JAN 1st:

#18 Minnesota v #12 Auburn 1:00 P… The Outback Bowl, ‘casue we all all love Bloomin’ Onions! Auburn is a 7 point favorite and cover.

#14 Michigan v #13 Alabama 1:00 PM…The Citrus Bowl… ‘Bama is a 7 point favorite and M has to win this, the Blue faithful will start to doubt Coach Harbaugh. He hasn’t beaten OSU and has under-performed. Tua is out for ‘Bama. Saban has to motivate the guys who thought that they would be national champions. I think M can cover.

#6 Oregon v #8 Wisconsin 5:00 PM…The Grandaddy of them ALL, The Rose bowl. The Ducks are 3 point favorites. Nope. W beats this spread.

#5 Georgia v #7 Baylor – Allstate Sugar Bowl – Wed, Jan 1, 8:45 PM ET…The Bulldogs are 5 point favorites and beat this spread.

NCAA Football Playoff Weekend and Bowls 2019 and OPEN

#17 Memphis v #10 Penn State 12:00 PM…The Nittany Lions are giving 7…They beat this spread. I’m sorry. 7????

#15 Notre Dame v Iowa State 12:00 PM…The Good Catholic Boys versus the farmers. 😉 ND is giving 3.5 in the Camping World Bowl. These two teams are both over 100 years old and have never met. That is hard to believe given their proximity. This would have been a perfect game for a rail road journey back in the day. ND covers.

And now it’s time to decide who gets to play in the Big Game.

#4 Oklahoma v #1 LSU 4:00 PM….The Chic-fil-A Peach bowl and Cfp Semifinal. The LSU offense is lights-out good. They are scary to watch. And they are giving 13.5. Man, that is a lot for a playoff game. ~~My bet is OU covers. If not, they get blown off the field.~~. LSU covers, i just can’t bet against this offense.

#3 Clemson at #2 Ohio State – Playstation Fiesta Bowl – Cfp Semifinal – Sat, Dec 28, 8:00 PM ET…Clemson is a 2 point dog. Look, if you want to watch one great college football game, a game for the ages, THIS IS IT. these are two complete teams and they match up perfectly because they have no weaknesses! This is going to come down to the odd bounce of the ball, a tipped pass, a long field goal missed….I’m down to looking at the kickers…and they are even! But, Clemson’s has one longer than OSU…Clemson covers.

Merry Christmas 2019!!! and a ‘Bread Making’ Open Post

I’m trying to get the crust on my bread just right and it is infuriating. This isnt a hard task! Man has been at this for thousands of years!

I am using a large Lodge Dutch Oven and doing this with fire outside on the grill. That said, this website is a great primer for this method. I haven’t pre-heated the Dutch Oven in the past but will try it now.
