Trump calls Karl Rove a loser

Donald Trump is no fan of Karl Rove. He knows the washed up corpulent consultant is scamming donors of money. Trump points out how Rove’s Super PAC spent 400 million and produced no winning results.

Donald Trump has tweeted his way into the war between the Tea Party and Karl Rove, taking aim at the former adviser to President George W. Bush.

Trump bashed the veteran Republican consultant in a series of messages Thursday, calling him a “total loser” and encouraging people not to donate to Rove-controlled groups.

“Why are people giving money to Karl Rove when he just wasted $400M without any victories?” Trump wrote. “Use your head. Karl Rove is a total loser. Money given to him might as well be thrown down the drain. Karl Rove’s strategy and commercials were the worst I have ever seen.”

Kudos on Donald Trump for calling this jerk out.

Donald Trump wants The New York Times

The Sulzberger’s would rather sell to Bashar Assad then to any Conservative.

Billionaire Donald Trump wants it known that he really, really wants to buy The New York Times (NYT) even though the paper is not for sale — and even if it were, the Sulzberger family, which has owned it for more than a century, probably would never sell it to him in a billion years.

“I have watched Mr. Trump over the years navigate much tougher acquisitions,” writes Michael Cohen, a Trump spokesman. “Mr. Trump is so smart and so rich that if he wants it, he will get it. If Mr. Trump elects to purchase the NY Times, commits his time and resources, there is nothing he can’t do.”

Shares of the company, which also owns the Boston Globe, were barely budging on the news, indicating that Wall Street isn’t holding its breath for a deal to happen. A spokesperson for the Times couldn’t immediately be reached.

It’s unclear exactly how much progress, if any, Trump has made in buying the newspaper company. New York magazine, which broke the story, says “Trump has engaged in more than one meeting to discuss how he might buy the Grey Lady.” If Trump does make a credible offer for the paper, the company’s board of directors would have a fiduciary duty to consider it.

Trump has had a contentious relationship with the company’s flagship newspaper for years. In 2011, he lost a libel case against Tim O’Brien, a former reporter and editor for the paper, who argued in a book that the 56-year-old wasn’t really a billionaire. O’Brien, now with The Huffington Post, couldn’t immediately be reached. Many at the paper, including columnist Gail Collins, have mocked Trump’s claims that President Obama may not have been born in the United States.

If Trump is successful — and that’s a big if — he would have a tough time convincing employees and advertisers that he wouldn’t use the paper to promote his own political agenda. In fact, some newspapers around the country have been snapped up by wealthy business owners with their own motives. Real-estate developer Doug Manchester, for example, bought the San Diego Union-Tribune in 2011 and turned the paper into what Media Matters for America calls “a corporate shill.”

Trump’s interest is come at a tough moment for The New York Times, which has recently offered buyouts to newsroom staff to cut costs as it struggles to reinvent itself in the digital age. The deadline for accepting these offers is Thursday, according to a story in the paper. Wall Street isn’t expecting the struggles to end anytime soon. Revenue in the December quarter is expected to fall 11%, according to analysts’ estimates. Profit is expected to be 31 cents, down from 45 cents a year earlier.

Wall Street sees better times ahead for the venerable publisher, whose digital strategy has gained traction. The average 52-week price target on the stock is $9.58. about 10% higher than where it currently trades. Shares of the publisher have surged more than 13% over the past year.

Donald Trump offers to give 5 Million to charity in exchange for Obama’s Passport records and College Transcripts

SOme Conservatives were fretting about Donald Trump’s major announcement today. I was not worry because I knew whatever he had planned, the Romney camp was OK with. This was clearly a response to Gloria Allred’s announcement she had a surprise for Romney. Well it turns out that Trump’s announcement was nothing damaging to Romney and brings attention to Obama’s shady past.

Donald trump is offering to donate 5 million to charity. In exchange, he wants Obama to release his college transcripts and his passport records.

For days Donald Trump teased ahead to a big reveal about President Barack Obama, saying his announcement would be made with the best interest of the United States of America in mind.

Basically, the announcement, made at noon, comes down to the birth certificate controversy and question of Obama’s college records.

If Pres. Obama releases his college records and his passport records, then Trump says he will give a $5 million check to a charity. Trumps says he will release the check within an hour of receiving the records.

Donald Trump is bringing to attention Obama’s hiding of his past. This contrasts with Mitt Romney  being OK with his testimony  at a divorce hearing being released to the public. This takes the steam out of Gloria Allred’s surprise and shows that Mitt Romney doesn’t have anything to hide, unlike Obama.

Smart move on the part of Donald Trump and Mitt Romney!

Gloria Allred claims she has an October Surprise ready against Mitt Romney. Well she’s not the only one ready with a surprise. Donald Trump says he has damning evidence against Barack Obama. He will announce on Wednesday what this information is.

Donald Trump said Monday that he will reveal “very big” news about President Barack Obama by Wednesday but declined to give any hints about his plan, he said on “Fox & Friends.”

“Something very, very big concerning the president of the United States,” he said. “It’s going to be very big. I know one thing — you will cover it in a very big fashion.”

Stay tuned, my guess is these are Obama’s transcripts that Trump will reveal!
