Mitt Romney keeps bragging about his experience in the private sector. He brags about his knowledge of job creation. The truth is at his years at Bain Capital, Romney bought out companies and shipped the jobs overseas. They engaged in vampire economics. One of Rick Perry’s aides takes a shot at Romney’s years at Bain Capital.

Asked about the Romney talking point that he knows “the real economy,” Perry said, “I’m thinking Texas is the real economy.”

Perry’s chief strategist, David Carney, went further, suggesting in an interview that the Perry campaign would try to cast Romney as a heartless hedge fund executive.

“I don’t think the country is looking for somebody to be a buyout specialist,” Carney said.

Bain Capital destroyed the livelihoods of many Americans and killed the economic vitality of many towns in the Midwest. This is a vulnerability for Romney. His past deeds are now catching up to haunt them.

Bain Capital: Romney’s Achilles Heel

Mitt Romney claims job creation is his strength. The reality is it will be an albatross. During the 80’s and 90’s Bain Capital pioneered outsourcing of American jobs. They would buy medium companies that were doing well, ship out the jobs overseas and then sell it to a bigger form. This devastated Pennsylvania and Ohio, where Bain Capital is despised.

The Obama Regime’s battleplan against Romney is to point out, he destroyed American jobs.

A company that laid off hundreds of employees. A federal “bailout” to rescue a failing bank. Mitt Romney, at the center of it all.

It’s a story line from a tough Democratic ad that was teed up for use against Romney in his 1994 Senate campaign in Massachusetts. The spot, which was provided exclusively to POLITICO, never actually aired. But it’s all but certain that some version of its allegations will surface in the GOP primary or the general election, if Romney makes it that far.

When Romney challenged Sen. Ted Kennedy in 1994, it was his connection to those two companies that played a significant role in sinking his campaign as Democrats tied him to plant closings and worker firings.

In 2012, those familiar attacks from his past are likely to take on a new potency: Bain Capital’s involvement in mass layoffs is likely to haunt Romney in a campaign focused on jobs. Other episodes, such as the claims that Romney benefited from a federal bank rescue, could ignite anew.

Although Obama has a bad economic record, he wants to muddle that issue. Romney’s Bain Capital ties will neutralize Romney on the economy. Then it will be a battle of personalities. A battle Obama would win.

Mitt Romney: Job Killer

The Progressive media is hyping Mitt Romney. They are claiming that jobs and the economy are his strength. This is not the case as therecords indicate. As head of Bain Capital, Mitt Romney specialized in buying out small and medium companies. He than would outsource the jobs and sell the company to a bigger one. The result is Bain Capital destroyed whole towns and many families. As Governor of Massachusetts, the state ranked 47th in job creation. Romney is a job killer, not creator.

You see, Romney made a Mittloadof cash using what’s known as a leveraged buyout. He’d buy a company with ‘money borrowed against their assets, groomed them to be sold off and in the interim collect huge management fees.’ Once Mitt had control of the company, he’d cut frivolous spending like jobs, workers, employees, and jobs. Just like America’s sweetheart, Gordon Gecko. […]

“Because Mitt Romney knows just how to trim the fat. He rescued businesses like Dade Behring, Stage Stories, American Pad and Paper, and GS Industries, then his company sold them for a profit of $578 million after which all of those firms declared bankruptcy. Which sounds bad, but don’t worry, almost no one worked there anymore

[….]

Complicating matters, during Romney’s only service in public office, his state’s record on job creation was “one of the worst in the country.” Adding insult to injury, “By the end of his four years in office, Massachusetts had squeezed out a net gain in payroll jobs of just 1 percent, compared with job growth of 5.3 percent for the nation as a whole.”

How bad is Romney’s record? During his tenure, Massachusetts ranked 47th out of 50 statesin jobs growth.

Nice track record there Mittens. If I know Romney’s true record, you don’t think Obama does?

Mitt Romney declares 2012 Candidacy

Liberal Rockefeller Republican Mitt Romney has declared his bid for the 2012 GOP nomination. He starts off with 2 albatrosses around his neck. Romneycare and his years at Bain Capital will be used against him. He is not liked by the Conservative base and many will do all to stop him.

When Mitt Romney launches his second presidential campaign Thursday on a rolling New Hampshire hayfield, notably absent will be a number of endorsers, donors and advisers from his 2008 bid who, for personal and professional reasons, have not committed to his 2012 effort.

After running what was widely considered an unfocused and bloated campaign in 2008, the former Massachusetts governor is returning to the presidential sweepstakes with a more tightly knit team. But his new world isn’t entirely by design: Some of the people who surrounded him in 2008 said they have begged off Romney 2.0 because, as much as they like and respect him, they are not convinced he can survive the Republican primary and beat President Obama.

Barack Hussein Obama is salivating the prospect of  Romney as his opponent. Romney made money at Bain Capital by buying out money making small and medium businesses. Then he would outsource the job and sell the companies for a profit. He is responsible for the loss of jobs in Pennsylvania, Ohio and north Carolina. Should he be the 2012 GOP nominee, the Republicans can write off those 3 states as well as Florida.

Romney also has a soft spot for Islam and has ties to the House of Saud. He would be a continuation of the failed Bush style Republicanism. Republicans can do batter than this clown.
