    We’re out of COAL??!!

Top U.S. coal miners are experiencing a massive surge in demand as power companies restart coal-fired power plants due to high natural gas prices to prevent electricity shortages ahead of the winter season.

According to Bloomberg, Arch Resources, the second-largest U.S. coal miner, has sold every lump of coal it will extract out of the ground for 2022. The company has sold next year’s coal for 20% over the current spot. Peabody Energy Corp., the top U.S. coal miner, has sold 90% of all its coal from the Powder River Basin area for 2022.

Arch’s CEO Paul Lang said the company’s thermal coal output for 2022 is “fully committed.” According to S&P Global Market Intelligence, Arch sold the coal for $16 per ton, well over last week’s $13.25 spot price.

    Read this

    https://warroom.org/2021/11/01/yuval-noah-harari-technology-will-enslave-you-global-elites-will-save-you/

As the American public listened in horror, Harari repeated the core religious principle behind what he’s long called “Dataism”:

“To hack a human being is to get to know that person better than they know themselves—and based on that, to increasingly manipulate you.”

For whatever reason, the historian omitted the darkest element of his futuristic vision. In his 2017 best-seller Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow, Harari argues that human beings have no free will. We are predetermined biomachines. What we perceive as choice is mere epiphenomena produced by subconscious decision-making processes in our brains

    @ eaglesoars:

Of course, they left out a few details. Like the fact that her testimony was in the context of a nasty child custody battle:

The estranged wife of Republican U.S. Senate candidate Sean Parnell testified during a child custody hearing Monday that his fits of rage toward her began within the first few months of their relationship, and the rage later turned into abuse.

But she said under oath that it wasn’t until early 2018, about a decade into their relationship, when Parnell became physically abusive with two of their children that she decided to end the relationship.

“When he started hitting the kids in 2018, that was the final straw,” said Laurie Snell, who has filed a petition for primary custody of their children, ages 12, 11 and 8.

Snell testified for more than two hours on the first day of the custody trial in Butler County, before Senior Judge James Arner. The trial will continue on Nov. 8 and 9. Each side has a day and a half to present their case, Arner said.

Parnell, who was present in court, issued a written statement on Monday, prior to the entry of any testimony or evidence from his side. Snell has not yet been questioned by Parnell’s attorneys.

“We are looking forward to our day in court to set the record straight,” Parnell said. “We anxiously await the opportunity to refute these hurtful, baseless allegations.”

Parnell added: “Let me emphatically state: I have never raised a hand in anger toward my wife or any of our three children. What happened today in court was not justice, nor did it have any basis in fact or truth. Next week, I’ll have an opportunity to present the truth to the court, and I look forward to that opportunity.”

Finding housing for 40 homeless veterans is hard.
    Real hard.

The encampment, adjacent to the historic Veterans Affairs campus in West Los Angeles, has become a focal point for homelessness in the city, with mayoral candidates making visits regularly over the last year.

Veterans Affairs Secretary Denis McDonough, who visited the encampment in October, said last week that the about 40 veterans from Veterans Row would be housed by November.

Already by Saturday, 14 people had moved from the sidewalk into tents on the sprawling VA campus, said Robert Reynolds, a veteran advocate with AMVETS. Another three have registered to go in, but have not yet moved.”

yeah, who is on the commission and how did they vote?

The Federal Election Commission has ruled foreign donors can finance U.S. referendum campaigns, opening the door to foreign spending on fights over high-profile policy issues, Axios has learned.

Why it matters: Foreign nationals are barred from donating to U.S. political candidates or committees. But the FEC’s decision — allowing them to support ballot committees — provides another avenue for foreigners to directly influence U.S. voters and domestic policy.

A major question stemming from the decision is whether foreign nationals are now permitted to spend money to influence the actual mechanisms of the U.S. democratic process.

That would include congressional redistricting, which is frequently subject to ballot referenda.

The FEC’s ruling did not address that question, meaning it will likely be litigated in future fights at the commission.

The decision only concerns federal law; states remain free to outlaw foreign funding for state-registered ballot committees.

    Seven states already do so.

    @ eaglesoars:

The Federal Election Commission has ruled foreign donors can finance U.S. referendum campaigns, opening the door to foreign spending on fights over high-profile policy issues, Axios has learned.

Not exactly. For one thing, they didn’t “rule” on anything. They dismissed the complaint, basically for lack of jurisdiction:

This matter involves allegations that that Sandfire Resources America, Inc. (“Sandfire”) and Sandfire Resources NL (“Sandfire NL”) violated the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended (the “Act”), by making prohibited foreign national donations to the Montana Mining Association (“MMA”) and Stop 1-186 to Protect Mining and Jobs (“Stop 1-186”) for the purpose of opposing a Montana ballot initiative that the Complaint states would “increase [Montana’s] ability to deny permits for hardrock mines … to avoid polluting the state’s waters.” The Complaint further alleges that MMA and Stop 1-186 also violated the Act by knowingly accepting such donations.

