Oakland’s playing San Diego tonight. Football Savant Offspring is upset because he has to be at work at 1:00 a.m. so beer drinking will be to a minimum and considering he’s an Oakland fan, this won’t be pretty. The good news is that means the BIG TV is MINE on Sunday!!

Here’s my take. I figure that the team in black created a special position just for Number 17: Offensive Dorkback. Judging by the rest of the team’s reaction, this particular post-game play was created just for him as well, and he executes it perfectly.

Awesome action this weekend, complete with fumbles, flags, interceptions and touchdowns, and everyone is twittering about what the final outcome will be. Of course the season’s not over yet and it’s too soon to tell who’s going to be drinking champagne and who’s gonna be stuck wearing pancake makeup.
One thing’s for sure, there’s gonna be a mess to clean up in the Blogmocracy Rec Room once it’s all over and done with… but it’s not over until WE say it is, on The Overnight Open Thread.
