When is the murder of hundreds of living babies okay with liberals? When it’s done by an abortionist

“He (Dr. Kermit Gosnell) was charged with the murder of babies who were fully delivered; he induced labor, delivered the babies and then stuck a scissors in the back of their necks and mercilessly killed them. Their first breath was also their last.”– Lori Ziganto, writing on redstate.com

“As I understand it, this puts the burden on the attending physician who has determined, since they were performing this procedure, that, in fact, this is a nonviable fetus; that if that fetus, or child — however way you want to describe it — is now outside the mother’s womb and the doctor continues to think that it’s nonviable but there’s, let’s say, movement or some indication that, in fact, they’re not just coming out limp and dead…”

So said then-IL state Senator Barack Hussein Obama, debating a “Born Alive” bill in Illinois, which would require doctors who perform abortions to allow babies who survive the procedure to live.

I’m pro-life, but putting that aside, the amazing thing to me is that they actually needed a law for this. The bill, which would have required the abortionist to do everything medically possible to help this living human being survive, did not pass, due to the lib majority in the IL senate, including Obama. Obama had a problem with this bill, but not because the aborted baby was born alive, a living human being.

No, Obama could not have cared less, and would have allowed a living human being to die because the baby survived the abortion, and not give a damn whatsoever about that precious child.

Unbelievably, he was actually worried more about the “burden” on the abortionist, while not being the least bit concerned about the living baby.

Obama objected to the idea that babies born alive after surviving the attempted abortion are anything more than pre-viable fetuses, because as living human beings, they would be protected by the constitution.

And in his radical leftist mind, that would lead to the barring of and/or reduction of the number of abortions.

At least five babies spent their last hours left to die in the soiled utility closet at Christ Hospital in 2001 alone; one even managed to live for almost 8 hours. Untold numbers suffered the same fate while Barack Obama sat on legislation to stop these horrendous acts of infanticide.

What a disgusting, evil POS he is (FYI, Christ Hospital is affiliated with the liberal Evangelical Lutheran Church, not the Catholic Church).

Had you ever heard of this monster, Dr. Kermit Gosnell? Probably not, because the MSM is doing their best not to cover this. This POS medical doctor murderer is evil personified. He killed babies that were born alive by sticking a pair of scissors in the back of their necks and severing their spinal cords. Hundreds of them.

Most were black babies born to poor inner-city black women. These were living, breathing human beings that this monster killed. It’s premeditated murder, in my opinion, since he knew what he was doing and knew it would cause the death of these living human beings. For money. Some of the mothers of these babies he murdered also died from his evil actions. He’s no different than any other mass murderer. He should be executed after he is convicted.

Thanks to reprehensible leftist organizations, such as the fraudulently named Planned Parenthood, and the liberals and feminists who vociferously support it, and abortion on demand, the black population in America now is half of what it should be. Go back and read that sentence again.

Three quarters of abortion clinics are in inner-city areas, and 80% of abortions are done on black women.

But, of course, because libs are libs, don’t hold your breath waiting for race-bating poverty pimps, such as Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton, to protest this mass murder of black babies.

They, like most libs, don’t give a damn about the black children who were murdered by Gosnell, because they can’t blame the murders on Bush, Cheney, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin, or the Tea Party organizations.

Thanks to the liberals on the Supreme Court, who, in 1973, somehow interpreted that there’s a constitutional “right to privacy”, even though those words appear nowhere in the Constitution, approximately 55 million babies have been aborted.

Give credit to former Democrat governor Ed Rendell, who left office earlier this month, and said he was “flabbergasted” upon finding out about this atrocity, and current Republican Gov. Tom Corbett, who has ordered a thorough investigation as to why state and local agencies did not report Gosnell’s activities before now.

Michelle Malkin wrote about this a couple of days ago, as did Lori Ziganto at redstate.com, about this ghoul’s heinous actions, and about how liberals in Pennsylvania, including former Republican governor Tom Ridge, allowed it to happen, EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING!

The Philadelphia Horror: How mass murder gets a pass
By Michelle Malkin

The mainstream news reports about Philadelphia’s serial baby-killer Kermit Gosnell and his abortion clinic death squad only scratch the surface of his barbaric enterprise. You must, must, must read the entire, graphic, 281-page grand jury report (embedded after my column below) to fully fathom the systematic execution of hundreds of (not just seven) healthy, living, breathing, squirming, viable babies — along with an untold number of mothers who may have lost their lives in his sick, grimy chamber of horrors as well. It is explicit. It is enraging. It will haunt you.

