So! Ah-nold decides to take his nickname while he was in office in Sacramento and, lo and behold, turn it into a Comic Book!

But in the end, Schwarzenegger is settling for what he hopes is an even more iconic job: cartoon superhero. The former governor tells Entertainment Weekly he’s developing an animated TV show and comic book series called “The Governator,” based on–you guessed it–an ex-governor who moonlights as a secret superhero crime fighter.
“It takes my entire career, if it’s body building, if it’s acting, if it’s the governorship and combines it into one,” Schwarzenegger tells EW in a video posted on the magazine’s site. “The Governator is designed to fight crime, to fight natural disasters … this guy will jump and solve the problems.”

I guess this comic book stuff is the speed at which today’s young adults can comprehend. That’s yet another reason why we got Президент Обама.

Martin Luther King Jr. was born 15 January 1929. Its a shame that so many self-serving politicians and faux civil rights organizations have co-opted and distorted his legacy.

Note that the Democrats imposed segregation upon the black populace, and that the local whites opposed it.

Click on the image to read the whole publication. Sure, it’s simplistic, but the story is correct. Here’s an image that you’ve all seen as supposed evidence of white racism, usually in comparison to the Tea Party Movement:

Guess which party those folks belonged to? Hint: Not the GOP, regardless of what a certain lying ponytailed blogger promotes.

Now we’re not saying that Charles Johnson is a racist, or that he promotes racism, or that any of his commenters (like Killgore) are racists, but there’s something to be said about a one-time prominent blogger who distorts history, posts many comic book covers featuring no people of color, and falsely accuses others of being racists, and um, er, oh nevermind, because it’s time for The Overnight Open Thread!