Respondents do not dispute the facts alleged in the Complaint. Rather, they argue that ballot initiatives are not “elections” under the Act and that, therefore, the Act’s foreign national prohibition does not apply to their activities.

For the reasons set forth below, the Commission dismisses the allegations in the Complaint and closes the file in this matter.

In other words, Congress needs to amend the law so it includes ballot initiatives, which weren’t really a big thing in 1971 when it was written.

Virginia Elections Official Responds to Reports of Maskless Voters Being Turned Away From Polls

After the Virginia GOP and others claimed that voters in Virginia were told they would be prohibited from entering polling locations if they don’t wear a mask, Virginia Department of Elections Commissioner Chris Piper wrote on Tuesday that election workers cannot mandate masks as a requirement to vote.

“We have gotten several reports of voters either being turned away or being made to wait until the polling place is clear before being allowed to vote if they refuse to wear a mask,” Piper said in an email to other poll workers, posted online by Republican Party lawyer Harmeet K. Dhillon and former Trump campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis

“You may not turn voters away because they are not wearing masks,” Piper continued. “While masks are encouraged, every eligible voter is entitled to cast a ballot at their polling place,” he continued, adding: “It is not sufficient to offer curbside voting as an alternative.”

Citing state law, Piper said curbside voting is only available to individuals aged 65 and older or those with a disability. The Epoch Times could not immediately confirm the authenticity of Piper’s email to his staff.

Earlier in the day, the Virginia GOP said it received reports of voters who were told by election workers to wear a mask before entering polling locations.

    With >95% (3,104,466 votes) reported:

Red circle Youngkin: 51.1% (1,585,241 votes)
Blue circle McAuliffe: 48.2% (1,497,431 votes)

The gap is now 2.9% (~87k), and there’s at most 163k votes still to be counted.

I’ve been seeing this for 3 weeks but didn’t know anything about the source so didn’t post.

Someone has done the research. Not good.

There is a wildly statistically-significant skew in the death rate from Covid-19 vaccines by lot number.

What originally got my attention was the tinfoil hat crowd screaming about lots being intentionally distributed to certain people to kill them — in other words certain Covid-19 vaccine lots were for all intents and purposes poisoned. That was wildly unlikely so I set out to disprove it and apply some broom handles to the tinfoil hatters heads. What I found, however, was both interesting and deeply disturbing.

Lots are quite large, especially when you’re dealing with 200 million people and 400 million doses. Assuming the lots are not preferentially assigned to certain cohorts (e.g. one goes to all nursing homes, etc) adverse reactions should thus be evenly distributed between lots; if they’re not one of these things is almost-certainly true:

There is a serious manufacturing quality problem or you produced something without understanding how it would work in the body and thus failed to control for something you had to in order to wind up with reproduceable results. That is, some lots are ok, others are contaminated, have too much or too little of the active ingredient in them, some produce wildly more spike-protein than others in the body when injected, etc.

    OR

Much worse, the lots are intentionally segregated to produce different results. This implies some sort of nefarious intent such as killing people on a differential basis or that the manufacturers are running unsanctioned experiments on a mass basis among the population at-large, since they know what is in each lot and intentionally varied the contents.

    OR

Perhaps worst of all, reports are now being intentionally suppressed, the injury and death rate hasn’t changed and there are lots with one of the two above problems but it is being intentionally not reported, having been detected almost-instantly and health providers were directed to not report anything serious (e.g. death) associated with the jabs.

So he wrote some code (which I can kind of read) and put the VAERS data thru it.

    And it’s bad.

Are you really going to try to tell me that a mass-produced and distributed jab has a roughly ten times adverse event rate between two lots and seventeen times the death rate between the same two, you can’t explain it by “older people getting one lot and not the other” and this is not a screaming indication that something that cannot be explained as random chance has occurred?

Mentally I LOVE the job, physically it is killing me.

When you get to my age if you ever have to get on the floor you better have a bloody good plan as to how to get back up again!

Looking forward to my shift tomorrow.

    I have a plan….

Being serious yesterday when moving a box I knocked a few small items off a shelf and those items fell on the floor behind a fixture. Got down on my hands and knees and reached in to retrieve the escaped items.

GOT THEM!!!! But now how the fuck do I get back up?

    @ Possum:

Now stop laughing. I was a medical student in a previous life and I know about dermatomes but that was so long ago that can’t remember which spinal nerve goes to where on the skin.

But Google is every amateur doctor’s friend!

When I got up off the floor the front of my right thigh had gone totally numb. Not the first time but has not happened for a while.

