Many in Europe Are Finally Waking Up to the Threat of Radical Islamists

Well, I guess you have to start somewhere, and this is a good start, although I believe that the vast majority of us here would agree that the gutter religion of Islam itself is radical, rather than believing that there is a tiny minority of radical Islamists “hijacking” the religion from the “peaceful” majority of believers.

The followers of Islam have proven for centuries that they cannot and will not live peacefully in the civilized world, respecting our Judeo-Christian and democratic values, and western culture, where, for the most part, even if we may disagree, we agree that we’re all entitled to our God-given freedoms, including religion, and no one’s is better than the other person’s.

Time after time, Muslims have shown by their actions, rather than their words, that their goal is to conquer and kill those who refuse to convert, as their “holy” book (spit) instructs them to. We are sick and tired of hearing the lib mouthpieces in the mainstream media telling us this “religion of peace” lie.

Now, if only the rest of Europe’s people would get their heads out of the sand and quit pretending that everything is fine with allowing these dangerous, illiterate, parasitic, welfare-collecting muzz swine to emigrate to their countries and attempt to impose their 7th century culture of death and destruction upon their “hosts”.

More Germans say ‘nein’ to Islamists
Resistance to radical Muslims rises in face of an ‘Invitation to Paradise’

MOENCHENGLADBACH, Germany- The 200 robed and bearded men gathered at dusk on the market square, rolled out their prayer rugs and intoned Allah’s praises as dismayed townspeople looked on.

It was Ramadan, the Muslim fasting month, and the group that calls itself “Invitation to Paradise” was mounting a defiant response to weeks of public protests against construction of a religious school to teach its austere, militant interpretation of Islam.

In Germany, where the racial crimes of the Nazis have bred extreme sensitivity toward the rights of minorities, such confrontations would until recently have been limited to the far-right margins. The weekly rallies in this city of 250,000 near the Dutch border these days look decidedly mainstream.

It’s part of a trend seen across Europe: Spooked by what many see as a terrorism threat, ordinary people are becoming increasingly vocal in opposing radical Muslims. They are ditching traditions of tolerance and saying ‘no’ to cultures that do not share their democratic values. Some lament the decline of multiculturalism – “Utterly failed,” in the words of German Chancellor Angela Merkel – while others say Europe is defending its way of life against those who would destroy it.

In the Netherlands, anti-immigrant sentiment has risen steadily since the 2004 murder of filmmaker Theo van Gogh by a Muslim fanatic. In elections this year, the anti-Islam “Freedom Party” of Geert Wilders emerged as the country’s third-largest political force and is helping a conservative government keep campaign promises to ban the burqa, cut immigration and imprison illegal aliens.

Swiss voters have approved a ban on minarets, an anti-Islamic party has gotten into the Swedish parliament for the first time, and France’s ban on wearing face-covering veils in public has broad popular support.

Germans are even more negative toward Muslims than their European neighbors, according to a survey published Thursday.

While the majority of the Dutch (62 percent), French (56 percent), and Danes (55 percent) think positively of Muslims, only 34 percent in western Germany and 26 percent in the formerly communist east, the poll by the University of Muenster said.

The pollsters said they questioned 1,000 people in western Germany, 1,000 in eastern Germany and 1,000 in each of the other European countries surveyed. They gave a margin of error of 3 percentage points.

The man leading the opposition to the religious school in Moenchengladbach is Wilfried Schultz, a 60-year-old Internet consultant. His organization, “Citizens for Moenchengladbach,” points to online videos of the Muslim group that call for the execution of secular Muslims, demand women never leave their homes without male chaperones and say people who have sex before marriage will go to hell.

Crucifying Christians on Christmas; and Iraq’s Christian ‘religicide’

This will most likely not surprise anyone, but Christians and Jews are being persecuted- mainly in muslim countries. It’s amazing that wherever these muzz parasites show up, they demand, and usually get, their hosts to give them special rights that NO other religion gets.

Yet in countries where the followers of this cancerous disease called islam are the majority, not only do other religions not any special rights, they usually get none whatsoever, and are lucky if they aren’t murdered by the ever-tolerant members of the “Religion of Peace™” for daring not to convert to that gutter religion that worships a child-molester as its prophet and prays to a “God” that can only be described as what the Old and New Testament calls Satan.

