Even though it’s likely that this is photoshopped, it’s still funny to me. If it’s a genuine typo, even better; if not, just be glad that the illustrations are hidden from view in a 3-ring notebook.

I wouldn’t want this to be aimed in my direction. I don’t want my atoms dispersed and rearranged as little stinky catfood pellets, but Mr. Shaible scoffed at all the naysayers and went ahead to patent this evil Weapon of Mass Destruction in 1953.

A blogger friend, Will, emailed me this image to do something with, and I responded that I’d figure out something to do with it. I responded:
“So you got the camera man to pull your finger, eh? Musta been a barnburner of a rip ’cause the zombette was about to shoot blood out her nose. THAT would have gone viral.”
Not to disparage Will (the zombie at far right), had he photoshopped a cloud of zombie fartdust behind him, I would’ve blown snot all over the monitor. He missed a bet IMO.
To be honest, I really don’t get the zombie role-playing stuff, but that’s probably because I’m more interested in the antics of the BlogMockers on a Saturday Night Overnight Open Thread.

Seems like one of two things happened at this zoo. Either a panda escaped into the reptile pen, or a cold-blooded croc decided to have it’s way with a warm-blooded mammal.
Oh yeah. It could happen. It’s common fodder for inane collegiate/stoner all-night bull sessions about the possibility of producing a human/chimpanzee hybrid, whether it could or should be done, and someone always points out that we share 99% of the same DNA as apes. BFD.
Considering that we also share a majority of genes with celery, and 70% of the same DNA with sea sponges, the discussion deteriorates from merely absurd to the level of “What if a single atom in my fingernail were really a small universe, and pass me another cold one, dude” type intellectual depravity.
Yet come to think of it, I’ve met people who think and act more like celery and sponges, and you probably have as well, but you won’t find them here on an Overnight Open Thread.