Look up which spinal nerves service the skin of the right thigh and behold L3 is responsible. The nerve L3 also controls muscles there too.

Hence the inability to get back up.

    The solution?

1, Go to the doctor, get referred to a specialist, have an MRI costing 10’s of thousands of dollars and then have surgery to correct what is wrong for a few thousand dollars more.

    or…

2, Be careful not to knock things of a shelf in future.

    Going with option 2

    @ Bunk X:
Due to my extensive medical knowledge LOL I have questions.

The human body, well in fact any mammal, has an immune system that identifies and attacks any proteins that should not be in it. Bacteria, viruses, a miss matched kidney transplant, the list is extensive.

The process is very complicated but as I understand it the antibodies are the first to attach to an alien protein and the last step is awesome thingies called macrophages arrive and engulf the blob consisting of nasty invader particles and antibodies wrapped around it.

Macrophages then destroy this alien protein. ( and I think they kind of destroy themselves in the process. Bit like a bomb disposal technician that gives its life to the cause )

This mRNA injection fools normal human cells to produce this ” spike protein ” which mimics a covid-19 infection and so the immune system then produces antibodies to stick to this spike protein and hang on to it until the clean up crew arrives.

So good so far. The same as a traditional vaccination is basically an introduction of inert or weakened virus particles that train the body to recognise that virus in the future and act quickly to produce the correct antibody to defeat the virus.

My question is, why is this artificially produced “spike protein” detected in people that have had the mRNA jab months ago?

Surely if it worked as advertised the antibodies should have attached themselves to it and it should have been destroyed shortly after, no spike protein should exist if the immune system was doing its job.

Or, maybe the immune system decided that this spike protein is not really a threat, compounded by the fact it was created by the body’s own healthy and normal cells.

It is only when a REAL covid-19 virus that is a combination of 28 different proteins ( I think ) enters the body and replicates that the immune system takes the threat seriously.

Anyway my feeling is that the mRNA injection causes a short term panic reaction of the immune system to take action but longer term the body accepts this spike protein as a friendly protein. Hence the fact that the “vaccinated” can still get and transmit covid-19.

This is true but also the reaction should have been in the form of a flu or cold. Not inflammation and pain (to an unnatural degree). That’s the sign of contamination. And you are absolutely right about the delay. Well this doesn’t sound good…….

This finding can only be described as a true “horror” in its implications. Stunning new research published in Viruses, part of the SARS-CoV-2 Host Cell Interactions edition of MDPI (Open Access Journals) reveals that vaccine spike proteins enter cell nuclei and wreak havoc on cells’ DNA repair mechanism, suppressing DNA repair by as much as 90%.

The research paper is entitled, “SARS–CoV–2 Spike Impairs DNA Damage Repair and Inhibits V(D)J Recombination In Vitro” and is authored by Hui Jiang and Ya-Fang Mei, at the Department of Molecular Biosciences, The Wenner–Gren Institute, Stockholm University, SE-10691 Stockholm, Sweden, and the Department of Clinical Microbiology, Virology, Umeå University, SE-90185 Umeå, Sweden, respectively.

a copy of the research paper in a PDF document on NN servers at this URL:
    https://www.naturalnews.com/files/viruses-13-02056-v2.pdf

In the conclusion of the paper, authors write, “We found that the spike protein markedly inhibited both BRCA1 and 53BP1 foci formation (Figure 3D–G). Together, these data show that the SARS–CoV–2 full–length spike protein inhibits DNA damage repair by hindering DNA repair protein recruitment.”

The DNA repair mechanism, known as NHEJ (Non-Homologous End Joining) is a kind of intracellular “emergency response” system that repairs double-stranded DNA breaks. Without the NHEJ mechanism, all advanced multi-cellular life would cease to exist. No human being, animal or plant can survive with the integrity of its genetic code being protected and constantly repaired through multiple mechanisms.

DNA damage can be caused by exposure to radiation, chemicals found in foods and personal care products, or even exposure to mammography equipment. Excessive sunlight exposure can also cause DNA breaks, and minor DNA mutations occur spontaneously in all living organisms. Airline pilots, for example, are routinely exposed to ionizing radiation due to flying at altitude.

In a normal, healthy person, the NHEJ mechanism repairs the DNA and prevents a pathogenic mutation from occurring. But in the presence of the vaccine spike protein, NHEJ effectiveness is suppressed by as much as 90%, meaning it is unable to do its job due to the suppressed ability to recruit proteins for repair.