Turkey is usually portrayed by the libturds in the media as an example of “tolerant” muzz country willing to allow those of other religions to live peacefully among its mostly muzz population. Don’t you believe that for a second!

While the Turkish government might claim to be more “tolerant” of Christians and Jews, its citizens don’t seem to be very tolerant. The following video is a speech from Austrian Parliament member Ewald Stadler to the Turkish Ambassador stating that “People are Sick and Tired of the One-Way Street Tolerance Babble Which You (muslims) Feed On”, and goes on to describe the stabbing and beheading of a Roman-Catholic Archbishop named Luigi Padovese, who was stabbed eight times and then beheaded by one of those tolerant followers of the ROP™ screaming allahu akbar as he cut off the man’s head.

But of course, when it comes to the muzz swine persecuting Christians and Jews, we’ve got more.

In the Vatican’s annual statement of peace delivered right before Christmas, Pope Benedict XVI said:

“Christians are the religious group which suffers most from persecution on account of its faith,” Pope Benedict XVI wrote in the Vatican’s annual Peace Day message. The pontiff chose not to single out the most notable perpetrators of this persecution, but previous Vatican statements and numerous human rights surveys point the finger at Muslim-majority countries. In most of them, Islam is the official state religion and source of law. In those places, there is no appreciation for the Western practice of freedom of worship. Indeed, free exercise is the very thing that can lead to violence.

The case of Asia Bibi – a 45-year-old Pakistani Christian mother of five sentenced to death in November for allegedly blaspheming against Muhammad – has gained wide press attention. Less noticed is the case of the Rev. Wilson Augustine, a 25-year-old Pakistani Christian evangelist who was beaten with clubs and belts and set on fire for preaching the Gospel in villages near the town of Sargodha. In Egypt, there is rising violence against members of the ancient Coptic Christian community, which existed in the country centuries before Islam was founded. In January, six Christians were killed when three Muslim gunmen opened fire on worshippers attending a Coptic Christmas Mass. In another case, a Christian named Farouk Attallah was killed by four Muslim men who were outraged that his son was romantically involved with a Muslim girl. They were arrested, but the case was thrown out for “lack of evidence.”

In many Muslim countries, Christians face institutional discrimination regarding marriage and inheritance laws, taxes, government employment, and time, place and manner of permitted worship. Conversion to Christianity is frequently a capital offense, and in Saudi Arabia, Christian worship of any kind is banned. Those carrying Bibles or other religious materials are subjected to police harassment and confiscation of the dangerous devotional items. Dissenters from these Shariah-based violations of religious freedom face charges of blasphemy and stringent punishments. According to an October study by Freedom House, such blasphemy laws reach well beyond their purported purpose of protecting religious dogma and are used to stifle all manner of expression and political dissent.

Then there’s this:

ADLERSTEIN & MOELLER: Iraq’s Christian ‘religicide’
Christmas is time of fear, flight for ancient faith community

Religious tolerance is under attack. The targeting of Christians in Iraq threatens not only a historic community of hundreds of thousands of souls, but the very heart of Western democracy.

Tolerance to all religious groups was one of the founding ideas of the American way. We can take pride in having exported it to large areas of the globe. All people have benefited from this, not just minorities and people of faith. Generally, governments that refuse to extend full protection to religious identification and expression are governments that take personal liberties lightly. Experience has shown that those governments cannot be trusted to keep to agreements, making our efforts on their behalf worthless. The health of religious liberty is therefore a good test of where to commit our resources. It should be intolerable to us to have spilled the blood of thousands of American troops to stabilize a government in Iraq that cannot protect a Christian community that is almost 2,000 years old, allowing its members to be slaughtered.

The al Qaeda-linked Oct. 31 attack on Our Lady of Salvation church in Baghdad killed more than 60 people, including two priests. In 2004, this cathedral was among six churches attacked across Baghdad and Mosul. In recent years, Iraq’s Christians have been targeted for kidnapping, extortion, killing, bombing and assassination. Al Qaeda has declared that all Christians are its legitimate targets.

