    Well the quest for finding out why I wake up some mornings feeling dizzy ( four times in the last month ) continues.

    It is not low blood sugar, got one of them stabby a finger meters for $20 and doing the stabby thing on waking. It is always between 94 and 97.

    Today for first time since I got blood sugar thing woke up dizzzy, and still 3 hours later still am.

    Blood glucose 97 so that ain’t it!

    AA batteries on way for blood pressure monitor not used in 10 years. Maybe it is low blood pressure.

    Cats are sucking up all the oxygen near your face. Since you don’t have a headache, it’s not CO poisoning.

    Guys in an apartment below us nearly ate it from a faulty heater. They would have died had it not been for one guy who insisted on leaving a window cracked open, even in the middle of winter. It was so bad it started to affect us upstairs – we were waking up groggy, too.

    In 2014-2015 the Eastern part of Ukraine wanted more self government. East Ukraine is Russian speaking. They never wanted to be part of Russia but were sick and tired of the rest of Ukraine treating them like second class citizens.

    Now things have gone so far that the four areas of East Ukraine who wanted a voice in the Ukrainian parliament have no choice other than becoming part of Russia.

    The result of an 11 year long civil war.

    Living in a second floor apartment.

    Plant tomatoes and grow them indoors using LED grow lights and get busted at 4am one day as being suspected of growing weed.

    I is a rebel! Going with both options!

    Also, going to plant some potatoes and letting them grow until they flower and produce fruit.

    A potato fruit is identical to a cherry tomato. Same family, but a potato fruit is deadly poisonous.

    That will stop the fuckers stealing my nice ripe cherry tomatoes in August.

    I am good at planning ahead.

    don’t get me started on my history with horses. It’s not pretty. Suffice to say they’re MUCH larger than I am, stronger, and usually smarter (ok, low bar, I know, but still….) The last time I was on a horse, she decided to race some other horses (her history was racing) but she was headed for a road filled with pedestrians, moms pushing baby carriages, etc. I had to put that animal on her haunches to prevent her from running into a helpless crowd. 2 professional riders from the stables had to get involved. The 1st went after the horses my mount wanted to race because the riders were breaking every rule on the island and just running hell for leather. I heard later their hotel reservations, etc. were all canceled and they were all shipped out on the next ferry. The 2nd came for me, dug me out from under the horse, checked out the horse and took it back to the stable. I could barely walk for 3 days. We’d walk into a restaurant and inevitably someone would watch me limp and ask “Oh, are you the woman on the horse?”

    Never again.

    That is not correct, and I wish people on X and other media would stop propagating this lie.

    The return spacecraft the “stranded” astronauts will return in has been docked and waiting at the ISS since last August.

    This latest crew is a four person replacement contingent that will be at the ISS for six months.

    After a couple of days hand over the “stranded” astronauts” will return to Earth.

    Te reason they did not return in August was it would only have left three on the ISS and it seems it takes more than three to run it. Buggered if I know why, all they do is float around up there.

    As many know, Judge Boasberg was a FISA Court (FISC) Judge. But it gets worse. He also reviewed James Comey’s memos prior to release in 2018 and oversaw release of Clinton emails in Judicial Watch case back in 2016.

    Boasberg gave FBI Lawyer Kevin Clinesmith probation for lying to the FISC by fundamentally altering a CIA email that exonerated Carter Page. Boasberg appointed deep-stater Mary McCord as amicus curiae advisor to the FISA court—AFTER McCord played a material role in personally misleading the FISC in the Page FISA.

    Boasberg was also involved in Ray Epps case, giving Epps probation and calling Epps and his wife “victims” of conspiracy theories. Finally, Boasberg took time out to personally attend Trump’s DC trial, seemingly just for the enjoyment of it…

    Some context to the images posted at the start of this thread.

    Those kids are not emerging from a sewer but popping out of a Coal Hole.

    That is how coal was delivered to houses in the days when coal was the primary source of heat and hot water. The coal hole was a chute topped with a cast iron lid, round obviously as it is IMPOSSIBLE to drop a round lid back down the hole.