As a result, the following “errors” are introduced into chromosomes inside the nuclei of human cells, all due to the presence of the spike protein from mRNA vaccines:

Mutations or “errors” in the genetic sequence.
DELETIONS of entire segments of genetic code.
    INSERTIONS of incorrect segments.
Mixing and matching / permutations of genetic code.
These errors, when expressed through cell division and replication, result in:

An explosion of cancer and cancer tumors throughout the body
Loss of production of immune system B and T cells (i.e. induced immunodeficiency)
    Autoimmune disorders
Accelerated aging and reduced telomere length
Loss of functioning of complex organ systems such as circulatory, neurological, endocrine, muskuloskeletal, etc.
Cellular damage resembling radiation poisoning as cells destroy themselves from within
Many of these effects are, of course, fatal. Others will burden vaccine victims with horrendous debilitating injuries and organ malfunctions that will require a lifetime of medical intervention.

Spike protein goes into the nucleus of the cell
    From the paper linked above:

Mechanistically, we found that the spike protein localizes in the nucleus and inhibits DNA damage repair by impeding key DNA repair protein BRCA1 and 53BP1 recruitment to the damage site.

This means that the spike protein, which is generated in cell ribosomes after the cells have been hijacked by mRNA vaccines, doesn’t always leave the cell and enter the bloodstream as we are told by mRNA vaccine proponents. In some cases, the spike protein enters the cell nucleus. There, it interferes with the DNA repair mechanism as described throughout this article.

“Surprisingly, we found the abundance of the spike protein in the nucleus (Figure 1A),” concluded study authors.

This means, without question, mRNA vaccines result in chromosomal alterations in the body’s cells. It is confirmation that such vaccines are, indeed, wreaking havoc with genetic integrity and are exhibiting side effects that have not been anticipated or described by mRNA vaccine proponents.

Dr. Thomas Levy writes about the toxicity of the spike protein on Orthomolecular.org:

Concern has been raised regarding the dissemination of the spike protein throughout the body after vaccination. Rather than staying localized at the injection site in order to provoke the immune response and nothing more, spike protein presence has been detected throughout the body of some vaccinated individuals. Furthermore, it appears that some of the circulating spike proteins simply bind the ACE2 receptors without entering the cell, inducing an autoimmune response to the entire cell-spike protein entity. Depending on the cell type that binds the spike protein, any of a number of autoimmune medical conditions can result.

More alarmingly, Dr. Levy explains that current evidence shows the spike protein continues to produced in the body, following the initial mRNA injection. He explains:

While the underlying pathology remains to be completely defined, one explanation for the problems with thrombotic tendencies and other symptomatology seen with chronic COVID and post-vaccination patients relates directly to the persistent presence of the spike protein part of the coronavirus. Some reports assert that the spike protein can continue to be produced after the initial binding to the ACE2 receptors and entry into some of the cells that it initially targets. The clinical pictures of chronic COVID and post-vaccine toxicity appear very similar, and both are likely due to this continued presence, and body-wide dissemination, of the spike protein (Mendelson et al., 2020; Aucott and Rebman, 2021; Levy, 2021; Raveendran, 2021).

Full-length spike protein resulted in the greatest suppression of NHEJ DNA repair mechanism
See the figures below. SARS-CoV-2 viral fragments are named “Nsp1, Nsp5” and so on. The full-length spike is called “Spike” and the nucleocapsid — another structural part of the whole spike protein pathogen — is identified separately.

    From the study:

Overexpression of Nsp1, Nsp5, Nsp13, Nsp14, and spike proteins diminished the efficiencies of both HR and NHEJ repair (Figure 1B–E and Figure S2A,B).

Figures C and E show the suppression of NHEJ repair by these various portions of viral fragments. (See the blue vertical graph lines representing activity / efficiency levels of the DNA repair mechanism).

What these data show is that the greatest suppression of NHEJ activity is measured when the full spike protein is present. From the study:

Together, these data show that the SARS–CoV–2 full–length spike protein inhibits DNA damage repair by hindering DNA repair protein recruitment.

This is the spike protein that’s generated by the body’s own cells after being injected with an mRNA vaccine:

In figure 2, below, we see that the suppression of NHEJ activity exhibits a dose-dependent response to the presence of spike protein (figures 2B and 2C). This indicates that the more spike proteins are present, the greater the suppression of DNA repair:

The bottom right figure, 2G, shows how the presence of the spike protein inhibits DNA repair following various insults to the DNA, such as radiation, chemical exposure or oxidation. Importantly, as the study authors explain:

Following different DNA damage treatments, such as ?–irradiation, doxorubicin treatment, and H2O2 treatment, there is less repair in the presence of the spike protein (Figure 2F,G). Together, these data demonstrate that the spike protein directly affects DNA repair in the nucleus.

5G exposure, chemtrail exposure, food chemical exposure, mammography and even sunlight exposure will wreak havoc in those who have taken mRNA vaccines
The horrifying upshot of this finding is that people who have taken mRNA vaccines will experience suppressed DNA repair, escalating exposures that were once thought to be minor issues to significant threats to their health.