While we enjoy our holidays, Iraq’s Christians can look to a future of even greater danger. On the eve of the 2003 American-led invasion, its Christian population was nearly 1 million. Today, that number has plummeted to an estimated 350,000. More flee daily.

This “religicide” of Christians holds disturbing parallels to a previous systematic, intentional effort to eliminate another religious community from Iraq. In 1941, Haj Muhammad Amin al-Husseini, grand mufti of Jerusalem and Adolf Hitler’s ally, used radio broadcasts to incite the population against their Jewish neighbors. For 48 hours, Jews were murdered in the streets, raped, tortured and mutilated. Iraq’s Jewish population was subjected to systematic persecution for parts of the next decade; by 1951, 100,000 were forced to leave for Israel. Staged trials led to the public hanging of Jews in the aftermath of Israel’s Six-Day War. Today, virtually nothing remains of Iraq’s once-vibrant Jewish community. Unless the world takes action, this is the fate that awaits Iraq’s Christians.

And the muzz scum wonder why so many normal people despise them and their gutter religion of murder and mayhem.

The only wonder I have is why so many seemingly normal people want to tolerate and celebrate these mostly uneducated, illiterate, parasitic leeches coming to their countries.

But then every time I see that America-hating POS living in the White House, and realize that over 60 million people actually voted for the scumbag, I know why.

Muslim Turkey is an Enemy of Christians and Jews

Turkey threatens war over Cyprus-Israel agreement

Supposedly “modern,” but no longer secular, Muslim Turkey continually seeks to extend its reach over as much territory as it can, at the expense of both Christians and Jews. The Turkish government is threatening war over the recent economic agreement between Israel and Greek Cyprus.

As Iron Fist points out, “The time to stop the Ottoman Empire II is before it has become an empire…”

Israel-Cyprus exclusive economic zone set / Zvi Lavi

An agreement meant to prevent disputes over oil and gas fields may stir diplomatic crisis in Mediterranean: Turkish sources said Sunday that Foreign Ministry officials had summoned Israel’s Ambassador to Turkey Gabby Levy and expressed discontent over an agreement signed between Israel and Cyprus, which demarcates the exclusive economic zone within the territorial waters of the two countries and divides their rights to search for oil and gas reservoirs in the Mediterranean Sea.

According to a report published by a Turkish website, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan firmly opposes any maritime agreement between Cyprus and countries in the eastern Mediterranean, because it undermines the status of Turkish Cyprus and its stake of the territorial waters.

During the meeting with Levy, officials at the Turkish Foreign Ministry stressed that “Turkey opposes the agreement until a just and inclusive solution is reached in the Cyprus conflict.”

Turkey is the only country in the world that recognizes Turkish Cyprus.

The report also stated that Turkey would not hesitate sending its naval forces to the area, in order to thwart any oil field exploration.
[…]
The ministry emphasized the importance of the agreement and stated it was “the first time Israel’s western border was set.”

On Friday, Infrastructure Minister Uzi Landau and Cyprus’ Foreign Minister Markos Kyprianou signed an agreement that set the exclusive economic zone within the territorial waters of the two countries. The clarification of the borderline is essential in protecting Israel’s rights to oil and underwater gas reservoirs in the future.

The stealthy Islamic takeover of modern Turkey

Islamic expansionism is written into the Koran and is in no way optional for Muslims. The historical lesson is that jihad will eventually be waged, either stealthily or openly, in any and every country or territory where there is a significant Muslim population. This is particularly true of Turkey, given the fact that, for many centuries, it controlled a brutal jihadist empire.

Any non-Muslim national leader who intends to carve out a “sphere of influence” within the Muslim world by appeasing, or making alliances with, Muslim leaders, is quite simply deluded. This applies not only to Jimmy Carter, but also to every US president since Ronald Reagan left office.

Allowing Turkey to remain within NATO is sheer madness; all the more so is any thought of admitting Turkey to the EU.