    That chute led to the basement, AKA Coal Cellar , where the coal was stored.

    Remember all the Jack the Ripper and Jekyll and Hide movies where London is shrouded in thick fog?

    Coal burning fire places.

    So now you know why little Indians in London are popping out of holes and shooting each other!

    Unpopular thing to post here but, which country is a treat to the rest of the world using the metric of number of aircraft carriers they have.

    Aircraft carriers are used to transport attack aircraft to far away places. Often to defend colonies and territories of a country that are remote.

    Example, the UK needs aircraft carriers to defend the Falklands, 12000 miles from England.

    To my mind the more aircraft carriers a military has indicates how much the military is fixated on world domination.

    If anyone wants to play I will start with Russia. They have one, built in 1991. So on a scale of sailing the world and attacking other nations I rate them 1 out of 10 as a threat.

    The UK has two, but on the maiden voyage of one of them in the South China sea, ( why was it there? ) a propeller fell off and it limped back to England by sailing in a kind of corkscrew way. Hey it ain’t easy going in a straight line with a propeller thing missing! ( I joke…. )

    Of those 11 carriers, 3 are in for long term maintenance (1 to 5 years) at any given time. Four more are in port or are operating off the east or west coasts doing carrier quals for new flight crews.

    Chief Justice John Roberts issued a statement following President Donald Trump’s call for a judge to be impeached for ruling against the administration.

    For more than two centuries, the question of whether to impeach judges has been left solely to the elected representatives of the American people. John Roberts has no say in the matter, regardless of how much he wishes otherwise. Our Constitution gives John Roberts no power whatsoever when it comes to judicial impeachment, and it certainly doesn’t give him the power to “reject” congressional impeachment when and if it comes.

    In fact, this unbridled arrogance from Roberts is the precise reason judicial impeachment is now being demanded for rogue judges. Had Roberts done his job and restrained inferior judges from overstepping their bounds and claiming for themselves authority and power which does not belong to them, we would not find himself in this predicament. These calls are happening precisely because of John Roberts, not in spite of him.

    What John Roberts needs to understand right now is that his continued cowardice in the face of lawless judicial insurrection against the elected government of the people—not rightful criticism of judges—is the fatal threat to the legitimacy of the judiciary he idolizes.

    The more he acts like a craven politician, the more we are going to treat him like one. A smarter man than him would understand that the moment the Chief Justice is viewed more as a slimy politician than a fair judge, it’s over for him and his precious judiciary.

    Roberts is correct on that point. Impeachment is supposed to be for corruption or malfeasance in office, not because you don’t agree with a ruling.

    In this case, however, it’s starting to look like there may actually be grounds for it.

    A huge chunk of chuck roast has been thawing, all set to be sliced when it is almost thawed. It is easier to slice when frozen, but not too frozen.

    Baking soda in stock, vinegar on standby.

    Slow cooker is all primed and set to go and onions sitting and waiting to be sliced longitudinally as if making a blooming onion. Sliced that way the onions retain their juices and don’t turn to mush. Involves a sharp knife and the cap off a jar of pickled beetroot.

    No fucking water again, hot or cold.

    And this time I got caught out. Sink full of dirty dishes and sharp knife. Usually I wash as I go because water un reliable.

    Here are some key excerpts from the ruling, lest anyone think the SCOTUS opinion was in any way unclear: “The Alien Enemy Act precludes judicial review of the removal order.”

    That line is literally the first sentence of the SCOTUS holding.

    “The very nature of the President’s power to order the removal of all enemy aliens rejects the notion that courts may pass judgment upon the exercise of his discretion.”

    “[E]very judge before whom the question has since come has held that the statute barred judicial review.”

    “A war power of the President not subject to judicial review is not transmuted into a judicially reviewable action because the President chooses to have that power exercised within narrower limits than Congress authorized.”

    “These are matters of political judgment for which judges have neither technical competence nor official responsibility.”

    “The Act is almost as old as the Constitution, and it would savor of doctrinaire audacity now to find the statute offensive to some emanation of the Bill of Rights.”

