On another slightly related cooking post.
Corelle plates and dishes etc are really good. They are thin and microwave safe. The reason I mention thin is often when you microwave stuff the container gets hot before the food does.
Well I only have one plate and people make fun of it when I post my supper. It looks like a clock.
I have ordered a new dinner plate, plain white, so I can show off my creations.
Why order a new plate when the old one is OK but ugly you are all dying to ask?
The Corelle stuff is fine but from my experience after many hundreds of oven, microwave heating and cooling eventually the built up stresses become explosive.
Drop a plate or even tap it hard with a knife or fork or spoon and they shatter into thousands of tiny, sharp, pieces.
So better to throw one out before it gets that far.

Natasha is on the bed and the boys are outside trying to catch mice but they couldn’t even catch their own tails in a tornado.
I know cats. If a normal cat owner saw what Natasha was doing they would call whatever the 911 for emergency number for cats was.
I don’t she is not having an epileptic fit. The whole body spasms, the bearing of teeth, the all her legs and paws going nuts.
She is chasing an antelope or a mouse or something in her dreams.
It is both distressing to see a cat doing that, but also a quite happy thing.

As you all know I got an air fryer. A small one for $32 on sale. I could have got a bigger one for ten bucks more but that means more leftovers.
Anyway an air fryer means healthy food! Unfortunately some asshole posted a video of a tater tot casserole which was huge and no way can I make it because I would be eating it for weeks.
However I did get a big bag of the tater things. Them and a big bag of Italian meatballs. Handfull of each in the air fryer. 17 mins at 400F and served with mayo and ketchup.