Turkey, from Ally to Enemy

by Michael Rubin
Commentary
July/August 2010

…Gone, and gone permanently, is secular Turkey, a unique Muslim country that straddled East and West and that even maintained a cooperative relationship with Israel. Today Turkey is an Islamic republic whose government saw fit to facilitate the May 31 flotilla raid on Israel’s blockade of Gaza. Turkey is now more aligned to Iran than to the democracies of Europe. Whereas Iran’s Islamic revolution shocked the world with its suddenness in 1979, Turkey’s Islamic revolution has been so slow and deliberate as to pass almost unnoticed. Nevertheless, the Islamic Republic of Turkey is a reality—and a danger.

The story of Turkey’s Islamic revolution is illuminating. It is the story of a charismatic leader with a methodical plan to unravel a system, a politician cynically using democracy to pursue autocracy, Arab donors understanding the power of the purse, Western political correctness blinding officials to the Islamist agenda, and American diplomats seemingly more concerned with their post-retirement pocketbooks than with U.S. national security. For Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, it is a dream come true. For the next generation of American presidents, diplomats, and generals, it is a disaster.
[…]
Turkey’s Islamic revolution began on November 3, 2002, when Erdogan’s Justice and Reconciliation Party (AKP) swept to power in Turkey’s elections. Through a lucky quirk of the Turkish election system, the AKP’s 34 percent total in the popular vote translated into 66 percent of the Parliament’s seats, giving the party absolute control.

Initially, Erdogan kept his ambition in check. He understood the lessons to be learned from the undoing of his mentor, Necmettin Erbakan, the first Islamist to become prime minister. After taking the reins of power in 1996 with far less power in Parliament, Erdogan’s predecessor sought to shake up the system—to support religious schools at home and to reorient Turkey’s foreign policy away from Europe and toward Libya and Iran. This became too much for the military, which exercised its power as guardians of the constitution and demanded Erbakan’s resignation. Afterward, Turkey’s Constitutional Court banned the party to which Erdogan belonged because of its threats to secular rule.

Erdogan himself had been banned from politics because of a 1998 conviction for religious incitement. And so he initially managed the newly created AKP from the sidelines only, working through Abdullah Gul, the lieutenant who served as caretaker prime minister after the party’s 2002 victory. Gul pushed through a law to overturn the ban against Erdogan, and the latter became prime minister in March 2003. Learning the lessons of Islamist failures of the past, Erdogan sought to calm Turks who feared the AKP would dilute Turkey’s separation of mosque and state. As mayor of Istanbul, Erdogan described himself as a “servant of Sharia,” or Islamic canon law. But after his party’s 2002 victory, he declared that “secularism is the protector of all beliefs and religions. We are the guarantors of this secularism, and our management will clearly prove that.” He took pains to eschew the Islamist label and instead described his party as little more than the Muslim equivalent of the Christian Democrats in Europe—that is, all democracy and religious in name only…

Read the entire story of how Recep Tayyip Erdogan brought about this stealth Islamic revolution in Turkey.

Turkish jihadism is nothing new

The revival of Islamic expansionism in Turkey under Recep Tayyip Erdogan is nothing new. Vast numbers of Greeks and other Christians were slaughtered at the hands of the Turks – with the disgraceful complicity of western Europe – in the early twentieth century.

HELLENIC GENOCIDE: Was it a “Catastrophe,” or a “Devastation?”

by Stella L. Jatras

There is an effort by the Greek government to remove the offending word, “Genocide” and referring to the massacre of Greek martyrs in Asia Minor at the hands of Turkish forces during the early part of the last century as a “Catastrophe.” Other reports state that the term “Genocide” would also be referred to as a “Devastation.” Does the Greek government actually believe that by doing so it will incur the appreciation of the Turkish government? And which is it to be? Is it a “Catastrophe,” or is it a “Devastation?” Either way, the fact that Greek Christians also bore the wrath of Muslim Turks and were slaughtered under hideous and barbaric conditions, “Catastrophe” or “Devastation” is merely a slap on the wrist and an insult to the memory of the Greek martyrs.

