Chris Matthews: “He came to us today”

ObamaMatthews

Progressives are still pushing the Obama as an Esoteric god-king. Chris Matthews who once called Obama “the perfect man” took it a step further. He discussed being in awe how Obama was among reporters as if he was a mystical deity blessing them with his very essence.

The media’s adoration of Obama as a man-god is one reason I am not taking comfort with his current low ratings. Any improvement in the economy no matter how miniscule will get labeled a boom. Obama still has the State of the Union speech where he can once again make Americans fall in love with him. Obama is not a normal politician, he’s a cultural Esoteric symbol and that is why he is very dangerous. Do not count Obama out politically, too many Americans are like Chris Matthews literally view him as a god.

This picture is accurate in describing the media’s adulation of their fake god-king Obama.

Political Cartoons by Michael Ramirez

With the plethora of, “phony scandals,” now encircling the Oval Office, our President has decided finally, for the 841st time, he will, “pivot his attention towards the economy.” Which means I guess, that when he said during several dozen of his campaign stops for the 2012 election, that his first thought upon awakening in the morning and his last thought before being overtaken by sleep each night was on the plight of those of us living with the consequences of the economic policies of his agenda, those were indeed the only two times per day being spent on that particular bugaboo.

The good news in all of this my fellow patriots is that no matter what happens in 2016, we now have less time of an Obama Presidency ahead of us, than we have behind us. The hump has been passed, and we are all still alive, with not one single Constitutional Amendment ratified by this Marxist man child President. Yes, I’m still clinging bitterly to my belief that this unfortunate fundamental transformation of America has not been so fundamental after all. My evidence for that was yesterday’s umpteenth nationally televised speech delivered by our Chief Executive Zero, which did contain some fundamental differences, subtle as they may have been.

Not once during yesterday’s 66 minute demonstration on how to effectively use a teleprompter, did our national nightmare promise to get to the bottom of anything. He took the more juvenile route of feigning righteous indignation instead. He referred to the very real stench of corruption that has now enveloped his Administration as the distraction of, “phony scandal,” ginned up as a ruse for the nefarious purpose of keeping him from being able to roll up his sleeves and fix our broken economy. At least George W. Bush has something else now to share his blame, something which he still received plenty of.

Those of you with adult memories, please rewind your minds to those more innocent times of just a couple of months ago. When the IRS non scandal broke, Barack Obama brought his entire office staff of minions out with him for his daily presser promising to get to the bottom of what ever he was getting to the bottom of that day, and he fired a career Cincinnati IRS employee who was retiring at the end of the week anyhow. The Kabuki Theater production of our current Administration provided plenty of photo ops of his office minions giving each other high fives in supposed celebration of having ended the corruption that obviously must have been George Bush’s fault. I guess what the Bamster would have us believe, is that this obviously staged bit of theatrics was real, while the scandal itself was phony.

In terms of substance, nothing changed of course. Our President promised once again, that cannibalizing our national wealth through boondoggle redistribution schemes and basically flushing once again, a cool Trillion bones out into the Potomac River, would magically lead us to the promised land of prosperity where other more enlightened bureaucrats would be able to determine what life style we mere mortals would be allowed to enjoy. What did change was the pregame trash talking. The day before his best speech evah! redux, our man child President groused that he’s given speeches before, and gosh darn it, it never really had the magical effects of seeing the problems solved.

I’ll give you a moment to soak that in. Somewhere, our current President got it into his head that all a President does is read words prewritten for him off of a teleprompter. No wonder his Administration has shown such epic incompetence. His personal belief in terms of foreign policy was and is that when we went about the business of projecting American weakness abroad, all who wished to coexist with us in this world will throw down their arms in a sign of kumbayah solidarity. So, since he gave a speech saying it, it was incumbent upon the forces of magic that control his unicorn infested world to make his wish a reality. For Benghazi you see, is not a scandal that included the Bamster and Hillary performing the cold blooded political calculus that it would be more beneficial for them to have American Diplomats perish, rather than highlight the idiocy of his foreign policy. It is simply a matter of the magic fairy dust manufacturers not providing him with a solution that he clearly laid out in a speech.

Our unemployment rate, when all those who stopped looking for work are considered, along with those who have accepted part time gigs since full time employment has been deemed too gosh darned expensive due to Obamacare, remains around an eye popping 15%. That’s not Barack Obama’s fault however, since he very clearly gave a number of speeches in which he stated that he wants Americans to be able to find high paying full time jobs, should they want them. It is the fault of the Unicorns for not making his every utterance a reality.

Barack Obama reads those words off of the teleprompter perhaps better than any other President in our history, it’s just too bad that this still translates into nothing else, besides being the hit of the party at a Toastmasters morning meet.

I didn’t spend a lot of time on the actual economics of Barack’s speech because quite frankly, it’s getting old, and has been such for some time. Class warfare, mixed with a healthy dose of wealth redistribution, coupled with outright payoffs to political cronies hidden within the irresponsible practice of Keynesian spending without constraint, that pretty much sums it up. I’ve gone through the motions of dissecting that before, and nothing has really changed. Suffice it to say that it has never worked in the real world, no matter how good an academic case for it may be possible to state. Of course thanks to Detroit, we get to see the inevitable end game, which by he way is pretty much what the former Soviet Union and East Germany resembled after 80 years as well. (Less time for East Germany, who only had the post WWII years to participate in this sad little experiment.)

Washington Democrats might be turning on the god-king

Obamacrumbles

Obama whether Conservatives like it or not, is a cultural icon. No matter what he does, the American people support him and trust him. But recent scandals are turning many Democrats in Washington against him. Obama’s arrogance and cult following never sat well with many Establishment Democrats. Now that scandals are occuring, some of them might be turning on the god-king.

The town is turning on President Obama — and this is very bad news for this White House.

Republicans have waited five years for the moment to put the screws to Obama — and they have one-third of all congressional committees on the case now. Establishment Democrats, never big fans of this president to begin with, are starting to speak out. And reporters are tripping over themselves to condemn lies, bullying and shadiness in the Obama administration.

Obama’s aloof mien and holier-than-thou rhetoric have left him with little reservoir of good will, even among Democrats. And the press, after years of being accused of being soft on Obama while being berated by West Wing aides on matters big and small, now has every incentive to be as ruthless as can be.

This White House’s instinctive petulance, arrogance and defensiveness have all worked to isolate Obama at a time when he most needs a support system. “It feel like they don’t know what they’re here to do,” a former senior Obama administration official said. “When there’s no narrative, stuff like this consumes you.”

Republican outrage is predictable, maybe even manageable. Democratic outrage is not.

The best thing Republicans can do is just let the facts come out and let the chips fall where they may. If they start with hyperbole and hysteria, the public will tune out these scandals. Jon Stewart going after Obama has more impact on the public than Rush Limbaugh ranting. Death by a 1000 cuts is a better strategy than an attempted knock out blow that too many Conservatives think they will achieve.

Obama is NOT a normal politician. He’s a cultural icon and has a hold on the majority of Americans whether we like it or not. Its best for the Right to let the Regime self destruct as they appear to be.
