Many on the Left thought they were going to destroy Marco Rubio over his drinking water during his response to Obama’s SOTU speech. Instead Rubio has turned the tables and is milking this incident for all is works. The Senator is now selling a water bottle in return for donations o his political action committee.

Just when you thought the Marco Rubio water bottle craze was over, the Freshman Senator is taking advantageous of the headlines by offering fans his very own branded water bottle – in exchange for a $25 donation to his political action committee.

“Quench your thirst for conservative leadership?” a note from Rubio’s Twitter account read. “Order a bottle now.”

Rubio’s Reclaim America Leadership PAC asks donors to, “send the liberal detractors a message that not only does Marco Rubio inspire you…he hydrates you too.”

Rubio is doing a reverse Alinsky. By mocking himself, he takes the sing out of the Progressive attack.

When Obama made appearances on shows like Pimp with a Limp, many Conservatives either attacked him for it or made fun of him. Well Obama had the last laugh as youth turnout was higher than expected and he got 60%. Both Rand Paul and Marco Rubio have no qualms appearing on pop culture shows or doing interviews outside of the Conservatives bubble.

In this case, Marco Rubio gets interviewed by Buzzfeed which is a Lefty outlet. In this wide ranging interview, Rubio discusses 90’s Hip Hip, today’s pop culture, Football injuries and other subjects.

Kudos to Marco Rubio to try and reach a new audience. More Republicans should emulate what Rubio and Rand Paul do and reach out to new audiences.

A new analysis by JZ Analytics, shows that Marco Rubio would get 48% of the Hispanic vote if he was the GOP nominee in 2016.

He’s already being treated like the 2016 GOP presidential front-runner, and now there is another reason Republicans are excitedly buzzing about Florida Sen. Marco Rubio: He alone would reverse the party’s slide among Hispanic voters.

A new nationwide poll from JZ Analytics found that Rubio would get 48 percent of the Hispanic vote, about twice what Mitt Romney won in 2012. Republican strategist told Secrets that a win among Latino voters that big would assure Rubio the presidency, since he would also likely keep the regular GOP base.

If this 48% held, that means Rubio would put Florida, Nevada, Colorado and New Mexico away.

i may disagree with Rubio on foreign policy, but agree with him on most issues. Realizing that republicans need to push an economic agenda that emphasizes economic opportunity for the middle class, Rubio comes up with a good idea. Instead of emphasizing a 4 year degree in useless degrees like 3rd World Transgender studies, trade school and other forms of learning that will give people a marketable skill.

WASHINGTON — Sen. Marco Rubio delivered a short speech about education on Wednesday, discussing the need to modernize education for a new century and ensure that students receive the skills necessary to succeed in the changing job market.

Speaking at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as part of a larger event on coordination between the business community and educational institutions, the likely 2016 presidential contender said that a “fundamental obstacle to economic progress is the skills gap that exists in our nation. The fact of the matter is that millions of our people do not have the skills that they need for the 21st century.”

“For the life of me, I don’t understand why we have stigmatized career education in this country,” Rubio said.

This is a great idea by Rubio and one the Republicans should embrace. This not only would help millions of Americans get marketable job skills, but it would assist in weakening the Education Industrial Complex. Kudos to the Senator on this issue. Now if he only stopped parroting John McCain on foreign policy!