Ask yourself why you are not hearing about which root causes and whose rhetoric are to blame for this four-decades-long massacre — just the tip of a blood-soaked iceberg defended by the predators of Planned Parenthood. You know the answer: If it doesn’t help the Left criminalize conservatism, it’s not worth discussing.

From the conclusion of the grand jury report: “It is not our job to say who should be fired or demoted. We believe, however, that anyone responsible for permitting Gosnell to operate as he did should face strong disciplinary action up to and including termination. This includes not only the people who failed to do the inspecting, the prosecuting, and the protecting, but also those at the top who obviously tolerated, or even encouraged, the inaction. The Department of State literally licensed Gosnell’s criminally dangerous behavior. DOH gave its stamp of approval to his facility. These agencies do not deserve the public’s trust. The fate of Karnamaya Mongar and countless babies with severed spinal cords is proof that people at those departments were not doing their jobs. Those charged with protecting the public must do better.”

Over to you, eugenics-inspired, eco-freak Obama science czar John Holdren…

Kermit Gosnell and Roe v. Wade: Something Evil This Way Came
By Lori Ziganto

Yesterday it was reported that Kermit Gosnell, an abortionist, was arrested and charged with eight counts of murder. He was charged with the murder of babies who were fully delivered; he induced labor, delivered the babies and then stuck a scissors in the back of their necks and mercilessly killed them. Their first breath, was also their last. Lacking even the dignity of a human touch; no one holding their tiny, innocent hand coursing with life’s blood, as that life left their tiny bodies. Eyes opening, trying to focus for the first time and trustingly seek out the security of the face belonging to the voice they’d heard for many months inside the womb. Struggling to survive, as the will to live is strong, even in the most tiny and vulnerable.

He was not charged with the murders of babies he killed the same way – earning $1.8 million in one year alone for doing so – only inside the womb.

Gosnell’s abortion mill was a gruesome house of evil. When police searched Gosnell’s facilities, they found that “bags and bottles holding aborted fetuses were scattered throughout the building. Jars containing the severed feet of babies lined a shelf.” This grotesque cretin kept severed feet as some sort of macabre serial killer trophy.

The State of Pennsylvania knew this. And ignored it. Allowing him to commit murder, time and time again, for decades. Their reasoning? Inspecting abortion mills clinics and requiring that they have basic safety standards would result in “putting up a barrier to women” and their ‘choice’. The ‘choice’ is never explicitly said because by choice they, of course, mean the purposeful killing of a baby. Barbara Boxer and even our own President would have believed the same. Barbara Boxer believes that a right to life does not exist until a mother ‘chooses’ to take her baby home, alive, from the hospital. President Obama, when a state senator in Illinois, had more concern for abortionists than for the babies whose lives they snuff out. He cared more about protecting the vile excuses for human beings like Kermit Gosnell than the babies they were attempting to kill. He believes that babies who are born alive during an abortion attempt should legally be left to die.

NPR: Cutting off taxpayer funding is interfering with freedom of the press

by Bob in Breckenridge ( 208 Comments › )

The liberals socialists commies that run NPR (into the ground) are totally clueless and think everyone is as stupid as them and the imbeciles who listen to their horrendous programming.

“The proposal to prohibit public radio stations from using Corporation for Public Broadcasting grants to purchase NPR programming interjects federal authority into local station program decision-making. “This legislation would ultimately dictate the daily editorial schedules and news programs of nearly one thousand public radio stations across America.”

Huh??? It doesn’t interject anything because without the federal (taxpayer) funding they’re free to broadcast whatever crappy programs they want without any type of federal oversight. These people are morons.

They claim that only two percent of their annual budget comes from the taxpayers, even though the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which oversees NPR, says it received $420 million, of which about $90 million went to NPR.

Right after the Juan Williams firing late last year, after Williams said he gets nervous if he’s on a plane and he sees a muslim onboard, NPR president Vivian Schiller attempted to go into damage-control mode, but failed miserably, saying that “NPR receives less than 2 percent annually, on average, from government grants, of their annual budget of $166 million.”

Yeah right. You how you can tell when a lib is lying? Their lips are moving.

CPB/NPR also receives taxpayer money from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Departments of Education and Commerce, not to mention the private donations it receives from various lefty foundations and private citizens from its almost daily beg-fests, where for only a $200 donation you get a $2 CD.

But let’s suppose only 2% of their annual budget is taxpayer funded, that’s $3.32 million. What happened to the other, oh, about $86.68 million of our money?

It turns out that these taxpayer-supplied funds are used in what is nothing more than an elaborate shell game. Some of the money goes to NPR to pay for their programming, and some of it goes to local NPR stations, which then have to buy their programming from NPR, so most of the money ends up in the coffers where it started, at CPB/NPR.