In other words, people exposed to 5G radiation, mammography exams, plasticizer chemicals in food products, and carcinogens in personal care products (laundry detergents, perfumes, shampoos, skin lotions, etc.) will be unable to repair the DNA damage caused by those exposures. Following relatively small exposures, they will begin to mutate and develop cancers throughout their bodies.

Don’t forget that 5G exposure results in peroxynitrite production in the blood, an extremely dangerous free radical that causes DNA damage in brain cells and tissue cells across the body.

This could even be described as a kind of binary weapon system where mRNA vaccines weaken DNA repair, and 5G exposure (or chemical exposure in the food supply) provides the weapon that breaks DNA strands and leads to the body being unable to maintain genetic integrity during cell replication. This doesn’t take long to be expressed in horrific physical ways, such as the attempted growing of internal organ tissues on the surface of the skin or face, which is why I have titled today’s Situation Update podcast, “Monsters, Zombies and Mutants.”

The presence of the spike protein interferes with normal immune function and leads to immunodeficiency (an AIDS-like condition)
This research also finds that spike proteins from mRNA vaccines can lead to immunodeficiency conditions, similar to AIDS. This is consistent with what we have previously reported about immune function dropping roughly 5% per week in those who have taken covid vaccines. From the study:

…[L]oss of function of key DNA repair proteins such as ATM, DNA–PKcs, 53BP1, et al., leads to defects in the NHEJ repair which inhibit the production of functional B and T cells, leading to immunodeficiency.

Immune function is also critically affected by the presence of the spike protein, potentially leading to cancerous mutations throughout the body’s cells. As the study explains:

DNA damage repair, especially NHEJ repair, is essential for V(D)J recombination, which lies at the core of B and T cell immunity.

    As Science Direct also explains:

Maintaining genomic integrity is imperative for the survival of an organism. Among different DNA damages, double-strand breaks (DSBs) are considered as most deleterious since they can lead to cell death if left unrepaired or chromosomal rearrangements when mis-repaired, leading to cancer.

Further, mutations in NHEJ genes including Ku70 and Ku80 have been associated with shortened life spans in mice [54]. In addition, defects in DNA-PKcs (DNA-dependent protein kinase) resulted in impaired telomere maintenance and shortened life span in mice [55]. Taken together, these lines of evidence suggest that NHEJ plays an important role in preventing age-related increase in genomic instability and functional decline.

In effect, this means the spike protein’s suppression of the NHEJ DNA repair mechanism also leads to reduced lifespan and accelerated aging.

By some estimates, 50% of the people injected with mRNA vaccines will be dead within five years. Now we have a deeper understanding of the mechanisms by which those vaccine-induced fatalities may occur.

This is amazing for its total lack of self-awareness. Not once do they mention their own part in gleefully pushing “what turned out to be Democratic-funded opposition research”:

Authorities Arrest Analyst Who Contributed to Steele Dossier

Igor Danchenko, a Russia analyst who worked with Christopher Steele, the author of a dossier of rumors and unproven assertions about Donald J. Trump, was taken into custody as part of the Durham investigation.

Federal authorities on Thursday arrested an analyst who in 2016 gathered leads about possible links between Donald J. Trump and Russia for what turned out to be Democratic-funded opposition research, according to people familiar with the matter.

The arrest of the analyst, Igor Danchenko, is part of the special counsel inquiry led by John H. Durham, who was appointed by the Trump administration to scrutinize the Russia investigation for any wrongdoing, the people said.

Mr. Danchenko, was the primary researcher of the so-called Steele dossier, a compendium of rumors and unproven assertions suggesting that Mr. Trump and his 2016 campaign were compromised by and conspiring with Russian intelligence officials in Moscow’s covert operation to help him defeat Hillary Clinton.

The people familiar with the matter spoke on condition of anonymity because the indictment of Mr. Danchenko had yet to be unsealed. A spokesman for Mr. Durham did not respond to a request for comment.

Some claims from the Steele dossier made their way into an F.B.I. wiretap application targeting a former Trump campaign adviser in October 2016. Other portions of it — particularly a salacious claim about a purported sex tape — caused a political and media firestorm when Buzzfeed published the materials in January 2017, shortly before Mr. Trump was sworn in.

Here is the Federal Register file for the OSHA mandate. It’s 490 pages. This link I’m posting is on the page that asks for comments on how it might go about imposing the mandate on employers w/FEWER THAN 100 employees.

I suggest we all comment telling them to fuck all the way off.

IIRC, the Heritage Foundation is already writing a lawsuit claiming OSHA doesn’t have the legal authority to mandate anything, this is beyond their legislative remit.

Bombshell stuff. Igor Danchenko received info from a Democratic PR executive that he then passed along to Chris Steele. He withheld that from the FBI. Danchenko also lied about receiving a phone call from Sergei Millian.

