Watch Salaried Obama Campaign Workers Actively Encourage Voter Fraud

A couple of caveats with this one. First off, these Organizing for America paid staffers have to be led to the point of committing felonies, if only gently directed to that point. That does not excuse their behavior in the slightest, but it does allow the argument that this is not so much a smoking gun as it is a smoldering coal which is capable of starting a fire if allowed to fester unchallenged. I realize that this is a weak argument, but there is still a distinction here. The crime to be committed was mentioned first by the Veritas team, does not require any actual participation by the Obama team, and we still do not have any idea as to what kinds of conversations go on in the smoke filled rooms of the party bosses. Secondly, O’Keefe in the past has teased with little nibbles of his stings, and when the vigorous defenses were proffered of these events being isolated incidents, or he didn’t show where we threw him out, or what ever the lies of the day seemed to be, he would drop the full footage as a bomb to disprove every piece of the aforementioned denials. This has that, “more to come,” feel to it.

At the very least, I would have expected that at least one adult with a working ethical standard be employed somewhere in the Obama Campaign. In each of these instances where people are professing an intent to commit voter fraud, something the Democrats have spent millions of dollars in an effort to convince every court in the land does not exist, the paid Democrat operatives are not only negligent in their failure to put a stop to the fraud, but are excited by the idea and offer to help out. O’Keefe also highlights something else in this video that I hope gets more attention in his follow up videos. Towards the end, notice that he is no longer visiting the Obama Campaign, but local election boards, who are ostensibly neutral. When his team claims to be Democrat supporters intending to perpetrate a fraud in order to get the Democrat elected, they are told to, “take as many registration forms as you wish.” When his team visits the same nonpartisan voting registration drive run by the same local election boards claiming to be Republican supporters, they are told that the registration forms are too valuable to be allowed to leave the local office. Bear in mind that these are the same people who will be counting the votes and determine our results.

To my fellow members of the political right, we need to place our own volunteers within the local election boards. As Joseph Stalin once famously mused, its not the vote itself that matters, but who counts those votes that matters. For proof of this, just ask the good people of Venezuela, who are now afflicted with a third Hugo Chavez term, in a nation by the way that formerly had a two term limit included in its national constitution. Someone who is honest should be at each polling place, if only to observe the proceedings in order to insure accuracy in the results.

And did your cat have difficulty getting a valid photo ID?

VA Org Mailing Voter Registration Forms Based on Partisan Firm Catalist’s Data

by Hans von Spakovsky 25 Jul 2012

Scene from voterparticipation.org video

On July 5, Breitbart News reported on the Justice Department hiring the “explicitly partisan Democratic data company” Catalist to provide data on registered voters in Texas who supposedly lack photo ID to justify its opposition to the state’s voter ID law.

Now, the state of Virginia is having problems with a non-profit group, the Voter Participation Center, that has been sending voter registration forms to Virginia residents “addressed to dead relatives, children, family members in other states, non-U.S. citizens, people with similar names, existing registered voters and residents’ cats and dogs.” And who does the non-profit say it got its data from? The same firm used in the Texas case: Catalist.

Texas and its experts virtually demolished the Justice Department’s case in the ongoing litigation in Washington. The state pointed out all of the errors in the list of Texas voters that the Justice Department claimed did not have any ID, which included more than 50,000 dead voters and hundreds of thousands of registered voters, such as former President George Bush and Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, who actually do have a driver’s license. The data used by the Justice Department was fatally flawed.

The Virginia State Board of Elections (SBE) sent a letter on July 2 to the attorney representing the Voter Participation Center (VPC). The VPC’s stated purpose is “developing new ways to enfranchise and empower the historically under-represented groups that now comprise the new American electorate.” The VPC faults conservative activists on its website for “raising false and groundless claims about fraud.” Its staff includes the former caucus director of North Carolina state house Democrats, a former manager from Al Gore’s Alliance for Climate Protection, an Obama White House staffer, and a former campaign field organizer for Obama for America.

VPC has been mailing tens of thousands of registration forms in Virginia, already completed with a person’s name and address, prompting many complaints to the SBE. According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, the Virginia “residents” receiving pre-completed registration forms from VPC have included a Virginia Beach woman’s pet cat and a Bedford County man’s dead dog. Others went to a Hanover County resident’s grandmother who has been dead since 2006; an 8-month old infant who had died; a resident’s daughter who had never lived in Virginia; a resident’s dead husband; a non-citizen; and another resident’s mother who died in 1988 and never lived in Virginia. Apparently, VPC has sent out 5 million registration forms nationwide and 112,000 in Virginia just in June.

The July 2 SBE letter expressed its concerns over VPC sending out thousands of applications to ineligible voters in Virginia. Those forms violated Virginia election law by pre-filling out the name and address of eligible voters; Virginia residents are supposed to fill out this information themselves. The letter also criticized the “unnecessarily flippant manner” shown by the VPC when it started getting complaints about its mailings going to pets and dead voters. In fact, VPC posted a video on its website showing a dog talking to a cat playing with a registration form, with the dog saying, “There are humans getting folks all upset when someone’s pet gets an application in the mail to vote. They want to shut down voter-registration before a bunch of people they might not agree with get a vote.” VPC was criticized by an editorial in the Richmond Times-Dispatch for making “light of this irresponsible behavior.”

More Evidence the Feds want illegal Votes to be Counted

From Fox News:

TALLAHASSEE, Fla – Federal authorities are demanding that Florida halt its push to remove ineligible voters from the voter rolls.

In a move that comes just months before the state could play a pivotal role in the 2012 presidential election, the U.S. Department of Justice contends that the state is violating federal law in its effort to identify and remove ineligible voters.

Read the whole thing. They want voter fraud. They are counting on it to win the election for them.

Voter Fraud, What Voter Fraud?

North Carolina’s turn to be uncomfortably placed under the lights this week. This version of the James O’Keefe gone wild video has a twist that others do not. Rather than just showing up at polling places and having the poll workers simply hand them ballots of people who they clearly were not, O’Keefe and company take the extraordinary step to find people on voting rolls who are not citizens, and yet found a way to be registered as legal voters. His team is also able to get the voting rights for dead people. As a special bonus, they get themselves an atta-boy from two Political Science Professors at the University of North Carolina, and an academic Dean of that same University, when they reveal the most ridiculous plans imaginable to commit voter fraud in order to help the cause of pushing the liberal agenda.

I laughed for a good 5 minutes on this one. The outfits worn by our actors had to have been the most obviously over the top creations of some deranged cartoonist. The accent from our young, “latino,” reminded me of Garrett Morris’ portrayal of Chico Esquela, a down and out former Major League Baseball Player. The garb warn by our Pol with the Russian name looked like the wardrobe worn by John Candy in some forgotten movie in which he appeared at his silliest. All of this of course is played against a backdrop in which our starring poll workers chose to ignore these obvious screaming red flags and insisted upon continuing to loudly proclaim that they wished to avoid even the most perfunctory attempts at preventing an easy to spot fraud, meant to disenfranchise the entirety of every legal citizen of North Carolina.

Part of me thinks that the marks may have caught on though. The O’Keefe team knows, or should know that as soon as they actually take a ballot from a poll worker, they are legally toast, and will do real jail time for their troubles. There are points in this video when the poll workers are insistent upon handing out the ballots and the young sting journalists are literally thrust into the position of being forced to accept them. At one point, I thought our ridiculous looking Pol. would be physically subdued in order to be forced to take ballot in hand. unintentional comedy gold.
