Chuck lies about IDB ranking LGF as a Top 10 Blog

The failed washed up blogger Chuck is at it again exaggerating his stature. He falsely claims in his headline that Investor Business Daily named his cult blog the number 9 out of the top 10 political blogs.

In reality, when you actually read the article, it’s a personal opinion piece by Brian Deagon. It’s not an official listing by Investor Business Daily.

With the U.S. elections season in full swing, political bloggers have a lot to say.

Here’s my list of the Top 10 political blogs.

No where does it say it’s an official ranking like Charles Johnson claims. Just like he claimed he contributed to Doug Hoffman’s defeat in NY-23, he is under the impression he’s a king maker. In reality he’s the blogosphere’s court jester. Chuckie is intellectually dishonest and continues to sink to new lows.

The reported death of Conservatism was an exaggeration

Flush with victories in 2006 and 2008 the Tranzi Totalitarian movement was talking about a permanent majority and realignment. The media was tauting the death of Conservatism and a permanent Democratic majority. In reality they didn’t defeat Conservatism, they defeated Compassionate Conservatism which is a cousin ideology of Traniz Progressivism! Another claim  was that young people, women, Blacks and Hispanics were increasing in numbers, while White males were declining. What these propagandists didn’t realize was that demographics don’t indicate voting patterns. The the polls show the GOP is winning the women’s vote and cut into the Hispanic and youth vote. These groups are seeing the failures of left-wing ideology and as a result are becoming receptive to real Regan/Goldwater conservatism and not the fraudulent Karl Rove Progressivism with a bible variety.

After Barack Obama’s election in 2008, the phrase was on the lips of progressive prognosticators everywhere. A permanent alignment had arrived. The growing ranks of Latinos, the reliably liberal voting patterns of blacks, the Republican Party’s longstanding problem with single women, plus the fact that surveys found young people — a.k.a. millennials — to be the most liberal generation in decades all proved that the aging, white GOP was destined for near-eternal rump status. In a Time magazine cover story featuring Obama as a Photoshopped FDR, Peter Beinart wrote that the “coalition that carried Obama to victory is every bit as sturdy as America’s last two dominant political coalitions: the ones that elected Franklin Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan.”

Democratic strategist Simon Rosenberg eulogized Republicans: “Their coalition no longer works in the changing demography of the day, and is dangerously old; their Southern strategy … has become a relic of the past; their tech and media tools have not kept up with the times; their ideas have become spent and discredited…. They are an aging and frayed bunch, living off the fumes of a day and politics gone by.”

[…..]

But if the first half of the Obama presidency proves anything, it is that straight-line predictions lead to political hubris. Events change and attitudes change with them, for every demographic.

People change and groups change over time. At one time White Catholics were heavily Democratic, this changed with Nixon and Reagan and now they lean GOP. Blacks were at one time Republican but due to Progressive brainwashing and the creation of a Neo-Slave mentality by racist Democrats , they are now solid Democrats. Times change and people change, so any predictions of a permanent majority by either Progresisves or Conservatives are bogus. People vote on results and if the GOP blows it again, the Progressives will be back.

Marco Rubio’s threat to Progressives

The Tranzi Totalitarian Progressive Movement is terrified about Nov. 2nd. It’s not just the losses they will incur, but the rise of Marco Rubio. He is the first prominent Republican since Reagan who is charismatic and knows how to communicate effectively.

Marco Rubio also knows how to discuss the illegal immigration issue from a  point of view that’s different than the Nativist wing of the GOP. To him its about fairness and following the law. As a son of Cuban immigrants his beef isn’t that the illegals are Mexican or other Central Americans, it’s that they are being rewarded at the expense of millions of people who have to wait years to get in. This take on the illegal issue neutralizes the Democrats argument and turns the tables on them.

The Progressives  showed their racist colors by trying to get Kendrick Meeks to drop out and support Charlie Crist to stop Marco Rubio. This didn’t work and tomorrow, America will have a new political star on the scene.

Marco Rubio is the newest Republican star, but not for any obvious reasons. On policy, the Senate hopeful from the Sunshine State blends in easily with the tea party crowd. Less government, taxes and debt, check; repeal ObamaCare, ditto. More eye-catching are his boyish good looks, a gift for speechmaking, and inspirational biography and ethnic roots. Yet those were Barack Obama’s attributes as well. Two years into his presidency they are devalued novelties, no matter which party card you hold.

Something else accounts for Mr. Rubio’s rise from a blip in polls against the popular governor in his party, to the runaway favorite tomorrow. He appealed as a different sort of Republican. He kept his pitch upbeat, shunned personal attacks, worked hard to widen support without apologizing for his conservatism, and more noticeably than anyone in this race ran on an unabashed and constantly invoked faith in American exceptionalism.

