It has been a year since the senseless Islamic massacre in Mumbai, India and the horrible anti-semitic massacre against those in the Chabad House. From the Chabad website commemorating this tragedy:
In the course of their short lives, Rabbi Gavriel and Rivkah Holtzberg, Chabad emissaries in Mumbai, India, radiated love, kindness and inspiration to their surroundings.
With their cruel murder by forces of darkness, their light exploded into a million points of light that now illuminate across the globe.
Click their picture for a video regarding their lives, their kindness, and their mission.
Although the Holzberg’s murder is the most famous from that day, they unfortunately were not alone. Also, needlessly murdered at the Chabad House where Bentzion Kruman (Rabbi), Yocheved Orpaz (Grandmother), Norma Shvartzblat Rabinovich, Rabbi Aryeh Leibish Teitelbaum (Father of 8).
Those who wish to deny the particularity of Islam to these types of horric events tend to pass blame on all religion. Anyone being honest however knows the uncomfortable truth that this is not the case – all religions are not equal. The following is one, of many similar Jewish responses to the the murder of the Holtzergs. There were no Jewish retribution killings of innocents, no riots, no Embassy attacks, no calls for international holy war…
This is an open thread…but one in their memory of the victims of Islamic terrorism in Mumbai, India one year ago, and the memory of the thousands of innocent people unecessarily murdered by Islamic Terrorism and hatred throughout the ages.