    “Accordingly, we hold that full responsibility for the just exercise of this great power may validly be left where the Congress has constitutionally placed it — on the President of the United States. The Founders, in their wisdom, made him not only the Commander in Chief, but also the guiding organ in the conduct of our foreign affairs.”

    There is no gray area or uncertainty here.

    As the Supreme Court has made abundantly and explicitly clear, removals under the Alien Removal Act are non-justiciable. Because of this, it is the inferior and unelected district judge who is violating the law and the Constitution today by purporting to have the authority to review what the Supreme Court—his superior—has prohibited him from reviewing.

    The proper form for this case to take, based on the Constitution, federal statutes, and 250 years of case law in this country, is for the judge to dismiss the plaintiffs’ case for lack of jurisdiction and standing. Plaintiffs can of course appeal that dismissal, at which point the appellate court would be required to reject the appeal. And if plaintiffs wished to do so at that point, they could apply for a writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court, which would then decide whether it wished to overturn its own precedents. Only the Supreme Court has the authority to undertake such an action. And even if that were to happen, the president still retains inherent Article II authority, independent of federal statute, to remove foreign enemies from the United States.

    That is how the legal system in this country actually works. It does not in any way empower an inferior trial court judge to unilaterally overturn controlling federal law or Supreme Court precedents.

    An article dropped stating US lawyers are urgently reviewing documents before release, suggesting it’s been delayed.

    Christopher Robinson, a NatSec Division official, announced that “all” lawyers who work in the Operations Section of the Office of Intelligence were being ordered to review between 400 and 500 documents each.

    The deadline was to get it done by noon today.

    There is however no official statement from the White House or the DOJ… yet… so, I wouldn’t rule it out still coming out today. I say if it hasn’t come out in the next few hours, yes it’s been delayed.

    The silver lining here is that there must be something really bad if they’re trying to delay it.

    As frustrating as all this may seem, trust me, Trump isn’t doing this to make you angry. There’s no point in doing that. He ordered it to be released… and individuals are trying to prevent it.

    Have faith… because it will come out. It will. But then, and only then, we should judge the fruits of what is released.

    Inside The Now-Shuttered Federal Agency Where Employees Lived ‘Like Reigning Kings’

    One of the seven small federal agencies that President Donald Trump ordered downsized or eliminated on Friday was rife with corruption, with its employees hiring friends and relatives, commissioning paintings of themselves, and using government credit cards to indulge in constant luxuries.

    The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) occupied a nine-story office tower on D.C.’s K Street for only 60 employees, many of whom actually worked from home, prior to the pandemic. Its managers had luxury suites with full bathrooms; one manager would often be “in the shower” when she was needed, while another used her bathroom as a cigarette lounge. FMCS recorded its director as being on a years-long business trip to D.C. so he could have all of his meals and living expenses covered by taxpayers, simply for showing up to the office.

    FMCS is a 230-employee agency that exists to serve as a voluntary mediator between unions and businesses. As an “independent agency,” its director nominally reports to the president, but the agency is so small that in effect, there is no oversight at all — and it showed, becoming a real-life caricature of all the excesses that the Department of Government Efficiency has alleged take place in government.

    This reporter spent a year investigating the agency a decade ago, and I found egregious and self-serving violations of hiring, pay, contracting, and purchase card rules. One thing I could not discover is why the agency actually existed, other than to provide luxurious lifestyles for its employees. Endless junkets to resort destinations, which employees openly used to facilitate personal vacations, were justified as building awareness of the agency in the hopes that someone would actually want to use its voluntary services.

    FMCS seemed, quite clearly, to exist for the benefit of those on its payroll, and not much else. One employee told me: “Let me give you the honest truth: A lot of FMCS employees don’t do a hell of a lot, including myself. Personally, the reason that I’ve stayed is that I just don’t feel like working that hard, plus the location on K Street is great, plus we all have these oversized offices with windows, plus management doesn’t seem to care if we stay out at lunch a long time. Can you blame me?”