In her book, “Not Even My Name,” Thea Halo writes, “But the most dramatic change in Turkey was the slaughter of 1.5 million Armenians, 750,000 Assyrians, and 353,000 Pontic Greeks, and the cruel death marches to exile of 1.5 million more Greeks of Turkey; death marches on which countless other Pontians lost their lives, all between 1915 and 1923. This genocide, euphemistically termed ethnic cleansing, and relocation, eliminated most, if not all, of the Christian minorities in Turkey, and brought to a tragic end the 3,000 year history of the Pontic Greeks in Asia Minor.” Extermination of an entire race of people, as were the Pontic Greeks, is not a “Catastrophe,” nor a “Devastation.” It is a “GENOCIDE.” Yet the slaughter of Greek martyrs in Asia Minor is mostly ignored even by Greek-American politicians who plead on the floor of the House of Representatives for the recognition of the Armenian genocide, but make no mention of the fact that the Greek population in Asia Minor also suffered cruelly at the hands of the Turks. Sadly, I have spoken with Armenians who didn’t even know that their fellow Orthodox Christians were also being slaughtered during that horrible period in history.

On Sunday, September 7, 1997, I attended the 75th Anniversary of the Destruction of the City of Smyrna which was sponsored by the Federation of Hellenic Societies of Greater Baltimore-Washington Region (in cooperation with The Council of Hellenes Aborad (SAE), The American Hellenic Institute, The Greek American Monthly, Diaspora, and The Asia Minor Holocaust Memorial Society.) According to their estimates, 3.5 million Christians were martyred. Of those, 1.8 were Armenian and 1.7 were Greek. However, we may never know the true number of Christian martyrs.

THE MAGNITUDE OF THESE TRAGIC EVENTS ARE CLEARLY RECORDED.

In his book, “Passage to Ararat,” Michael Arlen writes that Turkish women were given the dagger (Hanjar) to give the final stab to dying Armenians in order to gain credit in the eyes of Allah as having killed a Christian.

Another interesting note in history is that during the Asia Minor genocide, there were ships in the Smyrna harbor from Great Britain, the United States, France, Japan and Italy, among others. To escape the massacring Turks, the Christian population swam out to these ships.

The ships’ crews, however, hit the hands of those trying to board so that they would fall back into the sea or literally push them back into the sea. Their excuse? They did not want to offend the Turkish government. Only the Japanese captain took pity on the victims and allowed them on board. To confirm this tragic event, author Nicholas Gage writes in his book, “Greek Fire,” and gives the following account: “Foreign battleships [i.e., warships] – English, American, Italian and French – were anchored in the harbor, sent by the major powers initially in support of Greek forces but later told to maintain neutrality. They would or could do nothing for the 200,000 refugees on the quai. The pitiful throng – huddled together, sometimes screaming for help but mostly waiting in a silent panic beyond hope — didn’t budge for days. Typhoid reduced their numbers, and there as no way to dispose of the dead:

“Occasionally a person would swim from the dock to one of the anchored ships and tried to climb the ropes and chains, only to be driven off. On the American battleships the musicians onboard were ordered to play as loudly as they could to drown out the screams of the pleading swimmers. The English poured boiling water down on the unfortunates who reached their vessel. The harbor was so clogged with corpes that the officers of the foreign battleships were often late to their dinner appointments because bodies would get tangled in the propellers to their launches.”

Gage also describes how a young Aristotle Onassis later “walked through the city to find his father’s warehouse at Daragaz Point burned to the ground, though the office on the Grand Visier Hane still stood, despite the fires, guarded by Turkish soldiers. Mutlilated corpses were everywhere. A cluster of women’s heads bound together like coconuts by their long hair floated down a river toward the harbour.”

An especially moving portrait of the genocide is the account of the mutilation of Greek Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Smyrna. According to eye-witness testimony from G. Mylonas, of the academy of Athens, “the mob fell upon Chrysostomos,” and committed some of the most horrendous acts of cruelty. “All the while, Chrysostomos, his pale face covered with blood, had his face turned upward, continuously praying, ‘Holy Father, forgive them, for they know not that they are doing.’ Every now and then, when he had the strength to do so, he would raise his right hand and bless his persecutors. A Turk realized what Chrysostomos was doing, and got so furious that he cut off the Metropolitcan’s hand with his sword. Metropolitan Chrysostomos fell to the ground, and was hacked to pieces by the angry mob.”

The Armenian community is to be commended for its dedication and passion in remembrance of their Armenian martyrs. It is past time for the Greek community to show the same dedication and passion. They can start by calling or writing our congressmen and senators.