[…]

The GOP’s cranky side seems to bother him. He argues that the Republican Party needs to offer up clear alternatives to liberal policy, not just say no, and brighten its tone along the way. Take immigration. “Where Republicans have failed: We should be the pro-legal immigration party, not the anti- illegal immigration party,” he says. If he wins, Mr. Rubio will be the most prominent elected Hispanic official in the U.S. from either party.

Marco Rubio is a rarity among modern Republicans, he is a great communicator and can think on his feet. The last series of Republican leaders like Bush Sr. Dole, Bush Jr and McCain were terrible communicators and the press ate them alive. Rubio turns tables on the press, plus he enjoys the back and forth. Marco Rubio is probably the best GOP politician since Reagan. He is a rising star and could very well be the death knell for the Democratic party. The Progressives fear him and that says something about him.

Friday with the Hammer: The Rodan edition!

Speranza is out on vacation so I humbly will give Friday with the Hammer my spin!

Our 3rd World Liberation ideologue president is blaming American paranoia for why he’s not appreciated. Rather than admit he’s gone too far Left, Barack Hussein Obama he blames the American people’s anxiety for his decline in popularity. This is the Tranzi Totalitarian Progressive moveme view that Americans are too dumb to know what good for us. This attitude reflects only one thing, the American left hates this nation and wants to impose its worldview on us.

In an increasingly desperate attempt to develop a narrative for the coming Democratic collapse, the Democrats have indulged themselves in what for half a century they’ve habitually attributed to the American right: the paranoid style in U.S. politics.

The talk is of dark conspiracies — secret money, foreign influence, big corporations, with Karl Rove and, yes, Ed Gillespie lurking ominously behind the scenes. The only thing missing is the Halliburton-Cheney angle.

[…….]

The electorate apparently is deranged by its anxieties and fears to the point where it can’t think straight. Part of the reason “facts and science and argument does not seem to be winning the day all the time,” he explained to a Massachusetts audience, “is because we’re hard-wired not to always think clearly when we’re scared. And the country is scared.”

When Progressives won elections in 2006 and 2008, they praised the American people as enlightened. President Hussein talked about fundamentally changing America and is now upset that he’s meeting resistance. Now that the public is rejecting this evil ideology, they are showing the contempt they have for us. Barack Hussein Obama and his cronies like Harry Reid have the Neo-Feudal attitude that we as peasants should be grateful and can’t understand what “good” they are doing. This is why they will lose on Nov 2nd, the American people don’t like to be called stupid and looked down upon. Americans don’t serf!

Update: Here’s a condescending piece by the Washington Post about Hispanic Republicans. Rather than point out that Latin Conservatives are poised for big wins and this shows the GOP isn’t racist, the article all but calls them traitors. In the mind of the Racist Left, Hispanics have to support illegals. It has never occurred to them than illegals have caused problems for Spanish people in America. We suffer from crime, identity theft and resentment from part of the population that thinks all Hispanics are illegals.

Martinez is one of a trio of Latino Republicans poised to win high office this year in part by running on an anti-immigration platform. In Florida, Senate candidate Marco Rubio is ahead of Democrat Kendrick Meek and independent Charlie Crist. And in Nevada, gubernatorial candidate Brian Sandoval is leading Democrat Rory Reid.

If they win, Martinez, Rubio and Sandoval would make up a high-profile triumvirate that Republicans hope will help the party woo increasingly influential Latino voters. The nation’s fastest-growing voting bloc – nearly half the voters in New Mexico, for instance, are of Latino origin – has largely shunned the GOP in recent years.

Yet those Republican hopes may be difficult to realize, if only because the GOP’s anti-immigration rhetoric is a primary reason Latinos have turned away from the party.

I’m really tired of these Progressive racists telling me how I should think. La Raza are nothing but  capos for the modern Nazis aka Demon-KKK-Rat party. Progressives also have whitewashed 150 years of human history by covering up the existence of the Spanish Empire in schools. They only mention how evil the Spanish were towards Native Americans and the inquisition. No mention of my ancestors glorious victories like Lepanto, our literary achievements, the artistic achievements of the Spanish Golden Age and the fact we saved Western Civilization. Reading this makes me hate the American left and even more!

Update II:Peggy Noonan has a great article on how the Tea party saved the Republican Party. It has brought back Goldwater/Reagan Conservatism as opposed to the hypocritical Compassionate Conservatism aka Progressivism with a Bible.

Two central facts give shape to the historic 2010 election. The first is not understood by Republicans, and the second not admitted by Democrats.

The first: the tea party is not a “threat” to the Republican Party, the tea party saved the Republican Party. In a broad sense, the tea party rescued it from being the fat, unhappy, querulous creature it had become, a party that didn’t remember anymore why it existed, or what its historical purpose was. The tea party, with its energy and earnestness, restored the GOP to itself.

I hope the GOP stays true to real Conservative principles.
