egg is a cross between a soft boiled egg and a poached egg. A soft boiled egg downside is messing with the shell. Poached egg downside is they are wet.

Downside of a coddled egg is risking severe burns trying to get the silicone thingies into boiling water.

Maybe I should just have a grilled cheese sandwich. Downside is it involves high temperatures and risk of severe injury.

Or I could have another beer.

    https://thecookingfacts.com/are-coddled-eggs-the-same-as-poached-eggs/

Coddled eggs and poached eggs are both popular breakfast items that require relatively similar cooking methods. However, there are some key differences between the two that may make one a better choice than the other depending on your preferences.

One major benefit of coddled eggs is that they are often considered to be creamier and more delicate than poached eggs. This is because coddling involves cooking the egg slowly in a gently heated dish, which allows the egg to set and become tender while retaining its natural flavor. On the other hand, poached eggs are often a bit firmer and have a slightly more distinct flavor. Additionally, coddled eggs are typically easier to prepare than poached eggs, as they can be cooked in the oven or on the stovetop with minimal effort. However, some drawbacks of coddled eggs include that they can take longer to cook than poached eggs and are often less visually appealing. Ultimately, the decision of whether to opt for coddled or poached eggs comes down to personal preference and cooking expertise.

Actually for anyone who makes egg salad I highly recommend cooking the eggs this way.

The insert is one of those silicone air fryer mini muffin things. Crack the eggs into it and cook on low heat with water in the bottom of the sauce pan until yolks are firm.

No need to peel hard boiled eggs this way. No shell to worry about.

That’s the guy. He’s apparently a nutcase “amateur Trump researcher.”

    From Politico:

“I know I sound like a bat-shit kook. I don’t care,” she said. “I think we could be potentially helpful.”

So does Joseph Weinzettle, a 51-year-old art teacher in Tarpon Springs, Florida. “As an artist, my thing is pattern recognition,” he explained.

In this case, Weinzettle believes he sees patterns in pro-Trump social media posts and that his own online research shows how Trump’s campaign and his businesses operate in a seamy underworld blending organized crime, money laundering and espionage. He says he’s sent “dozens” of tips to the FBI and the departments of Justice, State and Homeland Security, as well as to his own local lawmakers, the national media and editorial boards, though to little effect so far.

House update. Republicans have the lead 216-204. You need 218 for control.

15 races still open. 6 lean left; 9 tossups.

Rs are close in only 2 left-leaning races; but should win 4-6 of the tossups.

So, we should hold the House, about 222 to 213. Maybe a gain of 1 seat overall.

Seneca Scott is a black man with a severe speech impediment due to being almost completely deaf. He organized and led the recall against Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao for her ineptitude, malfeasance and corruption.

I’m still flooded with adrenaline after leading a historical recall of a US mayor.

    No “endorsements.”

The “Democratic” Party implored voters to reject the recall.

Very few donors (most scared away by Thao’s Gestapo-like intimidation tactics).

Chased by a mob of ex-felon bodyguards for Thao for holding a sign & recall petition.

Lawfare, trumped-up ethics charges from the city—suddenly vanished when Public Ethics Director Simon Russell quit, citing “government corruption.”

Fake News served as PR for Thao, while virtually ignoring the recall effort. (Illegal)

Death threats, car keyed, windows smashed multiple times—nothing taken.

Endless smearing from soggy KKK burner accounts.

    Update.

Yes, by coddling the eggs the texture was different to using hard boiled eggs in an egg salad. The yolks were just as firm as hard boiled but not discoloured around the edges.

The whites were fluffier also. Only needed half an ounce of mayo to four large eggs.

Bonus was ZERO eggshell in my egg salad!

I cannot find the name for my phobia of egg shell in egg salad, but Ovophobia is a fear of eggs.

Ovophobia is the fear of eggs, and according to Tribute, you know of one famous (or perhaps infamous) sufferer: Alfred Hitchcock. The Telegraph says Hitchcock’s egg phobia was just one part of his complicated relationship with food, and they quoted him as saying, “I’m frightened of eggs. That white round thing without any holes… have you ever seen anything more revolting than an egg yolk breaking and spilling its yellow liquid?”