The American Hellenic Media Project (AHMP) is one of many organizations circulating a petition protesting the Greek government s denial of the Hellenic genocide. AHMP (ahmp@hri.org) writes: “Greece s current administration is planning to remove references to the world “genocide” from a parliamentary law already in existence that recognizes the genocide of Asia Minor s Greek communities by the Turkish state during the early part of the 20th century.” For those of you who have the capability and wish to sign the petition, please go to: http://www.greece.org/genocide and to http://www.greece.org/genocide/petition_form.html and your vote will be electronically recorded by the Hellenic Electronic Center. For further information, you can also write them at P.O. Box 596, DE, 19703-0596, or to ask a question, you can e-mail them at action@hec.greece.org. If you prefer, you can send a brief note directly to: GreekParliament@hec.greece.org.

“A cluster of women’s heads bound together like coconuts by their long hair floated down a river toward the harbour,” is not exactly my idea of its being just a “Catastrophe,” or a “Disaster.” Indeed not.

Some background on the bloody Turkish takeover of northern Cyprus

“From Union to Occupation”

Cyprus Action Network of America (CANA) for educational and enlightenment purposes and with the author’s permission, decided to avail to the wider public in the diaspora the most valuable content of the book “From Enosis to Occupation”. The book by researcher/journalist and author from London Mrs. Fanoulla Argyrou, was published in Nicosia in 1995. It was financed by H. B. the late Archbishop of Cyprus Mr. Chrysostomos A’. The book had three introductions. One by H. B. Archbishop Chrysostomos A’, the president and secretary of the Refugee Association “Adouloti Kyrenia” and by academic and historian Mr. Petros Papapolyviou (today an academic with the University of Cyprus).

From Union to Occupation” was Mrs. Argyrou’s second book (out of eight so far) and came as an addition to her first which was titled “This is how they destroyed Cyprus”. Both books refer to British released official government documents, released at the National Archives in London researched by the author, and which refer to the tragedy of Cyprus. Plans for partition, plans for federation, maps and details that saw the light for the very first time. Documents that show how the British viewed the Greeks in Cyprus, how they tried to de-hellenise the Greeks of Cyprus, how they depended on the local population for the imposition of their plans, the role of the Communist Party AKEL during the 1947 constitutional discussions, and finally how a liberation struggle for Union with Greece ended up with the Turkish occupation.

Please download the book by visiting the homepage of Cyprus Action Network of America (CANA) and please link to the book on your sites and blogs.

US-Backed Kosovo Administration Implicated in Organ-Trafficking Racket…

A Mystery Is Solved

Back in 1999, I had no information about the organ trafficking. But I had heard that a considerable number of Serbs had gone missing during the Kosovo War and its aftermath. I contacted prominent and influential people both in the US and all over the world – politicians, media figures, other activists, various celebrities, even heads of state – demanding an investigation to uncover the whereabouts of the missing Serbs.

Even though some other activists helped by circulating my request, nobody replied. Absolutely nobody.

More recently, I was dismayed to learn that at least some of the Serbs who had gone missing at that time had been butchered and sold for their organs.

Now the reckoning begins.

…But Will It Matter?

One can’t help but wonder how many times we have to be hit over the head before it begins to sink in that America’s intervention in Kosovo was based on a pack of lies from the start. The ‘accepted’ narrative of Kosovo as the great success story parades under the headline: U.S. and NATO Allies Nobly Stepped in to Stop Genocide by Evil Serbs. The reality was U.S. Dragged NATO Allies Kicking and Screaming Into Support for Muslim Mafia Committing Genocide Against Christian Serbs.

Comes now the Council of Europe’s human rights investigator Dick Marty with damning accusations that Hashim Thaçi, a/k/a Gjarpër (Snake), currently masquerading as “prime minister” of the illegal separatist administration in Pristina, heads a “mafia-like” operation that included murdering captives, mainly Serbs, to sell their organs on the black market. Is even that ghoulish revelation enough to force a reconsideration of the preening self-justification of a humanitarian intervention most Americans have long since forgotten? We can hope. But did the plotted attack on Fort Dix changes any minds? No.

