The Unholy Trinity remains United on Libya

During WWII the alliance of the US, the UK and France fought and defeated the evil German Progressive ideology of Nazism. Now 70 years later these three nations are the villains. They have launched an unnecessary war of aggression against Libya. It’s leader Col. Qaddafi was cooperating with the West against Al-Qaeda. However, because a French oil company was fined, the Rafael fighter contract was rejected and Sarkozy wanted to get re-elected we are openly assisting Al-Qaeda, Hizb’ALlah and their Libyan lackies to establish an Islamic state in Libya. This ten years after September 11th.

WASHINGTON – The United States, Britain and France are pledging to keep up the military campaign in Libya until leader Moammar Gadhafi leaves, a display of unity despite European complaints about the low-profile U.S. role.

In a joint declaration, President Barack Obama, British Prime Minister David Cameron and French President Nicolas Sarkozy say they will not stop the campaign and will “remain united.” Writing in a newspaper opinion piece, the three leaders said their mandate under a United Nations Security Council resolution is to protect civilians in Libya.

“It is not to remove Gadhafi by force,” they wrote. The declaration will be published in Friday’s editions of the International Herald Tribune, Le Figaro and the Times of London.

The joint piece comes as French and British officials have been calling for more strikes by their NATO allies against Gadhafi forces.

What’s left of the WWII generation must be weeping seeing the US, UK and France on the side of evil in the world. We once fought totalitarianism, now we are fighting for it? Real enemies like the Ayatollah regime of Iran, the Somali pirates and Hugo Chavez go unpunished. While an ally, like Qaddafi, gets attacked. The world is upside and I believe history will call this the West’s darkest hour.

Qaddafi’s forces enter Ajdabiya

The Popular Uprising in Libya is on the ropes. Forces loyal to Col. Mumar Qaddafi have entered the strategic city of Ajdabiya.

AJDABIYAH, Libya (Reuters) – Muammar Gaddafi’s artillery heavily bombarded Ajdabiyah and his forces forced their way inside on Sunday in their most determined assault on the strategic eastern town for at least a week.

Rebels cowered in alleyways from sustained artillery, rocket and small-arms fire and appeared to be losing control of the town, which is gateway to their stronghold of Benghazi 150 km (90 miles) up the Mediterranean coast to the north.

Ajdabiyah had been the launch point for insurgents during a week-long fight for the oil port of Brega further west and its fall would be a serious loss.

If the city falls, this will be a huge blow to the AL-Qaeda linked rebels. It will also be a setback for the Global progressive-Islamic Axis.

Libyan Rebels now seek separate state

The Libyan Popular Uprising has hit a snag. Col. Mumar Qaddafi refuses to submit to the Al-Qaeda linked rebels. Now that NATO’s air-strikes haven’t beaten Qaddafi, there is talk of making the  controlled areas of Libya a separate state.

BENGHAZI, Libya — “One Libya, with Tripoli as its capital” is spray-painted on walls around this rebel city and glides off the tongues of opposition leaders. Moammar Gaddafi will fall in a week, they predict, two at the most, and they’ll build a new country then.

But as weeks stretch into months and progress on the battlefield stalls, this rebel-held area of Libya is settling into its status as a de facto separate state.

Since the February uprising that ended Gaddafi’s rule here, schools and many businesses have remained closed. But police are back on the streets, hospitals are functioning and shops are slowly reopening. Behind the scenes, opposition leaders are feverishly courting international partners as they work to set up a political and economic system for a period of division that some quietly admit may stretch on indefinitely.

The Progressive-Islamic Axis is suffered a blow in Libya. Since they can’t defeat Qaddafi, now they want to dismember Libya.

When the Libyan “Popular Uprising” began back in February, many of us here at the Blogmocracy knew something was fishy. Other prominent Conservative blogs like Hot Air, plus websites like National Review and Weekly Standard, were all calling for intervention Libya. This blog proudly was the only Conservative blog at the time that didn’t repeat the RNC talking points. We said: “stop, something fishy is going on”.

Our resident Jihadi expert, Philip Daniels pointed out there were reports that Al-Qaeda created an Emirate in Eastern Libya. Many were doubtful of this. I knew that Philip was correct and did the following post that same day.