That is exactly what I believe in. All the army jobs that were in my post were non-combat roles and they were all officer positions.

All new officers have to go through basic officer training, which involves reading a map, living in the forests of Kentucky for two days eating MREs and doing a 12 mile walk in under 3 hours.

I think it is a six week course, then the newly minted officers go on to more specialized training. Army nurses are then trained in a specialty, many already have those skills. Remember upper age limit for becoming an army nurse is 42

Point is, showing a video of a 4 foot 6 inches 100 pound already fully qualified RN crawling on her hands and knees and saying ” No Women in the military, they are useless in combat ” is not correct.

Repeating my earlier comment the female in the video is an officer, the other soldiers are yelling encouragement and calling her ma’am.

Detailed information, at bed time I plump up my pillows and lay in bed and watch YouTube videos for a few minutes before sleep. Usually rocket things, car chases, sovereign citizens getting their car windows broken.

While watching videos then phone in left hand, right hand stroking Natasha as she is laying on my chest watching rockets and cars and the sovereign citizens getting arrested.

Last night Youtube was boring so I needed both hands, left to hold phone, right to do the scroll thing.

I got bit! Due to lack of stroking, or maybe it was due to lack of content worth watching. LOL

Here’s a trick Bunkessa showed me.
Take the un-boiled egg, turn the pointy end down and gently tap the roundy end with the back of a spoon until you hear a *pop*. Do this for all the other eggs you plan to boil.

Put them all in a pot, fill with water until covered, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of baking soda and let them soak for 15 minutes. Then bring them to a rolling boil, turn off the heat and let them sit for another ten minutes or so. Rinse them with cold water, chuck them in the fridge.

    The shells come off easily.

    Sometimes.

I remember you telling me that tip.

As to eggs, I don’t know if it is me or eggs but lately eggs don’t taste very eggy. Next time I buy eggs I am going to try some Eggland eggs. They are almost double the price of regular Walmart eggs.

Boost your vitamin intake with 6X more Vitamin D and 10X more Vitamin E vs. ordinary eggs
Enhance your nutrition with 25% less saturated fat and 2X the Omega 3s vs. ordinary eggs

The difference could be due to selective breeding of the hens, or what they are feeding the hens with.

From past experience as a child I do know eggs taste different depending what the hens eat. I grew up on a farm.

Talking of eggs and childhood in the spring duck eggs were available. Every farm has a duck pond. Them things are too strong tasting, over the top eggy smell.

My kid sister used to go nuts over them, I could not even look at one cooked without wanting to puke.

Well, be advised, doing a keto diet WITHOUT also counting calories makes you gain weight.

That is why I started spreadsheet, Started keto and I gained weight.

Reason was keto is low to zero carbs. High in fat. But watch daily calories. Fat is 9 calories per gram, carbs 4 calories per gram, protein is supposed to be 4 calories per gram but body uses energy to metabolize protein.

Anyway as to diet and trying to gain weight imagine you are at an all you can eat buffet. Put the expensive meat, shrimp, tuna on your plate and skip the broccoli and lettuce.

Decorate your meal in a generous dollop of mayo and olive oils.

Basically a keto diet is a life style where you only eat the yummy stuff.

On a keto diet it is really easy to bust the daily required calorie intake. Something that is not really mentioned on keto diet websites.

Real keto for weight loss is as low a carb intake per day as you can manage. A tomato on a salad has carbs.

But calories also need to be less than maintenance requirement.

1/4 pound of raw 80/20 burger is 290 calories. Perfect keto food, high fat.

but it is the 290 you should watch. Cheddar is 110 calories per ounce, zero carbs.

So a meal consisting of a fried burger patty and an ounce of cheese without a bun etc is going to hit you with ZERO carbs, which is good and 400 calories.

A little burger patty with cheese on it is just a snack! But if you are on a diet, any diet, it is one quarter of your 1500 calorie per day goal.

Recently got a new kind of egg cooker. Japanese style that can even do Onsen eggs. (Halfway between soft boiled and hard boiled, perfect for cutting in half and putting in ramen.) Unfortunately it’s made wrong. Starts the timer before the water heats up so the eggs are well below the cooking style you select.

Got to figure the settings out myself or go back to my standard egg cooker.