Now we have organ trafficking. Let’s remember the organ-trafficking story first broke over two years ago and seemed to be withering away in the face of brazen stonewalling by “authorities” in Pristina and Tirana (with full backing from Washington, of course.)

Release of Mr. Marty’s report, just as Thaçi is claiming victory in Kosovo’s recent elections, suggests that somebody in Europe wants to jump off this bandwagon to disaster. But for Americans, the question is: How horrible do the facts need to be before we start looking behind the curtain to see what our government is so desperate to conceal

In the unfortunate partisan myopia that plagues American politics, some of my fellow conservatives might be tempted to blame it on Bill Clinton and leave it at that. Of course, it was largely a “Clinton problem” back during the 1999 NATO war against Serbia. To their credit, most Congressional Republicans voted against the war, which our Razorback Rommel illegally launched even though the House of Representatives had voted down the authorization to use military force. But while Republicans mainly voted No, the neoconservative establishment was whipping up support for the Clinton White House. Unfortunately, with neocon domination of the George W. Bush administration’s foreign policy, and their desperation to win Islamic friends after 9/11, the Bush policy on Kosovo was even more Clinton than Clinton, leading to the decision to try to force the issue of Kosovo’s independence in violation of every principle of international law and national sovereignty.

So, what will Washington do now about “our” guy Thaçi? Do a Google Image search for his name with almost any top U.S. figure of either party you can think of and you’ll see him in a warm handshake, often a chummy embrace with a virtual Who’s Who of the American establishment: George W. Bush, Condi Rice, Bill Gates, Clinton (both of them), Joseph Biden, Madeleine Albright, Wesley Clark, etc. (See Snake and Friends at the end of this message.) One would like to think some one of these worthies would now have the decency to say (even if only in virtuous hypocrisy), “What, I didn’t know! I’d never have supported these guys if I had!” But the problem is, even aside from these organ-trafficking peccadilloes, the U.S. establishment did know – from Day One – that Thaçi and Co. (the “Kosovo Liberation Army,” KLA) were a bunch of thugs. So did the intelligence services of our allies. (And make no mistake – it’s not just Thaçi. If Thaçi needs to be dumped, we can guess that “Plan B” will be to install in his place another of his equally vicious KLA colleagues.) They – our government – knew the KLA were criminals running the drug, slave, and weapons rackets throughout Europe. They knew the KLA was supported by Osama bin Laden (with whom Thaçi met personally in Tirana in 1998 to plan the jihad in Kosovo, according to the former head of Albanian intelligence), the Iranians, the Saudis, the Turks, and other supporters of an Islamic re-re-conquest of the Balkans. And we supported them anyway, shredding every rule of law and decency in the process. Now what? In all probability, circle the wagons, hope it will blow over, and keep twisting arms around the world in support of the illegal separatist terrorist entity “KosovA”.

As for Serbia, if there were a respectable government in Belgrade, instead of a group of quislings, they wouldn’t be preparing to meet with representatives of Thaçi’s government in direct negotiations. Instead, conspiring with their U.S. and European supporters and collaborators in the Serbian Orthodox Church, Belgrade’s recent “contribution” to the Kosovo fiasco is their persecution of Vladika Artemije, Bishop of Ras and Prizren and Kosovo and Metohija, who over two years ago was calling for then-President Bush to refuse to meet with Thaçi and demanding an accounting for the organ-selling outrage!

Let us hope that Mr. Marty’s fine work doesn’t get thrown down the Memory Hole with any and all other facts inconvenient to Washington’s policy. But it’s not enough just to track down the individual perpetrators, or even to pack Thaçi off to jail (though both would be a good start). It’s time for the lies that have undergirded our entire Balkan policy to be exposed, for the United States to stop its obsessive support for Islamic jihad against the indigenous Christian population, and specifically to back off from our absurd and destructive global lobbying on behalf of the KLA regime.

Some might argue that “we’ve come too far” to reverse course now, that American commitment to “KosovA” is irreversible. But it s never too late to stop doing the wrong thing and start doing the right thing. If Mr. Marty s organ-trafficking revelations can be a catalyst for a truthful reassessment of American policy and of the events of recent years, the victims will not have died in vain.
