Hitler’s Jewish and Berber DNA

I’m really not shocked by this finding at all. When you look at Hitler he clearly had Non-Germanic blood in him. He wasn’t exactly the model of the Aryan he always admired. He was short, swarthy and actually did look Mediterranean. His obsession and hatred of Jews could possible have been he was ashamed of his roots and decided to wipe out Jews to make up for his inferiority. Usually the biggest hater of a people is one who comes from that stock.

Adolf Hitler may have owed more to the ‘subhuman’ races he tried to exterminate than to his ‘Aryan’ compatriots, according to new finding published in Belgium this week.

In research for the Flemish-language magazine Knack, journalist Jean-Paul Mulders traced Hitler’s living relatives in the Fuhrer’s native Austria, as well as the United States.

[…]

According to Mulders, Hitler’s dominant haplogroup, E1b1b, is relatively rare in Western Europe – but strongest in some 25 percent of Greeks and Sicilians, who apparently acquired the genes from Africa: Between 50 percent and 80 percent of North Africans share Hitler’s dominant group, which is especially prevalent among in the Berber tribes of Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, and Somalis.

More surprising still, perhaps, is that Hitler’s second most dominant haplogroup is the most common in Ashkenazi Jews.

Adolf Hitler was a Totalitarian Progressive and a vile character. He, along with Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot are examples of what happens when Progressivism has total power. Regardless of his ancestry he is a vile character and one who should always hated and not rehabilitated like Oliver Stone is planning.

Seems like one of two things happened at this zoo. Either a panda escaped into the reptile pen, or a cold-blooded croc decided to have it’s way with a warm-blooded mammal.

Oh yeah. It could happen. It’s common fodder for inane collegiate/stoner all-night bull sessions about the possibility of producing a human/chimpanzee hybrid, whether it could or should be done, and someone always points out that we share 99% of the same DNA as apes. BFD.

Considering that we also share a majority of genes with celery, and  70% of the same DNA with sea sponges, the discussion deteriorates from merely absurd to the level of  “What if a single atom in my fingernail were really a small universe, and pass me another cold one, dude” type intellectual depravity.

Yet come to think of it, I’ve met people who think and act more like celery and sponges, and you probably have as well, but you won’t find them here on an Overnight Open Thread.

In 1934, DNA was just a bunch of zebra lookin’ worms.

But mine isn’t, and yours aren’t likely to be either. These are the DNA of your parents and grandparents. Yep. Zebra worms. Deal with it.

This is an open thread.