Overall, Danchenko faces five false statement charges:

Falsely denying he didn’t talk to the Democrat PR executive (Dolan) about the dossier allegations.

Falsely stating he took a 2016 call from Russian Sergei Millian (whom he says alleged a Trump/Russia conspiracy).

Falsely stating in another FBI interview that he took the 2016 call from Millian.

Falsely stating he talked to Millian more than once over the phone.

False in another FBI interview about his conversations with Millian.

Interesting. I question this chemtrail part.

But its been two months since I took the first jab. Not sure why I did it. I think just to see if it was helpful or not. Tim Pool of Timcast.com caught covid last week and said it was the worst. He obtained the kitchen sink monocolonal antibody treatment that Joe Rogan did and recovered fully and quickly. Ivermectin is part of the kitchen sink aftercare. Just need to start it as soon as you test positive. Scott Adams found a news link that revealed quick covid tests were held up by one single FDA employee who had a relationship with testing companies.

But my experience so far. I think I am glad I have some immunity from Covid due to my inability to access the kitchen sink treatment. All the medical staff in my area seem to be woke. That seems to be the real problem.

I notice I go through periods where I feel I have a heavy weight on me and I sleep more. Like today. That didn’t use to happen. There are times my heart will suddenly start to beat fast. And other times when I labor to breath more. And weird nerve things where I feel a small part of my body is reacting to be assaulted. It’s like an electric snap or jerk that doesn’t feel natural but seems to be relieving something. It started to bother me when I would eat cheddar cheese or some processed meats I normally consume. Almost immediate wave of not feeling well. Gonna have to drop the cold cuts and switch to goat cheese.

None of this at all was happening before the Moderna jab. I’m old and have a lot of wear and tear so your mileage with Moderna may vary.

    Cautionary karmic tale.

    Durham and the Clinton Dossier

A new indictment continues the slow unraveling of a 2016 political scandal.

The nation argued for five years over the infamous “Steele dossier,” the document on which the Federal Bureau of Investigation relied to investigate Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign. It should have been called the Clinton dossier.

Special counsel John Durham this week obtained an indictment of Igor Danchenko, a Russian who provided information for the dossier. Mr. Danchenko is charged with lying to the FBI, but the bigger story of the indictment is Democrats’ central role in every aspect of the dossier and the FBI investigation.

Never forget the original claim. According to the FBI, Democrats and the media, Mr. Trump harbored secret and nefarious ties with Russia. We knew that because—as Mother Jones explained in a 2016 article that became the reigning story line— Christopher Steele was a “credible source with a proven record of providing reliable, sensitive, and important information to the U.S. government.” He had come across “troubling” evidence of Trump collusion and brought it to U.S. law enforcement.

It took a year for congressional investigators to reveal the dossier had in fact been commissioned by the opposition-research firm Fusion GPS, working for the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton’s campaign. It took two more years for Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz to expose that Mr. Steele had relied on a Russian source who said he’d never expected Mr. Steele to present his info as facts, since most of it was “hearsay.” Two more years on, Mr. Durham’s indictment says this source—Mr. Danchenko—obtained material from a longtime Democratic operative who was active in the 2016 Clinton campaign. Clintonites here, Clintonites there, Trump “scandals” everywhere.

The revelation shouldn’t surprise us, given that Mr. Danchenko was never some high-level Russian in Moscow. From 2005 through 2010 he worked at the Washington-based Brookings Institution, a center-left think tank. Around the end of that employment, the indictment asserts, he was introduced to “PR Executive-1,” a Clinton crony who the New York Times confirmed is Charles Dolan.

Mr. Dolan has long been in Clinton circles, having served seven years as head of the Democratic Governors Association and state chairman of Bill Clinton’s 1992 and 1996 presidential campaigns. President Clinton appointed him to a State Department advisory commission, and the indictment notes he was an active “volunteer” on Mrs. Clinton’s 2016 campaign. He also had far more ties to Russians than anyone in Mr. Trump’s circle, having for eight years helped handle “global public relations for the Russian government” and throughout 2016 interacted frequently with senior Russian officials and Russian Embassy staff.

The indictment reveals that in August 2016, Mr. Danchenko asked Mr. Dolan for any “thought, rumor or allegation” regarding the summer’s resignation of Paul Manafort as Mr. Trump’s campaign manager. Mr. Danchenko explained he was working on a “project against Trump.” Mr. Dolan replied that he’d had a drink with a “GOP friend of mine who knows some of the players” and provided gossip. Sentences of this email appear nearly verbatim in the Steele dossier, though they are (hilariously) sourced to a “close associate of TRUMP.” To add farce to fantasy, the indictment says the Mr. Dolan later told the FBI he’d fabricated meeting a GOP friend and had simply passed on info he’d read in the press.

