Knob Creek Machine Gun Night Shoot

From the YouTube videographer: Originally shot for a NBC segment show but Columbine happened right after so the execs killed it for sensitivity reasons. As the producer of the segment I hung on to a few tapes for my reel. This is a quick edit which i think gives a pretty good idea what it is like to shoot at 50 gallon drums of diesel on full auto with tracers. Enjoy.

Chinese and US Navy Ships Face Off again

The Chinese navy again challenges the US Navy , this time in the Yellow Sea. Obviously Obama’s outreach plans are not working.

Chinese and American ships clash again in Yellow Sea

China demonstrated its growing naval confidence again in the latest standoff between American and Chinese ships.

The fifth such incident in two months occurred on Friday in the Yellow Sea when a US Navy surveillance ship turned its fire hoses on two Chinese fishing vessels.

A spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry said that the American ship was operating in China’s exclusive economic zone without permission and had violated Chinese and international laws. “We express our concern about this and demand the US side take effective measures to ensure a similar incident does not happen again,” he said.

My take on this is China has no respect for Obama. They view him as weak and know they can push him around. Personally, I think the US shouldn’t even be there and I really could care less about Korea and Taiwan. We should focus on the Islamic threat, not China.

Talking with Iran is a waste

This article is very accurate and true. Iran doesn’t want to talk, they view themselves as strong and America as weak. They correctly view Obama’s outreach as a sign of weakness.

U.S. Engagement of Iran Is Futile

However, engaging Iran will turn out to be an outdrawn process with no positive outcomes for either the U.S. or the international community. Such a process will only serve the interests of the theocracy in Tehran. This is a warranted prediction given previous attempts by the U.S. to engage Tehran. The first Bush administration attempted to reach out to the “pragmatic” Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani. The Clinton administration pursued a policy of rapprochement with Tehran when Mohammad Khatami, the “reformist,” was president. None of those efforts bored fruit. Even during the second term of the previous administration, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice tried, on a number of occasions, to reach out to Tehran – but with no result.

We need to pressure and destabilize Iran. There are people there who oppose the government and we should support them. Iran isn’t that strong, its strenght is the support it recieves from Leftist politicians and the Western Media. We need to treat them as the joke of a nation they are.

Is It Time To Dump Pakistan?

Ralph Peters has an excellent article about how the US should stop giving aid to Pakistan. I agree, Pakistan isn’t our friend and supports Islamists.  The are a lost cause and our Tax money is better spent on home that that cesspool.

TIME TO DUMP PAKISTAN

A better strategy’s obvious. But Washington has trouble with the obvious. At our pathetic State Department, habit trumps innovation every time. And the Pentagon can’t seem to see beyond the immediate battlefield.

What should we do? Dump Pakistan. Back India.

Washington’s deep thinkers will cry, “But China might move in!”

If China wants Pakistan, let Beijing have it. That would be fun to watch. Take on the Taliban? Given China’s ghastly ineptitude in dealing with its Uighur Muslims, more power to ’em.

I agree, let China deal with Pakistan. It is better for us to ally with India. They are more similar to us in values and aren’t backstabbers. They also are fighting Islamo-Fascism but it is a no brainer. The problem is that Muslims have too much influence on the American government. This is why the US makes dumb mistakes that later come to haunt us. Pakistan is a waste we should cut them off.