    Top FMCS official George Cohen used a “recreation and reception fund” to order champagne and $200 coasters for his office, and to purchase artwork painted by his wife. The tiny agency commissioned paintings of its top employees — as one employee told me, “like they were reigning kings or something…I’ve never seen anything like it before.” It spent $2,402 retouching the portrait of someone who briefly held the top job in an acting capacity.

    FMCS employees “unblocked” their government credit cards to turn off typical abuse protections, then used them to apparently fund personal expenses and simply bill anything they’d like to the government. One employee leased a BMW; another (IT director James Donnen) billed the government for his wife’s cell phone, cable TV at both his home and his vacation home, and even his subscription to USA Today.

    Employee Dan W. Funkhouser used his FMCS card to rent a storage unit near his home in rural Virginia, two hours from the office he supposedly worked at, which was used to store personal possessions such as a photo album of his dog, Buster. Funkhouser also spent $18,000 at a jewelry store near his house, and “destroyed all purchase card records upon leaving the agency,” an audit said.

    When Charles Burton retired from FMCS, he incorporated an LLC to which another FMCS employee paid $85,000 using his purchase card, listing it as a “Call Center Service,” even though the company had neither a website nor a working phone.

    When an accountant, Carol Booth, blew the whistle on financial abuses to the General Services Administration, which manages purchase cards and contracting, Cohen forced her to send an email (which he wrote under her name) rescinding her statement.

    Like something out of “The Office,” the employees spent an inordinate amount of time and money congratulating one another for being employed there and engaging in “work” that really amounted to pampering themselves.

    One purchase was for $30,000 on trinkets marking employees’ anniversaries. The agency’s office was absurdly oversized, but it refused to move. It hired a consultant for a “Hallway Improvement Project” to decorate. It had an in-house gym for employees, and purchased a $1,000 TV for the gym, a $3,867 ice-maker, and a $560 stereo.

    The expenses that were actually business-related were hardly better. It paid, for example, $895 “for Suzanne Nichter’s enrollment in the English Essentials: A Grammar Refresher course” and $735 “for Lakisha Steward to attend Listening and Memory Skills Development Course.”

    Supper construction has begun. Pork loin about 1 inch thick, sliced vertically almost all the way through in 1/2 inch slices and marinated in Italian dressing for a few hours. That part is currently underway.

    Next, sliced mushrooms will be placed in the slits, the pork will then be wrapped in foil and baked at 350F for 30 minutes. After that the foil packet will be opened and HOT undiluted cream of mushroom poured on. The mushroom soup needs to be boiling hot when the dish is done otherwise it tastes like wallpaper paste.

    On top of the mushroom soup will be sprinkled about 1/2 oz powdered parmesan and the whole thing put back in the air fryer for another ten minutes at 350F. This time the foil packet is left open.

    To be served with roasted Brussels Sprouts, stuffing and apple sauce.

    Anyway, that is the plan. But things may change….

    The lifesaving drug regimen wasn’t thought up by the doctor, or any person. It had been spit out by an artificial intelligence model.
    In labs around the world, scientists are using A.I. to search among existing medicines for treatments that work for rare diseases. Drug repurposing, as it’s called, is not new, but the use of machine learning is speeding up the process — and could expand the treatment possibilities for people with rare diseases and few options.

    Trump Announces F-47, the Air Force’s New Sixth-Gen Fighter Built by Boeing

    President Donald Trump has decided to proceed with the F-47, the Air Force’s sixth-generation fighter jet, after reviewing the program and its project costs—and Boeing will build it.

    Trump announced the decision during a March 21 White House appearance with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David W. Allvin.

    Boeing beat out a competing bid from Lockheed Martin for the fighter, dubbed the Next-Generation Air Dominance fighter.

    NGAD’s future was in question after former Secretary of the Air Force Frank Kendall paused the program last summer to review its costs and requirements. The Air Force then conducted an analysis of whether the program, in which the manned fighter would operate with semi-autonomous Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA), was still required.

    The Air Force’s internal review and a blue-ribbon outside panel of former senior officials concluded there was still a need for the aircraft, which has origins in a nearly decade-old study on how to achieve air superiority in 2030.

    Allvin then pitched Trump on the program, which is to be fielded in the 2030s. Allvin hinted at his recommendation to Trump on March 3 at the AFA Warfare Symposium.