The indictment notes Mr. Dolan was connected to yet other people and events that appear in the dossier. He traveled to Moscow in June 2016 to plan a conference. He stayed at the Moscow Ritz-Carlton, where he met the general manager and staff and toured the presidential suite. The dossier’s ugliest accusation against Mr. Trump, which involves disgusting sexual acts, happens to be set in the Ritz-Carlton’s presidential suite and to mention the hotel manager and staff. Mr. Danchenko met with Mr. Dolan at the Moscow hotel on that trip. He flew soon after to London to provide information to Mr. Steele for his dossier.

The indictment flags meetings, emails and calls that suggests Mr. Dolan passed plenty of other information to Mr. Danchenko for the dossier. This includes information he might have obtained during visits to the Russian Embassy in Washington. (Did the Russians know where this was going?) Mr. Dolan was also in regular communication with Olga Galkina, another Russian who fed information to Mr. Danchenko for the dossier. Ms. Galkina noted in two separate emails that she was expecting Mr. Dolan to get her a State Department job in a Hillary Clinton administration.

The indictment alleges Mr. Danchenko lied about Mr. Dolan’s interaction with the dossier when the bureau belatedly tried to check the dossier’s accuracy. The indictment says all this deprived the FBI of the ability to learn about the “reliability, motivations, and potential bias” of the Democratic source. True, though this latest indictment again paints the FBI as either inept or biased.

According to the charges, Mr. Dolan told the FBI the Clinton campaign didn’t direct him and wasn’t aware of his dealings with Mr. Danchenko and that he didn’t know his info would land at the FBI. Maybe, though the indictment notes that one Dolan email in early 2017 expressed knowledge that Mr. Danchenko had supplied information to the dossier now in the news.

The Clinton dossier should go down as one of the biggest scandals in U.S. political history. Not just for the breadth of the con, but for the time it has taken to expose it.

Big banks all moving in. 2022 is the year it goes mainstream. Bitcoin (BTC) is the least risk to participate. Ethereum(ETH) is no 2. Everything else is riskier.

Blockchain — Is a like a cloud peer to peer spreadsheet or database. @naval describes it as a computer in the sky. Most commonly described as a ledger because it securely moves money from one person to another with no banking oversight and low fees. ( extremely high demand in poor countries)

A miner is a PC with a graphics card that solves programming problems in the blockchain that validate a single transaction in the ledger and also the security of the funds. Miners are rewarded for their work with tokens (cryptocurrencies) BTC miners get BTC tokens or coins for their work. Mining has become too expensive for a single computer

    Mining concepts.

(PoW) Proof of work. This is where the physical mining effort is tabulated in the blockchaiin.

(PoS) Proof of stake. This is where holder of coins spend them inside the coin ecosphere to validate transactions.

Gas Fees — This a one time surcharge on an Ethereum transaction. Where if you buy a gallon of milk from the blockchain a gas fee is added to cover the transaction fee cost. Same an an ATM fee. Some gas fees are exorbitant.

Wallet — is a software application that grants you an identity like a Social Security number and then will hold your cryptocurrencies so they can’t be stolen. Usally accompanied by a 12-24 word passphrase you have to copy and secure in several offline locations.

Exchange — The place to go to exchange real life dollars for virtual Bitcoin et all. Coinbase is the main one now. The Exchanges in the US are more highly regulated that in other countries.

Only 21 million Bitcoin are allowed to be created by the blockchain.

Ethereum 2.0 comes out in the summer of 2022 which moves their mining from proof of work to proof of stake which will reduce the time spent on energy.

Raoul Pal talks about inflation and Bitcoin well. I can’t describe it except that the crypto replaces fiat money and inflationary pressures. The demand for Bitcoin right now outpaces inflation. Where gold is weakening. Lot of smart people charts showing crypto as the best place to hold money of any type. It’s still the wild wild west though. Or like wildcatting oil wells. A lot of them will go bust. Bitcoin is the least risk to have issues.

My risk portfolio would be job, real estate, mutual funds, gold, guns and ammo, canned food, and crypto. Crypto can’t be taken from you unless you give someone your passphrase.

Crypto will be unavoidable. Lots of banks starting to roll into it. Sales Force just exposed their client list to a coin based on charity. It’s good to learn a little bit of it now rather than later.

Today has been a good day in some respects. I didn’t get to do the paperwork/research I need to do or clean the house in the way I need to do BUT..the fence has been secured so that Psycho Puppy cannot get out, under or over. And unless you know the new fencing is there, it’s practically invisible. 2 of the 3 gates are no longer operable. If you need one of those, ring the fucking doorbell and your kids aren’t coming in thru the gate from the community common area either. Psycho Puppy spent 2 hours trying to figure it out and gave up. She is finally safe.