Since they claim only get two percent of their budget from us, I’m sure they could find alternative sources for those funds. I’m certain there are a lot of democrats socialists who are millionaires and billionaires that could fund them. George Soros already donates millions to NPR. Let him cover their tab if he thinks the pollution that is NPR’s programming is so vitally important.

The one thing that pisses me off about the bill being written by Republicans is that it would only cut off funding for NPR, not the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

In these days of satellite and cable TV offering hundreds of stations, not to mention satellite and terrestrial Radio with thousands of stations, and of course the internet, there’s no reason whatsoever our money should be used for airing their far left-wing agenda on radio or TV, especially considering the trillions of dollars of debt the libs and some RINOS have racked up in the last few years.

Yeah, I’m a mean SOB, but I say cancel Big Bird and Barney if we have to pay for them! Maybe at the swamp they can put a recipe for Barney burgers in the LFG cookbook.

LTC West Will Not Be Silenced

Denying the Heckler’s Veto

I had not planned to blog anything about the shootings in Tucson, because I am primarily a counterjihad blogger, and because I generally focus on issues and events that have received too little attention elsewhere. The shooter in Tucson was not a jihadi, his victims had no known association with the counterjihad, and the story has already been covered in intensive detail in many other places.

This horrific event has nonetheless become relevant to the counterjihad blogosphere because it has been misused as a tool for attacking freedom of speech, which is another of our legitimate concerns.

As Rahm Emanuel infamously said, “Never let a serious crisis go to waste. What I mean by that is it’s an opportunity to do things you couldn’t do before.” True to form, leftist politicians and media pundits have attempted to exploit this “opportunity” for political gain in a truly shameless manner. They have attempting to shift the blame from one malevolent, deranged individual with no coherent belief system to their political opponents on the right.

One of their ploys is to attempt to muzzle freedom of speech by imposing a heckler’s veto on opposing political speech that they choose to label as too inflammatory.

A heckler’s veto occurs when an acting party’s right to freedom of speech is curtailed or restricted by the government in order to prevent a reacting party’s behavior. The common example is that of demonstrators (reacting party) causing a speech (given by the acting party) to be terminated in order to preserve the peace.

I call your attention to the newly-elected US Representative from Florida, LTC Allen West, who is having none of this. He is also one of the few people on the political scene who truly understands the counterjihad:

Rep. Allen West decries ‘opportunism’ in wake of Arizona shooting; has no plans to change rhetoric

(h/t: Weasel Zippers, vagabond trader)

by George Bennett | January 11th, 2011

U.S. Rep. Allen West, R-Plantation, this morning criticized “political opportunism” in the wake of Saturday’s shooting of U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, D-Ariz., and said he has no plans to tone down his own “stronger language.”

Within hours of the shooting that killed six and critically injured Giffords, some commentators placed the massacre in the context of the nation’s heated political climate and blamed the tea party movement, Sarah Palin and other conservatives although no public evidence has suggested accused gunman Jared Lee Loughner was associated with or sympathetic to any of them. Some critics pointed to West’s own words — such as saying citizens must be “well-informed and well-armed because this government that we have now is a tyrannical government” — as contributing to that climate.

West has rejected such criticism and accused those making it of trying to score political points.

“One of the concerns I do have is the political opportunism that has come out of this. That’s kind of deplorable and unconscionable what some people are doing. This is not the time to start looking for grandstanding and things of that nature,” West said on his way into a West Boca Chamber of Commerce breakfast at Boca Lago Country Club.

Asked if he had any regrets about his choice of words in the past, West said, “No I don’t, because I think when you look at the president saying don’t bring a knife to a gun fight and the fact that the president talked about if the Republicans were to win in the midterms we’re going to have hand-to-hand combat.”

He also said a blogger in Broward County had once said West should be skinned alive, so “I think there are some things that both sides need to be concerned about.”

West, a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, has said his references to “bayonets” and military imagery are metaphorical — and he has no plans to stop using them…

Gates of Vienna: The Challenge That We Have

(Reprinted with permission)

Rep. Allen West (R-FL) — oh, how satisfying to type those words! — gave a memorable speech last month in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, when he was still the congressman-elect.

When Col. West speaks out about Islam, he sounds exactly like one of the contributors to this blog. To have him in the halls of Congress is a real boost for the Counterjihad.

LTC West ready to charge Capital Hill

All of here at The Blogmocracy wish not only Col. West, but the rest of the incoming Freshman GOP Congressman (and Senators) taking office on 3 January nothing but the best in fighting to put the brakes on, and hopefully reverse, Obungler’s out of control spending and socialist agenda.

