The Norwegian government has lived up to its Quisling heritage. They have appeased Islamic aggression and allow Islamic colonialists to settle their nation. Despite this, a bomb attack on the main government building occurred in Oslo today.

A massive bomb shattered Norway’s main government building in Oslo on Friday, killing two people, police were quoted as saying by local news agency NTB.

There was no claim of responsibility, though NATO member Norway has been the target of threats, if not bombs, before, notably over its involvement in conflicts in Afghanistan and Libya.

Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg was safe, NTB said.

NRK radio said at least two people were killed in an attack that may have brought global political violence to the quiet Scandinavian city.

[….]

David Lea, Western Europe analyst, at Control Risks said: “There certainly aren’t any domestic Norwegian terrorist groups although there have been some al Qaeda-linked arrests from time to time. They are in Afghanistan and were involved in Libya, but it’s far too soon to draw any conclusions.”

The Norwegian people need to get rid of their Leftist treasonous government and display some of that old viking blood. Appeasing Islamic aggression hasn’t work. It’s time for Norway to stand against Islamic Imperialism!

Included In The List Of Politicians Claiming The Mantle Of Reagan Is……. Barack Obama?

One of the most sickening memes to be pimped to us from the, (and yes, I’m borrowing a catchy phrase from doriangrey,) treasonous fifth column media is that Barack Obama is Reaganesque in the performance of his duties as President. Those of you with an adult memory will remember Ronald Reagan as the man who simplified the tax code by eliminating huge sections of it. He lowered marginal tax rates to their lowest levels in any era, (the top marginal rate was 28%.) He flattened out the pyramid, and he eliminated a vast array of shelters and credits in order to insure that the so called rich were not able to escape their fair share. At the same time, he projected American strength by beefing up the military and vastly increasing its budget, not just from a conventional standpoint, but also by going full bore into the SDI missile defensive shields. This system, which is a thorn in the sides of the Socialists since its inception is the world’s only true defensive weapons system, as it is designed not to harm anybody, but simply to shoot down incoming missiles aimed at us. Just to make another quick point, how anyone calling themselves an advocate for peace would be able to oppose this system is beyond astounding. Ronald Reagan had inherited a far worse economy from Jimmy Carter, and by deregulation, lowering tax rates, and defunding large swaths of the federal bureaucracy, he was able to show vast improvements in the economy by this point in his Presidency. Barack Obama is increasing government regulation, adding new taxes at an astounding rate, and indeed creating new government bureaucracies by executive fiat. He is in effect the anti-Reagan. Indeed, it takes an incredible amount of dishonesty to draw this comparison in a serious manner. So, naturally when we need that level of dishonesty, I give you MSNBC.

Fortunately, during that same show, Chris Matthews made the mistake of having someone with an adult memory, Michael Steele, on as a guest. The result was one that I probably would have had, outright laughter. My favorite part? Well that would be Matthews and his other guest, Joan Walsh, are actually feigning hurt feelings at the concept of being laughed at for making this comparison.

The bottom line is this, if you do not wish to be laughed at, do not say stupid things. Equating Barack Obama to Ronald Reagan qualifies under this rule.  I understand the why, President Obama’s performance of the job he successfully campaigned for in 2008 has not been stellar, to say the least.  Even his most ardent supporters are beginning to show frustration with his performance to date.  The only thing left for them is to try to equate him with someone who was actually good at the job.  That is why it is somewhat amusing to me to witness the same people who viciously maligned Reagan, called him stupid, derided his policies, now attempting to co-opt his legacy for their man.

Special note:  The post I put up two days ago was not advocating for tax increases as a means to closing the budget deficit.  In fact, I argued the opposite.  For whatever reason, some folks assumed that I had taken the opposite view, and was for the so called balanced approach.  As someone who has an understanding of the Laffer Curve, I can assure you that I fully understand that Tax Rate Cuts lead to increased revenues.

Wall St. Still loves Obama

Barack Hussein Obama engages in 3rd World style demagoguery against Wall Street. Well, despite his public atatcks on them, Wall St. loves Obama. They are still supporting and giving him campaign cash, even as he wants to raise their taxes.

Does Wall street have a problem with President Barack Obama?

Not so you’d notice where it counts—in his reelection effort.

Plenty of high visibility figures have complained about Obama on everything from Wall Street reform to potential tax increases to his anti-fat cat rhetoric.

But a new study by the Center for Responsive politics out Friday morning shows that Obama is relying more on Wall Street to fund his re-election this year than he did in 2008.

Republicans should engage in class warfare. They shoul;d atatck teh Obama Regime as puppets of GE, Goldman Sachs, Soros and Wall St. It’s time to fight fire with fire. It’s the Democrats who are the party of the rich, not the GOP. It’s time for the GOP to use this line of attack on the Democrats.

Nuclear Iran

This is troubling:

VIENNA — Iran’s president wants to shed the nation’s secrecy and forge ahead openly with developing nuclear weapons but is opposed by the clerical leadership, which is worried about international reaction to such a move, says an intelligence assessment shared with The Associated Press.

That view, from a nation with traditionally reliable intelligence from the region, cannot be confirmed and contrasts with assessments by other countries that view Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as relatively moderate on the nuclear issue compared to the country’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Attempts to interpret Iran’s goals are important because as it expands uranium enrichment, it is moving closer to being able to make a nuclear weapon by the day, even as it asserts that it is not interested in such arms and its programs are geared only to making reactor fuel.

A U.S. official cited one assessment he has seen suggesting Ahmadinejad may be more “moderate” — more open to talks with the international community on resolving nuclear concerns than Khamenei. He asked for anonymity because his information was privileged.

But a blunt comment by Ahmadinejad last month raises questions. While repeating that Iran does not want nuclear arms, he openly reinforced its ability to make them, telling Iranian state TV that “if we want to make a bomb, we are not afraid of anybody.”

Iran is the scariest country in the world right now, because if they get nukes they are likely to use them. We’ve never faced quite this kind of threat. The Soviets didn’t want to bring the world down in nuclear holocaust. That was the whole basis of the MAD strategy. You can’t do that to a nation ran by apocalyptic “visionaries”, no matter how “moderate” they may be. Just the fact that they call Ahmadinejad “moderate”‘ is scary. Moderate compared to whom?
