From a correspondent:

This is a very moving yet uplifting story about what ordinary people can do in extraordinary circumstances. This was such a sad time in our history…unfortunately the Americans, and indeed the western world, seem to forget too quickly and too easily.

We certainly were busy watching the news right after 9/11, but we never saw this…BOAT-LIFT OF 9/11… You know, in the 11 years since this happened, this is the first time I’ve ever seen this…I don’t even remember seeing/hearing about this evacuation on the news!

The fact is, it was all done in 9 hours… 500,000 people!

This is a video well worth watching. The guy at the end (same guy who is at the beginning) has some great words to live by for all of us.

Watch till the end. You won’t regret it. We will never forget what happened that day.

1389 Blog condemns anti-Sikh violence in no uncertain terms.

Balbar Singh Sodhi, 1949-2001
Thinking back to the originial 9-11 attack in 2001, you may remember a horrific and wildly misdirected backlash. Some moron in Texas wanted to get even with the Muslims for the hijacking and did so by killing a Sikh, Please listen to this podcast regarding the Wisconsin Sikh temple shooting.

I have had a number of encounters with Sikhs and cannot seem to remember a bad experience. Amongst all the non-Judaeo-Christian faiths, the Sikhs seem to be the opposite extreme of the radicalized Muslims. Sikhs respect all other faiths, while Muslims have shown little if any respect for Christians and Jews, their so-called “people of the book.” Of course, Muslim hatred for those of non-Abrahamic faiths, notably Hindus, Buddhists, and Sikhs, is legendary.

The Sikh faith is relatively new, having been in existence for less than 600 years, yet it has more adherents than Judaism. While Sikhs do hold doctrines that Christians do not accept, Sikhs also believe that we can be saved in our own faith. Compare that to our radical Muslim “friends” and it is clear that Sikhs pose no threat to us.

At the risk of overstating the obvious, violence against Sikhs does not further our counterjihad efforts.

If even one person who confuses Sikhs with Muslims and therefore supposes that harming Sikhs is somehow helpful to our cause, happens upon this blog post and changes his mind, it is worth sounding a little silly to those readers who already know better.

Please listen to this podcast regarding the Wisconsin Sikh temple shooting.

Rodan Note: Sikhs are wonderful human beings. I have had the pleasure of meeting many Sikhs. Their ancestors bravely fought Islamic invaders of India. Notice Neo-Nazis never target Muslims? That is because they are allies. I condemn this attack on a peaceful people who are proud Americans.

By Zenster, in response to YouTube: Mustards around the world mourn OBL (h/t: Gates of Vienna):

In the news report below you can watch a tiny minority of extremists pack the streets and public squares of cities all over the world to mourn the death of a madman who was not a Muslim, and promise to exact vengeance on his behalf.

Many thanks to Vlad Tepes for YouTubing this video:

Gregory: I don’t get it. How come people are saying that osama wasn’t a muslim?

Zenster: That is because, if the West has any brains, bin Laden essentially sounded the death knell for Islam. His premature and impetuous attacks upon the Western world unnecessarily risked awakening the sleeping giant long before the global Muslim community had summoned a fraction of the military might it actually needs to win the World War it has declared.

Far better to have stayed beneath radar and continued the massive infiltration and colonization program known as hijra than to have been dragged into an open war that Islam has no hope of winning.

The 9-11 atrocity came close to killing as many Americans as the soldiers who died during the attack on Pearl Harbor. It was the single worst loss of life in an act of war upon the continental United States and it is long overdue for Americans to recognize this atrocity for the declaration of Total War that it clearly was.

If the West wakes up in time and takes the 9-11, London and Madrid atrocities seriously; once this war is fought and over in earnest, the entire Muslim world, or at least what is left of it, will have learned to forever curse the name of Osama bin Laden.

Protesting the mosque at Ground Zero – September 11, 2010

Hey guys –

Okay – I’m filing this report a little tipsy and these are basically the EDL (English Defense League) takes New York photos because I was so utterly enchanted with their presence! They were in full effect and even though I didn’t have the nerve to talk to any of them much, I would like to take this opportunity to thank them from the bottom of my heart for coming here and showing solidarity with us. Cool T-shirts and swoon worthy accents aside, it was incredibly moving for me to see that these stalwart friends saw that our beacon was alight and they came, from so far away, to stand with us. We LOVE you!

As if cute Brits weren’t enough, this was an incredible rally. The speakers were impressive an inspiring. Geert Wilders (!) was just as amazing as expected, Congressional candidate from North Carolina Ilario Pantano , who I had never heard of, kicked ass and the video messages from John Bolton(!) and Andrew Breitbart were absolutely on target. The one that really sticks out, however, was Joseph Nassralla. He is a Coptic Christian from Egypt, by way of California, and he really knocked it out of the fucking park. I was in tears. (Not the first time this day, granted, but this was intense.) He was so passionate in his love of America. He kept exhorting us to ‘Wake Up’. He apologized for holding up the photograph of his friend who had been murdered on the steps of their church. He realistically wondered where he could go and be safe if America fell, the moon? He warned us about muslim lies and he told us, chillingly, that in ten years, it will be too late. We, of course, know this but to hear it from this man who really knows it and has seen the horror of it, just overwhelmed me. There were many other speakers, some famous, some not, but they were all good and they all made me proud to be an American.

I stayed until the end and then went to an Irish bar around the corner that was full of firefighters and got drunk. God Bless America!

p.s. My friends who were way in the back said there was heavy infiltration – sorry I don’t have any pictures of that stuff! I don’t know how I keep missing the ‘action’, but I will keep trying to find it! 🙂

p.p.s Thanks again EDL!!!