We also want to remind them why they were elected by various Tea Parties across the U.S.A. in the first place- to be the conservatives that you campaigned as and promised to govern as. We are the majority as of 3 January, now govern like it, dammit!

No more kowtowing to the libs!

Remember how that rat-bastard commie Pelosi and the other rat-bastard commie libs treated the GOP since they took power in ’07? How they held meetings to discuss their socialist agenda, including health care reform, taxes, government takeovers of private companies, etc., behind closed doors, and the GOP members were not invited? DO THE SAME DAMN THING TO THEM!

Enough with this “We all need to work together in a bi-partisan effort to do the people’s work” crap!!!

To the libs, bi-partisan means us agreeing with them. Those days had BETTER be over! You hear us, Speaker Boehner? And no more damned crying!!! Majority leader Cantor?

If the libs don’t like it, too damn bad! Tell them what Obama said to the GOP, that the election is over and you won! You’re the majority, now govern like it! Let Pelosi bitch and moan to the main-stream media propagandists that love her and Obungler so much.

As far as we are concerned, you’re all on probation. We’ll be watching and keeping score. You have two years to prove to us that the people who voted for you did not make a mistake. What was given can be taken away, and the days of getting a pass for failing to live up to your promises are over.

S. Florida’s West ready to charge Capitol Hill

Elected as warrior for ‘tea party’

Depending on who is asked, Republican Rep.-elect Allen West is either a hothead radical who will chip away at what little civility remains on Capitol Hill, or is an energetic, principled pragmatist who will bring a long-overdue dose of sanity to Washington.

But his sincerity isn’t in question: As supporters and critics alike say when it comes to the South Florida Republican, what you see is what you get.

“There are some candidates who are fairly standard politicians, who adopt the ‘tea party’ rhetoric … and then I think there are some politicians who are really fundamentally more tea party-ist than politician, and I think West fits into that category,” said Kevin Wagner, a political science professor at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

“The rhetoric, he believes.”

Mr. West, a career soldier who retired in 2004 with the rank of lieutenant colonel, defeated Democratic Rep. Ron Klein by almost 9 percentage points in the Nov. 2 congressional elections. His aggressive, take-no-prisoners campaigning won over an electorate eager for change in Washington, and his biography and style made him instantly stand out, even in the massive new GOP freshman class that arrives on the Hill next week.

“People don’t normally get that energized about a candidate,” said University of South Florida political scientist Susan MacManus. “His military credentials are very impressive, and I think that had a lot to do with it.”

He was aided by a hefty tea party-infused campaign war chest of at least $6 million, which included donations from across the country – funding unavailable during his unsuccessful challenge of Mr. Klein in 2008.

Mr. West far outraised Mr. Klein, who had receipts of almost $3.8 million, in one of the most expensive congressional races in the country.

“Klein wasn’t a bad candidate. He just ran into a buzz saw,” Mr. Wagner said.

Like his tea party supporters, Mr. West embraces patriotic symbols and rhetoric and frequently rails against “socialist” liberals in Congress. He promotes a need to respect the “rule of law” and the Constitution, and holds particular scorn for “tax-and-spend” governing.

He attracted national attention long before he ever considered running for Congress, when the Army investigated his handling of a detainee while serving in Taji, Iraq, in August 2003. Then-Lt. Col. West acknowledged firing a pistol near the detainee’s head to elicit information to protect his troops.

After an Army investigation, he paid a $5,000 fine for his conduct and was allowed to retire with full benefits in 2004. He defended his actions as a way to protect his men, and his case became a cause celebre in many veterans and conservative activist circles.

The conservative media and an endorsement by former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin helped spread his message nationwide. And a 2009 speech in which he evoked the Revolutionary War – viewed more than 2.3 million times on YouTube – made him an instant folk hero to many.

“When you look at our budget appropriations process, we have a government that just spends without any priorities,” Mr. West told The Washington Times in an interview earlier this month. “We need to get spending back to within the constitutional mandates of the federal government, and I think if we start to take those principled types of stances, which is what the American people are looking for us to do, we will right this ship that we’re on.”

Mr. West isn’t afraid to challenge leaders of his own party, already calling out House Republican leaders for scheduling “only” 123 workdays for 2011.

“Congress needs to work to create jobs, reduce the deficit, strengthen our economy, limit the size of government and contend with a plethora of national security issues,” said Mr. West in a letter to incoming House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Virginia Republican. “How are we to do that when, among other things, we start off being in session only 10 days the entire month of January?”