    “I want to give the President as many options as we possibly can. So that means, yes, keep on the modernization. Yes, NGAD. Yes, CCA. Yes, survivable bases,” Allvin said then.

    The Air Force has planned billions of dollars in NGAD’s research and development in the coming years. It is expected to be the most advanced fighter jet in history and America’s first sixth-generation fighter.

    NGAD is seen as the successor to the fifth-generation air-to-air F-22. While the F-22, also made by Lockheed Martin, is stealthy, highly maneuverable, can cruise at supersonic speeds, and carry advanced sensors, it first entered service two decades ago in 2005. NGAD is envisioned around a need to achieve air superiority by working with newer technologies and CCAs, and Allvin has described “human-machine teaming” as the key to the service’s future efforts.

    Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II stealthy fighters cost roughly $80 million per plane, and top Trump confidant Elon Musk has criticized the program. The F-35 is a multirole, fifth-generation plane designed primarily for air-to-ground and sensing, while NGAD has been described as an air-to-air fighter that can operate in contested environments, such as the airspace near China.

    The NGAD fighter is a part of a “family of systems” that includes CCAs. The service’s first CAAs—General Atomics’ YFQ-42A and Andruil Industries’ YFQ-44A—will fly this summer and are designed to carry missiles, but the role of future versions of drones will likely be expanded to expand to a variety of missions, such as electronic warfare, sensing, and more.

    Cat story.

    I bought Natasha a $50 Android tablet that I could place on the bed to let her play cat games when she was being a nuisance by sitting on my mouse mat, and my mouse while I was watching things on my computer. She is not a big cat but she has to be three inches from the screen. About one quarter blocking my viewing experience.

    Anyway, first few days it worked! I watch movies and she chases bugs, for five minutes then comes back and watches what I am watching.
    Tonight it was less than 30 seconds.

    LOL, so tomorrow night she can watch what she wants on the computer and I am going to lay in bed with the tablet and zap bugs with my paw.

    While reporting outside the High Court of Justice on Tommy Robinson’s trial, I met this lady who was absolutely distraught and is crying out for help.

    The reason? Sexual abuse of a 21 month old baby, her daughter missing, grandchildren being snatched by the state including newborn, cover ups and dismissals, further abuse and grooming gangs are just some of the horrific things that her and her family are going through. She was at court today with forensic evidence of abuse to the baby and in her words here has been dismissed!

    Her name is Juliette and she asked us to share her story, while pleading for anyone who can help her to please get in touch. Her daughter has been missing again for nearly 2 weeks while her young grandchildren, babies, are being abused and dismissed, she is terrified.

    I was educated at school from the late 1960s to early 1970s Religion was not a subject taught until Grammar school for the first two years. One hour per week. Age 11 to 12.

    Called RE class, Religious Education, LOL also mandatory was Latin, three classes per week!

    Anyway, I learned about many beliefs and religions. I am surprised more of my class mates are not Buddhists.

    Buddha is the fat and happy smiling guy.

    Rare Earths are not actually rare. They are abundant all over the planet but in quantities so low per ton of rock they are costly to extract.

    However, they are concentrated and economically viable to extract in waste from other mining activity in the past.

    When I lived in South Africa some companies were extracting gold from the waste rock excavated from gold mines. New ways of extracting the gold were found.

    Three people were killed and 15 others were injured in a shooting at an “an unsanctioned car show” in a park in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Friday night, police said.

    The Las Cruces Police Department said the violence involving multiple firearms happened around 10 p.m. at Young Park, over 200 miles south of Albuquerque.

    A preliminary investigation revealed an altercation between two groups at the car show escalated into gunfire, injuring many, including bystanders who may have been struck by crossfire, according to Police Chief Jeremy Story.

    “That altercation escalated to gunfire between both groups,” he said, later adding, “We know that there was some type of ill will between these groups prior to last night.”

    Two victims were killed as the scene and a third was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to Las Cruces Fire Chief Mark Daniels. The three victims are a 16-year-old boy, an 18-year-old man, and a 19-year-old man, police said in an update Saturday afternoon. The department previously stated the deceased included two 19-year-olds.

    Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham said the shooting left her “heartbroken and horrified.” In a statement on Saturday, she said state resources will bolster the investigation.

    This wasn’t an “unsanctioned car show,” it was what’s known as a street takeover. And the “two groups” with “ill will between them” were rival gangs. I’m not sure what our idiot governor thinks the legislature is going to do about it. I know she’d like them to repeal what’s left of the Second Amendment in this state, but that’s not happening. Maybe they could ask law enforcement to arrest some of these “groups.”

    Now at 11 pounds over my best lowest weight last year after two months on a Keto diet. 209 now. Was 198 last year down from 226.

    It is the wine and beer doing it.

    Average calories per day in March so far 2607 per day. 1521 beer and wine, 1085 food. And I am eating nice meals. That stuffed pork loin was amazing!

    LOL should I get Monjano injections at over $1000 per month so I eat less?

    There are three types of biting that cats do. And I think from my experience the same is with dogs.

    First the play bite, cats and dogs do it, use their mouths to communicate.

    Second is the I need you to do something. The bite is harder but it does not break your skin.

    Third type of cat or dog bite fucking hurts. It means stop doing that!

    In the last ten years I have only had one third degree cat bite. Was stroking a cat and accidentally touched a serious wound he had. His reaction was akin to what we do when we get stung by a wasp.

    Many of the attendees were probably bussed in and had a history of participating in Antifa/BLM, pro-Hamas, and pro-Palestinian protests. The Democratic Party is known for bussing activists through NGO networks to events to fill seats—a tactic repeatedly used throughout Kamala Harris’ 2024 presidential campaign trail to create fake hype.

    Data analyst Tony Seruga exposed just how staged the latest Democratic Party rally was, revealing their ongoing attempts to manipulate public perception with inorganic crowds made up mainly of DEI activists rather than genuine grassroots supporters:

    GPS—Here we go again, there were 20,189 devices. Still a large crowd but not even close to the 30,000 quoted in Denver newspapers nor the 34,000 quoted by Bernie Sanders and AOC.

    84% of the devices present had attended 9 or more Kamala Harris rallies, antifa/blm, pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinian protests, 31% had attended over 20.

    For more insight into what data we also look at in addition to GPS location data would be demographic and psychographic data using over 6,000 different databases, i.e., like the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), Pew Research Center, market research firms like YouGov, Experian, specialized tools like ESRI’s Tapestry Segmentation, consumer surveys, social media platforms like , Facebook, Linkedin.

    Demographic data includes basic characteristics like age, gender, income, education level, occupation, marital status, family size, ethnicity, and where people live (e.g., city, state).

    Psychographic data dives deeper into people’s lifestyles, values, attitudes, interests, personality traits, social class, activities, and how they make purchasing decisions. For example, it might show if someone values sustainability, enjoys outdoor activities, participates in community activism.

    While demographic data is straightforward, psychographic data can reveal sensitive personal details, like beliefs even life goals.

    Additionally, by cross pollinating each device with other devices regularly within close proximity to the target device we are able to build a detailed profile for each target.

    90% of those in the above 84% were likely working with one of these five groups and is the reason for their presence.

    Once again, this is based a very sophisticated algorithm that looks at the behavioral metrics for each device, including the physical 1:1 proximity to leaders and paymasters from these groups in the past.

    Psychographic data dives deeper into people’s lifestyles, values, attitudes, interests, personality traits, social class, activities, and how they make purchasing decisions. For example, it might show if someone values sustainability, enjoys outdoor activities, participates in community activism.

    While demographic data is straightforward, psychographic data can reveal sensitive personal details, like beliefs even life goals.

    Additionally, by cross pollinating each device with other devices regularly within close proximity to the target device we are able to build a detailed profile for each target.

    90% of those in the above 84% were likely working with one of these five groups and is the reason for their presence.

    Once again, this is based a very sophisticated algorithm that looks at the behavioral metrics for each device, including the physical 1:1 proximity to leaders and paymasters from these groups in the past.