The kitchen furniture arrived, it’s perfect, a portion of the garage has been reorganized to handle incoming/outgoing stuff.

Raoul Pal. A macro money hedge fund analyst who is a go to person on Youtube to gain a macro perspective of this money effort.

@naval on twitter. A widely regarded angel investor venture capitalist who has an expansive wisdom on how the world works digitally and financially.

All gaming and porn will be block chained in a few years.

Investors start out making crypto 1 percent of their risk portfolio then evaluating their risk preferences over time.

I understand why she did tho’. Schroeder had a kind of aura (media driven) at the time. I literally ran into Schroeder going to a meeting (this was back in the early 2000’s maybe 2005). She was out of office by then and a sad case. Her face was a mess. If you wanted a poster child for an alcoholic that was her. I don’t think she realized she had collided with me. She just sort of rolled off to the side and kept on going.

The quizzes take no personal data. They are inside coinbase. They are just little things that have you read info on different cryptos and then take tests on what you just learned. You get about 3 dollars in each type of crypto. It’s kind of like a starter pack for people for different types of crypto. Not sure what makes different types more valuable than other types other than public interest in one over another and what the crypto is used for. The educational stuff in coinbase explains a lot of it but I pretty much forget all of it as soon as I take the quizzes. I’m not really serious about it, just collect the money and that’s about it.

    Until you look at this

Something odd happened on the way to the October jobs report. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the US economy added 531,000 jobs last month, beating expectations and seemingly reversing a trend toward stagnation. However, BLS tacked on another 235,000 jobs in revisions to the previous two months, a strangely large revision that will have everyone across the political spectrum wondering what happened at BLS:

    @ eaglesoars:
Just passing through. That article mentions Legal Permanent Residents and Green Card holders. It is the same thing. A legal permanent resident ( LPR ) gets a card issued. It is actually green! And I digress, if anyone here has seen one or who knows someone that has one take a look at it. Make sure you do so with your strongest pair of reading glasses or a magnifying glass. It is a true work of art.

Anyway, to become an LPR you have, among other things, prove you have a desire to live and work in the USA and you INTEND to make the USA your permanent home.

Can a green card holder ever leave the USA? Well yes they can! On a TEMPORARY basis. No longer than a year, or LPR status will be deemed to have been abandoned. Also from what I remember making frequent trips outside of the USA can kiss goodbye to any chance of ever becoming a naturalized US citizen and also puts a person’s LPR status at risk.

My point is how can there be so many LPRs in Afghanistan with their families? You cannot get a green card if you didn’t intend to live in the USA permanently.

I know, normal procedure is to apply for, and if successful get, a green card before moving to the USA permanently. Looks to me like many of these green card holders were granted LPR when the shit hit the fan in August. Until that happened these thousands now ” trapped ” in their homeland had no intention of immigrating to the USA.

Any legitimate green card holders there would have had homes and family in the USA and would have travelled to Afghanistan on a temporary basis. Any legitimate green card holders would have got the hell out of Afghanistan before August and come back HOME to the USA. The USA is where their HOME is.

( not as we see now arriving in the USA and staying in hotels etc )

Can’t Israel tell Biden to just fuck all the way off?

Joe Biden is looking to reverse the Trump administration’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital city. He plans to divide the city, not geographically but diplomatically by opening a Palestinian consulate in Jerusalem. This takes a giant step back from Trump’s recognition of Israel’s capital.

A consulate is simply a satellite office of an embassy. There’s already a US embassy in Jerusalem our embassy to Israel. There is no other country in which the United States maintains both an embassy and a consulate in the same city. Even stranger is that the embassy is to a country and the consulate in that country’s capital is for an entity that doesn’t accept that country should exist in the form it was established, as a Jewish State.

all by design. Nursing is always the #1 cost center in a hospital. Upward pressure on wages right now is big.

so, make a bunch quit or retire, declare an ‘national emergency’, import foreign nurses to drive down the wages.

“Hispanic” includes white europeans. “Latino” includes all peoples whose language is latin-based.
Since they’re talking about brown-skinned people, they’re referring to meztizos and natives of south and central America. The first Brazilians I ever met had red hair and freckles.

5G exposure, chemtrail exposure, food chemical exposure, mammography and even sunlight exposure will wreak havoc in those who have taken mRNA vaccines

    Yup

Chemtrails are BS because I caused plenty of ’em and I do NOT belong to some ‘super sekret’ agency poisoning the folks.

I also have serious doubts about 5G exposure as well. For a start the range of 5G is measured in hundreds of meters. There has been contaminated vaccines, mostly from German manufacture that had nano particles of Carbon but that says a lot about crappy manufacturing standards.

The most logical and likely answer most questions … are the obvious ones… mostly.
